Western Silver / (Silverware) / Failure to deliver, lack of customer support!
I ordered silverware for Christmas on 08 DEC, and my credit card was charged on 09 DEC. When it had not arrived by 20 DEC, I tried to contact them, but they only give an e-mail address on their website. I e-mailed them with the details that I would be leaving for the East Coast on Saturday and had not received the silverware. They then realized that they had not even placed the order (evidently they are only middlemen taking your money). They placed the order and arranged for next weekday delivery (which meant Christmas Eve) - but that sent it to my home rather than where I would be.
This was their problem - they had not even placed the order with the factory. They did not read my e-mail beyond the fact that the merchandise was not received. They have no telephone number to call, so it could not be straightened out. Based on their lack of customer service, and incompetence in mailing orders on time, I recommend shopping elsewhere. I certainly will.
