When I got home I noticed that I was missing three orders of fries and two of the teas tasted really flat. They made a mistake on my burger putting some cheese when i specifically said no cheese. When I called her she was being really rude. She also said that I forgot them. I forgot them yet she says thankyou which means she has finished giving me my food. When I asked who was her superior she said she was the only manager available which was hard to believe. She had no people skills what so ever and I do not appreciate bad attitude when it was their fault. She claimed her name was Delia.

I didn't receive my full order which was left in another bag. But I was too far to turn back when I realized. I would just like the rest of my order, as I am able to come pick up shortly.

I went into the what a burger on I 10 west @ Sheldon road east side of Houston, TX. I order a #2 than the manager walked off, the said " 1 mento" and walked off than came back. When I got my food it was under cooked (red meat); spoiled. This made me sick!

Whose car did you steal., mommy's? Daddy's? First grade teachers? Clearly if you don't take blame for not checking your order you aer also at fault. An adult can admit this six years olds cannot.

On my way from Houston to Austin. Ordered 2 meals and 2 fish burgers. There were only 2 cars in front that had just placed their order. About to call and speak to the manager inside, 2we sat for 17 minutes before the first car got their food. The truck ahead finally got to move up but waited another 4 minutes to get his small bag. I move up now, excited that it's my turn yet thinking we could have gone inside to use the bathroom, ordered our food, and been on the road by now. She takes my money and had no good reason why I've now been waiting in line for 21 minutes for fast food. Thinking she's surely got the next 3-4 orders prepared by now, she asks me to please pull up and she'll bring it out when it's ready. Really? It's not ready YET? I pull up and watch the next 2 cars behind me get their orders, not in a timely manner, but before me nonetheless, and they drive off. They, too, have been waiting behind me for some time. We're now going on 28 minutes. I've finally decide that I'm not paying for THIS. So I go inside and the same girl at the window said it's almost ready. I just said, "28 minutes. Is there a manager I can speak to?" The manager was making food (two teen boys and one girs were at the front register doing nothing as one or two customers trickled in. They were NOT slammed, and they were NOT short-staffed. They were grossly undermanaged. They have no leader in their manager, obviously. The manager says it'll be ready soon. I repeat '28 minutes' and say that I really just want my money back and don't even want the food at this point'. She says she'll refund my money and I can keep the food and she apologizes...I think there was an apology of some kind in there at that time. She works the register and gives me my refund then walks away, not towards my bags. Then looks with a double-take as if surprised to see me still there. I ask, "do I still get the food?". She remembers! She asks the two boys doing nothing if they can grab 2 orders of onion rings. Really? These haven't been ready minutes ago and in my bag? Well, that was half right. According to their total lack of heat and freshness, they indeed WERE ready many minutes prior, just weren't in my bag. And there about 5 onion rings in each. The onion ring carton looked empty. My sandwich had more cold to it than warm. Unbelievable experience. I spent 5-6 minutes inside the restaurant after 28 outside waiting. 34 minutes total, and that was because I went inside to try and get this situation resolved. I'm from the small town of Schulenburg and my first job was working at that very same drive through window. This experience has left me to NEVER want to go there again. And I'm disturbed that this is the service that's being allowed at this place. What a disservice they're doing in this amazing small town! If I weren't from there and I had this experience, I would surely make a note not to stop there next time, but maybe hit a different place at a neighboring town. It...was...unbelievable. Management is SO important. If the numbers at this location is lacking, I assure you, it's that manager. And she's getting PAID for that. Wow...
