Whataburger whataburger okc store 573

Order# 507492 ... this is the third time I've gotten my prefer either messed up, forgot something, or food was cold ...today 1:34am I went in and ordered a party melt with fries no onions with a sprite and received everything but my fries were SUPER cold burger HAD onions and my Sprite tasted like carbonated water? I am so done with this place ... I can repeat my order 3 times and it is always wrong!

Whataburger multiple incorrect orders

Good afternoon to whom this may concern my name is James Abrams and I work at Walmart on Nacogdoches and for lunch I always go to the Whataburger in the same area it's taken me this long to get back to you guys because I work a lot of odd random hours but whenever I order the bacon avocado burger from your establishment I always get one for me with crispy chicken instead of beef and one for my gf with no onions however every time I've ordered lately I've been given a burger with beef and her chicken with onions not once not twice but several times she's allergic to onions mind you so this really bothers me is there any compensation for this?

Whataburger cold good & order not right

Around 5am in drive thru I ordered a #1 with extra mayo & pickles with onion rings & #26 with side of sausage booth with large Dr peppers. Lady working drive thru said "i put extra onion rings & hashbrowns in your bag cause it took a few extra minutes to get your order out". So i figured everything was going to be correct. When i got to my job & the burger had no mayo or extra pickles & was cold. Sausage was dripping grease & onion rings were soggy & cold. Couldn't go back because I had to be at work at 6am.

Whataburger customer service and food taste

I placed my Order# 939412 at 7:17 PM. It took 14 minutes (7:31 PM) to receive my food. I complained to the Manager Lydia but to no avail when I finally received my food my fries with no salt were undercooked. The Manager named Michael (African American) elected to argue with me and declared the fries were done. My mother then requested for a refund and the Manager Michael elected to keep on babbling that the fries were done. A Manager should never argue with a customer. The customer is always right. Michael has no buisness being a Manager and should receive coaching and counseling immediately. Whataburger needs to enroll him in the Management course called, "How To Be An Effective Leader", because he truly lacks the appropiate Management skills.

Whataburger food /service

On May 30, 2017, at 7:25 p.M., at Whataburger #953 on Bass Pro Drive in Rockwall, Texas, we ordered two Whatachicken combos with cheese. 20 Minutes later we finally received our meals. ( btw We were the only car in line at the time). The sandwiches had so much sauce on them they dripped all down our fronts and messed up a car seat. They were awful, and were barely warm in the first place. ( I never had a Whatachicken with sauce?) The fries had to be 6 or 8 hours old; totally inedible. And did I mention the service was awful? We had a bad experience at this diner a year or so back, but blew it off as a one time thing. NEVER, EVER, go to this Whataburger. EVER!

Whataburger two orders of your 3 piece chicken strips meal large

I never ever complain, but this has occurred more than once unfortunately. I asked the Manger on duty tonight who i believe was a female named Jennifer, and specifically asked twice if I could please have 2 cups of honey butter for each of our meals in which she agreed to do. As you can tell we really enjoy your honey butter lol. Well yet again I get home to find one cup in each meal box. And when I called to ask how this type of situation would work out because I am not very close to that location, her response was "well the honey butter is free so there's nothing else we can do because it's free. Now if you want to drive back up here we'll give you more honey butter." I thought that was terrible customer service especially on how she handled our call. And I simply asked because of me not being close and using my gas to go all the way back there, was there a way to work this out for a future order.. Low and behold she said no and that if I wanted it, I'd have to drive up their tonight to receive it.. I would really appreciate any help towards a future order.. I do apologize for writing this over something silly like sauce but this is a reoccurring thing.. I'm going to include a picture of the 1 cup of honey butter I was given.. And you'll understand why I ask for two.. Oh and the fact that I spent $30 with you guys tonight to get rejected and spoke to a rude manager just blew my mind.. Whataburger shake machine

Yes it's 3:57 in the morning and the crew said the machine is down and it takes 45 mins. I know this to not be true I'm a former graveyard shift manager the shake machine never took that long to clean and set back up. I was in management at Waco Baylor and Waco Hewitt. Its Just a point of the graveyard shift being lazy and not wanting to work. U know this from past work history this is the 323rd time this week this had happen

Whataburger restroom women

After ordering burgers I went to women's restroom and found disgusting toilet please see picture. I told them to tell the manager. After we ate I went back to women's restroom to wash hands and nothing had been done to clean the toilet. NO effort made to acknowledge or clean it. This was disgusting and I am not impressed. Surely you wouldn't want this to go on social media? Next time we will check restroom BEFORE ordering.

Whataburger food/customer service

I've been going to Whataburger #328 for awhile during the night time, and there has been a lot of changes. First they take more than 20 minutes to take out an order especially with the coffee and milk shakes. No one is in front to take orders they are always in back chatting or playing around. They don't greet at all to anyone coming in or out of restaurant. Place looks sloppy at times, employees as well look sloppy in uniform. They take a while to bring back any complainants. Orders seems to be right as ordered, but that's about the only thing they do correct, but it's not a good atmosphere to have dinner there anymore, I rather drive a couple of miles extra to reach the next nearest Whataburger. I hate to complain but it's already out of hand and they need to shape up on customer service duty.

Whataburger product quality & customer satisfaction

Visited our local whataburger this past wednesday may 10th, 2017 off justin rd.in highland village, tx. This is store no. 993. Went in to order take out and when I got home, discovered my order hand literally been thrown together! I had a double meat with cheese & jalapenos. Upon opening my burger, I found several pickles in the folded wrap of the paper. I thought, oh extra pickles, not! When it was fully opened, I found tomatoes, onions, peppers, scattered all over and not even on the bun. Yes literally thrown together. I was so mad, but still hungry, I was going to put it back together so I could have my meal with my wife. When I opened the bun, I also found only 1-meat patty, and was still charged for a double! (I can only imagine that since this was thrown together, the other meat patty missed the bun, during the toss, altogether and ended up somewhere on the floor). I took a photo, closed it back up and called the manager becca. Her first suggestion was to go ahead and eat it and get with her know on my next visit (What?). When I arrived, I had becca open the wrap to see what I saw (See attached photo). Becca said she was very sorry and immediately expedited me another order with large fries (As I informed her, my original order of fries was still sitting at home getting cold). She expedited my re-order, and included a pie with it. I inquired about a free meal gift card for meal, for all the inconvenience, and was put off with another some sort of “see me during your next visit, right……….. Not really happy with the overall outcome. When back home and got to eat all by myself as my wife had finished hers by that time.

Triple Meat Whataburgers just make me sing.

Buffalo Ranch Chicken Strips and a Whatachick’n Sandwich,
Onion Rings and French Fries and yummy Hash Brown Sticks.
Please add Avocado Bacon Burgers

Whataburger complaining about product and service.

I went by drive thru at Whataburger located at I10 and DeZavala. I ordered burger meal, several pies, and a side of gravy. The burger and fries were cold. They weren't even warm. In addition, I did not get my side of gravy even though I was charged for it. Also, I would have appreciated it if they would have included some napkins in my order. I had heard that service and quality was going down at this location; but, I did not realize it was this bad.

Whataburger customer service

I get they're really busy at 2 o'clock in the morning on a Saturday. But they can at least say hello and even let me finish my sentence I wanted jelly in the way just kept going in the bag you got it in the bag. And of course there's no jelly in the bag so my sausage biscuits ruined because that's what I wanted and I didn't want to deal with a rude lady. I am a general manager of a fast food restaurant and if any of my employees talk to me the way this lady was talking to me they wouldn't have a job.

Whataburger the chicken strips and fries

This is the second time I have visited the establishment after 10pm and ordered chicken strips and they were old and hard as a rock and the fries were cold and hard. Each visit I noticed the server was the same gentleman. I had a gastric bypass and I can not eat hard foods. When I pay my money for hot fresh food, that's what I expect to get. For the strips to be old and hard on both occasions, this leads me to believe they are doing this regularly. I threw the food a way both times and I'm very disappointed at the Whataburger highway business 71 location. Something needs to be done about this because this is poor customer service.

Whataburger I am complaining about sexual harassment of one of your manager toward my girlfriend.

Hello Iam writing whataburger because one of your Manager in charge of Whataburger store #266 on the following address 3639 Westheimer Rd, houston Tx 77027. Has a bad attitude toward my Girlfriend, in fact she was working for Whataburger and left the location because of that and I was complaining a lot. When she was working there he keeps texting her late in the night talking about things that are not related to the job. After she left whataburger she clairly told him not to text or call her no more, but this guy keep following her and was even at her new job area yesterday to talk to her and she just told me. So I don't want no problem with someone in your company but just tell Mr Oscar Rivera to leave my girlfriend alone and mind he's business.

Whataburger service at #944

2965 Hwy77 N, Restaurant 944, Waxahachie, TX sucks at their drive thru service. I was there in the drive thru on Friday afternoon at April 21st, 11:36 pm per the receipt: order#542947.
I was in the drive thru for over 20 minutes. They took forever to take my order as I was put on hold not to mention the customer in front of me was waiting to order too before it was my turn.
After I got my drinks, I waited another 7 minutes until finally some random worker asked if I needed something.
Exasperated by now I said "yes! I need my good that I paid for 7 minutes ago!"
I am sorry after I got back to work I had only 5 minutes left to eat ...really sad about the lack of speed in the drive thru

Whataburger being ask to come in for interview

I don't mean no harm and not trying to get no one in trouble. My name is joe reliford, wednesday just passed i was called several time to come in for an interview. Lost phone bought another one, listen to my message i gotten one from whataburger i was very happy because i've been trying that complaint out for months. So when i got that message i was out of my mind and thanking god because i needed a job. I called the store and the lady the manager asked me to come in on wednesday i was praising her and thanking her and told her that i would truly be there and on time, she wanted to see me at 9.00am. I'm right down the street from them. On april 12, right at 9;00 am state walked in the building on our annual book. You never no when they come u have to be prepared and make a good score, i also work at a nursing home and i was going to leave on my break to be at my interview on time. When state is in the building no one not anyone leaves the building not even for lunch the company supplies the lunch for every one. I called the manager at 8:00 am and apolozied and could i come in another time. This was durning breakfast and she couldn't come to the phone at this time. I knew that i just wanted to let her no why i wouldn't be there. One of the team member was telling her what i said and she told her to let me no she would call me back after. I said thank u to her. I waited on that call all day and nothing so i called before the lunch hour and she was still un able to come to the phone. That night the number she called me on i sent a text and try to explain what had happen. State was in the building for three days. The last day that left and i call he manager i was feeling really bad i lost a job before i even had be trained. I never got a chance to speak with her again, i even went there and was told they the would relay the message to her i lost the paper i had her name and number on it. I just want to no was it a prank or did i really have a interview. I've been putting a lot of applications in and taking my time doing survey seeking work. My name is joe reliford [protected]

Whataburger no service

The last 2 times that I was in the "Firewheel" Whataburger location, I received ZERO service from the manager at the check out desk. The first time was about 4 or 5 days ago and the manager who was brown skinned, I assume Hispanic was talking to a gentleman in a business suit not 5 feet from me and this went on for several minutes. He never acknowledged my presence and totally ignored me white talking to this other gentleman. No one else offered to take my order so I gave up and walked out of the store and no one ever attempted to stop me.
I came back to the same store this morning and again waited about 3 minutes and a girl fixing food in the service area saw me standing there alone and said that she would be right with me. No one else was waiting for service.
I knew that she was not going to wait on me because she had on a clear plastic apron and was preparing food. She then started calling out across the store for "Raymond" which she did about 5 times. I could see who I assumed was Raymond standing outside the back door and I was not sure what he was doing but he was not waiting on me. After about 5 total minutes of waiting, I just walked out again.

Whataburger incorrect order, lost phone order, long long wait

On 4/5/2017 5:45 to 6:40 mass confusion at the Portland Watersburger. They left off a chicken sandwich entirely, my double meat #5 only had a single patty and was cold.
We called in to get the chicken sandwich. When my son arrived they had lost the phone in replacement sandwich and had to wait for 30 minutes. The initial order took 15 minutes. Total time was almost an hour!

Whataburger injury caused by your employee

Friday March 31, 2017 I purchased a medium coffee at the Whataburger located at 6300 gulf freeway LaMarque Texas 77568 thru the drive - thru

Upon the employee handing me the coffee the lid came off and she spilled the coffee on my left hand. As I screamed she then corrected the lid and went to hand the coffee back to me with no concern for my burnt hand and wrist area. I asked for some napkins to wipe off the HOT coffee. Another girl had came to the window which appeared to be the Manager and the employee waiting on me advised her she did not put the lid on correctly causing it to spill on me. The girl said sorry and handed me the Coffee. Being in the drive-thru and not wanting to hold up other customers I drove off to work

upon arriving at work which is just down the road maybe a half of a mile from Whataburger - my hand and rist area was burning even more and became very red and swollen

One of my employees took pictures said just in case I might need to seek medical attention which I thought well I should let the Manager of the Whatsburger Store located at 6300 Gulf Freeway LaMarque Texas 77568 at least know what happened
I then called Whatabuger Manager on duty a female employee - Upon advising her what happened and that I might need to seek medical attention she stated the employee said she was sorry and she gave you some napkins what else do you need ! Really this is how you treat a injury long long time Whatabuger customer and my first job was working at Whatabuger in Texas City, Tx [protected]

Do to her lack of concern I advised her I would file my complaint with corporate and again didn't care

so here we are ... I have pictures if you would like to see them
