Whataburger manager / food

I stopped by the store in Royse City Texas where I live around 11:50 pm on 05/14/2018 the manager there is so not qualified to be a manager, I got home my order was wrong, I called back up there and the "" manager"" I was telling I paid for a double meat jr. With cheese and a small fry for 6:25 total. But there was no cheese on the double burger I called and spoke to the manager and on the phone she told me bye I said what manager do not listen to a complaint so I took my order back up there walked in the door no one was at the counter or the drive thru I yelled out hello hello and finally one of the workers stuck her head around the corner I said I need to see the manager and the first word out the manager's mouth was give her her money back so I got rude because it pissed me off what manager do not make the order correct but instead say give her her money back so I told her that I once was a manager at Whataburger in Dallas years ago and that is not how you do it she brought my money back to the counter and laid it down on the counter I do not appreciate how I was treated and I will not go back there ever again.. is she told me to F myself really you have people working that talk to your customers that way. I do not know her name but she was working on Monday night around 11:50 p.m. On May 14th, 2018 Thank you, I heard one of the team members ask the manager do you want me to make her order correct and she said no I'm going to give her her money back so she can get out of here. And then I got really rude and she told me to F myself she brung the money to the counter and laid it down on the counter and turned her back and walked away. I do not appreciate being treated like that in a public restaurant by a manager I stated to her most managers take your name and make your order right.

Whataburger drive thru customer service/meal

I really don't know if your Whataburger cares much about customer service, but I was not satisfied with the service I recieved from your drive thru employee nor the cook. There is lack of attention and customer service overall. Your drive thru employee which was a female made me feel like I had to rush and let her know what I wanted to order. She came and charged me about 5 minutes after I was already at the window, and never even acknowledged that she would be right with me. She gave me my order and did not even offer condiments, and just closed the window giving me no time to even ask for any. I asked her for 2 jalapeños at the time of paying, and she only gave me 1 for which she didnt even charge me for. Worst of all, I asked for a #21 with bacon and the receipt says it, and I got a sausage BOB, for which I HATE SAUSAGE! As well for the fries, they were only about 1/3 full. Therefore, I paid about 2 hours of an employees pay, and ended up with nothing to eat. I used to be a manager at a Whataburger in South Padre Island, and I would have never tolerated this from my employees. This just reflects the type of management at this specific store.

Whataburger wrong order twice

On 2 separate nights other including tonight, my order was wrong. I order food with no onions and keep getting onions. Tonight my fiancé went back bc they didn't put bacon on his burger and again I had onions. When he got back home, his burger had bacon but there meat was cold and cheese was not melted making us believe that the meat was just out on a diff bun and added bacon. And my burger had onions AGAIN. I cannot even eat the burgers after taking off the onions bc I still taste them and it literally makes me nauseated to where I cannot even eat. This problem needs to be addressed ASAP

Whataburger food burnt and greasy

So I go to Whataburger 398 James is my cashier I order your number 6 double meat to Jesus extra onions extra tomatoes whatasize my fries& drink medium onion ring.he goes to the back to taking orders. At this time I don't know his name. Starts to make french fries and onion rings. So in the process he finishes the fries he pulls out the onion rings he accidentally drops them back in the grease stumbles to get them out then put them back on the rack he serves up a order to a drive-in now mind you my orders next he scrapes off all the crumbs that are in the rest of the basket makes my order and says 84 I go up I look at my food now this is where the problem is I asked my cashier can he make me some fresh onion rings because these are greasy and I didn't order onion ring bites he looks at me and tells me these are fresh and starts talking to the next customer he did not listen so he ignored me so I'm calling to report James and his manager

Whataburger whataburger regular burger

I visited the Lancaster, Texas Whataburger yesterday, April 28, 2018. The meat had a very funny, almost rancid taste, not like any other Whataburger I'd ever tasted. It even upset my stomach. I was told by the store manager that the meat was not old, that the batch of meat had not expired and that they do not use any different meat than any other Whataburger; nevertheless it had that taste and it left an after taste on my tongue.

Whataburger service at the establishment

As I sit there eating my biscuits and gravy the cashier at the front counter whom I believe her name is Diane. As she was helping other customers she asked if someone could deliver the tray of food and she asked nicely and said please. However the other employees did not help her out. Although the lady at the drive thru told her the sweet tea was almost out. I had to sit there listen to the cook say her name hatefully but the cashier always said thank you. As I was leaving I watch the lady at the drivethru and a guy walk straight out side to smoke instead of making that sweet tea that they said they were almost out of.

Whataburger poor quality service

On April 10, 2018 I tried out the new Whataburger in College Station, Restaurant No. 1135. Upon receiving my order and arriving home I realized my iced tea had no ice, 2 orders of fries were missing, and they did not include any dipping sauce. I understand the store is new and I would like to point out this slight kink in the system. Whataburger is better than this service and want to ensure the store is held to the highest standard.

Whataburger lunch order

My husband and I went to the whataburger on Douglas blvd in midwest city Oklahoma on 4/08/2018 around 1130 to get lunch. The service was good and we got our food within ten minutes of being there. When we got home to eat we noticed the fries were cold and soggy (how can this happen at 1130) and my husbands burger was cold. I got the buffalo ranch chicken sandwich, the bread is soggy and the breading from the chicken is stuck to the bread due to sogginess. We have had bad experiences at this whataburger before but just brushed it off to being lunch rush, but it is not worth it to try the hit or miss food and waste money.

Whataburger unsanitary

I walk into a restroom and an employee did not wash their hands and then A family member of mines witness one of the employees making burgers without any gloves on.And The manager on duty was in the back with them as well. Then some employees have on just ONE glove and I EMPHASIZED on one because the one glove was being used to do everything but what I'm sure your designated to do.

Whataburger drink and staff

I visit Whataburger on countyline road today maybe 4:00 /4:30 P. M. I order a number 1 with a Sweet Tea and notice that My tea had Brownish particle flowing in It. so I asked the Young man Zerota How long the tea been made. He immediately apologize and said he would make some fresh tea because the Tea Was Old. This location seems like it's getting worser and worser. I never experience this until a Today. Everyone Seem Like They was unbothered and No one apologize except the gentle in back. I also simply call the unit and Ask to speak witnTasha owens a lady picked up the phone and said Tasha wasn't in and Hung unprofessional Is what I called that. I will never visit this unit again service is horrible and The gentle who took care of me should get a raise for being concern

Whataburger food and customer service

Usually this location has really good customer service but apparently after 10 p.m. that doesn't exist anymore! RUDE! associate giving attitude to multiple customers, standing up there screaming out numbers in a high pitched shrill irritating voice... On top of that the fries were cold! It was like an act of Congress just to get ketchup! A lot of people came in and only one person running the register.

Whataburger product & service

On March 27, around 1800hrs(6p), was with my family in the drive through at location #958, 130 E Central Expy, Harker Heights, Tx 76548. After receiving our drinks, my husband saw a light skinned male employee with name Marquis displayed on his name plate, extend his leg & foot into the ice machine & begin kicking the ice/machine to loosen the ice. While we waiting for our food, another flight skinned female employee saw that we had witnessed this & walked away. The driver window open & I noticed it appeared to be the manager on duty, she had different uniform attire than the other employees. We did not get her name, but she was a white female, heavy build, after getting our food handed to us, we decided to tell her what we witnessed. The manager replied that she was a aware & saw this action by the employee & that the ice scooper was missing, possibly inside the ice machine, but that the ice would be dumped out. However, prior to speaking with her or retrieving our food, we noticed that other drinks were being filled with the ice AFTER the male employee had already put his foot/shoe in it, we believe were still utilizing the now dirty, unsanitary, ice serving it for other orders either in line behind us or customers ordering inside to dine in.
This complaint is to get it addressed higher than the manager, as we got the impression that it was not a big concern, being that the ice was still being served. This is also the only Whataburger in Harker Heights Texas, closet to our home, unless we want to now travel 15min to Killeen or Copperas Cove 30m away.

I admit I made this up because I was recently fired from this Whataburger. I was fired because I was eating burgers without paying for them and the man whom I falsely accused of putting his foot in the ice is the one that reported me. I did lie and say that he made advanced on me and tried to put his hand down me, but I admitted it. This is the reason that I was fired or so the say.I did apologize. I lied about the manager brushing it aside because that was the manager who fired me.

Whataburger terrible everything!!

After waiting for someone on the speaker for 10 minutes a rude associate finally comes on and rushes us through our order. When we get to pay the associate just holds out her hands and says nothing Practically shoves my receipt in my hand. And slams her window thing closed. We wait 45 min to get to the second window and our order is wrong everything expect the drinks. ( of course the wrong size) the older African American female try's to embarrass me by calling the male manager over to correct me even when he told her she was wrong she ignored it and went on to try say I said it wrong. Neither apologized. When we finally got our food it was cold and still wrong. The management was terrible when we called. The associates are terrible. This is an every time thing. Worst whataburger ever!

Whataburger timely service.

I work overnights and occasionally decide to grab a bite to eat at the 24 hour Whataburger. This particular time I ordered a simple garden chicken salad. There were only two cars ahead of me. I was in line for 20 minutes and had yet to receive my food. My coworkers also complain of the service time. This whataburger is only 4 minutes down the road. A 15 min break should suffice in time to grab a to go bite. The establishment is unadulterately staffed. There is literally one person running that whole restaurant drive through. This is not good for franchise or business.

Whataburger store

Converse store off of FM 78 has gone down over the past couple of months the food is really bad the fries are always cold and there's always a long wait the people are so rude I've been working in customer service pizza hut for 10 year as a driver i know alot about food industry. Almost everybody in their needs to be fired and a whole new crew needs to be rehired and trained cuz I know I said in the beginning it's been a couple of months but it's probably more like a couple years it's been pretty bad thank you! I'm sorry this is my first time writing to a company I just feel like you guys needed to know thank you again for taking the time to read this I hope this helps.

Whataburger texas city, texas

I have been a faithful customer for 48 years at this location. I eat breakfast there 5 days a week at 5 am. In the last 6 months the dining room area has been closed at least 20 times during this time frame. The explanation is always that they are short of people or someone did not show up for their shift. The management at this location needs to be improved. A lot of customers leave and go somewhere else when the dining area is closed.

Whataburger was charged the wrong amount for my order tonight

3/18/2018 order# 527832 the order was at 8:50 it took the 30 to do this
i was charged for someone else's order the employees where very confused so finally talk to the manager. He had to go and find the receipt for my order which was 13.94. I went through the drive through i was charged and given my order at the same time. they kept saying 18.64 and i kept telling that was not right so there for the receipt on the bag was 13.94 but was charged 18.64.
So while the manager was looking for the receipt i looked up my bank account and seen they had taken out 18.64 so i told him that he would not find a receipt for the 13.94 and showed my back withdrawal of 18.64. So by then my food was cold and i was not very happy because i could not get a receipt. He refunded my the difference i could not believe how long this took to get it right. And still I had not receipt. I go to whataburger about 3 times a week at least. I would like a gift card for the amount of the order after all of this and the food being cold. Thank you, Hiedi Hinds

Whataburger whataburger customer service

My family went through the drive thru at whataburger on 3/18/18 at 7:00pm and the attitude by the 2 ladies working were horrible. First, when we were ordering they kept saying is that all you want after each item and when I said that is all she simply said "twenty." I assumed that was the amount. I pulled to the window and asked if she could add a sauce and you would have thought I asked for her first born child. When I asked for katchup she gave me spicy. I checked the bag and my attemp to get regular was met with a silent glare. She handed me regular and when I said thank you, still silence and walked away from window. I've never had a bad experiece at this location but I felt management should know before customers are lost. Thank you for your time.

Whataburger Survey

I was told if I completed a survey I would receive a free burger. When I went to present my completed survey they said I ha to purchase something. They said it's on the receipt. Yes but they didn't say that I should have read the receipt.

This is ridiculous. No wonder your having problems

Whataburger seating area nasty

On 3/15/08 I spent almost an hour here while my grandson had his fries.This a weekly stop for him to relax and play with his I pad, there was a wet floor cone there to whole time, some customers almost tripped over it getting to the salt/pepper etc. The pickles sliding down the window has been there for a week. This place has really gone down down hill in the past few months.
