unidentified charges
I had a substantial charge on my statement from Wfc Pbp Cp. I went nuts especially after reading some of the "information" I found on your site. Then I researched it and found out that it was World Financial Capital Bank (WFCB) who is a fiscal agent for HSN (Home Shopping Network) among other companies and the have a stellar rating with the Better business bureau per the following link:

So... if you have ordered anything from HSN you now know who is debiting your account - if you haven't ordered from HSN...Happy Hunting!

This company has withdrawn 35 dollars out of my bank account without my consent twice now. They list their name as WFC PBP CP and my bank statement lists it as an authorized pay by phone authorized withdrawal, although I have not authorized whoever this company is to withdraw any money from my account. Also, I have never received any sort of statement from them ever. I have never have even done an automated bank pay through my bank for any company besides for my car insurance each month because I receive a discount on my rate by signing up for auto-pay. The amounts and name do not match, and I get a statement from them ever month. I don't know who is taking this money out of my account or even who and how I can find out, or even a phone number to inquire about this charge? All I can do to stop this withdrawal is to sign a fraud statement at my bank to stop them from being able to make a pay by phone withdrawal every month. At a loss, and without a clue as to who is doing this, and how to contact this place!

Yes I got ticked off when I saw it on my bank statement also. After further research I discovered the following...WFC PBP CP is a bank that does online payments to Blair, HSN and Haband companies, etc. It just shows up as WFC PBP CP no matter how you pay the bill, online or by phone. So check and see if you are paying a bill to any of the above. If you are it will show up on your bank statement as WFC PBP CP.
I you have ordered any merchandise from these places, look on the bottom of the billing statement that you paid online. It will say something like the following.
"This site gives access to services offered by World Financial Capital Bank (WFCB), a Comenity℠ company. WFCB issues your XXXXXX credit card account".
WFC PBP CP is a bank that does online payments to Blair, HSN and Haband companies, etc. It just shows up as WFC PBP CP no matter how you pay the bill, online or by phone. So check and see if you are paying a bill to any of the above. If you are it will show up on your bank statement as WFC PBP CP.

MONEY WITHDRUE FROM ACCOUNT
THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN TAKEN MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT SINCE JUNE OF 2009. FIRST WITHDRUE 1000.00 IN JUNE 2ND. 500.00 AND SO ON ...WHO IS THIS COMPANY AND WHY ARE TEY TAKEN MY MONEY! I JUST NOTICE IT 2 MO. AGO AND CALLED MY BANK, THEY TOLD ME THAT IT LOOKS LIKE IT STARTED IN JUNE 2009.PLEASE HELP ME FIND OUT WHO THIS IS, THEY HAVE TAKEN MORE THAN 4000.00 FROM MY ACCOUNT AND IT SAYS BY PHONE, I NEVER MAKE PHONE PAYMEMTS, I PAY ONLINE.I NEED PHONE NUMBER TO THIS COMPANY SO WE CAN FIX THIS ASAP...PLEASE HELP ME! Somebody needs to sstop these jerks. I really am going to sic a lawyer on them!
Yeah. They tried my account again. Lucky I had a stop pay on it. I'm calling my lawyer.
When I spoke with Wells Fargo about ihe rep just said that it was a mix up involved with Fargo's acquisition of Wachovia.
I too have had a nightmare with these people. I have found no way to contact anybody from there. They have for the last three years taken money out of my account and I can't find them. My bank would not even help me. I am going to put a stop payment on them then I am going to get legal coun sel. This is rediculous for these people to attack our accounts and then can't find anyone to help you. I have tried three different times in a year to get the FTC to help me. They won't even answer me back.
Unuthorized checking withdrawal
I just had a meltdown because of this and then I realized that the charge was for an internet payment on my Blair credit card. It had nothing to do with a pay by phone payment even though it says that on the bank statement. They should state what the charge is actually for in my opinion, but when I called Blair customer service to suggest this I was treated...

Thank you so much. I just had a charge taken from my account that I could not identify. This is exactly what it is. Thank you for putting it on here for everyone to see it makes it so much easier then calling the bank, searching the web, racking my brain etc !
