Wendy’s disrespectful employee

Make a long story short the guy must've been having a bad day. They forgot to put my sauce in the bag so my guy knocked on the window to ask for some. So he opened the window and start throwing the sauce aggressively in the bag and then slamming the window shut. So my spouse thought it was rude and knocked on the window in flicked him off. We drive off to hear something being thrown at the back of my window that's more than his whole salary a year. I'm super upset. Because had he broke my window we both know that person can't afford to replace it.

I was sympathetic towards your situation until you said this. Being equally immature doesn't help the situation and certainly makes you look accountable for part of the escalation.

I received wrong sandwiches going thru the drive-thru and no receipt. After returning home to another town I called and let the Mgr know my order was wrong, she sarcastically admitted she knew it was then proceeded to telll me I had to bring a receipt I. To get the order corrected. I told her I would return s f went inside with my son to correct my order. But I wS mad as hell because I had to edit twice be talked to and chastised by this hateful Mgr. To make matters worse after entering the restaurant and waiting again I overheard the Mgr talking out loud about me and saying more derogatory things about me in front of employees and the customers inside the store. This Mgr needs to be fired! I asked for my money back after letting her know that I was standing there and she refused and started yelling loudly to the cooks my order as if to embarrass me. I will never eat st this place again and will make it my mission to publicize this!

Wendy’s not getting all my food I ordered and paid for.

On 12-8-17 @ approximately 1210pm I ordered a number 2 and number 6 got back home to my house in ellinwood which is ten miles away and did not get my number 2 . So I paid $17 dollars for 1 meal... this is not the first time that this has happened, it also happened about a month ago and I never complained about it but however when it happens again I am a little pissed of at the money I paid to not get my food.

Wendy’s product and management

I visited Wendy's 8465 stony island in Chicago and the experience was horrible. We don't eat fast food but we wanted to tonight and it was the worst experience I've ever encountered. It was a waste of $30. I'm sure the daytime staff there is awesome along with management but the night crew needs some work. Everything was cold and old and hard from our fries all the way to the chicken. I didn't even get napkins or a receipt. I didn't receive a spoon or straw for my frosty. I called to speak with a manager and they hung up in my face. I don't complain at all because I know how working fast food is, I was a general manager of a hardees and I know the importance of keeping a good reputation for the store you're running but having a bad one especially for dinner time can effect sales and definitely effect the reputation and that's something that needs to be worked on. The employees are either helping or hurting the success of that store and the night crew is definitely hurting that store. I will not be visiting that store again. I will drive out of my way to go elsewhere.

The Manager Tracy Was Screaming And Yelling At The Worker Zhaniyah About Fixing Food And Taking Orders Zhaniyah Was Doing All Her Orders And Bagging Her Food All By Herself She Is A Hard Worker I Don't Think She Deserves To Be Treated The Way She Was I Have Been Herr Several Times Seeing Her Working Hard To Take Care Of Her Customers.I Think Someone Needs To Talk To The Managers About The Way They Treat The Employees.

Wendy’s the managers

The mangers don't do they job at Wendy's on perris they. Say things like u make my job hard they want me to do everything while they talk about me Mary has no patience with her crew members she yells at them she also acts as if she can't hear them asking her something she keeps a bad attitude Leslie all she do is talk about people weak points to other crew members and hang out and laugh and talk with under age people Leslie was caught smoking in the office at work zulma comes to work high every day she sleeps in the office she smell horrible they are horrible mangers that's why people leave Mary puts her self on schedule for what all she does is sit in the office. Most of the time zulma to Leslie to they get paid for what it's crazy how much breaks they try to get by working us extra hard

I feel that the mangers need to be baby sit cause the crew members are treated bad while they kick back and chill they front for the boss but really they don't do anything they all lazy we might as well have there checks they get paid for sitting down. They very rude they talk about there crew members real bad it would make u not wanna be there u feel like u can't go anywhere gotta watch cause they talk about people they act like they can't hear cause they don't wanna help use out with nothing at all I call Mary name a lot of times before she answer me she turns around with a face and say what it makes me scared to ask anything we need a boss up there are something cause we get treated bad and I really do I hate it I wanna cry and leave the job it's not friendly and nice it's very hard working at Wendy's on perris I'm always on my toes walk on glass they always mean to me and I just been of got there they call the phones nice asking can I come in soon as I'm there they change they rude they rush people when we only one person if they do something to a lot more will be done Leslie send crew members to go get her stuff at the store are Walmart

Wendy’s unethical and rude behavior from two different managers

I was recently hired at a Wendy's Restaurant, my first day being December 2, 2017. I have always been pleased with the service, so I figured why not work there. I only lasted two days after repeatedly being disregarded and treated like I was a bother rather than an employee. The manager, Jamie, was very disrespectful to her employees from what I heard and saw. The first day wasn't too bad although two males were very open and talked explicitly about a female customer while I was trying to 'train'. The manager did not check on me AT ALL that day. I was not told how much I was going to be paid or what the proper procedures were while I was behind the counter i.e. do I need my hair up? Am I allowed to walk through the kitchen area to go to the restroom? Nothing. I sat there my entire shift and the only thing that she helped me was with clocking in and out. The next day I returned and was hopeful for a change in attitude from the manager. I was in for a big surprise that day. I got there and she tells me I will be on register and she proceeds to walk away. 1) I have never used their POS system, 2) I never watched the video for the instructions on how to use it due to running out of time the previous day, and 3) I need to be properly trained before jumping into a job that I still knew almost nothing about other than the mission statement of the founder Dave. I stood there in confusion and attempted to ask another employee what all the buttons meant until she came back and yelled at him for training me while a customer was waiting in line (understandable). I guess she realized that I had no idea what to do so she put me on sandwiches. I was actually learning something for about 5 minutes, granted the employee that was training me complained about his job the entire time. He left me there to go complain to the manager and she told me to follow her to the back. I told her I had to specify what days I could work and she was very short tempered about the situation. She put me back on the computer to watch more videos about sandwiches and register and I was not complaining due to the tense environment up to that point. She sent an employee after about 2 hours and what felt like 20000 videos later, to check on me. I finished the videos and this time she told me to be up front by the register to see what I would be doing. The girl trained me as best as she could, she said she had only been there a few months. She was very sweet and taught me a lot more than any other employee. Don't get me wrong, about 2 to 3 other workers were very nice and understanding of the situation I was in. About 30 minutes until I would be clocking out, the manager that hired me came in. She did not ask me how I was doing so far and was a completely different person compared to when she hired me. The girl I was working with that day, Genna, I think her name was, complimented her outfit and the manager who hired me, Robin, completely disregarded her and walked to the back to gossip with Jamie. The two were basically yelling F - this F-that and I recall hearing "and if you hear a complaint about me, I don't F-ing care. I'm done with this BS." this came from Jamie, as I would expect from her at that point. Before I clocked out, I went to ask Jamie how to properly do it. She interrupted me mid sentence to tell Genna that she needs to show me how to do it. As I gathered my things, I watched as Robin and Jamie went to the dining room. I guess a customer stopped them to tell them that a sandwich was made wrong. Robin proceeds to yell across the store at the new guy that he made the sandwich wrong and that the customer was not pleased. You DO NOT call out an employee, especially not a new one on sandwiches by himself, across a restaurant. I vowed to never work in food again after I left that store on December 3rd. Today, December 4th I went in to quit and I spoke to Robin at the register. I told her that I could no longer work there. She said "that's okay, I can cover your shifts". Although it was sarcastic, that was the most professional I had seen her behave. I said thank you and walked out with a smile on my face. It's one thing for one manager to be terrible, but two?! No ma'am. I will not be returning to that store to eat and I will recommend my friends and family to never return. The lack of professionalism and respect is very present. The fact that people were arguing over not wanting to train an employee is absurd. That is the worst job that I have ever had. I am hoping I will have better success working across the street at the local Walmart.

Wendy’s terrible food

Kalamazoo Gull Rd. Store
I puchased 2 double stacks and a large fry through the drive-thru this afternoon at 4:40pm. After ordering I waited 15min in line. I finally received my meal. I returned home literally 5 min from the store. I removed the fry from my bag and instantly noticed they had been sitting in the bin for a while. I removed a double stack from the bag and unwrapped it. Again the burger looked like it had been sitting for a while. The other burger wasn't any better. Once again I gave the store an opportunity to satisfy me beyond their Frostys and they failed. I will not be buying food there again. Back to Subway, Jimmy Johns and Arby's.

Wendy’s dirty and lack of things

We walked in the resterant at the Wendy's in Cranberry twp pa at around 7:30 pm on 12/1/17 and as soon as I walked in I noticed that all the trash cans were all completely full and overflowing. And trash still on 3/4 of all the empty tables in the resterant. After we place our order I went over to get out drinks, catchup and, etc. there was no sweet tea over there. It's was sitting on counter were we ordered and only found it after we ask and they found it there. There was absolutely zero napkins and zero catchup cups. Had to ask for all that. As I was getting all that stuff. I looked around and under every table in there, there was trash and food on the floor. I have never been in a resterant that was so dirty in my life. I understand they were a little bit busy for the holiday shoppings going on. Just really suprised with it all

Wendy’s I refuse to complain and nothing happened

Greensboro nc to raleigh nc I will make sure it's a big deal that ur service and food sucks [censor]... I have complained about 7 plus store and no none contacts me back and the sAmerican [censor] keep happening... just went and spend 30 mins in line with 3 people in line and my chicken on my chicken salad wasn't even on it and much more so than gs but i hope u loss all buisness around this area bc ur service and cleanness is a joke and should be shut down due to it .

Wendy’s food quality

Wow. I remember Wendy's was the best fast food money could buy in the 1980's & 1990's. The burgers were juicy and delicious and the fries were to die for...plump soft potatoes steaming hot and delicious. When Chick-fil-et came about, I must admit that I rarely went to Wendy's. Well, I took my grandsons to Wendy's yesterday and one of them got the baconator, small frosty & small fry...almost 9 dollars just for that, for God's sake. Anyway, I tasted the fries and they were awful. Hard, not much potato, grease smell was nasty. The baconator meat was dry. Really? The frosty was good.
You're company has really gone downhill to me, because I was there when it was the BEST fast food around. No longer.

Wendy’s time

I just was at Wendy's in Warsaw, NC. There were no cars in the parking lot so I assumed quick service. I set at the drive thur for about 7 minutes an a female finally said she would be with me in a few minutes. Another 6 or 7 minutes later she came back to take my order. After giving my order 3 times, kids chicken nuggets with frys, small chocolate frosty an 2 medium chocolate frostys, I was told to drive to window for total. I pulled to window where I saw 3 or 4 employees milling around an 1 on her cell phone. After sitting another 5 minutes with no acknowledgement of my presents l came home an fixed my Granddaughter a snack

Wendy’s service received

I arrived at Wendy's on 21st Street in Newark, Ohio on Monday, November 27, 2017 at 6:10 PM.
The drive thru was backed up by approximately 7 cars deep so I decided to go into the restaurant. When inside, there was a long line of people waiting there for their food as well.
I placed an order for two small frostys and began my wait. There were around 10 people at that time waiting for their food as well. I waited a total of 20 mins for two small frostys.
It was the most disorganized, filthy place I had ever seen. There were workers running around trying to fill orders and not having any idea what they were doing. There was a huge pile of fries on the floor that had not been cleaned up and the Coke machine was broken in the seating area so customers were also waiting in line to have refills on their drinks and having to wait 5 or 10 mins for refills.
This is absolutely an unacceptable way of doing business and someone needs to visit that location and get it under control before it completely closes!

Wendy’s service

The Elmsford, NY WENDY'S always has issues with product s or services everytime I visit or drive thru. On the drive thru I must constantly go back for ketchup or s/p or my sauce selection is screwed up. I tell them no mayo they forget and put mayo. Just recently I saw the 4 for 4 commercial for the double stack and as soon as I get there the female server tells me " We not doing that yet! So do u want something else?!" I said "I saw the commercial how could u not be doing it?" She yelled at me " because we ain't doing it yet." Then closed the drive thru window and ignored me. I don't appreciate that from my local establishment, maybe I go back to BK."

The advertisements that show deals like the "4 for 4" typically state that it applies to participating locations only. The location you went to may not be participating yet. In the future, if you do choose to go back, you may want to check your food before you leave the restaurant to make sure it's correct. I know that I try to do that each time whenever I go to Wendy's or other fast food restaurants.

Wendy’s customer service/ hygiene

Good evening,
My name is Tiffany Vaughn and I had a horrible experience at you all's location in Oakwood, Ga. I am appalled that I was given molded bread and also tomatoes which were ritten and a cold sandwich and fries. This is upsetting as well as their green teeth which is a blight in regards to working in a public sector. I paid 30.00 for all of my food items and feel as though I should be reimbursed.

If you still have the food, you could bring it back to the location of purchase along with your receipt for a replacement or refund. If you don't, you could still try to call or visit, but you will most likely need your receipt. Either way, it's very rude to judge someone by their teeth. They may have a medical condition or cannot afford good dental care.

Wendy’s complaining about service and the smell of marijuana from two employees

I came into the drive-thru at 11:35 p. m. on 11/26/2017 two (male glasses, light skinned, big hair and female (wore black company shirt with headset) employees were sitting at the back end of Wendy's restaurant near the drive-thru whenever I pulled up once I opened my window to place my order I could smell the smell of marijuana coming from the same direction as two of your employees this is coming from the restaurant 135 Short Boulevard Dallas, Texas employees were rude and smelled of marijuana. No one was friendly no one cared to ensure my order was correct or if I ordered anything period.

Wendy’s shift leader

I was in line with about 7 other people, we were out for Lunch & everytime this short male manger with braids is always rude and loud to his team member and there be a lot of yelling. I will not be returning here & also tell friends and family not to go to this Wendy's because there is no piece too sit and relax& eat my food I just paid for. Please Resolved the problem.

Wendy’s chicken sandwich

Served a Raw! Chicken sandwhich have pictures of the sandwhich, 75% is Raw. Took 3 bites in til realized. Absolutely appalling and disgusting. Person eating is a 21 year old mother of an infant who can't afford to be sick. She tried to make her self puke after seeing the chicken was raw and couldn't. Now is waiting to see if she can get medicine or something to prevent disease. Macdonald's has better quality chicken. Disgusting

Wendy’s staff

I recently quit working at the Wendy's I Logan Ohio due to the poor attitude and management of the head manager Dave and one of his other "managers" Kim.
I worked at this Wendy's for about 9 months. Prior to starting this job I had zero knowledge of what to do and was thrown into the job position with little to no help. Dave and Kim both on multiple occasions have been in my face cursing and screaming at me. Dave the head manager hit me and got in my face screaming at me and that's why I left Wendy's.
I was burnt by oil from the deep fryers and was refused to go home by Dave. I then took it to myself to leave and go to the hospital which then I found out that my arm was infected. They made me file workers comp at the hospital and then Dave tried to get other employees to say it never happened.
Kim has grabbed on a gentleman's person areas when he used to work at Wendy's. She then said it was a joke.
Dave has slapped girls on the butt at work before as well.
Many of the employees at Wendy's were never made to do the welearn things so they haven't completed proper training.
The two managers Teresa and Adam are the ONLY reason that the Logan Wendy's is still standing. One of the other crew members named Debbie takes on more responsibility to get things done around the store than Dave does. If it weren't for them picking up the slack of everyone else nothing would be done proper.
The store is a nasty mess and I'm very surprised that people don't get sick from the overdue food they serve to customers.
It blows my mind that this has went on for such a long time and nothing has been done about it. I really really hope that someone will put an end to the problems there because most of the employees only stay because that is their only choice.

Wendy’s food

I'd say I arrived at Wendy's (5560 Central Ave, Toledo, OH 43615) at about 10:54pm. When I pulled up to the speaker, I ordered a chicken sandwich with 3 pieces of bacon and fry. After my order was placed I was asked to pull up to the window. The girl at the window, who was not friendly, didn't greet me in anyways besides telling me my total. I had gave her my money, and she gave me my change back without a receipt (which I didn't find a big deal until my food came out the way that it did). When I received my order, my chicken was rock hard, so hard that if someone were to bite into it, they would have had to literally yank the sandwich from their mouth, and not only was is rock hard and unable to it, but it was also cold, as well as my french fries. If I wasn't on my way to work, and had to be there by 11:05, I would have turned around and received my money back. Though, being I had to be to work, I wasted my money and now have to go through an eleven hour shift hungry because I forgot my meal at home. The worst part of it all is that this was my first time in about 8 years that I've had Wendy's and with a situation like that? I will never return to another Wendy's again.
