Whissh review: part-time maid cleaning service 2

Engage Whissh for home cleaning service then during first week, the part time cleaner said she was unwell so cannot come.Second week, she suddenly disappeared and no reply depsite several smses sent to her.

Waited for almost 2 hours at home and all my schedule was affected! I wanted to disengage the service since it cannot be trusted at all and I cannot afford another day of schedule been disrupted but helpling insists in charging me $300 termination fee!
There is no service rendered in the first place!I am very disappointed in them.
