Dear All

Whirlpool customer service is unacceptably bad.
It was quite a shock.
Our Drier broke after 3 days. After two weeks trying to fix it, Ehirlpool decided that they have two change the equipment. After one week, the only information we have is that it can't be delivered in December, so another 3 weeks.
It doesnt stop there, call center keeps pushing you from one person to another, waiting is 40 minutes and it often is interrupted, meaning you have to start all over again.
Finnaly, call center attitude is often just rude, which is outrageous.
We are very disappointed, we can't resolve the issue in a timely manner or have a discussion whith someone who can give us an assertive answer.
I expect much better.
