Wendy’s food made me sick

At the Havelock North Carolina location on the 70 the ranking for cleanliness is 85. Pretty low and that should have stopped us from eating there. However we did get two double cheeseburgers and it caused me to vomit. I still feel queasy five hours later. I wonder why their rating is so low and if the uncleanliness was the reason the food made me sick. Comments would be appreciated

Wendy’s service/food

Worst Wendy's store ever. Bad service, bad food, bad resturants! Line to order was long, did not get what j ordered and when asked was told it would be a 45 min wait for a baked potatoe. (6 minutes in the microwave will cook one) if I had been told before no potatoe was availe I would have left the store. Always follow your 1st instinct and DO NOT go to this Wendy's!

Wendy’s customer service in store, and manager during specific shift.

It was a little after 12 in the afternoon, at Wendy's restaurant # [protected]. I went inside to place an order and the cashier that took my order was very unkind, her name is Dayan, and she was very careless while taking my order and she seemed more interested in rushing my order to get me out of the way, rather than working kindly and sufficient. Once I completed my order and paid, I stepped to the side to wait for someone there to call my name when the order was ready and the manager that was there at the time left it on the counter without calling a name or acknowledging who it belonged too. I waited several minutes until finally just going up and asking if it was my order. It was the manager whom I had asked this question. Right away he says "yeah" as if I was supposed to just assume it was mine, when there were other people at the time making orders. For a manager to do this, is highly disappointing. For Dayan to behave in such a Negative manner was also disappointing especially due to the fact that her errors regarding customer service were very basic codes of ethic that are not difficult to follow.

Wendy’s cashier

I visited this location around 11:30 tonight and was very upset arriving home. I ordered 2 salads, one apple pecan salad without chicken and one taco salad. I asked for the Apple pecan salad in a half order and the taco salad in full. When we got to the window to pay the cashier said 15 and change, I said is that for a full and small, she replied we don’t have smalls and then said with an attitude we’ll have to make a small.I told her don’t worry about it and as I was speaking she shuts the drive thru door. She then charges me almost 11 bucks and when I go to ask was everything in the bag she goes yeah and shuts the door again. On the ride home I noticed that my salad was just lettuce and apples. No pecans no dressing no plastic ware.I was so aggravated I wanted to drive back and either get my money back or get the right ingredients for my salad. I wouldn’t have complained, but the cashier should not be at drive thru. To top it off I think she was the manager. I go to this Wendy’s often and always wish I didn’t get her because she’s really rude. Her whole ora is wrong. She gives off the attitude like she doesn’t want to be there, but it shows and you will lose a lot of loyal customers if you have rude people taking your order. I didn’t get a receipt so I didn’t get a name. All I know is you guys should find out who she is and give her a job away from customers. Now I’m gonna go to bed hungry because of your rude staff giving me lettuce and apples.

Wendy’s disrespectful mexican staff

I have been avoiding Wendy's and a few other fast food chains duty to the rude and very disrespectful staff. I look mexican but don't speak a word of spanish. Born and raised in this state and country. It's been well over 6 months now since I've visited Wendys and thought I'd give it one more shot. Ordered my food and clearly said to go.this lady calls my number and I noticed it was not in a bag. So I said it was to go. She then grabs a bag and starts throwing my food in there. As soon as she's done I said thank you, I appreciate it. This disrespectful immigrant just walks away, doesn't say [censored].
Small as it seems, it builds up over time. I'm done with Wendys and there sorry hiring practices.btw, only one person in there at that time. The last time I visited Wendys, I handed a credit card with the American flag on it. This Mexican lady snatches it out my hand, swipes it and slammed the card on the counter face first, her way of giving my card back to me. Learn how to hire Americans in the U.S, respectful English speaking Americans!

Wendy’s not preparing food/nasty store

On date of 09.13.2017 store number 1052 wendy's 6156 macon rd memphis, tn . For two days in a row this location didnt have chilli. Everytime the food wasnt ready, when those doors open for buisness the food should be ready to go. If you have chilli on your menu then you should be serving chilli(unless you are out)! this was a case of not having food ready! this is sad. The line was very long inside and out and one person on the register(he was very nice and working hard..Alone! i think is name was jeremy) this come from people simply not doing their job and not preparing food! i will not be going back to this location! the store was also very nasty and the air wasnt on it was very hot in the location! someone is getting paid to do a job they are not doing

Wendy’s service

I went through the drive thru on 14 mile & John R @ 7:30 pm 9/12/17 the ladies before us had to repeat their ONE sandwich over 3 times. Initially I thought the head set was unclear but it's evident she was bad worker with a bad attitude. When I came upon the window I had to repeat my order twice and still didn't have it correct, giving me attitude, the last item I was about to order was Giant JBC meal & she told me " OK pull to the window" and didn't ask my sauce or drink. Very disatisfied with my visit.

Wendy’s staff

I went to the Wendy's on McKinley Ave.(US 20) in Mishawaka, IN on September 10, 2017 with my husband, son and grand child. My grand child is special needs so she has her own seating that we bring with us when dining out because she can not sit in a regular high chair. As we were leaving the store and getting into our car a staff member, im assuming was management confronted me and accused me of stealing a high chair. She kept repeating that I put the chair back that I took. I told her I didn't know what she was talking about that we have our own seating. She rudely kept telling me to put it back and then she just turned around and left when another staff member came out and must I have told her that we didn't take the chair. I did not get any explanation from this woman on why she thought we took the chair or even an apology after she was informed we hadn't. Very poor management. Your employees need to be properly trained on how to communicate with customers. She was very rude and very ignorant.

Wendy’s customer service

I went to your Wendy's on Clinton Highway in Knoxville TN at 1037 am on 9/12/17. I had 5 dollar coupon to use. The man at the drive in window was rude and could not count. I gave him 5 dollar coupon on a small combo. He took the coupon and still charged full price. I explained that there should have been 5 dollars of the price of the meal. He argued with me and was very rude. He could not count at all and still charged full price. He took the coupon as well. I think he pocketed the cash he charged and used the coupon. He did not provide a reciept. I told him I would not be back and he replied with GOOD.

Wendy’s service

I have suspicions that one of your managers is doing/selling meth i went through my daughters phone and saw text messages between the two and your manager Latasha smith her agreeing to sell my daughter meth I think you should offer more drug tests or start drug testing because she's the not the only suspicion I've had I have came through late at night and have seen your employees outside and have smelt marijuana this is supossed to be a restaurant establishment not a place for your employees to do their drugs I am disgusted and hope you can get this under control it's been going on for far to long your giving sissonville a bad name take care of this or I will go To higher people and have them take care of it

Wendy’s my food

I placed a order for the number one small with a tea, received the order to get fries that look as if the were dropped back into the grease to be warmed which in turned made the fries greasy and limp. I drove back to the window and ask for some fresh fries the cashier took the old fries back and give me some hot fresh fries just to get home which is not even 0.8 miles away to a cold rubber burger that wouldn't even melt the two slices of chess that was placed on the cold dry black burger! Highly disappointed nothing unusual for this particular store! Just thought I would give them a shot tonight since I didn't cookout's burgers but this was a major fail. I have to waste another trip to go back to this place to take them the burger back to get a refund. Not to mention no receipt was given and I'm still hungry!

Wendy’s 2 baconator and chicken wrap

I purchased 2 baconator combos they were both $9.39/ each and when i was at the store I went through the bags to make sure that everything was there because they were so busy i waited in line for 20 minutes. when i got home and look at the food on both of the sandwiches there was 1 piece of bacon broken inhale on both sandwiches. The two chicken wraps had no lettuce on them and I paid $4.00/ each for those. I was there 9/10/2017 at 2:29 pm
Host name was Gaven 20074 it was a take out order and my bill was $30.41. I am not happy with the sandwiches or the chicken wraps. I would like to be compensated for my time and aggravation.

Wendy’s wendy location near me

The Wendy's located at 4860 Atlanta highway cumming, ga 30040 has had horrible service lately and major issues with things being broken. Their drive thru has been broken for over a week and their self serve coke machine is totally out of service. It's almost as if the owner of this franchise can't afford to fix anything. I have been coming to this location for over 12 years about once a week. In the past few weeks this place has gone completely downhill. No drive thru - ketchup dispensers not filled and or working, coke machine broken and out of coke in the back ( so no coke available in the whole store) employees standing around with food not ready so I have to not only walk inside ( bc drive thru broken) but now waiting 7 min for bacon to cook. Fast food ?! I don't think so at this location anymore. Customers standing around for ove r10 min inside waiting for orders. Nobody is even sitting down at tables ( not one person while I'm standing here at 8:15pm on a Friday night) and trash all on floor, tables a disaster and dirty, tea spilt all over counter top where you get tea etc. just bad bad respresentaion of a Wendy's that used to be great.

Hi my name it's jassiel around 9:30 pm I went to the store located on 6101 hillcroft st in Houston tx 77081 on the 09/02/2017. I order 3 jr Bacon cheese burgers a Lg chili and a spicy chicken meal first of all yes the hurricane Harvey hit us bad and I really appreciate buisness like your self opened during this days, well the chillis and the spicy chicken were good, first the cashier told me they were out of bacon for the jr burgers and I was ok with it but when I got home the patties were old, cold not even the cheese was melted it was cold plus no lettuce no tamatoes not even mayo all 3 of them and the crackers for the chilli were nasty as if they were experied they was a line of people waiting before me but it's not my first time coming to this Wendy's and ordering the same stuff and had never had issues but after this time I'm not sure to come back and eat @ Wendy's and I honestly eat about 3 times a week my email is [protected]@gmail.com

Wendy’s wendy's on 6108 w park blvd, plano tx 75093

To whom it may concern:

I am a loyal customer that visit your Wendy's restaurant just about every other day. The time I visit there I always get the chicken nuggets for my 2 year old grandbaby, along with a vanilla frosty that she loves. I go to that particular Wendy's because it is like a mile from my grandbaby's day care. I just want to say I am so disappointed because every time I do go there, their the vanilla frosty is broken. It have been down for at least a month or so. I keep asking the people that work there, when will it be up and they always tell me they do not know. I always go through the drive thru window. One other time I did go thru the drive thru their was this young kid that got short with me when I asked him when will it be up. I did not like that. I was going to call and report him to the manager there, but I did not, I just let it go. What I want to know is when will the machine be back up, because my grandbaby loves the vanilla frosty. thank you

Wendy’s being overcharged for meal

Hi there,

I was at Wendy's in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island today and just was disappointed as the 4 for $4 meal deal was advertised and staff didn't have much knowledge about it. I was told that it would be $4 and I ended up being charged too much for the combo that the staff suggested as it was suppose to be $4 for the combo cuz it's called the 4 for $4 meal deal and I got charged $10 for an incorrect option that I didn't want. It was too late when we got to the window even after asking about the deal a second time. It's just the concept that they should have known the deal and that I shouldn't have got overcharged for something I didn't want. Just wondering if there's any way a coupon could be sent to me for some sort of reimbursement, it would be greatly appreciated. My address is [removed]

Wendy’s employee attitude

I live close to Wendy's on Rossville Blvd on in Chattanooga Tennessee. My niece and i visit often. We decided to go through drive thru around 945 pm. I wasn't sure if restaurant was closed because parking lot was empty and there was no one in dining room. I passed the window and pulled up to side door so I could see what time store closed. Instead of pulling off lot and going all the
way around I backed up and my car died. It died several times while trying to turn around to place order. When i looked up, an employee was staring at us and talking to other employees. He acted as if we were a problem. . I motioned for him to open window and asked why He was looking at us that way. He said he was curious as to why a car was parked on his parking lot. I told him i was trying to place an order and was having car trouble. He was extremely rude and pretty much dared us to order food while hanging out of the window. 2 other employees looked on and said nothing. I told him his attitude was scaring my niece. His attitude didn't change. I told him that I didn't realize that he owned the parking lot and figured that it belonged to Wendy's and that I'm fairly sure his chasing away customers was not something that would be appreciated. He then claimed that the parking lot belonged to him because of his employment by the company. I have never experienced such an awful attitude by an employee of any restaurant anywhere. I went to taco bell down the street even though we had our hearts set on Wendy's. My niece has not stopped tAlking about the bad experience and she says she can't believe Wendy's would have an employee that ran customers off by speaking to them the way he did and by not acknowledging that we had car trouble and were not loitering on his parking lot. He offered no apology and continued to yell as we drove away. Please tell me this is not who you want to represent your restaurant. I will not visit Wendy's again. It was the worst experience I have ever had hands down. I never even got to place order.

Wendy’s product found in my food

On Friday September 1st at about 9pm I ordered a spicy chicken wrap from Wendy's on oak street Brockton ma. When I bit into the wrasp I bit into a hard chunk of plastic and found a huge bread tie folded into my sandwich. When I called the building they told me there was nothing they could do for me.I have a picture of the product as well. When i contacted corporate i got no response at all. If one of my children the wrap and ate that there is no telling what could have happened

Wendy’s services, employees, food

My husband & I walked in to this Wendy's #891 - Freeport Road (waterworks) PA
Extremely slow service and there was only 1 other customer before us. We ordered a single combo & spicy chicken combo. The single came with onions and my husband specifically said no onion. My spicy chicken came with lettuce and mayo and I specifically said no lettuce. I ordered a sweet tea half cut There was no tea in all 3 containers. I asked if they could fill them. No one did! I watched an employee take fries right out of the fry holder and eat them! How disgusting and gross! I don't know who the manager is at this store but they need to be fired! I will never go back to this restaurant and I will tell all my family & friends to not go as well. Very disappointed !

Wendy’s customer service/food

The South Virginia Street location in Reno NV is awful. Long lines and cashiers will stand and look at you for minutes before taking your order. I waited 1/2 an hour for 1 cheeseburger and didn't get what I ordered at all. I was going to take it back but there was no one near the counter even though there was still a line I listened to the staff argue and cuss for about 5 minutes then gave up and threw my cold food away. I used to like this location but will not go there again I'll spend my money somewhere that actually cares about their customers.
