Weslyberry flowers / horrible customer service-product wrong

This on line floral ordering farmed out a floral order to a local florist. I specified no substitutions. The substitution I received was horrible and unfitting for the occassion. The local place showed they received the order with substitution "o.k." Wesley berry refuses to take any responsiblity. They will not even check the "supposedly" recorded order to see if their person conveyed it wrong. I think if it were them trying to prove something, they could coome up with a recording. They keep boucing me from one "manager' to the next, most of whom are not in that day so i should call the next day. This is the alsolute on line shopping experience i have ever had. They took a once in a lifetime experience and screwed it up as badly as possible and refuse to take any responsibility. don't go here!!! Also goes by 1-800-flowers
