I am a current wendys employee and I believe that some of our employees are being treated unfairly... First of all, me. I was tld to slice tomatoes one night at about 830 pm for the next morning and I wasnt even nicely asked she just told me I had to and I was in the middle of doing other things so I told her that I wasnt going to to them because I was in the middle of doing things night shift is supposed to do and I didnt feel it was right for me to have to do morning crews job when I wasnt morning crew so my manager sent me home.2 days later I called out because I am pregnant and was having stomach pains and needed to see a doc so she cut my hours for the next 2 weeks... When I told the manager above her she just agreed and said I should have listened to my manager on shift... Then next 2 times I worked w// the manager who sent me home she made comments abut how she would make me slice tomatoes one night... So I asked her for corporates number and she told me she wont give it to me because she will get in trouble which tells me it is against policy to slice tomatoes the night before so why am I being penelized for not doing something that I am not supposed to do in the first place...

Thats me but there is also a girl I work with who gets 5 hrs a week but wants more and they tell her there are too many people workin to give her more hrs but they hire new employees! She is now being told she doesnt get her hrs because she doesnt do gher job right (No one ever trained her properly to give her a chance) so then she got more hrs next weekend they gave her 4 to close and 5 to close this weekend she asked a fellow employee if she could take her shift the manager on shift ok'd it but as soon as the manager who writes schedule found out she took one of next weeks days away

Please some one tell me what we can do about all this!

I would think if you have managed businesses over the years you would have been smart enough to check the bag before leaving to make sure sauce was in there.

See I read all these and they sound slightly familiar to me. Except I have been given a chance to learn all the positions and I was getting 35-40 hours a week through the summer and now winter kicks in. Since then I have often 11-18 hours. Most of my hours went to some lazy overly ### about working females (not to be sexist but all my management is female and so is 75% of the crew.) but when I'm there I work my ### off and get several compliment cards when on register or even coordination for front. I even got one on sandwiches and our food is ###. You know this if you smell the
Chlily meat. Am I right!? Today my manager threatend to cut my hours because I was taking pictures of her texting right in customer view and then organizing a gossip circle around drive through. I decided to say f*** you ### I'm taking calculus in high school and I'll be making more then you ever dreamed of when I get out but for now
I'm going to take all these pics and send them you our district manager Jason, Ohh and Lisa if you ever read this. This is how you lost your job.
Ps. Don't go to the wendys in fruita Colorado. They are some of the most lazy pices of donkey ### I've ever seen. Well 95% of the ones. Except for
The closers. We kick ### ;)

Same thing here in Kansas, I'm a single mom and my GM cut my hours to 4 hrs a week which is $29 before tax, I asked her why I don't get more hours she said that's the only time she needs me, I can't raise my kid on $29 a week, and i'm the only one who she does that too. And she keeps hiring more people.

So something was stolen from you while you were at work? You still have to watch your belongings wherever you are. I don't think so.

I worked for store #29; and I have had to deal with death threats, racial slurs, sexual harrassment that started on my shift and didn't end until right about the end of my shift..THE ENTIRE SHIFT. I have had to deal with them cutting my hours or treating me ### for complaining about theft, sexual harrassments, hours cuts, exessive hours when they would roll back the clock, not getting a break because they were pissed off...and the occasional drunk or high manager. I've had managers text, sleep, play video games, or sit in the lobby doing nothing on my shift. When I complained to my District manager nothing was done. I have even figured out how some of the managers were stealing and making other people pay for it. I just don't know how to prove it, but with the scores I used to get in customer service how could they do nothing but cuss me out because of another employee causing me grief and threating to kill me because i'm not nice enough?! My job is to do the 'sparkle' service to code...not be a doormat, a [censored], and a kissass. I'm not being party to corporate theft or even better time clock theft. I informed them of my EEOC rights and that I wanted them...They're lucky I have no desire to contact AREN on my behalf over the way I was spoken to and treated for a 1 1/2 out of 2 1/2 years working for them. I have never heard such sexist, racist, bigotist, inflamitory speech in my entire life as what I had to endure from my coworker. No one short of hell deserves to hear it, we went from 10, 000 in one day to 1, 000 in one day and they couldn't figure out why.

I am glad to see I am not the only one with a sexual harrassment and slave minded managers, goddess help the next one to sue the company. It's a corporate pandemic, not a singular event. The would cut my hours, or over work me and roll back my hours. I had death threats from an individual I refused to have sex with who would tell staff and customers all sorts of sexual acts that did not occur. He would make racist and sexist comments about me, my crew, and a manager that got fired because of his stealing. I know how him and some of the other managers were skimming the tills and got her fired but I don't know how to prove it. I quit the job when they claimed 'If I were nicer, the harrassment would stop' they would also try to make me do my job wrong just to prove who is in charge even when the person is not. I have never had such a bad experiance working for any company as this one. They will never see another penny of mine, and I am proudly not their doormat, not their [censored], and not their slave. Too damn bad, but women's rights, anti-racial discrimination laws, and religious rights all exist. As does the rule about firing employees who steal from the company or threaten their coworkers or bosses with death threats...they appearntly forgot those. Don't bother with HR, go straight for EEOC and a good lawyer with that company. My only bad working experiance was with them.

The managers WILL NOT abide by the availability agreement that they hire a person under. THen, they turn around and make it the employee's problem to cover the time, ...or else! Crappy management!

First off to everybody who has nothing better to do than to troll on websites and call other people stupid, f*%$ you mabie if you had a job of your own you would know what it was like to get treated like garbage by your employer, just stop getting all pissy at people who actually have jobs because you cant get one. Also I work (well worked) at Wendy's and I have an I.Q. of 176, its the area I live in, nothing but physical labor and minimum wage crap jobs. All the specialized jobs go to older people who are more "responsible" yea I can see that in my supervisors and managers. Nobody wants to hire a teenager in a management position or give them any sort of responsibility because a few bad ones of us ruin it for all of us.

I agree with @missmommy777 comments. I am a manager at my local Wendy's but started out as crew. The night manager that asked her to slice tomatoes was wrong that is part of opening prep. I am not saying it is bad for the night crew to help the morning crew and vice versa but there are different things that could have been done in less time. Also the night manager should have been nice about it not rude.

For example: Instead of slicing tomatoes which have a very short hold time once cut.
She could have done a few bags of mayo. Once the mayo is in the pan it is good for 7 days. Panning pickles and/or onions.

If it was my store the focus would be making sure bacon was cut and panned, shake bottles filled, frosty parfait ingredients ready to go, ketchup/honey mustard/ranch/signature sauce bottles filled, ready and labeled. Positional cleaning was compete. If time permits a couple pans of pickles and onions. No prepping tomatoes, lettuce and any of the salad ingredients.

If all the above was completed and missmommy777 (or any of my employees) were done then I would ask them to complete an extra cleaning assignment/task. If an employee was missing any WeLearn certification courses I would have an employee work on any incomplete WeLearn assignments.

This generally fills up the time at my store on a regular night. If it was super slow then more extra cleaning and WeLearn would be assigned. And I would clean the oven and oven racks, do positional cleaning for the PUW coordinator, ensure the PUW is stocked for the next day then I would move onto extra cleaning.

On busy nights I would eliminate extra cleaning/WeLearn on slow nights I would send one or two closers home if the night was really slow to control labor.

In any scenario tomatoes does not fit into anything. Once a employee/manager gets all of their regular night shift duties completed then to fill the extra time should be extra cleaning/WeLearn.

@missmommy777 there should be a big sign in your breakroom that is required to be posted and should say "Speak Out" if the management staff is not doing what is expected of them. Such as stopping harassment, favoritism, doing things that effects the quality of food, etc. Also in your breakroom should be the number to your DM, Human Resources, etc in the event management can't solve your problem.. If the speak out line isn't supported go to your Human Resources department and file a complaint.

Regarding breaks, the rules vary from state to state. In Kentucky everyone is required to have a 10 minute break for every 4 hours worked. In other states there is no such law and these stores do not have to give 10 minute breaks every four hours. This is up to management. In WV where I once worked the crew is supposed to have a 30 minute lunch break (paid or unpaid) for every six hours worked. Wendy's company policy is a 30 minute unpaid break for every 5 hours worked.

In a WV store a manager can have some flexibility regarding breaks, for example if a crew member is only working a 5.01-5.99 hour shift and doesn't want a break then the manager on duty can allow that crew member to skip that break but if their shift is 6 hours or more they have to have the break no matter what. In this scenario the crew has to ask the manager if he/she can skip the break. When I am asked this question I evaluate the situation, if I know this crew member will take longer than the scheduled shift to complete their duties I deny the request and have them take a break. If the crew member is great about completing tasks on time then I will allow them to skip their break.

Regarding the 10 minute breaks every four hours check to see if your state has this as a law. 9 times out of 10 the reason it is included in your handbook is because Kentucky has this labor law and handbook are printed for every Wendy's is the same regardless of state.

Also @Always blamed if your opening manager was late but you were there then your time should have been fixed to reflect your scheduled start time.

@the unhappy employee missmommy777 was right about the tomatoes, they should not be cut at night because they are only good for one day. There were plenty of things she could have done that would have been more productive.

Hope this helps.

To BrattyLilSis and the like: "Don't kick the man when he is down"! I invite you to go to those restaurants to taste their salads, etc. prepared the day before. No wonder those stores never improve quality; they are used to customer like you that disregard quality control.

When I started working at Wendy's Fl, the crews were so rude, treated me like someone from outer space and they got pissed when I began to learn the "right way" in doing the jobs. I got free meals but most of it I refused as the other crews would looked at me like if you get that free meal i'm gonna hurt you kind of look. I even reported to the Co Manager about the druggie shift managert how she treats me and all he said was "you are just so thin skinned, you need to toughen up, this the real world". I was asked to do "everything"...always the "right way to do it" not the short cuts, as I believe Wendy's don't cut corners. And maybe because I like the 7 principles of Dave Thomas. And I believe in the company's vision and goals. I maybe new in the restaurant business but I have been managing my own business for ages but I have to sell it as my daughter got sick and needs money -used up all resources; and I only work for Wendy's because I have no choice (bills to pay). Guess what, I survived all the demeaning, the disrespecful treatment and and my hardwork was rewarded. Still, sometimes I don't get my free meals even if its part of my benefits..its my choice not to do so. I rewarded the hardworking ones with a "wow card" or the free meal. And those crews who were so nasty, rude etc ...they are now under me. And I told them "respect begets respect", so far so good...I made sure the ambiance and the working environment would be nice. Though its not perfect, there are still "hardheaded, doing drugs, lazy crews" around...their time will be up soon. Hope so bec the hiring manager is so compassionate about people who do drugs...I don't know why. If only Wendy's would be a drug free company, I guess it will be a little bit better. And they should stop hiring relatives that will work for the same store...this creates an uneasy working relationship. So far the problem I am encountering is that the GM always blames me for things not done as how could I do four things at the same time...she shld help me. For example, I should do my store walk and at the same time have to do sandwich for both front and drive thru, have to make sure that everything is up and running, have to do my count and must be talking with customers...and she is inside the office talking on the phone. Is that fair? batteries for the headsets not charged...i'm blamed for that...wow...isn't that something or what? At present, I am not sure for how long I will take this but with all the complaints I am reading it must be the same even if I asked for transfer. or maybe the economy will get better and find another job. Or shall I say, I maybe in the right company but with the wrong people.

I am currently a wendys employee and I dont think its fair that the employees do not get a break everyday after working the required hours of work to have a break or tell the employees that they cant have a break if they are not done with thier work by a certain time when its not our fault we cant get our job done because she has the employees doing things that doesnt pretain to wendys like checking to see if her car doors are locked several times a day then she sits down and eat without giving the employees a break and also I do not like the way the store manager likes to talk to people any kind of way because she is having problems outside of wendys or how her and everybody else stick there hands in your register and when it comes up short the blame is placed on you because its your register. And aslo how she stands in the drive thru and yell at the employees and throws bags in your face and demand that you rush the customers out of the drive thru. And she will not admit when she is wrong she just place the blame on everybody else. She is late for work every single day leaves the emplyees sitting outside waiting on her to get there to open the door and doesnt fix there time for sitting outside 15minutes waiting on her to get there. WE NEED A BETTER MANAGEMENT TEAM AND A NEW STORE MANAGER.

I have worked for Wendy's 3 times now and this time taught me NEVER AGAIN! I have been disrespected by a co-worker on a daily basis and when I did tell the GM what was going on he told me I just needed to play nice. So I tried to play nice until the guy called me a ### in front of a customer and got by with it. I told my GM which took alot for me to do and he said he didn't have time to deal with it at that time of course he didn't the owner's daughter was there so he had to go kiss her ###. I have since got fed up and said to hell with that place. I worked there for over a year and a half was promised a promotion over a year ago NEVER got it cause I don't kiss ###. I just bust my ### on a daily basis and get treated like crap. I tried calling and reporting it to the employee help line thing and just my luck the Wendy's I work at is not supported by them so I guess I'm screwed on getting any kinda justice for the unfair degrading treatment... And fyi whomever was ### about doing tomatoes at night try opening at 4:45 in the am and have to clean up after night shift b4 you can get your stuff done and be opened by 6 am until then stop your whinning.

employees get screwed while working at wendys dont get trained right and customers are unhappy at the employees. it not our fault its the managers who run the shift. the employees mostly just wanna finish the day and go on with life but we cant do that with the ### wages. and the dis respect. and to have one person clean a lobby. that has carpet and then have them scrub the floors to. not only that having chemicals behind the counter that should not be behind the counter like bug spray harmfull chemicals that could not only get someone sick but kill them. thats not approved. ive worked both mcdonalds and wendys and mcdonalds is a lot more high quality then wendys. and they keep up with the stores. bathroom stalls at wendys falling appart. crew rooms are nasty and lets just say this every wendys in the florida area and up need to be hit with big time health inspectors. and i dont know how to go about that.

wemdys does not pay employees like mcdonalds or burger king or any other fast food joint out their. most emplyees i still work with are still at 7.25 or not even upto 7.50. and some of us try are hardest to please the customers. but some of us are sick of trying to please people becuase the managers dont apprieciat the work we do. its not our fault its the pore management and the lack of wages. we dont get paid enough to put up with the null crap. and they try to keep u at the lowest wage possible to save their selves money when some people have lives to take care of and families. and with the way things are now someone need to get in their and get on to corpraite

I also work at Wendy's, I started about two or so weeks ago. They are very poor in training their new employees. So far I have worked a total of 13 hours and I already hate it. They are so rude and they constantly change their mind. When I was hired, I never even got an emloyee handbook. I realized after working for 7 hours that I didn't receive any kind of break. I should have received one 10 minute break and a 30 minute lunch break, and I don't think it is our jobs as employees to go ask the manager if we can take one, they need to tell us. Like I said, they suck at training. The first day I worked I was told one thing, and the next I was told another. Also, there is a lot of sexual harrassment. It's kinda sad that there are a whole list of things and I have enough to take it to coporate. It's like we have no rights as employees working at Wendy's.

@###Wendys- I'm going through the same thing right now and this is my first job too! This is a terrible experience? What;s the number to corporate?Let me start off by saying that I used to think that Wendy's would be the right fit for me. However, I noticed on my first day that it would not be. My first day (and now) I did everything except for cooking. I did not even get a break. Keep in mind that I am not a salary employee and that my shift was only five hrs. I did not get a break and I worked an extra 1.5 hrs. I feel like the non hispanic employees does all the work; while the other employees including the managers just sit around, laugh, and ridicule my coworker and I while they speak in spanish. Also, there are male workers working there however the women have to take out the garbage. My manager got frustrated with me because I messed up on an order in the drive thru. Keep in mind that I have not been working there long enough to even be that familiar with the menu. The managers and coworkers look at me as if I'm ###ed when I ask them a question; I feel so belittled and disrespected. Another thing- who puts someone on the drive thru their first week of working there and get mad when I get orders wrong? They are so rude. And I have to clean everything before I go home, I can't even leave when my shift ends. I don't even need Wendy's like that-they do. They're going to retire there. Them and all of their kids working there with them. They need to learn how to use some contraceptives (if they even know what that means). One of my managers asked me how to spell "ninety" ; I was like are you serious? You don't know how to spell "ninety" (that's what I was thinking). Welcome to America! Learn how to speak English! You'll only succeed at Wendy's and no place else, because that's the only job you can get. And half of them are illegals- which I'm going to report that to corporate.I think I'm going to quit when I get my paycheck on Friday. This is so crazy to me. No one has ever treated me like this before. On top of the barbaric managers, there's also the uncouth customers. That is all as of now.

I was hired to work Elkins W.V. Store after 6-8 wks training for ast mamanger i was suppose to go 20 miles away, i moved from Fl to work for them i have 15 yrs as manger for newspapers and 4 as a owner of a florist in Fl. I have never in my life been talked to like half that stores employees have done to me, I came in at 615 am this morning and was let go because there are 5 employees that are rude, mean and degrating to me. I have complained since week 2 about the respect and the way employees talk to me in a tone of direspect and rudness and demanding. there is a trainer that trains employees ROSA, she is a stuck up [censor] that has no right training any one. then there is crack acid BEN, you are so stupid, you run arond like a idiot on crack, not sure what to do half the time and have to ask ( what should i do, should i, should i do you want me to?) idoit and when i said to the manager wow hes been here how long, and he still asks you what he should do. wow, then there is JO, buck tooth rabbit snutty [censor] jo who hasnt even tried to know me just judge me from the start, you can take your frys and shove them up your [censor]. And amber you are just mean with your comments and how the hell do you have a manager that her daughter adn husband are both employed there. And last the store manager, BETTY, wow what can i say about her. she has this personally that makes you want to ring her neck. she ignore there is a problem and its never there fault when her employees act rude to training managers, she doe it her self, yes every time i would say any thing at all, like man i have a headache in my neck my brain hurt, she would comment back oh you have a brain, it was alot of comments like that and little joking insults that just got to the point of what the hell is wendys all about, when i said i had had it and wanted robin the higher up to know i did not want to stay in this store any more, i cant take the rudness anymore . well the next day at 615 am Robin is there to let me go. I DID NOTHING BUT TRY TO BE FRIENDS AND GET ALONG WITH THERE CROWD, AND NOTHING WORKED, i asked the other training manager what she thought i needed to do to get along with these employees, what cold i change about me. SHE SAID, i think it is that you came in here and knew so much about managing and you would correct them on the job being done wrong and it just pissed them off. WELL TO BAD THEY DONT FOLLOW THE RULES, BOHUUU. [censor] AT WENDYS WELL KISS MY [censor]. YOU STUCK UP FUNKING IDIOTS.

It's hard to believe you didn't hear anything back from corporate Wendys. Did you try the regional manager? They are the ones who have to answer for all of their store managers. You would think with the current economy that all the restaurants would be bending over backwards to make their customers happy because so many now chose to prepare all their meals at home. Maybe being a Wendy's manager is a 'sucky' job and he just doesn't care! They should find someone who would appreciate having a job!

i currently work at wendys to and reading through all of these im shocked because they sound alot like things that i have seen happen and that have happened to me. I personally have a manger that is a total [censor], and the worst part is she cant hardly speak english! i mean come on if your a manager you should be able to speak english well! she does not handle any sitution well at all doesnt matter if its a good one or a bad one. She yells at me all the time for [censor] she does and anything she can think of and like anything she says to people she yells there is not normal speaking with her at all its diffently stupid. she makes working awful. The other night i went in at 4:45 p.m. and she asked me to do a whole sink full of the morning crews dishes because she favors the mexicans over the rest of us and so i asked why morning crew wasnt doing them and she said something i didnt understand so i went into the break room and put my jacket down and went back in there and asked why morning wasnt doing it again and she said its because she made the chili and some other things and that it was night crews job. so i got ticked and told my night manager about it and did the dishes because i didnt want to be yelled at. and the next day i come in i go into the office to count my drawer and i got yelled at by her about passing along what she had said so i told her not to yell at me and that if she didnt want what she said passed along then she shouldnt say it in the first place. I am so fed up with all of the crap that goes on at wendys. at my store its so hard to get a day off you need and if you need to find a cover you are [censor] out of luck because no one wants to come in to work ever because its so awful. i know how to do everything there and i still get [censor] 3 hour shifts. and we just recently got a new general manager and she got fired the same day we got her so now we are stuck without one and the [censor] manager is pretty much in charge for the time being and thank god she dont know how to make scheduales because if she did i would be screwed. i think that the ceo of wendys should be reading this and making changes because this isnt right!

i work for a utah wendys...

I have worked at a few fast food places...
It is the same everywhere-if everybody comes in to work, ready to work, life is great! people show up on time for their shift, nobody calls out, everybody works as quickly as possible, and everybody has on non slip shoes and their hat and name tag-no problem.

However, at most of these places, they hire some new faces...and the new faces feel like they don't want to work today so they call out.or they show up but don't do anything unless they are specifically told. For instance, the basket of fries is beeping and finished cooking. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that the fries will burn if you leave them in the oil. A good employee will pull the fries out of the oil. The new face will let them burn, while standing there ignoring the beeping...then they wonder why their hours get cut.

If you are a good employee, your manager will occasionally reward you with free meals...I was so good by the third month at every job I worked at in fast food, that I could COUNT on getting free food on my break.

i work with some lazy people who think they are gods gift to wendys...when the truth is, they suck at their job.they can barely handle the minimum requirements of each position, and if you try to teach them the rest of their job, they stand around complaining that it isn't their job! wtf?!

One girl yesterday was on the front register. She stood around waiting for a customer for almost an hour. When I asked her to wipe up the counter and line up some trays and restock her nugget sauce (in other words, DO SOMETHING), she got very offended and said it isn't her job.

are you kidding me?
who's job is it?

You are on the front counter register, you are handing people food on trays, you are passing out nugget sauces. So it is your job to clean up after yourself and restock.

You just sound lazy to me, and if you worked at my store, you would have your hours cut here too. Customer service is the priority, but it aint the only part of the job. Closers are supposed to clean and "reset" the store at night, but that isn't your only job. It takes literally 5 minutes to make 4 pans of tomatoes at wendys...you rinse the tomatoes (8 for each pan) in the giant collander...scoop the stem bud out, and put it through the tomato slicer.
Done.
Easy as cake.

So what is the problem?

While I don't support the actions of the manager, a job is not meant to "set an example for our children". Either way, since you are biased on behalf of your daughter and have not experienced the majority of this first-hand, you are not qualified to make judgements. Your daughter needs to stick up for herself. If she is old enough to be an employee, then she is old enough to look elsewhere for employment and/or complain to corporate.

My son worked at Wendy's in Arizona until a couple of hours of ago when I told him to quit. He was constantly being harassed and picked on by other employees and the managers joined in too. Well tonight they were throwing ice, hit him with the fry scoop, hit him in the back when he was taking a customers order, and then tripped him and he fell on the ground. He is 16 and doesn't need to put up with this. I don't care if it's fast food, he still needs to be treated like a human. We called the police and filed a complaint. I asked for the manager's number and they wouldn't give it to me. I'm not letting this go. See you in court Wendy's.

"Kiss my [censor]" isn't a mature retort to anything, but if he is making legitimate physical threats to you then you should contact the police. I do recommend for you to grow up a little bit though.

i never said it was ok, i said to be careful who you smart off to, thats all.

if the managers are doing nothing, go to the police. keep records of everything said and done in the meantime by all parties...

I disagree. This person has been mean to me for a long time and kisses up to the managers (my opinion) I have been trying to go up the chain of command giving the first manager first dibs to do something about it. I would not pursue this if I did not think the guy was dangerous. He did not hit me with it, H e only threatened me with an object with a blade on it by the way. I do not think it is appropriate to threaten somebody just because they stick up for themselves unless bodily harm is threatend. The guy at va tech threatened to kill people for a long time before he actually did it. I have been trying to go up the chain of command and no one believes me. All I do is get cussed at. Remember, If you told me to f-off, I would not put a blade to your throat. This guy has the potential of getting blown up!
On top of that, I hear he is denying the who thing. Meanwhile, I feel unsafe to go to work. and my boss is being real mean to me.

why are you telling us? you should contact the authorities, at the least - your supervisor.

And remember next time you smart off to someone - that if might come back at you - sometimes worse than you may think...

my friend Ricky what you went thru was unacceptable and for that i apologize ( I am however in NO way affiliated with that store) as for the actual complaint. Actual frozen fries are an impossibility short of 2-3 stray uncooked fries falling in the fry bin and being scooped up the only other way that would happen is if a bag of fries was opened and literally poured into the fry bin as a bag holds about 20 generous servings of fries; i find it hard to believe this went unnoticed. I feel that a lot of this problem is caused by the way you ordered your food. You should have ordered your #6 combo(s) first followed by your size and drink. then the 2 big bacon classics (single, double, or triple) that you wanted made normal and then 2 double cheeseburgers . that way you receive a #6, 2 big bacons, and 2 big bacon's w/o bacon. you can say I'm arrogant for telling you how to order; or you can continue ordering your complicated way and paying for bacon that you wont receive.
