Wendy’s service

I had the worst experience in your location in methuen Massachusetts the staff and manager was extremely rude and when I walked up to the register the guy looked at me never asking if he could take my order and the managers excuse was that they were busy, I'm a manger of a hair salon so I understand that it gets hectic when it gets busy but regardless you have to pretend at least to like your job and I will not return to this location

Wendy’s smell and being clean

I would like to know why BOTH the Wendy's. rank of bad odors when you walk in. They smell like the carpets have not been cleaned or the whole place for that matter in a long time. It's so bad you can't even eat in there. I have since chosen to not even go in there or order any food for that matter. after all, if the facility is not being cleaned how clean is the food when it's being prepared. Something needs to be done about this. both facilities are very bad. There needs to be no date of incident, the last 2 times I have gone in both facilities it has been like this

Wendy’s food ordered but not received correctly

Thank you Wendys for 78.00 of waste of money for lunch for my family. I ordered 120 chicken nuggets (2/ 50 pcs and a 20 pcs) only got 100 nuggets ordered 5 fries 2 baconators a triple and a double only received the double the other triple had no bacon ... lettuce tomato and pickle was on it though why? I don't know. 2 chicken sandwiches a baked potato lg coke and lg choc frosty drove home all happy just to have to split up the food so we could all eat, take the top of burgers to share the bacon stupid me stood in line checking the order when the manager said "it's" all there so stupid me trusted her... NEVER AGAIN! This was supposed to be a treat, Don't get to get take out often for four kids and both parents because as you can see it's expensive for us. Thanks for disappointment ! Wendy’s food service

I visited the Wendy's Restaurant #[protected] located at 1407 Eisenhower Pkwy in Macon, Ga for lunch today. I often choose this location because they continually post an exceptional Health Dept score off 99. however, the service was terrible. This is the slowest fast food restaurant I have ever seen. They only had one cashier during a busy lunch hour and she was trying but could not handle the work load. They did have multiple people on grills and fryers including the manager, but they still could not make a burger in less than 20 minutes. Then they tried to serve me cold fries to boot after my long wait. I saw the cashier hand out 2 free frosty's just so she didn't have to ring them up. I never file complaints like this, but these issues really need to be addressed.

Wendy’s coupon process

On Friday, January 28, 2017, I went to the Wendy's at Calhoun Memorial Highway in Easily SC to use a coupon. I asked the cashier if I had to buy exactly what was on the coupon in order to redeem it. I was told no.

I asked because one will never know unless they ask. Indeed, other food chains/stores make some exceptions. But I have learned one has to ask. So I did.

When this nice woman asked a manager to come over to help her utilize the coupon, the manager ( unknown level) said I had to order exactly what was on the coupon for the reduction to calculate. I informed her that was not what the cashier told me.

As a result of not having it my way, I decided to not eat there that day. I did smile and was nice enough, but I asked for my coupon back. I was given my coupon back.

However, before I could make it out the door, the manager handling this process hollered across the room, " You didn't have to be rude about it. I just work here." People started looking at me and made me feel uncomfortable. The only thing I said back to her was that I was not rude. And I certainly wasn't. God knows my heart.

Sorry, but I did not want what the coupon offered. I asked for a substitute because of that. If I am going to spend my money there, I shouldn't have to order something I do not want just to save the money. I do not know people who eat things they do not want.

I did not catch the manager's name but I have the following information: Black woman sassed me; shouted over the entire restaurant; and it was about 12:30 that day. The cashier who took my order was exceptionally nice but the manager was not.

I am not racist, I am not mean. I was not rude.

All I ask is for her to be disciplined and reminded why she is there.

Coupons discount certain items due to pricing and availability. It is extremely rare that you can substitute items on a coupon for something you prefer.

Wendy’s service

I live near a wendys I go often with my two sons.

The school has fund raisers working with the Wendys.

There is a promotion at wendys, make a $2.00 donation and get the fob for your key ring and get free junior frosty for the year. I Purchased two, one for each of my sons, there were SEVERAL other children there from the school it was an event for the school. The attendant came back and only had one said there were none left and nothing he could do to help us. They ran out!
Of course my son was beside himself, and how do you have a school event and not make sure you could accomodate YOUR SPECIAL. I asked since we are there all the time can we just get a note something until they come in NO, no trying to fix it nothing, this wendys has been an issue for a while and this time a fun event turned into a headache and I had enough.
I would like the fob for the free frosty I will pay for it, I just need it so both my sons have one.

Wendy’s this wendy's has gone downhill in cleanliness and quality

Wendy's used to be my favorite hamburger place, but the past couple of years this location has really gone downhill. I've been refused service in the drive-thru (The person on the speaker kept saying "one moment please" and never took my order—nobody was in line.
When I have gone inside, service is slow, the restaurant is dirty, and the food is unappetizing. My husband and I waited ten minutes (We were the only ones in the restaurant) only to receive ice cold burgers. We took them back and were given lukewarm burgers.
I hope this wendy's gets it together. Restaurants in tyler don't last long if the service is bad.

There was a roach crawling in the booth at one of the Austin wendy's (I won't bother with uppercase, I don't feel that this restaurant deserves that from the rudeness I received just today in drive through!), my spouse and I used to love wendy's, they had fresh food, and friendly staff... Then around 2010s they just started getting less shabby, at least the ones we went to in Texas, and close to Austin. I don't know if it was a change of management, but it is clearly not Wendy's that we loved before. I am sad to see that chain go downhill, it was so great before. Now the burgers seem less fresh and crisp, and the sea salt fries, less fresh than McDonald's! I hope they get better management soon or they won't make it very long. I would think with how covid-19 changed things they would want to outdo the competition.
Better make a move, wendy's... 😔

Clerk giving order very rude and unfriendly. Never said a word closed the window before I asked for ketchup and walked off. Never said a word.
Ridiculous to spend $8 on food and unfriendly clerks. Doesn't make me want to come back...

Wendy’s nuggets, fries, beverage

I'm always at Wendy's every Monday and Thursday morning about 11am.Order placed., 3 of the 4pcs nuggets, value fries, and a value drink is always ordered. Always at the speaker. The nuggets was cold and hard, the fries was luke warm, (old), burnt. The beverage was flat and very little ice. No napkins nor a straw was inside the bag. To top it off, no receipt. Customer service was very dissatisfied. No kind of customer service, no Hello, no smile, no sense of urgency. Moved at a slow pace.

Wendy’s home style chicken sandwich

Went through drive through window on Gauze Blvd in Slidell 1/20/2017 10:30 pm. Ordered a Homestyle chicken sandwich I did get a chicken sandwich but it was not made with the chicken breast that I have received from every other Wendy's. It was a small round processed chicken pattie which didn't even cover the bun. It was late and I didn't feel like conflict because god knows what I would of gotten next.

Wendy’s chili, fries, chicken nuggets

The chili has had hard beans in it for the past three visits, fries are cold and too salty, chicken nuggets dried out. The service has gotten terrible. The service and food has been terrible at both Wendy locations in Owensboro KY. Wendy chili use to be the best chili you could get but for the past three visits the food has been terrible. hard beans in chili, cold fries and rubber chicken nuggets. You take the food back and they replace it with the same kind of food. I am very frustrated with the quality of service and food. Please do better with the food and service. I really like Wendy but not here lately.

Wendy’s hamburger

I, ve been eating at wendy, s for many years and have enjoyed my favorite fast food. Yesterday I got my usual double combo and took it home to eat. I had taken a few bites and bit in again and bit into something hard and broke my front tooth and expect to have to fix. 1-17-17. I, ve never had anything to happen to me like this before in 61 years. I have found the broken piece of tooth that broke off and saved it. I don't know what I bit into but it was solid and hard. I have the piece of tooth in a bottle but I don't know how to attach a photo of it. I am self employed and don, t have any dental insurance and I don't have any idea of what the cost of repairing my tooth will be but do expect it will be expensive. I have an appointment with a dentist to look at the damage. Thanks for your attention in this matter.

Wendy’s charged twice for one order

I purchased a number four with extra bacon and I notice a day later in my bank app that I was charged 2 times. I called an stated what happened and was told to come in an it would be rectified. I came in after work and the manager on staff (whom was not the manager i spoken with earlier) stated that, this happens all the time an it will post as one transaction and not 2. And no one swiped my card more than once that's why I have only one receipt. They never swipe your card more than once. well it indeed did post twice as I assumed it would it would I have never purchased anything and it logs in my bank as 2 transactions. the store number is 11461 and although the second Manager did not rectify the situation she also did not make me feel comfortable with coming back if I do not have cash handy on me to purchase an order. and if this is a normal routine that customers are getting charged more than once per purchase why hasn't there been a resolution to resolve this matter so it doesn't happen again.

Wendy’s too much ice

3 times in a row, at the drive-through, I have asked for "light ice" with my drink. 3 different people at the window. 3 times in a row, I have gotten a cup half full of ice. I ask for light ice because I don't want 1/2 to 2/3 of a cup full of ice. I know ice is cheaper than soda. This obviously is due to management training. I give up. I don't have this problem with any other fast food restaurant around here. The location I am referring to is the one on East Eau Gallie Boulevard in Indian Harbour Beach, Florida

Wendy’s disrespectful employee

As I was placing my order at the drive thru, someone opened the back door and yelled out "GO HOME". It was 7:30pm on Christmas Eve, and I called the store to find out what time they were open til, and I was told 8pm. How awful I felt & how rude that employee was. Then when I got up to the pick up windown, I told the employee that someone had yelled out the back door & how pissed I was about it. When I got home I found that what I ordered, (Baconator Combo) was nothing but two broken up, cold hamburgers, 3 pieces of cold rubbery bacon, and one piece of cheese- THAT'S IT! The most unappetizing excuse for a hot sandwich I've ever seen! The day after Christmas I plan to take the uneaten sandwich back to the store where I got it (2988 West Ridge Rd Rochester, NY 14626. [protected]) And get my money back. And if I hadn't been wrapping Christmas presents for 5 hours prior to going there, I wud have left the drive thru without so much even picking up my food & paying for it! You need to find out who that unprofessional employee is and fire her [censor]!

Wendy’s hair

I found several long brown hairs in my baconator triple burger today and as I went back in the store, I noticed that not one of the employees were wearing a hair restraint of any kind. If I pay ten bucks for a burger I want to be able to eat it. I just walked back out as I didn't want to cause a scene in the crowded restaurant. Hopefully this issue will be addressed

Wendy’s the night crew

I went through the drive thru at Wendy's in Lawton Okla, I ordered 3 number 1's w/ mustard I drove home across town. I opened my sack up and all burgers had mayo on it.I called back and asked to speak to a manager so, he said I can come back up there but I told him I'm not coming back for 3 burgers can I leave my name he said yes and the we'll replace your burgers. About a week later I went in and asked them for my burgers one of the workers said I must have a receipt so, I told her if he had told me to keep it I would have and then she said I guess you had mustard for all three burgers. I said why do I have to lie then she said I'm calling the other Manager he then said I have to bring in a receipt. I said why is he lying. Then the rude worker goes and bring back the whole entire kitchen worker with her they're were just rude. THEY need to work on their people skills plus I will not eat there again snd I gave them my 29.00 twice a week. Then they dhould of thought customers are always right it's not like I was needing free burgers. I paid my money for burgers that we couldn't eat cause my son only can eat mustard cause of his allergies. You need to come and investigate on how they talk to their customers. We need Undercover Boss down here on that location...

Wendy’s former employee - required to work without breaks.

I just quit Wendy's, located at 6995 West Alemeda Avenue, Lakewood, CO 80226 today because I was required to work 7 hours straight without a lunch and only with a 10 minute break. That is against the law. I am required to receive a fifteen minute break every 4 hours. The other employees are also required to submit to these unethical hours without adequate rest or time to eat. It's unfair and illegal. Please look into this because Wendy's employees at this location spend all day on their feet without breaks or a chance to eat. Just horrible.

Wendy’s container not closed

Today I ordered(1:45 PM)chili and a broccoli potato.When I went to slide out the potato I discovered it was NOT closed!It ended up on my pants/car seat.Cheese was all over my passenger seat and between the console as well.I love your food but it might be a while before I'm back.You gotta let your people know this can't happen..EVER! I understand they were busy, but it's gonna be a while before I get all the cheese/broccoli cleaned up and out between the seat and console.My seats are cloth and I spent over an hour getting all the visible crap cleaned. Clearly I need to buy upholstery cleaner and finish the job.BTW I'm in my 60s and I wish I was smart enough to take pictures. I hope you let your employees know they need to be more careful.

Wendy’s managers

Manager Scott Stole 150 dollars from a customers purse and handed the money to manager Stephanie. When the lady came back for her purse they told her they didn't know what happened to the money. It's wrong and not right this needs to be handled immediately! How dare managers steal from customers what kind of scam are you running out of Wendy's? Stealing woman's money and lying! This needs a police investigation cause clearly there's something going on at this Wendy's. The disabled employees got their hours cut when manager Stephanie got hired and from what I heard from another manager is that she thought it was funny cause now they get to suffer even more! How dare this woman have a job that lets her be around people that have a hard enough time as it already is. Not only that but she apparently wasn't allowed to be a manager before at a different Wendy's because if her poor treatment of the disabled workers! She needs to be dealt with in an appropriate manner. I will also get a hold of corporate and make sure that this franchise is watched very very carefully.
