White Castle long waiting time in the white castle drive-through

I went through the drive-through at White Castle #100027 yesterday, 4/4/18.
The waiting time was unusually long, considering there were only two cars in front of me. The ONLY positive was the employee at the window, who was
doing all she could to expedite orders.

Have to say, last week when I went into the store itself, I saw for myself that
there seemed to be a number of new, younger employees who seemed
quite UNTRAINED. They didn't seem to know what to do!

My SUGGESTION is that the new employees be given proper training. I have been loyal to this store for over twenty years, and NEVER experienced this
situation with untrained personnel. Is there a new manager? Why would
ANYONE not care to train their new staff properly?

White Castle false advertising

It is illegal to run commercials claiming that if i download your app I'll receive a free meal then not give it to me. That is false advertisement. Not only did you waste my time by having me install the app and sign in but you wasted my time and gas because the app said it was excepted and what time to be there. So after i get to white castle they tell me they won't accept it ANYMORE but your commercials are still running now. I decided whatever I'll pay for it but the people who work there didn't even bother to make my order. Now im supposed to wait 20 minutes for food that should have been ready. This is completely unacceptable and something should be done. Do not lie to the people who buy your product

White Castle time and service

I made a online order it was suppose to be ready for pickup at 5:35pm.i get there the cashier asked me my order I told him I had a online order. It was so backed up in there it didn't make sense and the had a whole crew. Well after 35 to 40 minutes of standing there the manger comes up and tells me the price of my order. I was like for as long as I been there it should be free. Mind you food still isn't done yet. I asked him for corporates number since he was so ride here refused to give it to me the manger now. The costumer before me paid for her food but walked out because it went through so many hands before it came to her. What is the point of online ordering. It was the one on 7th and Algonquin

White Castle poor service/ incomplete order

Today I placed online order #4127, when I went to receive no one greeted even there were three staff. When I personally told about my online order the boy went inside and started laughing. I heard him. Finally after receiving my order I confirmed twice is everything ok the girl said yes but drinks was missing because I didn't get any, she said sorry and gave me glass and asked if you have extras sauce and ketchup she replied I put sauce inside and you can get more ketchup close to drink machine, but there was nothing. I was in hurry I came back home even at home I checked cheese fries were also missing as I paid $2.19 for that the rest of fries were almost cold. I don't think I will go in White Castle again or will refer someone.

White Castle food

Did an online order, picked up order. When I got home order was not correct, was to have two double jalapeno burgers with bacon and pickles, did not have. Buns was hard on some of the burgers. This is not acceptable and would like this to be corrected. I enjoy the food and would like to continue to being a satisfied customer. Please look into this matter. Thank you. Mrs Cork.

I did an online order, picked up the order. When I arrived home the order was not correct Had order two jalapeno burgers with bacon and pickles, did not receive, buns on some of the other burgers was hard.I enjoy enjoy being a customer, but at this time I am very unsatisfied at this time. White Castle miscommunication between app and workers

Last night I ordered a white castle for my family for dinner on the White Castle App. I ordered a crave case of original sliders with extra pickle with ketchup and mustard along with multiple sides. This is the second time that this has happened to me. Better yet it happened twice in a row. I get home and open dinner to find out that there wasn't extra pickle and no ketchup or mustard on any of the 30 burgers. What is the point of ordering burger the way that you want them and then have to add the ketchup and mustard myself. I just don't understand why the app asks you how you would like them if the employees are not going to make them the way you wanted. Plus we had another issue. I live a 1/4 of a mile from White Castle. You would think that If they were making them the moment instep inside that I would have hot burgers when I got home. Nope! My burgers were stone cold! So as a recap the burgers I wanted I had to put ketchup and mustard on them and heat them up before I could even eat them. You need to fix this problem or I will not use the app every again let alone get burgers. Thank you!

White Castle customer service

I went through the drive thru this morning. When I got my order, I was missing 2 items. When I told the employee at the window she didn't say a word, just got my items and handed them to me, not even in a bag, and no apology. When I drove off, I realized I didn't get my drink. The drive yhru was now getting busy so I parked and went in. I told the employee and again didn't say a word, just got my drink and handed it to me, again no apology. I then had to ask for my receipt back, again silence. I am very disappointed with this visit. It seemed as though I was putting them out.

White Castle missing food/ onions on a fish sandwich

I went to the White Castle today and 3 /5/18 had a pretty big order I ordered a Crave Case 10 fish with cheese two sacks of cheese sticks and three or four sacks of fries and chocolate a sack of shrimp nibblers didn't receive the shrimp nibblers didn't receive a sack of cheese sticks and my fish with cheese had onions on them... I go to the spike castle at least six to seven times a month and spend at least $50 and it seems like they just didn't care what they were doing I will take my business elsewhere if they do not make my business

White Castle customer service

I went to the white castles in Warren Mi at 8 mile and Sherwood. I went into this establishment with the intention of getting myself some lunch. When I entered, there were no customers in the drive thru or inside. I seen an employee behind the counter sweeping the floor. She looked right at me and continued sweeping. I waited a little bit longer to see if she was going to service me or get someone that could. She didn't so much as acknowledge me. The amount of time I waited to not be acknowledged was way to long. This type of service is unacceptable.

White Castle was short 4 burger and fry. castle pack 9..

Order castle pack 9 and was short 4 burgers and a fry. Didnt realize til i got home.. This unacceptable! ! I should get what i paid for! I guess i should just blow money into the wind... It was at the larkin store in Joliet, ill.. Not the first time i was short on food.. When i called no answer. . Unbelievable. . i should get my 4 burgers and fry .. !

White Castle our food and the cleanliness

So, first and foremost, I want you to know that I just loooove white castles and where we just moved to, there is one just 1 minute away! However, I feel quite compelled to share with you our expierience he other day. They were out of donuts, our food was cold, very cold, and the restaurant was VERY, dirty... you can't see the floors from here but I have at least included the snap shot of the window we were at... it would mean a lot to us if you could save this location before everyone quits going there! Hate to complain, but really love White Castle! This was the Cheviot Ohio location on Boudinot Ave.

I have never been disrespected so much in my life as my family went to the forked river nj store one man we heard called Max and the other Jose was the name on his hat. Making remarks and very inappropriate comments about Caucasian people as they spoke in Spanish assuming that nobody would understand my family is very fluent in the language my daughter video recorded the conversation as the jokes got worse she is currently preparing it it English subtitles for the non Spanish speaking she will have it viral soon

White Castle hamburgers were old, buns were crunchy onions we're black on the burgers

Me and my wife always have loved White Castles, hot or cold, but last night we stopped by# 050034 and was very unsatisfied with the hamburgers that we purchased in the drive thru... Nasty is an understatement..
Team member #334. Sale#[protected] Jan 20 2018... White Castle rude employee

Hello I work as a bus driver in Chicago, I planned on getting white castle at your location at 69th Western. When I walked into your location one of your employees or manager who I acknowledged with a hello. Noticed that I had a church's (restaurant) bag in my hand, I used the restroom to wash my hands. Then put my stuff down at one of the seats. There was a line so I decided to wait until the line died down to buy something. As Iam eating one of your employees or managers comes up to me and says I can't eat my food in there. Mind you I have to make a relief for another bus at that location. This was my break and I only had a few minutes to get something to eat.

Also when I walked in she was talking to people in a booth and not doing her job.
She said I was being disrespectful before I could even buy anything from your location. That alright you don't have to worry about me returning to that location or any others anymore. One of the worst experiences in my life, that 69th location needs to be shut down or new staff.

White Castle worst food service

Who ever it may concern,

When I was a little girl I used to love white castle. However, recently it has changed. These past few months I had bad experiences not once but, thrice A few hours ago on 1/1/18 I went to the drive thur their to pick up on
6901 S Western Ave, Chicago, IL 60636. I was waiting for my ordered even though I ordered online I feel like I shouldn't be waiting! I mean isn't that the whole point of ordering online so you won't wait? Anyways after I pull up on the window I have seen that the staff were still putting my order together. Which, is unacceptable! Not only did I wait but my ordered was all messed up! The employees were so rude to me! I guess is my fault for not listening to my brother! He said at least go to a better location! Either way I will not dine in white castle. I had the last straw and yes I will tell my friends not to eat there in an location. Ordered number is 5318. In showed on picture it says costume crave!

White Castle truck driver

I was driving on 94 W to Chicago and a truck driver was driving like a maniac. It is snowing and roads are terrible. Everyone is going about 45-55 mph and this guy is tailing everyone. I had to slam on my breaks and when I looked in my mirror he was so close to me I couldn't even see his lights. License plate is 408 197 and truck ID is R105301. I have also reported this driver to the police. Driving like that in this weather is dangerous and unacceptable.

White Castle team member pay checks late again, and my rent is due

Christmas was monday, payroll shoyld have been done starting sunday this week, our checks are suppose to come on thursday, no other days, but the checks havent came, now my landlord is harrassing me because white castle didnt advance there payroll schedule ahead of the holiday so employees can recieve their pay on time. Corporate knows that its the holiday time were cash is scarce, not everyone makes enough money to have savings to fall upon when situations like this happen. Their Human Resource department needs to be updated; their stuck in the dark ages. Other fast food companies that pay on thursday either received their checks early or on time. If it happens again i will be forced to resign. Im an outstanding employee also, i have received several complements, and already been referred by my GM to apply for the full time manager position, with her appraisal. I WOULD HAVE UNDERSTOOD IF THEY GAVE TEAM MEMBERS NOTICE, BUT THEY DONT. MAYBE THEY ARE JUST WORRIED ABOUT THEMSELVES AND NOT THE BURGER FLIPPERS NOR FRY DROPPERS, WE ARE THE ONES WHO MAKE YOU TOP GUYS YOUR SALARY, SO LOOK OUT FOR US BETTER THAN JUST FREE FOOD, BECAUSE THATS PLAYED OUT!😐

White Castle ups was treated like we was placing an order for a combo meal.

Have been trying to contact the White Castle location in Covington Kentucky Since Sunday, with no answer. I decided to go to two different locations, the one on 8th street in Downtown Cincinnati and the Covington location to split the order to not have to burden one location with my order of 17 Crave cases. I decided walk in and place my orders. At around 10-45-11pm I went to the 8th street location first to place an order for 9 cases and requested a pick up fro 2am and the store agreed. I paid for the order and proceeded to the Covington location. Both location we frequent regularly. I placed my order for 8 additional cases and this time the card declined to make sure no fraud activity. I advised the store to place the and I would return with another credit card for payment when picked up at 2am. The associate advised to call at 1am which I did. when I spoke with the associate at 1 I was told that I would only be 30 mins. I arrived at 2 and that was to only see that my order was not even started and they had just begun my order. I didn't receive my order until 3:05am. I will never spend more than 10 bucks and I think these locations both have lost a corporate account with UPS. I spent nearly 1000 tonight to receive my food extra late. Unacceptable when other managers are around they handle our account with no issue what so ever.

White Castle long wait and cold food

Today 11/28/2017 at approximately 2:30 i went to purchase a number 2 with no onions and pickles i waited 20 mins before i got my food and when i received the food it was cold and it had onions and pickles on it i couldn't go back inside because i was on my 15 minute break from my job.., please yu need to do better than this or hire more workers very unhappy customer

White Castle service

So I am from Cincinnati, Ohio and decided to stop for some White Castles after work. So I attended the White Castles in a neighborhood named "Westwood" that is off of Harrison Avenue. So first of all I am sitting in line waiting for a good 15 minutes prior to me even getting to the speaker... so I eventually reached the speaker and was placed on hold for another good 15 minutes... After sitting for so long I barely wanted to order anymore so I did anyway. First off I may I just say how rude the employee was that worked at this location. BY FAR THE WORST ATTITUDE ANY PERSON COULD HAVE. So as I was placing my order the employee interrupted me in a very rude manner and said "what" with a harsh tone as if I was frustrating her... And to add on I was not even able to finish saying my order since I was rudely interrupted and at that, the employee decided to take the initiative to end the conversation and leave me with an incorrect order and price. So at that point I was extremely mad and had lost my appetite. So I just reversed back out the way I came since there were a line of customers in front of me that had been waiting even longer than me. I just know when I decide to attend a restaurant, I'm not just paying for food but I am paying for SERVICE just as well... this employee needs to lose her job or something, she was EXTREMELY RUDE... I will NEVER attend this location again and I will tell everyone else not to attend just as well. Worst experience ever!
