Werner ladder broke, seven staples in head, multiple contusions. Spent lots of $ on therapy. Werner co. Never replied back so guess not concerned over me calling lawyer or getting bad reviews on Internet.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Werner A frame 12 ft. ladder broke and twisted causing me to fall 7+ feet and received arm, shoulder, hip and ankle injuries. JFYI - I do NOT exceed the weight limit and was NOT using it incorrectly!
My attic stairs fell out of the ceiling with me on it!
