Whataburger employee treatment

My name is Michael Walters-smiley I'm an employee at the whataburger store on w bell road in Glendale Arizona my employee number is 2044601 the reason for my complaint is because I am being treated unfairly by my store manager rick ontiveros and I'm not the only employee being treated unfairly our hours are being cut because he doesn't like the ways we do our jobs. He says that maintaining a professional appearance is very important yet he put me on the spot in front of every other employee and customer because he didn't like the way I was doing my job and he said and I quote "I don't pay you to goof off at work and this is why your hours are being cut" well here's the bad thing about that I have bills to pay and unfortunately getting scheduled to work one day every week for only 4-7 hours isn't going to pay my bills. This has been going on for about 3-4 months now and I am tired of it I've tried having a sit down discussion with him and he tells me no every single time so now I'm at the end of my patients and I'm making this complaint. I do call and ask for extra hours or if I'm needed because hey I live 2 minutes from the store and he tells me no that every time there is a full staff and the first few times I believed it until one day I called and asked got told the same thing so I walked in after I called and there wasn't a full staff in fact it was busy and they were understaffed. I don't know why he is hostile towards me but I want this taken care of because I'm not the only employee he does this to. Whataburger order

Ordered 4 piece chicken bites kid's meal. The kid can count. There were only 3. Waited 15 minutes in line and pd $4.50 for this. Too tired to go back. Stop eating my kid's meal. Someone needs to learn to count. And not short people on their orders, just because they think a child won't notice.
So I'll go to McDonald's from now on.
Managers should pay more attention.

Whataburger service

Visited Location 112 at 7007 South Zarzamora and this location lacks customer service . My order is constantly wrong and incomplete. I don't particularly enjoy being asked to pull forward away from the window to get my wrong and cold food. I can go to any restaurant in town but i pick Whataburger because i love the food. Maybe its time to reevaluate and go elsewhere.

Whataburger waited too long in line

I waited 20 minutes in line for 3 chicken strips only 2 cars ahead of me. When I came to the window I asked if I could get a number to make a complaint he said he had to see if they had one and went to tell manager he came back and said the manger would come speak to me but I was already frustrated so didn't wait any longer. Cashier did not even give me a receipt.

Whataburger bad management

Okay it was June 25th I believe a Sunday I work for the Whataburger in Houston the store number is 267 I got into it with one of my coworker mind you that we was already short on team members so everybody was frustrated like I was on break and you know how when you on break you eat and then you come back and dont have the same energy as before so I break back in went to my side which was drive-thru so as I was making orders mind you that I was by myself no help at all not the fry station nor grill so as I was making an order I forgot to put a sticker on one sandwich which was a mistake because I was so busy trying to rush and hurry up and get the drive-thru clear and I forgot to put a sticker on one little sandwich and he was like man you better put a sticker on the sandwich I was like it's a receipt right there and stuff like that and the other sandwich had all the stickers on there so it's it's not like you know it was hard to recognize what it was but he was like I better have a stick on the sandwich after I take this order to this customer at the drive-thru window and I was like you don't talk to nobody like that and then me and him got into it cuz I felt like he was threatening me so we got into and the manager (Maria) bad attitude problem was only telling me to shut up but not him which I believe and felt like she was showing favoritism and it was very unprofessional of her name is Maria and the co-worker I got into it with is a male his name is Dante she was telling me to shut up but not him he was still talking smack so that's when I start back talking smack as well so she says stop or I'ma send you home and I was like alright I apologize once again he was still talking smack so I start back talking smack and she was like go home and that's when he had a made an smart remark saying that's why you going to lose your job I hope you lose your job and I always like that's messed up you ain't going to say nothing to him for that and then I clocked out and I was in the restroom I had called my brother to see what he was doing telling him what happened and so he can pick me up cuz I didn't have a ride to go home and the guy that I got into with my coworker Donte at the time he walked in I was like there he go now and I was still mad and I was still fussing about it because i felt played and we got into it in the restroom and stuff like that and he was like when I see you when I get on my break and I see you walking home I'm getting out my car and fight you know that's not right that's unprofessional so I would like to get a transfer to another location or if they do let me go can I get in unemployment I feel like something has to be done about it because the management is poor there not good

I work for the Whataburger in Houston the store number is 267 the management skills there is very poor management they have bad attitudes so I want to get a transfer to a different location I've been putting up with that foolishness for a year now it's time for me to move around so I want to work
at a different location I don't feel comfortable there the vibe is very bad there

Whataburger whataburger

Me and family member visited wataburger at 9500 Montana in El Paso Texas.we were not satified with the fact the some of the food was saturated in sauce and wet tomatos and the onion rings in one of the meals was crushed.There was also a bad that we requested, but the manager at the time did not put the items in himself, rather he had my family meber do it her self.I believw the managers name was Moises Melendez, buy I could be wrong.This kind of service is unacceptable, and would be great if they could fix this management issue at the resturaunt, thanks.

Whataburger inappropriate relationship

Ive working at this location on college st in Beaumont Tx for years even moved up to team member position which was great. They have a nice young lady there by the name of Daaiyah Dumas who is also a great worker. After Mr Mike, which were over the stores, took sick and his position was replaced by a young guy name David who transfered from the Dallas area. This young man and Daaiyah Dumas are dating which i feel is very unprofessional by him being over all of the stores in the Beaumont Tx area and she just being an employee. This young lady was recently promoted to assistant manager from the approval of David and her manager Theresa, not to mention Ive been here longer than her and worked as hard. I think its very unfair and unprofessional for this young man David to be having relations with employees by him being up in rank. Thats one thing that should be in the workers handbook.

Whataburger my food order was wrong

I want to the Whataburger restaurant 181 712 ft.worth drive Denton Texas 6/14/2017 at 1:32am during my lunch break and do not have time to go back they made both of my order wrong but my receipt is right so they must not been paying attention when they where making it I ordered number one sub mayo and got number one with mustered I also ordered number five with mustered and got number five with Mayo i found about my wrong order when I got back too work really very unhappy not having my lunch break ruined​ because someone did not do there job right I paid 14.54 for that meal that I did not eat

Whataburger poor cleaning / food handling

I was observing the poor cleaning and for food handling in my 10 years of never seen it not following food for seizures or cleaning procedures The workers name was Sean and he used the same rag to wipe the chairs and the tables and he never use the spray on the table he sprayed it on the rag and then wipe the tables and chairs and are used to work at a water burger and I know for fact because they trained me they say that you're supposed to spray the spray on the table is not on the rag and he just kept reusing the same rag and I know that you're not supposed to

Whataburger whataburger okc store 573

Order# 507492 ... this is the third time I've gotten my prefer either messed up, forgot something, or food was cold ...today 1:34am I went in and ordered a party melt with fries no onions with a sprite and received everything but my fries were SUPER cold burger HAD onions and my Sprite tasted like carbonated water? I am so done with this place ... I can repeat my order 3 times and it is always wrong!

Whataburger multiple incorrect orders

Good afternoon to whom this may concern my name is James Abrams and I work at Walmart on Nacogdoches and for lunch I always go to the Whataburger in the same area it's taken me this long to get back to you guys because I work a lot of odd random hours but whenever I order the bacon avocado burger from your establishment I always get one for me with crispy chicken instead of beef and one for my gf with no onions however every time I've ordered lately I've been given a burger with beef and her chicken with onions not once not twice but several times she's allergic to onions mind you so this really bothers me is there any compensation for this?

Whataburger cold good & order not right

Around 5am in drive thru I ordered a #1 with extra mayo & pickles with onion rings & #26 with side of sausage booth with large Dr peppers. Lady working drive thru said "i put extra onion rings & hashbrowns in your bag cause it took a few extra minutes to get your order out". So i figured everything was going to be correct. When i got to my job & the burger had no mayo or extra pickles & was cold. Sausage was dripping grease & onion rings were soggy & cold. Couldn't go back because I had to be at work at 6am.

Whataburger customer service and food taste

I placed my Order# 939412 at 7:17 PM. It took 14 minutes (7:31 PM) to receive my food. I complained to the Manager Lydia but to no avail when I finally received my food my fries with no salt were undercooked. The Manager named Michael (African American) elected to argue with me and declared the fries were done. My mother then requested for a refund and the Manager Michael elected to keep on babbling that the fries were done. A Manager should never argue with a customer. The customer is always right. Michael has no buisness being a Manager and should receive coaching and counseling immediately. Whataburger needs to enroll him in the Management course called, "How To Be An Effective Leader", because he truly lacks the appropiate Management skills.

Whataburger food /service

On May 30, 2017, at 7:25 p.M., at Whataburger #953 on Bass Pro Drive in Rockwall, Texas, we ordered two Whatachicken combos with cheese. 20 Minutes later we finally received our meals. ( btw We were the only car in line at the time). The sandwiches had so much sauce on them they dripped all down our fronts and messed up a car seat. They were awful, and were barely warm in the first place. ( I never had a Whatachicken with sauce?) The fries had to be 6 or 8 hours old; totally inedible. And did I mention the service was awful? We had a bad experience at this diner a year or so back, but blew it off as a one time thing. NEVER, EVER, go to this Whataburger. EVER!

Whataburger two orders of your 3 piece chicken strips meal large

I never ever complain, but this has occurred more than once unfortunately. I asked the Manger on duty tonight who i believe was a female named Jennifer, and specifically asked twice if I could please have 2 cups of honey butter for each of our meals in which she agreed to do. As you can tell we really enjoy your honey butter lol. Well yet again I get home to find one cup in each meal box. And when I called to ask how this type of situation would work out because I am not very close to that location, her response was "well the honey butter is free so there's nothing else we can do because it's free. Now if you want to drive back up here we'll give you more honey butter." I thought that was terrible customer service especially on how she handled our call. And I simply asked because of me not being close and using my gas to go all the way back there, was there a way to work this out for a future order.. Low and behold she said no and that if I wanted it, I'd have to drive up their tonight to receive it.. I would really appreciate any help towards a future order.. I do apologize for writing this over something silly like sauce but this is a reoccurring thing.. I'm going to include a picture of the 1 cup of honey butter I was given.. And you'll understand why I ask for two.. Oh and the fact that I spent $30 with you guys tonight to get rejected and spoke to a rude manager just blew my mind.. Whataburger shake machine

Yes it's 3:57 in the morning and the crew said the machine is down and it takes 45 mins. I know this to not be true I'm a former graveyard shift manager the shake machine never took that long to clean and set back up. I was in management at Waco Baylor and Waco Hewitt. Its Just a point of the graveyard shift being lazy and not wanting to work. U know this from past work history this is the 323rd time this week this had happen

Whataburger restroom women

After ordering burgers I went to women's restroom and found disgusting toilet please see picture. I told them to tell the manager. After we ate I went back to women's restroom to wash hands and nothing had been done to clean the toilet. NO effort made to acknowledge or clean it. This was disgusting and I am not impressed. Surely you wouldn't want this to go on social media? Next time we will check restroom BEFORE ordering.

Whataburger food/customer service

I've been going to Whataburger #328 for awhile during the night time, and there has been a lot of changes. First they take more than 20 minutes to take out an order especially with the coffee and milk shakes. No one is in front to take orders they are always in back chatting or playing around. They don't greet at all to anyone coming in or out of restaurant. Place looks sloppy at times, employees as well look sloppy in uniform. They take a while to bring back any complainants. Orders seems to be right as ordered, but that's about the only thing they do correct, but it's not a good atmosphere to have dinner there anymore, I rather drive a couple of miles extra to reach the next nearest Whataburger. I hate to complain but it's already out of hand and they need to shape up on customer service duty.

Whataburger product quality & customer satisfaction

Visited our local whataburger this past wednesday may 10th, 2017 off justin rd.in highland village, tx. This is store no. 993. Went in to order take out and when I got home, discovered my order hand literally been thrown together! I had a double meat with cheese & jalapenos. Upon opening my burger, I found several pickles in the folded wrap of the paper. I thought, oh extra pickles, not! When it was fully opened, I found tomatoes, onions, peppers, scattered all over and not even on the bun. Yes literally thrown together. I was so mad, but still hungry, I was going to put it back together so I could have my meal with my wife. When I opened the bun, I also found only 1-meat patty, and was still charged for a double! (I can only imagine that since this was thrown together, the other meat patty missed the bun, during the toss, altogether and ended up somewhere on the floor). I took a photo, closed it back up and called the manager becca. Her first suggestion was to go ahead and eat it and get with her know on my next visit (What?). When I arrived, I had becca open the wrap to see what I saw (See attached photo). Becca said she was very sorry and immediately expedited me another order with large fries (As I informed her, my original order of fries was still sitting at home getting cold). She expedited my re-order, and included a pie with it. I inquired about a free meal gift card for meal, for all the inconvenience, and was put off with another some sort of “see me during your next visit, right……….. Not really happy with the overall outcome. When back home and got to eat all by myself as my wife had finished hers by that time.
