I ordered and paid for two charms and two necklaces from Whirling Girl. I received two charms and one necklace. Multiple attempts to acquire additional necklace. Email not returned. Voicemail not returned. Poor customer service from Whirling Girl.

  • I ordered a necklace. They processed the credit card charge then told me it was out of stock and asked if I wanted to wait for it to be back in stock (months away) or a refund. I asked for a refund. Never received it. Contacted them by email and phone - no response - no money back - they just stole my money.

    I ordered from them, never received merchandise, or response to emails about merchandise. But they charged my account immediately. Luckily my credit card company let me dispute this and refunded me! Very horrible service, they basically stole my money!
