Whataburger unethical behaviour

I went to WhataBurger around 6:45am on 10/23/2018. I ordered the #21 with sausage and I add bacon with a large raspberry ice tea usually with no ice most of the time. I come to this WhataBurger very often and order either this or the Patty Melt meal. you can check my transaction. The Cashier Sabrina B is usually at the window most of the mornings that I am there. She's usually pleasant 99% of the time.

Well today was the 1% that she wasn't pleasant. My usual order was wrong and when I got to the window, she was handing me a coke zero. I said no ma'am that is not the drink I ordered. I ordered the Large raspberry ice tea with no ice like I normally do. She tells me yes but you also ordered the coke zero. I said no ma'am I did not, I wanted the Chorizo thing and add bacon. Her reply to me was, sir I asked you three times if you wanted a coke zero and you said yes not you're saying no. I said ma'am, why would I ordered a coke zero when I ordered a large ice tea? the same ice tea i always orded when im here and you hand it to me? She took my card charge me for the transaction open the window, handed me my card. I said thank you, she looked at me and closed the window. I was sitting in my car like wow, did this just happend to me. then another lady comes to the window, she ask me if I wanted any sauces. i said I would only like strawberry jelly. she put them in the back and handed it to me and I left.

Now, I'm not trying to get Sabrina B in trouble because this is the first time in our many transaction that she has done this to me. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day and was annoyed but I want someone to talk to her because I do not want this to happened to me again.

If it happens to me again, I will stop coming to this establishment because I am a loyal paying customer and I give respect and I expected the same level of respect as well.

Whataburger used glove in wrapped up in my hbcb

I ordered a Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit with a jalepeno cheddar biscuit. Before i even had the chance to get my drink and choose a table to sit at my food was already out and my first thought was wow that was really fast whataburger is getting better... I spoke too soon because i then got to my table and proceeded to unwrap what i thought was going to be my Honey Butter Chicken Bisquit and i soon found out it was not even close. I started to unwrap the wrappers and i saw it wasn't what i ordered first and then as i continued to unwrap it i found a used clear glove under the bisquit... i was furious and disgusted so i carried it back up to the counter and nothing was done besides i got a new Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit. I don't even think the manager was informed about the incident...

Whataburger injured on the job

Hi My name is Erika Garza I work at location 327 on NW military in San Antonio. I few weeks ago I stabbed myself with a meat thermometer after someone didn't put it back in its rightful place. I went to get it checked after the incident when I couldn't open my hand all the way. I was told by my GM, Obed Munoz, that my medical bill will not be paid for because I did not visit the "right Emergency Room." The Manager that night told me she had no idea about what to do in case of incidents like so. I was told Obed hadn't trained any of the managers about certain emergency procedures like the one I was in. There were 2 managers and neither knew what to say or do after a I cleaned my hand. Each week I receive more and more bills for a 5 minute stay and I don't make near enough money to pay any of it off. It's reached about 1000$ the last time I added it. I am totally not upset I'm just really scared honestly because I've never had to deal with this and I have no idea what to do or where to start or who to even speak to. I've spoken to a case representative but the last time we spoke one of us hung up and after I tried calling back 3 times I never got an answer or call back. I've received a bill recently saying if I don't pay it, it'll go badly against my credit.

Whataburger my experience and food

I went to my local Whataburger here in Dallas. The receipt they gave me has no store number on it but the address is 18253 Marsh Ln Dallas, TX 75287. I went through the drive thru and I was in line for over 30 minutes. I wanted to leave but couldn't because I had already paid. They lady told me my food was going to take a minute and if I wanted to just leave I could but told her I just paid! After waiting half an hour I finally get my food and they forgot my condiments so I had to go INSIDE to get it! When I got home both meals were HORRIBLE! The fries were so old and stale! My burger I got the #1 with mayo and the patty was burnt and dry. Barely any mayo. My husband got the patty melt and it looked like a plain hamburger with cheese and it was just gross! My sweet tea was a UNSWEET tea so i didn't get to even enjoy my drink! Never going back to that location again. I am very disappointed and I feel like I wasted my money.

Whataburger service

Order # 505245. I was in drive thru at 1320 high st jackson, ms. The service was extremely long and nobody warned me of the long wait. Im an officer and i waited for over 15 minutes. And to top it off the burger was disgusting and seemed to be just thrown together, as if they were in a rush. The order was also incorrect, because i ordered onion rings and they gave me fries. The black female that took my order didnt seem to care that it took so long and seemed very detached from her job. I wouldnt be so angry, but the service sucked and the food was terrible.

Whataburger garden salad with breaded chicken

On 9/30/18 around 4pm or 5pm I ordered two Garden Salads with Breaded Chicken along with other items. My husband and I planned on saving our salads to eat for lunch the next day at work. When I was about to eat the chicken it was uncooked. The meat in the middle was clearly not cooked well enough. I called my husband to ask if his salad was the same and he reported his chicken was uncooked as well. I had to throw the whole salad away due to my food being contaminated with uncooked chicken. I am requested a refund of my money. I contacted the Whataburger location I bought it from and the manager offered me another salad but I don't want another salad just because I was already grossed out by the one I bought. I just wanted my money back. I did not have the receipt since I had bought the salad the day before I was going to actually eat my salad. The salad was already cut into pieces when I opened it, so clearly who ever cut the chicken at Whataburger had to have seen that the chicken was not fully cooked. Whataburger my first complaint is in regard to the "manager on duty"samantha", and lack of customer service. second... our french fries.

My name is Tanya V. I am a hard working mom to 6 boys. I am also in the food and restaurant industry. I have been for 23+years. I love my job and i enjoy what i do. My family and i come to your weatherford location often. Tonight was a first for us. We ordered 3 meals totaling $26.60. We recieved our food and drove home. I ate a fry and thought it tasted old. So did my husband and kids. We All agreed. I called the location and spoke to Samantha. I felt like i was bothering her. I felt as if she didnt think i had a valid complaint. She said she would cook more, but we were already home and didnt want to get back out. I told her i wasnt coming for new fries, and she was just like ..."ok, thanks." We spend money here at least twice a week. This has now changed. I will not go spend almost $30 on stale food and then have the manager not care. Just thought i would bring her lack of concern to your attention. Thank you for your time... A former customer

Whataburger my whole order

EVERY single time I order from Whataburger it's wrong. I should NOT have to check my order before leaving. The employees don't care and the manager damn sure doesn't. I was in there a few months ago when it looked like upper management was talking to the employees. Well that did no good. How hard is it to read a screen and get the order right. I suggest you get some new manegment and employees in the thomasville ga location and train them better. If they choose to work at Whataburger they need to do their job. It's so frustrating getting home and the whole be wrong that you can't even eat and calling the restaurant and getting absolutely no where! Totally useless. I will not be eating at this location again. I'm sure you get many complaints and do nothing about them but if you want better business in thomasville get better employees

Whataburger availability to purchase a cup of coffee.

I just stopped into your restaurant at the location of McArthur Blvd. just off of the Northwest expressway in Oklahoma City and asked to purchase a Double Burger and a large cup of coffee. The person taking the order said we don't sell coffee after Breakfast. I asked why not and she said we just don't after Breakfast as per their owner or Mgr. She asked if I would like something else and I told her no that I would go somewhere else and she said okay, I'm sorry. They must be doing well to push business away. Unbelievable in my mind. A restaurant that doesn't sell Coffee. Any way I thought you should know if anyone else cares and finds that odd. After that I stopped at your location just off McArthur and 36 th. They said no problem sir, we'll get you some coffee with your order. I do appreciate that and told them that I would be back. Just thought you might want to know that you have a location that seems to do what they wish. I can't imagine you wouldn't want them to sell coffee, but stranger things have happened. Thanks for listening.

Whataburger complaint on the person delivering the food out to line 2. 9/15/2018 8:19 pm

Location 1201 West Glade Road Euless TX 76039
When ordered the food at the drive through, was told to go to the right lane (# 2). After getting there Line 1 continued to move much faster, like 5 cars exited while I was waiting. They kept line 1 moving as it would block the speaker if Line 1 if not moving. I asked the tall Hispanic male when coming for my money why was it taking so long. shrugged his hands and said "Why would I know that" got very irritated with me. At this time I would of left but I had already paid for the bad service I was getting. Waited another 3 min. (Now this is going on 10 min) I get out and go to the Kitchen door where he was coming out and asked about my food. He states "I will bring it when it is done." I go back to the drive through to my car. Wait another 2 min. Ask for the manager. He responds " Why do I want to see the manager. Told him I had already asked him questions and he knew no answers. Very rudely tells me to move out of the lane. I told him no. he said he would call the police and have me moved. I could not believe this. A gentleman coms out to assist and he too had no answers to why I have now been there 15 min waiting on 2 burgers, said he just got there. Now beginning to wonder if he was really a manger. No one knows anything! Maybe you can reveal some type of answer.
I drive by a Wendys twice a week to go to Waterburger. I have never been treated so rude by a teenage PUNK!

Whataburger service

I came into the storm hungry after just leaving my doctor's appointment from seeing the update for my baby anyhow as I was waiting patiently for someone to assist me a young lady came from the other side of the room and asked how she can help me I gave her my order she took it and took it to the back it took about maybe I say give it take 5 to 6 minutes before I receive my mail once I receive my mail I had no ketchup no salt no pepper so I asked her if I could please get some salt and pepper for my food and she proceeded to go and get it she said a young man would be here to give it to you the gentleman never came as I reproached front of the counter I overheard both of the employees I know one of them name is Marlene tea and I didn't get the gentleman's name but she was using profanity because he did not give me the ketchup then after I receive my meal I noticed that I did not have the proper meal I asked if it's could b remade.. a different employee brought the mail to me and I asked told him thank you for the troubles and instead of saying you welcome she slammed the tray down and just left at this point I had lost my appetite and did not want any of their service. The next thing I figured I would do with she called the manager it took the manager literally 8 minutes to come to me directly it was only for people in the room all was served and it was only for cars that was in the driveway I thought as though if she really wanted my time and one of my effort she would have made the effort to come and see exactly what was going on I am pregnant it was mandatory that I came and got me something to eat and I love Whataburger but this location just really disappointed me I couldn't believe how the young ladies were speaking to each other I couldn't believe the attitude that was exploding in the room it was so much negativity even the gentleman across me smells his food and checked his food just to make sure it was properly cook the manager Martha handled my issue and receive I got my full refund back I was just so disgusted and it was still extremely hungry so I walked in the rain to go across the street to the Canes luckily they were able to save the day and fulfill my satisfaction and gave me great customer service skills thank you so much Canes. I hope this matter is resolved in a decent manner so that way the next time I decide to come through there whether it's drive-through or walk in I will be greeted with the upmost respect I enjoy Whataburger I love Whataburger but today was a devastating day get better please especially at the location of Fredericksburg and datapoint I live right down the street from you guys please get it right

Whataburger manager kat

My daughter is an employee at Grissom. She was not feeling well and had tried to call in, but Kat the manager threatened her job if she did not come to work. We have 3 individuals sick in the house with the flu. about 2 hours later it started to pour rain outside, we live in an apt and have to park far, so I called to let them know that my daughter will not be coming into work tonight. So she threatened me and tells me she will be writing her up as a no call no show. I asked why and she said because she did not call 4 hours in advance. Every time I tried to talk to her after that she would yell at me saying "I don't Care", she must of said it at least 5 times. How unprofessional is this of a so called manager to act like a child. I did the courtesy of calling at least give me the respect to listen. She was extremely RUDE. How is it that you can even have an individual of this character to work for your company. This does not make you look good. This is not the first time I have seen or heard her be rude to people. She has a yelling problem. She speaks to the employees as if they are dogs. She yells at them horribly. She also speaks to customers in this manner. As a corporate office, you should watch this employee and choose a little more wisely as to who you have as a manager. I am wirking at Whataburger restaurant number 1047, 340 Hwy 6, Sugarland, Houston, TX, 77478.

General Manager Sogand Mir at the location I am working at is amazing!
General Manager Sogand Mir, She is super! optimistic and encouraging all workers.

But... there is other bad people too...

I am going through difficulties at work place.

I am Asian woman, suffering from:
- Real RACE DISCRIMINATION
and
- YELLING at me.

RACE DISCRIMINATION :

1.
Aisha team leader -in reality she is TEAM RUINER, discriminated me through twice Unlawfully and Unnecessarily YELLING (❗️) at me even I am doing my job Properly - even Everything I do according to policy and NON STOP and HARD WORKING, and I am OVERLOADED with the MOST hard- dirty job.
Her Yellings making distracting me from doing my job in proper way cause making me VERY STRESSFUL, very DISAPPOINTED.

Manager Farnoosh Arslan from the fist day of my working here all the way we're causing me forcing me GO THROUGH RACE DISCRIMINATION FACTS (❗️).

First of all she was trying discriminate me, OVERLOADing me ONLY with MOST HEAVY, HARD, most dirty job and leaving NO OPPORTUNITY to learn other position's duties - all kind of cooking, ability of understanding what is on tablo, etc.
OVERLOADing : she forcing ONLY ME among the women do all cleaning work GRIL Machine - it's for me very HARD pulling and pushing this HEAVY machine.

I felt, I was feeling all the way her VERY ARROGANT ATTITUDE to me. She all the way treated me rudely.

If there is no orders by customers and everyone forced to have break-relaxing and just waiting orders she sending ONLY ME go home and I'm not working out my HOURs and getting a little earnings.

She demanding from me all Washing Rinsing Sanitizing SINKs keep clean - I AM KEEPING THEM VERY CLEAN- I keep it clean no matter ...
But the same time when I am showing her that I am receiving EVERY MORNINGS from night Shift SINKS VERY DIRTY with FUL of, a lot of LEFT OVERS of FOOD in it, she says Something like "It's OK, they were late so they didn't have time".
And every mornings the dirtiness in SINKs is being repeated unchanged as it was.

All about the other ‘STUFF' I have to tell in person, face to face, cause it is impossible Reflect all in one letter.

Whataburger service

I was in the drive thru and a crew member named Key at the Mesquite location(410) on Scyene Rd. He was on his cell phone taking a personal call while taking my payment and serving my food. He then also started to curse at the person on the phone. It didn't just happen to our car. It happened to the car in front of us as well. This was about 11:25 on Saturday night (9/8/2018). I was unhappy with the situation and I never received my receipt.. please follow up with me at [protected]@gmail.com!

Whataburger food/employees

The whataburger in Marshall, Texas ALWAYS GETS OUR FOOD WRONG! Last time we went, they didn't even give us our entire chicken strip meal. So then I go back and tell a cashier about it and request a manager and she refused to let me speak to one. Then she proceeds to blame the mistake on me coming at 2 am stating that late night employees always mess up so I "should have come during the day". Not acceptable. My wife works night shift so yeah, we usually come at night after she gets off but it doesn't matter. They should be doing their job. Not to mention the few times we've come during the day, our food was messed up then as well. Not to mention every single time we get this messed up food or half missing order, it's after waiting 20+ Minutes in line. So by that time, we're over it. I am getting to where I don't want to go back. If it wasn't for the fact that whataburger is my favorite fast food restaurant (although not this location) I wouldn't go back at all. You're about to lose a loyal customer for good. McDonald's is crap but at this point, I'd rather go to them.

Whataburger customer service/management

I recently moved to mesquite and I went to the whataburger on Galloway for the first time & my experience there was absolutely horrible. The customer service was horrible and when I got my order my fries weren't hot. My husband and I got our food delivered by Valerie, the manager, which took longer than service time required. When she walked up to our table I couldn't 100% identify the smell but it was close to marijuana or cigarettes which I know is 100% objectionable. There wasn't any condiments offered, napkins, anything. So I had to continuously get up for what me and my husband needed to somewhat enjoy our lunch. My visit here today was very Unsatisfying.

Whataburger quality and service

first of all, there was not hardly any cars in parking lot or drive thru, 2 cars total. it took me 30 mins to get all of 1 number 20...this Whataburger is always way to slow, they stand around and talk to each other and in no hurry to get food out. I finally get my food, for what, the hash browns were burnt, and the taquito was the worse thing ive ever had. small and hard. this is unacceptable and I will never be going to that Whataburger again!

Whataburger the hamburgers

Whataburger in Corsicana, Texas could not be any worse. On September 03, 2018, my daughter and I went in for hamburgers, hoping they had improved from our last visit. The Hamburger meat is so thin you can hardly taste it and the buns are so thin that they literally dissolve in the juices and fall apart. These are the cheapest water buns you can imagine. HORRIBLE

Whataburger customer service

I went into our local Whataburger (Weatherford, Texas) and witnessed horrible service from someone whom I believe is in management. Her names was Samantha B. I realize dealing with the public is NOT an easy task AT ALL! But she was going out of her way to be ugly. When we were walking inside both me and my husband saw her reaction. She did not want to be waiting on us. She rolled her eyes and was very gruff and ugly to us and our kids. I just blew it off thinking someone else put her in a bad mood. When we sat down another gentleman walked in and her back was to him (working on the fries) so he said (politely) excuse me, she turned around shot him a look and said hold on a minute! I think fire blew from her mouth! She pulled up the fries and by that time our order was ready to be brought out. So she completely ignored him grabbed our food brought it to us and left him standing there! I was shocked and I'm pretty sure he was too! Don't get me wrong I know we all have bad days but she took hers a little to far. Kudos to the guy being polite and was perfectly fine with waiting (or it least that is how it seemed)

Whataburger potential theft of time

Hi, I recently overheard a conversation with 3 Whataburger employees in Vicksburg, Ms. stating how someone slipped of the tongue and spilled about a GM that may be clocking an employee in to get hours that had not worked the previous week. I believe the name was Jonah( not sure of the spelling) but supposedly he had not worked many hours but cashed a recent check with hours. If true, that's theft. It appears that the GM and this worker spends time together when off from Whataburger. I believe that Whataburger needs to check into this guys time on and off camera to verify and check out the GM as well
