This is the worst work from home company to work for. If you value your customer service skills, do not waste them with this company. They demand that you give customers the white glove treatment, but secretly they are rude and unknowledgeable about the profession they are in. Their trainers aren't professional and they often bore you with idle talk other than what is necessary. They are not professionally train to service clients. The employees who work for west and that are designated to help you as an agent, know only a little more than you. If you are trained improperly you will display poor results. They try to hold you responsible instead of correcting the issue within themselves. If you speak out against them, they will fabricate issues to replace you. Beware, if you are not a follower of bull, and enjoy servicing customer, stay away from WEST AT HOME.
