western railway Non receiving of DA Arrears

Respected sir,
I am widow of Late VithalRao G. Saka pensioner from the Western Railway expired on 13/10/10. His PPO No: WR/11227/232979 dtd 6/11/1997. I have not received the DA arrears (10%) from july2010 not received till today. I request that the same may please be paid immediately. Pl. be noted I am recieving the family pension in below mention sb account.

western railway ELECTRICITY WASTAGE

date - 29.01.2010

Since last 1 month, there is a huge wastage of electricity at Vasai station. In the morning, when bright sunlight is there, all lights on the station building, all platforms are kept fully on. I have been seeing this almost daily at about 8 AM. Upto what time, these lights are ON, god only knows. In the days of power shortage, this is not acceptable. It is a waste of public money. If railway authorities have excess power, why not give it to MSEDC and reduce loadshading to some extent.

When I broght this power waste to the attention of Vasai station master, he casually replied -

So what is there?
Others are not bothered. Why do you?
Are you paying for this light?
There is nobody here to put the lights off.

This is a very lethargic approach and does not suit to a responsible person like station master.

When will this electricity waste stop? Will railway authorities pay attention to this?

western railway due to bad server has not done journey from e ticket

dear,

against your following waiting e ticket, due to bad server none ticket of tatkal reservation is to be sold at that day due to bad server (it is also flashed in the news paper, so the chart was not prepared at that time.). from 15.00 ocolck to 18.00 o"clock.mr. smit and mr. nitin bhavsar was there at the sattion.

the railway representative mr. sinh on the window of tatkal reservation told us that your ticket is been cancelled at that time.and we have urged to get the seat on the basis of your eticket, the t.t named mr. rao(train 8402) okhapuri express. told us that e tiucket is not accepted with waiting list. you should purchased the e-ticket when it is fully confirmed.otherwise it is not helpful to you.

so mr. smit bhavsar has not done journey from e ticket he is here in ahmedabad, we could not go to our destination visakhapatanam due to your icrtc and railway's bad server.

so we required our money back.

but our ticket booker arihant travels ahmedabad .([protected]@gmail.com) mr ravi jain [protected] had not
our mony back,

Hi,
The Smartcard Machines located at Andheri Station - East, always have one or two strangers using the same. It has been noticed they pose as Railway staff or some authority given to them by the Railways. They try to assist and help passengers when there are long queues, but at the sametime it has been found there is some foul play by these people. I have an incidence to quote that last month one of my relatives had a smartcard. One of those strangers try to help her out with her card and book a ticket for her. No doubt they are help passengers but same time there is a play by them. They used her card for the ticket, gave the ticket to her, and returned a zero balance card of someone else. What can be seen from this transaction that they try to help, take your card and give you a zero balance card and in the rush hours you do not notice this. Then he uses to cards to play further with other passengers. This is a serious offence being committed and the Andheri East Railway staff need to take this matter up with the RPF immediately. Kindly arrange to make special visits to the smartcard machines at Andheri East and try to catch the culprits immediately so that the disease does not go any further.
