I bought this junk in the fall of 2009. Since then we have had the hinge pin and lock replaced 3 times!.. Now broke again!... Weve had the bearing replace 3 times! Now its out again! The tub replaced twice! And ploblems with thr pressuee wasswoth hose blocked! This product is a lemon and should be replaced by you! Someone call me [protected] I work 730am - 430pm so call after 430pm!

Whirlpool dishwashers

httpI just want to write this and let you know how disappointed I am with the dishwasher that I purchased. I had a GE dishwasher that was very old but worked great, I had no problem with it other than it was old, so I decided I should get a new one before it broke. This is where the disappointment started. I bought a warranty with the machine and they had to come at least 4 times to fix it the pump would break because of it freezing, well I never had a problem with my old dishwasher, well here we are again the dishwasher broke again and we have been without it for 3 months or all winter, I did not know that we should only buy summer dishwashers my warranty ran out and I guess so are we on having a whirlpool dishwasher, I bought a whirlpool because I only heard good things, well I am very disappointed. The model number is wdt710paywsix

Whirlpool hotpoint engineer

I want a senior manager at whirlpool to read and reply to this formal complaint.during the month of July 2017 I had the same hotpoint engineer visit my property on 2 occasions.on the 27TH of July 2017 he repaired my washing machine and through his bad workmanship he forget to refit the hose pipe to which caused extensive damage to my property.I made a claim against hotpoint as I was insured at the time the hotpoint engineer carried out the repair and caused the water damage.this claim has been going on now 9 months and hotpoint have now appointed a loss adjuster.this loss adjuster appointed by hotpoint has done nothing but tell lies and been deceitful.every time he contacts me he tries to change the story as of what happened the day the damage was caused so that hotpoint do not have to pay compensation for the damage caused.the loss adjuster named Roderick McCauley is well known on social media and to be honest the people's views of him or not great as he's well known for going against the victims who claim for damages through bad workmanship.roderick McCauley sent an assessor to my property to view the damage and after speaking to him on numerous occasions he cannot believe the way mr McCauley is going about this claim.iv recently contacted KNOWHOW over an issue about one of their engineers having to attend my property to do a repair to my washing machine to which was vandalised by the hotpoint engineer on the 27TH July.their report stated that they had to repair a lead from the washing machine to which was cut by the hotpoint engineer and that it was bad workmanship on his behalf.my family have had to suffer these past 9 months over this serious issue and it shows no sign of ending as the loss adjuster who was appointed is not fit to be in employment when he continues to not accept responsibility for the damage caused and in the process tries to cover it up with lies.

The loss adjuster appointed to deal with this claim is Roderick McCauley Charles Taylor loss adjusting.iv dealt with people in my life time but iv never came across a more unprofessional ignoramous like this person mentioned above.

Whirlpool refrigerator

I am extremely displeased with Whirlpool customer service, resolution department and product. After ordering a 6 Whirlpool appliance bundle from PC Richards in East Brunswick, NJ, we have been 3 months without a refrigerator. There has been hours spent on phone calls with Whirlpool, Alliance Appliance and PC Richards; 5 days taken off from work and hours wasted with service technicians inside my home; 4 different diagnosis; hundreds of dollars in spoiled food and unnecessary take out orders; and a brand new appliance scratched up from service technicians. After 2 months of trying to get my 3 month old refrigerator exchanged, all we have been told is "buyer's remorse", and "this part can be replaced but it will never work 100 %", etc. Whirlpool refuses to replace a refrigerator, and PC Richards of East Brunswick refuses to accept responsibility for selling us a lemon. Something needs to be done. I do not want any more repair men in my home for a 4 month old refrigerator that never worked. I want it replaced as soon as possible. Still no solution.

Whirlpool warranty service

I'm a contractor that purchases multiple appliances a year.
I purchased for a customer a compact washer and dryer from Lowe's.
The ventless dryer failed a few weeks ago but when I went to schedule service found no model/serial sticker .
Lowe's has supplied copy of joint purchase receipt and pictures showing no sticker ever installed but they refuse to service.
I pointed out it's a 1 year warranty and Lowe's has only been selling them for 9 months but they refuse to stand behind your product.
I have stopped purchasing Whirlpool and related products until this is resolved but they don't seem to mind.
Say the sticker had to be removed but in automated assembly errors are possible.
Do you stand behind this obvious warranty?

Whirlpool refrigerator

Message to Whirlpool:

We originally purchased this same model but it froze up on us directly after purchase and was replaced with this one. The new one just had to be repaired due to the same problem the first one had. We understand that this issue was already known to your company and no recall notice or letter of any sort was sent to us. You intentionally did not notify us and our fridge had to die on us and we lose countless food items because of your deception and incredibly poor customer service. We had a fantastic repair man fix the issue but cannot in any way EVER buy another Whirpool product. You KNEW there was a faulty part in this model and left us with a defective item. Luckily this weekend we came home from out of town early and could salvage some of our food. At least 20 bags of ice in coolers later, we are still waiting for the fridge to calibrate and be able to use it after the repair.

I always write reviews on items. I prefer to write good reviews, but you leave me no choice but to report horrendous customer service on your part. I will also post in social media to all my friends and family to never purchase any of your products.

Whirlpool dishwasher

Renovated a house for resale

Purchased brand new dishwasher on 4/28/17, Delivery scheduled for 5/2/17

House was renovated and listed and inspected by February 2018

Inspector noted the dishwasher was not draining

Immediately called Whirlpool because dishwasher was never used before and still under warranty.

First company Alliance Appliance came out March 7
then March 14

Second inspection noticed a slow leak and problem draining

Second company Bucko's Appliance
was scheduled for May 3

May 14

THE DISHWASHER IS STILL LEAKING ALL OVER THE BRAND NEW KITCHEN. BUYER WANTS DISHWASHER FIXED BEFORE PURCHASE

HOW UNFAIR IS THIS? I've spent over 50 hours on hold, speaking to, emailed, waiting for repair techs regarding this brand new dishwasher we paid for with our hard earned money. Still on hold for 44 minutes. No help in sight.

Whirlpool french door refrigerator

I guess the reason is clear that when you call customer service they immediately pitch extended warranty. I've had this refrigerator for 6 months so far the water dispensing system had to be replaced and now my refrigerator is cooling to 52 degrees. Quality means nothing to them anymore. Had a Kenmore washer (Whirlpool) that kept burning through mother boards, an acknowledged problem, but company was indifferent to it. Also my whirlpool microwave needed service in the first four months. Do you think there's a pattern here? Be smarter than me and stay away from this company.

Whirlpool refrigerator

The unit is sold as having "Extra Capacity" yet the shelves that came with the unit where so small/short in depth that water & beer bottles, soda cans and any item smaller in size drops through the back of the refrigerator shelf and into the bottom of the unit. You end up with no extra capacity because you have no shelf area/space and a mess you have to clean up at the bottom of the refrigerator. And, look out for flying glass from glass beer/soda bottles under carbonation pressure.

Whirlpool worst customer service for a horrible 4.8 cu. ft. high-efficiency top load washer

I purchased from Home Depot 4.8 cu. ft. High-Efficiency Top Load Washer on 4/12/18 and the washer did not rinse the clothes or finish the cycle. The machine started to trip the power after few times we used it. I called on 4/23/18 to return it and Home Depot said they would replace it and I will get a call within 48 hours. A week later, I followed up and apparently there was a glitch in their system. They delivered another machine that only trips the power. Both Home Depot and Whirlpool are giving me the worst customer service. I spend hours on the phone to be transferred all over the company and used all the 800 numbers to call them, with zero resolution. I will never buy from Whirlpool or Home Depot again.

Whirlpool weg750h0hb black slide in gas range

I ordered this stove through a local dealer, Community Appliance, Middletown, NJ on 3/29/18. Put down a hefty deposit and was told Whirlpool has an estimated delivery date of April 11, 2018. That date came and went and a new date was set for April 29th. That date came and went and was told May 4th. Just got a call from the appliance center today, May 3rd, informing me Whirlpool removed any estimated delivery date and it's now "Open for Order".
Soooo, after waiting almost 5 weeks without a stove/oven...having my $900 deposit charged and held up, I want to know what's going on!
How disgraceful of Whirlpool to now offer no ending date in site! Where does this stove's delivery date stand? Do I order another range from another brand or wait for Whirlpool to get around to letting us know a new delivery date?
I called and spoke to your customer service center and they were unable to tell me anything (of course…what was I thinking?) My dealership has been continuously calling their Whirlpool Order Desk contact, but have also not been able to get an answer either. How unprofessional!
Sad that this is how you treat your customers and dealers.
I would never have ordered this stove if I knew there was no delivery date set. I am very disappointed and upset and feel that Whirlpool deceived me in indicating a delivery date they did not plan on meeting, in order to entice me into buying their stove.

Whirlpool washing machine

In 2011 i purchased a washer model #MVWC300XW0 to replace my 16 year old Kenmore washer. I used the new washer approximately twice weekly. Three weeks ago it started making noise on the spin cycle and a week ago it wouldnt move thru the cycles. It stopped after the wash cycle and didnt empty, rinse or spin. I called the Sears repair. I was told that the noise was a bearing gone bad and the computer that controlled the cycles quit working. Cost to repair was over $500.
I bought a Maytag because Maytag always had a great reputation, however having a machine go bad after 6 years pisses me off. Obviously, Maytag no longer has the reputation of reliability.
I had to buy a new washer for $700. I had purchased a 3 year policy on the Maytag. Useless!
I am not happy and would never buy or recommend a Maytag product ever again!

Whirlpool washing machine

hi -

I purchased a Top Load 6.5 Kgs Fully Automatic Washing Machine in India on 24-Oct-2016 and it is under warranty for 2 years.

There is some problem in the spinner so we lodged a Service Request # HR0418005662 and an engineer visited us. We were told that a part needs to be replaced and that he will come the next day. However it's been more than 15 days since then but nobody seems to be bothered.

I lodged a complaint on Whirlpool India website 2 days ago but still no response.

Whirlpool washing machine model number wtw50000dwi

To Whom It May Concern,
April 23rd, 2018

I just bought a whirlpool washing machine from Home Depot. It is model number WTW50000DWI. I have just used it for the first time.Many of the clothes are full of hair/lint and dirt. I used the casual with a cold wash setting because the clothes were not that dirty.

I called and waited twenty minutes without a response!

Whirlpool 2016 $800 dryer

y 2016 I bought a $800.00 dryer from Home Depot, a year and a half later the rubber seal around the glass broke, I called your customer service number and was told its out of warranty but they will send me the replacement part, they sent me the wrong part, I called back and was told by your rep that the reason they sent the wrong part was because they probably didn't have the correct part (you heard me right), you tape the conversations, this took place April 23rd 2018, after her arguing with me I asked to be transferred to a supervisor, put on hold for 15 minutes, Freddie the supervisor came on and proceeded to tell me they would send me the part but I must pay a service tech to come install it, after telling him I will do it m myself, he told me then I would have to get the part number, he refused to help me from that point, I have a GE fridge and GE dishwasher coming up for replacement, it will not be whirlpool, my brother is a builder in Florida, he uses a lot of appliances, I am a partner in his business, no more whirlpool, I know you wont miss my small business, but I will dedicate my life to bad mouthing whirlpool.

Whirlpool washer

This product has not worked aince I bought it. I have tried to have it serviced and was told nothing was wrong with the machine even though it does not fill with water, takes extremely long to wash a load (over 1 hour) and the clothes still come out dirty. I have tried to get in contact with some one from whirlpool since early 2017 and still no ine has gotten back to me. I paid almost $600 for a washer that literally sits my clothes in a 8" puddle for an hour.

Whirlpool dishwasher

I bought a whirlpool dishwasher at home depot ...it arrived on Thursday morning. My wife inspected front it and it looked good so the delivery guys left. On Saturday morning I decided to install it with my friend and we discover a big crack under fiberglass ...we ask for replacement and Home Depot said that 48 hours passed and we can't do nothing about it...Entire damage was under the fiberglass and my wife never looked under it because there is a sticker located on top that indicated "do not remove". Home depot said to contact Whirlpool so I did. I waited almost two weeks for technicians and they told me the whole tub has to be replace and it's going to take at least 4 weeks to get the part...and Whirlpool said they can't replace it...it has to be fixed. This is the most unfair, dishonest, and unprofessional situation that I have experienced. I received damaged goods which are now not going to be replaced. Even when speaking to a Home Depot employee I was given the cold shoulder. Now what am I suppose to do?!

I purchased a refrigerator at the PC Richards and Elmont they were lovely I got the refrigerator they installed it within two days the refrigerator froze everything then it went from freezing everything to not working at all so I lost everything in my freezer I lost everything that I bought in my refrigerator that was all brand new I try to contact customer service the service said they couldn't come for a week customer service said they take care of it they call me back at 7 never heard from them call the next day spoke to two more people will take care of everything will call you back no one called finally I just called the store at 3 I've been without a refrigerator for 10 days and lost all the money for everything that I purchased I finally called the store they're coming today hopefully but again I'm sitting here waiting another day wasted Whirlpool won't do anything for me and PC Richards won't do anything for me other than replacing the refrigerator I want some sort of a refund

After reviewing some of the complaints this is probably a waste of time. Whirlpool seems to be good at blaming their lack of quality on the customer. I have purchased a refrigerator less than 30 days ago and it has stopped cooling. I had a appointment setup for today and no one showed. Contacted customer support who contacted the repair company. Their response was my product was going to require a senior technician because of the complexity. Remind you this is a refrigerator. After talking with the customer support agent it looks like I am waiting 6 days to have repair made. I will be glad to send you my grocery bill next week.
