Wendy’s employee respect

So my friend works at Wendy's and they treat him so bad. They are HORRIBLE at doing the schedules. He is scheduled till 2 and always ends up staying till 5 which is ridiculous especially for kids that are in college or school and have school work to do and expect to get out at the time they are scheduled at. Also, the managers are trash. They VERY OFTEN favorite employees. The Wendy's that my friend works at, one of the managers kids work there and they get special privileges that other employees do not get. My friend got in trouble for being 6 minutes late when he was on break but the managers kids are always 20+ minutes late and never get in trouble for it. Also, when my friends drawer is short, they make him pay for it. When the managers kids draw is short, she never makes him pay. Wendy's is honestly one of the worst places out there and management is horrible. My friend WILL be finding a new job soon and will be quitting the trashy place we call Wendy's.

Wendy’s food and service

I visited wendys today at manton ave providence ri. The girl waiting on me had to be told three times what I wanted. she aws also texting on her phone while putting my order up. the worst news is I ordered a plain baked potatoe 2 chilli / cheese an d a double burger. got home and omg the potatoe was brown all the way through, could not eat it. terrible.

Wendy’s an employee was getting harassed and no one did anything

A lovely girl named Jorden was getting harassed all night by a girl named Renee. Renee pushed Jorden twice and even was calling her names and just be down right rude to the girl. A boy told the girl named Renee to leave her alone. And she didnt listen. The manager was standing right there and didn't do anything! Is this how Wendy's is? If so you have lost me as a customer and I have lost my respect for Wendy's.

I know the girls names as I could see their name tags. The boy was too far in the back for me to see his name tag.

I just purchased this Wendys store, which is located on Lake Street in Hanover Park Village! I went with the family we asked for all! I got the order and I always check because there is always a product missing in that store, I ordered a number 1 with cheese! I missed the sandwich, I went back to the window to ask for it, no more cars! Quickly I got the sandwich, I got the house and the sandwich was a baiconer with lots of fat! I think the sandwich already had time to prepare! My wife ordered a salad, did not give it sauce, no fork, no sour cream! I call because I did not receive a receipt! And it was the worst! The Hispanic manager, I'm Mexican too but I will not be speaking as his name told me magie! Left me waiting for long time on the phone, I tell her what happened tells me she does not know anything! I tell him that as a manager, inform him that he's going to ask me for the receipt so that I can tell him the time, because I did not catch any of them, I exploded, I asked him for his name and he did not want to give it to me. That if I wanted to call it did, and therefore I do not know where to call and I found this means, because if you really care about the behavior of your employees at Wendy's look at this and hope to do halgo! Gracias!

Wendy’s product/service

My husband drives semi truck over the road and myself and our small puppy ride with him and as truckers we eat out often and wendys has been a favorite it here we are in Oak Grove MO and we order 2 double cheese burger combos and a plain hamburger with no bun, no cheese (which we were charged for aling with sit in taxes and we carried out) no nothing just a plain hamburger, we get back to the truck with our food and was shocked to see we were charged $4.19 for just a hamburger, like serious? We get the pooch a burger once in awhile and we are normally charged .99 to $1.00, even at other wendys visted, i was charged for a single CHEESE burger. I would like to be reimbursed for the single CHEESE burger along with the taxes. I have the reciept. I am very upset to have been charged $4.19 for just a burger, thats a ripoff! I have added ghe reciept this is in reference to.

Wendy’s employees

I stopped at the wendys on union blvd in Allentown, Pennsylvania. I had to go to the bathroom and as I walked up to it, a male employee was walking out of the WOMENS bathroom. I went inside and noticed the seat was wet so I wentered to go wipe it and there was semen on the seat! I was so disgusted and I will never eat at wendys again! It was on February 10th, 2017. Between 6pm and 630pm. The employee was on break at the time so please find out who this guy is and fire him! I would never want anyone else to experience this.

Wendy’s grilled chicken sandwich

My son ordered a grilled chicken combo with lettuce, tomato, mayo only...When he brought it to me that was the smallest piece of chicken I have ever seen on one of you sandwich's, they lettuce on it looked like someone grabbed it out of a tossed salad and it was drowning in honey mustard...Also the new bun is horrible. I used to love your grilled chicken but if this is what it is now I will never get another one.

Wendy’s extremely rude obnoxious worker

On February 8 2017 i stopped in Mansfield for a quick bite to eat. I was met with a line at the counter. All you could hear was some loudmouth in the back, running his mouth putting the other workers down. The nice girl at the counter was apologizing for the slow service. And a customer who seem frustrated. I was finally served. And when just about done eating, the guy "who was "still" standing there waiting, got the attention of the rude guy, and explained he had been waiting 22 then 23 minutes for a salad. Then after the customer finally got his salad him his wife and small child left.
Then! Mr obnoxious was discussing so everyone in the entire restaraunt could hear. Making fun of the customer. And that his ears were ringing. A big old WTF to a manager or assistant manager on duty to allow this to go on!

Wendy’s service

On 1/30/2017 @ 5321 Waters Ave. Savannah Ga. 31405 Store # 3136. (ticket # 40137) I went for late lunch, 2:06 PM. My purchase at drive through was spicy Caesar full & coke zero. I get back to my office (10 minutes away) and have no dressing. I drive back to location, go inside, ask for dressing. attendant apologized and ask if I'd like anything free for inconvenience.
My response was no thank you. I get back to my office and then notice there wasn't any croutons. I'm still not looking for anything free, would just like a complete order with friendly service. As you know there are fast foods on every corner with salads, I like Wendy's! Just needs some work at this location.

Wendy’s soggy cold fries, old chicken, and not bagged correctly

On Feb 7, 2017 approx. 8:30 p.M. I ordered a number six with mayo and cheese only and a frosty instead of the drink. This was through the drive-thou in Hays, KS on 18th and Vine I should note. When I got to my house, which is about 8 blocks away I opened the bag and the first thing I noticed were the fries. They were all soggy and cold. My chicken sandwich looked like it had been sitting in the drawer for well over an hour and the bun was soggy. There was also no spoon in the bag for my frosty as well as no receipt to take back to the store. I myself worked for the Wendy's in McPherson, KS all through high school, as well as the Wendy's in Hays, KS for about two years while in college. I know what the hold times on fries and chicken are supposed to be and I also know what should be put in the bag when handing it out to the customer. I was very unsatisfied with my visit and just wanted to bring it to the attention of whomever it concerns. I know the owner of the store because he is from my home town and Gary would not be very happy to hear that this is the kind of service they are providing.

Wendy’s service

I had the worst experience in your location in methuen Massachusetts the staff and manager was extremely rude and when I walked up to the register the guy looked at me never asking if he could take my order and the managers excuse was that they were busy, I'm a manger of a hair salon so I understand that it gets hectic when it gets busy but regardless you have to pretend at least to like your job and I will not return to this location

Wendy’s smell and being clean

I would like to know why BOTH the Wendy's. rank of bad odors when you walk in. They smell like the carpets have not been cleaned or the whole place for that matter in a long time. It's so bad you can't even eat in there. I have since chosen to not even go in there or order any food for that matter. after all, if the facility is not being cleaned how clean is the food when it's being prepared. Something needs to be done about this. both facilities are very bad. There needs to be no date of incident, the last 2 times I have gone in both facilities it has been like this

Wendy’s food ordered but not received correctly

Thank you Wendys for 78.00 of waste of money for lunch for my family. I ordered 120 chicken nuggets (2/ 50 pcs and a 20 pcs) only got 100 nuggets ordered 5 fries 2 baconators a triple and a double only received the double the other triple had no bacon ... lettuce tomato and pickle was on it though why? I don't know. 2 chicken sandwiches a baked potato lg coke and lg choc frosty drove home all happy just to have to split up the food so we could all eat, take the top of burgers to share the bacon stupid me stood in line checking the order when the manager said "it's" all there so stupid me trusted her... NEVER AGAIN! This was supposed to be a treat, Don't get to get take out often for four kids and both parents because as you can see it's expensive for us. Thanks for disappointment ! Wendy’s food service

I visited the Wendy's Restaurant #[protected] located at 1407 Eisenhower Pkwy in Macon, Ga for lunch today. I often choose this location because they continually post an exceptional Health Dept score off 99. however, the service was terrible. This is the slowest fast food restaurant I have ever seen. They only had one cashier during a busy lunch hour and she was trying but could not handle the work load. They did have multiple people on grills and fryers including the manager, but they still could not make a burger in less than 20 minutes. Then they tried to serve me cold fries to boot after my long wait. I saw the cashier hand out 2 free frosty's just so she didn't have to ring them up. I never file complaints like this, but these issues really need to be addressed.

Wendy’s coupon process

On Friday, January 28, 2017, I went to the Wendy's at Calhoun Memorial Highway in Easily SC to use a coupon. I asked the cashier if I had to buy exactly what was on the coupon in order to redeem it. I was told no.

I asked because one will never know unless they ask. Indeed, other food chains/stores make some exceptions. But I have learned one has to ask. So I did.

When this nice woman asked a manager to come over to help her utilize the coupon, the manager ( unknown level) said I had to order exactly what was on the coupon for the reduction to calculate. I informed her that was not what the cashier told me.

As a result of not having it my way, I decided to not eat there that day. I did smile and was nice enough, but I asked for my coupon back. I was given my coupon back.

However, before I could make it out the door, the manager handling this process hollered across the room, " You didn't have to be rude about it. I just work here." People started looking at me and made me feel uncomfortable. The only thing I said back to her was that I was not rude. And I certainly wasn't. God knows my heart.

Sorry, but I did not want what the coupon offered. I asked for a substitute because of that. If I am going to spend my money there, I shouldn't have to order something I do not want just to save the money. I do not know people who eat things they do not want.

I did not catch the manager's name but I have the following information: Black woman sassed me; shouted over the entire restaurant; and it was about 12:30 that day. The cashier who took my order was exceptionally nice but the manager was not.

I am not racist, I am not mean. I was not rude.

All I ask is for her to be disciplined and reminded why she is there.

Coupons discount certain items due to pricing and availability. It is extremely rare that you can substitute items on a coupon for something you prefer.

Wendy’s service

I live near a wendys I go often with my two sons.

The school has fund raisers working with the Wendys.

There is a promotion at wendys, make a $2.00 donation and get the fob for your key ring and get free junior frosty for the year. I Purchased two, one for each of my sons, there were SEVERAL other children there from the school it was an event for the school. The attendant came back and only had one said there were none left and nothing he could do to help us. They ran out!
Of course my son was beside himself, and how do you have a school event and not make sure you could accomodate YOUR SPECIAL. I asked since we are there all the time can we just get a note something until they come in NO, no trying to fix it nothing, this wendys has been an issue for a while and this time a fun event turned into a headache and I had enough.
I would like the fob for the free frosty I will pay for it, I just need it so both my sons have one.

Wendy’s this wendy's has gone downhill in cleanliness and quality

Wendy's used to be my favorite hamburger place, but the past couple of years this location has really gone downhill. I've been refused service in the drive-thru (The person on the speaker kept saying "one moment please" and never took my order—nobody was in line.
When I have gone inside, service is slow, the restaurant is dirty, and the food is unappetizing. My husband and I waited ten minutes (We were the only ones in the restaurant) only to receive ice cold burgers. We took them back and were given lukewarm burgers.
I hope this wendy's gets it together. Restaurants in tyler don't last long if the service is bad.

There was a roach crawling in the booth at one of the Austin wendy's (I won't bother with uppercase, I don't feel that this restaurant deserves that from the rudeness I received just today in drive through!), my spouse and I used to love wendy's, they had fresh food, and friendly staff... Then around 2010s they just started getting less shabby, at least the ones we went to in Texas, and close to Austin. I don't know if it was a change of management, but it is clearly not Wendy's that we loved before. I am sad to see that chain go downhill, it was so great before. Now the burgers seem less fresh and crisp, and the sea salt fries, less fresh than McDonald's! I hope they get better management soon or they won't make it very long. I would think with how covid-19 changed things they would want to outdo the competition.
Better make a move, wendy's... 😔

Wendy’s nuggets, fries, beverage

I'm always at Wendy's every Monday and Thursday morning about 11am.Order placed., 3 of the 4pcs nuggets, value fries, and a value drink is always ordered. Always at the speaker. The nuggets was cold and hard, the fries was luke warm, (old), burnt. The beverage was flat and very little ice. No napkins nor a straw was inside the bag. To top it off, no receipt. Customer service was very dissatisfied. No kind of customer service, no Hello, no smile, no sense of urgency. Moved at a slow pace.

Wendy’s home style chicken sandwich

Went through drive through window on Gauze Blvd in Slidell 1/20/2017 10:30 pm. Ordered a Homestyle chicken sandwich I did get a chicken sandwich but it was not made with the chicken breast that I have received from every other Wendy's. It was a small round processed chicken pattie which didn't even cover the bun. It was late and I didn't feel like conflict because god knows what I would of gotten next.

Wendy’s chili, fries, chicken nuggets

The chili has had hard beans in it for the past three visits, fries are cold and too salty, chicken nuggets dried out. The service has gotten terrible. The service and food has been terrible at both Wendy locations in Owensboro KY. Wendy chili use to be the best chili you could get but for the past three visits the food has been terrible. hard beans in chili, cold fries and rubber chicken nuggets. You take the food back and they replace it with the same kind of food. I am very frustrated with the quality of service and food. Please do better with the food and service. I really like Wendy but not here lately.
