I have ordered a dress from WepromDress and never received it. They took my money and stopped replying to my messages and I never heard anything from them. I did not even get a tracking number and there was no payment confirmation! Too bad I did not check the reviews earlier! This place should be investigated and shut down! I ordered a prom dress and ordered it in advance, but it seems like they decided to keep my money and my dress! Fraud!

I ordered a wedding dress on this site and what I received was NOTHING like the photo on the site. Poor workmanship, bad fabric, wrong colour, and size was too small! I tried to contact the company for a refund on [protected]@wepromdresses.com but the email bounced back. They have advertised a refund policy of up to 30 days but this is not the case. Company is a SCAM and is based in China. DO NOT BUY. I have reported the company to my credit card company.

Don’t buy from the company www.wepromdress.com. I ordered prom dress from them, but the quality was awful. The fabric was poor and easily torn. I contacted the rep and asked if they could provide compensation, but the seller started to tell some ###. He refused to provide any money to me and told that I tore it on purpose. WTF? These people are scammers and liars, who take money and provide bad-quality things. Please post your comments about this company.

I've been scammed! I chose the online ordering of my wedding dress since I fell in love with a beautiful, not too formal, outdoor wedding dress. What I got though, pure nightmare! I'm heartbroken, in tears! I get married this august and with a new baby and a 1 year old, being also a single income family I don't have budget for another dress. The dress came in record time. But what I received...a dress that didn't look anything like the picture posted online. There was a huge hole in the lace as well as what I thought was a dirty spot diagonal above it, but it wasn't dirty at all, it was a patch of different fabric in a different color. Also had SEVERAL small holes surrounding these two problem areas. Strings are hanging out everywhere and the lace is also way longer than the actuall a dress, which I some cases is how it's supposed to be, but no how it was described or pictured on their website! It was also a custom size order that did not fit! I'm currently in an email battle with aina Alina is what her name claims to be on her emails. I've stated that it was sent to my future mother inlaws to be safely kept and that I didn't get to see it until Sunday, 5 days after it arrived. I asked her for a refund and return, but she said she has pictures proving the dresses state and quality before she shipped it. Well I finally got her to send me the photos last night and she only had one picture of the dress. It was on the maniquin (sorry for spelling it wrong) and the photo was cutting the dress off at the knee area. What she doesn't understand is that the damage on the dress I have, is at the back, and ITS NOT THE SAME DRESS PICTURED ON THEIR SITE! I didn't want it before I saw the damage and I definitely don't want it with the damage either but the more I talk to her the more clear it becomes that I'm stuck with this terrible dress I can't even re sell to someone! Also I'm being blamed because I didn't open the package when it arrived at my door. It never came to my door so that was not a option for me and why would I make the mail man wait around especially if the package had no sign of damage OR had a sticker stating it was repackaged at blank location due to minor damage. My inlaw had no reason to believe it was damaged during it's travel here, so she didn't open it. The shoulders didn't sit right, the built in cups were placed way to high on the dress and like I said it didn't fit. I have a curve in my spine and had they have sent me the dress pictured on their website, the dress would have been able to zip, however, the dress I got, the zipper was way longer than the dress pictured so it didn't work on my spine! I'm heartbroken and angry. Please so your research and think twice before buying something you can not try on!

I ordered prom dress 3 months in advance of my prom. I placed order on the website www.wepromdress.com. After I paid for my order, I waited for any updates or info about my order, but the seller didn’t provide the confirmation email or the tracking number. Also he didn’t communicate with the customers. I sent a lot of emails, but the seller didn’t respond at all. I waited couple of weeks, but nothing. Total scam, so don’t buy from them and post comments about your experience with this company.

I bought evening dress from the website www.wepromdress.com, and before I placed the order and paid for it, I asked the seller if they provided refund and took the orders back, and he replied that “yes”. I ordered and paid for the dress, but it didn’t fit me. I immediately contacted the seller and asked to change it, but he refused and told that never change or provide refunds. These people are scammers and liars, who provide misleading info. Please post your comments about this company.
