I am an associate from Home Depot #2010, I was on hold for over 45 minutes and have pictures of my call time. In that time, I was transferred 3 different times even though I asked not to be, and after 45 minutes and a final transfer, I was hung up on. I was even cut off the last time I asked them not to transfer me. Can't help my customer or me. Customer Christine Goad, PO # [protected], she simply needs her door swing change and this is ridiculous.

    Hi, we apologize for the frustrations you experience when contacting us. If the appliance has not been delivered to the store yet, please contact our Trade Division at 866-233-8547 to add the request. If the customer has the appliance in their home, there will be instructions in the Owner's Manual/Installation Instructions on how to reverse the door. We hope this helps!
