Wendy’s poor customer service

4/11/2017 I travelled to the Wendy's in Thondale, PA even though I only get a 1/2 hour lunch I was hoping it would be worth the trip. However, the wait time was long (approx 15 mins) of not moving only to pay for my food and thankfully before I left the last window I realized they had forgotten part of my order.

However, that was not all they forgot. Once I headed back to work, I realized they had forgotten straws for the frosty's. Wouldn't be such an issue with sodas but the frosty's are thick. I turned around went inside asked to speak to a manager. Once I explained that I did not appreciate the last of customer service on their part in forgetting things in my order she then proceeded to smile and broke out in laughter. Are you kidding me? This is a big food chain who clearly does not take customer service seriously. Needless to say, this will be my last visit to Wendy's. They are overpriced and not worth the hassle since I have soo many other options available to me.

Wendy’s oggy crispy chicken sandwich

I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich at Wendy's Bloomfield 1905 west 6th Ave Denver Colorado. I've worked in the food industry and can tell when something has been sitting in a tray longer than its supposed to. They say there company is built on fresh food yet it's soggy and it's like eating rubber. This location is horrible in service the floor is never clean the drive thru is slow and my orders are never right I strongly suggest that this location should take there customer's business a little better.

Wendy’s employee behavior and food quality

I visited one of your locations and while I waited at the window I got to listen to an employee cuss and yell about the way a customer had ordered there meal. The manager was aware of his behavoir because she walked up and closed the window. Then while we paid for our food he continued to talk to us directly about the customer not knowing what they ordered. We just nodded and wanted to leave as quick as possible. When we did pull off and open our food I ordered a son of a baconador that I opened to see why it felt smaller then ones I had got before and seen that there was only 1 piece of bacon cut into half on my sandwich. I would have returned and got a refund or replacement but the way the employee spoke of other customers made me affraid to return.

Wendy’s no receipt

I always go to Wendy's. Me and my kids love it, but lately at one particular Wendy's on alma school and chandler Blvd in Chandler Az, 85225 they always seem to not give me my receipt even when i pay with cash or debit card. The price does seem high with the couple things I purchased. One other time I played cash and counted out my change and I was short almost 10$ so i asked for a receipt and they said the printer was broken. So i I talked to a manager and she happened to fix it for me and give me my correct change after handing my change to her to re count. This place in Chandler is somewhere where I will not be returning do to there suspiciousness. I would like this matter handled due to other customers that are having the same problems. Thank you for your time.

Wendy’s food order

I purchased a drive thru order recently. Unfortunately I know this happens sometimes but it continues to keep happening. I order chili with cheese and get no cheese. I order fries and some are cooked and some are over cooked every time. They are obviously adding new to old to fill orders. I order multiple jr bacon cheeseburgers and 1 is missing. I go to the Wendy's in Point Pleasant NJ and this has been going on a couple of months.

Wendy’s quoted wrong price, then no receipt to verify

This is the Wendy's at the corner of Sherman Way and Tampa, in Reseda, CA. Date of visit is 4/3/17 at approximately 5:45 pm.

I ordered a #1 combo. The price on the screen said $7.25 but the order taker quoted me a price of $7.20. When I got to the window, the order taker repeated the price of $7.20, so I handed him a $20 expecting to get back $12.80 in change. I got back $12.72 and no receipt. When I told him he quoted me a price of $7.20 his answer was "that was without tax". WTF? That's never happened to me. I always get the total quoted to me, not the before tax price. After that, even though there was nobody behind me, he basically brushed me off and went back inside without addressing my question.

I only go to fast food places because, well, they're fast. When you drive away with mediocre food AND feel like you've been ripped off, it's hardly worth it.

Wendy’s service and food

I try very hard to avoid take out food.. I am not use to it so going to Wendy's I know the salads are fresh and good.. we went to a Wendy's in Whitby, Ontario on Thickson Rd.S. they were terrible.. first off it was late and they had no lights on the menu board.. had hard time reading.. then when we went to order.. no salads, no potato, no chicken nuggets.. so we do finally order, we were ordering for 5 people so it took a bit of time getting it right.. as if the girl didn't want to be there, and we could imagine her eyes rolling... get up to drive thru window, we paid by debit and waited again.. seeing where the window is right where they are making the orders.. we seen them three times throw out poutines, so when we got order.. it was not good.. food like hamburgers were cold to the touch, a chicken wrap was not nicely wrapped, it was half out of the paper... we got so angry that my daughter who was driving.. was so livid said to see what was wrong and that she was disgusted with it.. please refund us .. they did that but we have none of the needed store number.. It won't matter to me cause I shall never darken their doors again but it should be shut down.. we drove to next Wendy's and it was clean, bright and service was the best ever.. Well maintained ...#[protected], Oshawa on King St W. fantastic and there I will return.. they were friendly and were quick and excellent .. so not all Wendy's are bad.. even though it was April 1st it was no joke.. the prior store was in Whitby, Thickson Rd.S. I do not have a receipt but I will complain never the less.. it was closer to my home but the extra drive was worth it.. different as night to day..

Went into the Wendys at Third line just off the highway in Oakville. The female cashier looked very unhappy and didnt say a word when I ordered a spicy chicken combo. When i sat down and opened the wrapper it was a hamburger, So I took it back and asked for my order. She still didnt say a word just scowled at me then picked the burger up when I repeated myself a few times and walked over to the manager, They then started arguing ! I could not believe my eyes. I piped in from the other side of the counter that I didnt eat meat much but loved their spicy chicken, the manager (I assume) looked at me with the same scowl as the cashier and told someone out of sight to make a spicy chicken, When I opened it up it was a cold horrible looking piece of chicken. I got up threw it into the trash and left the store. I will never go back to any Wendys again because this is the 5th time from different wendys that I have noticed a big difference in both service and quality of product. Too bad seeing a once great fast food empire falling so far, very sad indeed.

Wendy’s bad service

We were at your 610 William marks way Homestead Pa. We were walked in at 8:05pm. The dining room was dirty. Food on the floor Nothing swept! There was one other customer in line when we came in. There was no one at the register. It took almost 15 minutes for someone to take my order. I am a food service worker. I have never in my life email and fast food organization before. When the lady took my ordered. I requested that the fires be put into a separate bag. My husband has a potato allergy . We have requested this before at other locations. The cashier rolled her eyes at me. We got 5 orders of chicken nuggets two fries and four drinks. With BBQ sauce. It took another 15 minutes for us to get our food. When she went to give me my sauce. I requested that I would get to honey mustard. She threw my sauces in my bag. I don't mind waiting for fresh food. They were not slamed. There were plenty of workers there. When we opened the bags. It looked like they threw everything the bags. The chicken nuggets were not in the sleeves. They mixed fries in with the chicken nuggets. My husband accidentally bit into a piece of French fry. He started having a reaction with his food allergy. Fortunately it was a mild reaction. Your staff needs training on customer service. I will never go back again.

Wendy’s wendy's dangerous building 104 bessemer super hwy midfield, al 35228

I am a breast cancer survivor that lives in Oxford, AL. I am breast cancer free as of 10/31/2017. I have been told that I need to lose weight to keep the cancer from coming back and with the help of Wendy's healthy choices I have lost 43 lbs. My concern is the Wendy's that is located in Midfield, Al. My husband and I travel here once a week for the car auction in Midfield and we always stop at this Wendy's because of the healthy choices. Let me first start off by saying the staff at this location is awesome! We always get wonderful service every time we go to this location! However, I am greatly concerned with the safety of your guest. You see the roof of this building is leaking in several places. The employees have done the best they can to keep the water off the floor, but when it rains it is pouring inside of Wendy's. It is only a matter of time before someone slips and falls. Thank you for listening to my concerns and for providing healthy choices! I am sure this will be taken care of for the safety of your employees and guest.

Wendy’s restaurant cleanliness

I live in Benton, AR USA. Our Wendy's located on military rd.it is always filthy and stinks like a dirty rotten mop as soon as you enter. I have tried several times to eat there but never find it clean enough to do so. I hope you can do something about this so I can enjoy eating at your establishment once again. I used to love eating your burgers and fries...

Wendy’s spicy chicken nuggets

On Saturday, March 25 I visited the Wendy's location on my campus at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I put in an order for spicy chicken nuggets and was informed that they were discontinued. Others in line also tried to place the same order. This complaint is a plea to bring back the spicy chicken nuggets. They have long been my favorite thing on the Wendy's menu. They go perfectly with the Wendy's honey mustard sauce. I will choose to eat Wendy's food less frequently now that my favorite menu item is gone.

Wendy’s grill chicken

Well yesterday I went to Wendy's and placed a order for a grilled chicken sandwich(plain), after getting the sandwhich it had an awful taste like it wasn't fully cooked all the way.So i called the MOD and told him he offered me to come and get another sandwhich which i did later that night. As i simply told the young lady that asked what was wrong with it ahe had someone remake it but nw this time i got back home and unwrapped the sandwhich now it have everything on it when i simply told her plain on regular bun.So i didnt feel like going back through and lost my appetite for I just trashed it and lost money

Wendy’s poor service

I ordered a cod sandwich at drive-thru on Tuttle Crossing, Dublin, OH approx. 8:15-20PM today, 3/24/17. (Sandwich was very good, no problem there!)
Young lady at window in returning $16.31 change to me, held the bills by the end and moved them downward toward me. As I started to reach up with my left hand to receive the change she dropped the coins onto the bills so that they rolled straight off and under the car. I tried to open my car door to pick them up but was too close to the building. There were already cars behind me so I could not back up. From the look of the lot below the window, this was not the only time change had been dumped! I was only able to reach one coin, so when the clerk returned with my sandwich, I offered the suggestion she drop coins FIRST into a customer's hand and then lay the bills on top. Her reply: "I didn't know you weren't going to catch it!" Nor was receipt in the bag as customary so that I could more easily make this complaint and she had to ask me what I had ordered which made me wonder if they were putting every order into the 'system'.
If window crew are not trained how to make change, they should be! That there was no offer to replace the dropped coins bothered me since it was not reasonable for me retrieve them. And it did seem from her attitude to be a 'smart-aleck' trick and verbal comment.

Wendy’s service and product

I stopped at #3094 today for lunch, or so I thought! I waited a good 12 - 15 minutes for my cod sandwich and then it was cold. I would have left but I was in the drive through and couldn't get out of the line of cars! PS my receipt says 1:24pm so it wasn't at peak time. When I finally got to the order window, I was thanked for waiting, and then asked to wait again! What!

Wendy’s management

I was in drive thou ordering my lunch when I drove up to the money part of the window I saw this young lady karla is her name getting cuss at by a manager. (she is blond hair short believe her name either was danille or da something.) this is not how companies need to run their business the young lady had tears in her eyes taking in verbal words this manager was saying. Will not recommend this company to my fellow peers from reading the complains from others this is normal. Why not investigate the issue and maybe your company will have a better review. I feel really bad for the young lady that was at the money window.

Wendy’s drive thru

The are very unprofessional and messed up the complete order without even caring. The assistant manager was on the headset saying "man it's been back to ###ing back, people don't believe in cooking anymore obviously" she said all this with the window open after handing me my drinks. And closed the window. I still said thank you and she didn't say anything. Why would u want a person like this representing your company? I will never be back to any Wendy's establishment again I was there for 30 mins for their continuous mistakes and never once got a sorry or anything!

Wendy’s wrong order... again.

Went to a local Wendy's for dinner (Wendy's # [protected]).
Ordered two 4 for 4 meal deals. Both were for Junior bacon cheeseburger, fries, chicken nuggets, and a drink.
Got two burgers, two drinks, three fries, and one chicken nugget.

When I went to get a drink, the soda machine dispensed something liquid, but certainly NOT Coke. The drink mix was waaaay off.

I guess we'll be going elsewhere in the future.

Goodbye Wendy's.

Wendy’s service, and product

I went to Wendy's drive through at 8:00 Monday night. When I got there noticed all the employees were standing around talking to each other doing nothing cause no customers were there. Got to drive through speaker and there was a note saying they were all out of chicken nuggets. This was fine, gal got on intercom and asked me for my order. I asked for two baconaters, then a guy got on intercom and said they were all out of meat. I said forget it then and left thinking how can a burger place run out of meat in a small town on a Monday evening. I believe they just cleaned up and didn't want to restart the grill and have to clean it again. This pissed me off cause your a business that is open to sell food and it all comes down to them not wanting to make it. I don't think I will ever eat at one of your establishments again. I will tell my friends what happened also. Piss poor way to do business.

Wendy’s service

hello, My name is Tyshiera Hendon and I visited your 2928 woodridge dr Houston tx location on Saturday 3/18/17. ticket number 10035 My 2 sons went in to place a order because the drive thru was filled with about 10 cars and only about 4 customers inside. We arrived about 1:30 pm they went in place the order at 1:35 at 2pm they still had not come out so I went in to see what the hold up was. I preceeded to ask the young lady why was it taking so long and she then went to another worker to ask where the order was, who then looked and threw his hands in the air and stated he didn't have time for this, with a attitude. Never in life when I spend my hard earned money to I feel I should be treated with such disrespect especially when they are not doing their job. He then call the manager Juan over and said that I wanted a refund, which is not what I asked at all, my children wanted there order. Juan then proceeded to tell me it was coming up. Another 10mins we waited for 2 4 for 4 meals, to get in the car and the meat smelled uncooked on the burgers and it was cold. I am completely disgusted with the food and service at this location. Im not from that side of town but I can tell you my children love wendys and we have never had this problem. My goal is to see how this can be corrected?

Wendy’s rude staff, treat the lazy # employees great

Wendy's in leitchfield ky is the worst place to work at. Travis only flirts with the little girls that work there. Deb is great but she follows Travis and what he say way to much. The lazy kids that work there always on their phone never working. The open manager is great and the morning crew is always on spot. They cheat them out of breaks and treat the ones who bust their ### off like dirt under there feet. And you all wonder what the hell is wrong with that place. Get you some good managers and get rid of the ### ones. They need a change.
