Wendy’s bread plastic closure found in sandwich

Was bough at Wendys ; 806 S Key St, Pilot Mountain, NC 27041 drive Thru on 4/9/2017 ; 4 Burgers ; we ate them at work next day ; had it not been for me not liking pickles and taking it apart to remove them ; I could have eaten this and choked on it ; customer service at main headquarters had someone from the same store call me ; I was at work and could not answer a call at work ; (also what did they not understand about sending me coupon or something to use at another location); cause most people know if you have something made right at same store they could spit on it or anything due to you reporting them ; I still have the wrapper with the Plastic Clip closure and the dried cheese still on it ; uncalled for!

Wendy’s manager mistreating employees

Manager Steve (older African american man)at Wendy's located at 1401 W Kirby St, Wylie, TX 75098 was completely and utterly disrespectful in all ways to one of his employees.He knew she suffered from C-PTSD and if you raise your hands in her face while being loud with her triggers her into an episode and he did it anyway then fired her is that fair

Wendy’s loaded baked potato

Flattened, smooshed messy and unappealing. It was cold and falling apart. They just threw it in a big without a care it seemed like. I can't believe they would serve something like this. This isn't the first time we've had problems at this location. We've had several other problems with not getting the correct drinks or correct order. We asked for extra sour cream and butter which we didn't get. My salad was slopped together as well.

Wendy’s half of order was incorrect

On 5/5/17 I went to your Covington La store. I ordered almost $30 worth of food and not only was my sandwich made incorrectly so was my daughters and the sauce was not given for the nuggets. I live 30 minutes away so I find it extremely irritating that I got home to find out my order was wrong. I was very specific and not only was it repeated to me it was correct on the screen so there was no excuse for poor service like that. I could honestly see if they were extremely busy or something but they weren't

Wendy’s anonymous complaint

Being at a certain wendys here in the panama city fl area. Good food, great service, good quality standards. A certain turn of difficulities is when an employer felt ceratin he could touch things near an employers body without her consent. As her back was turned and she was attending to her own station. A certain male employer assisted on touching her apron an untieing it. She didnt assit on hourse playing back, or what ever from of action this male employer was trying to assit on showing she declined. He still didnt stop. Secondly it was only her second day at work. The work area is pretty small of couarse when things get into a rush we do have to rush by each other in certain ways that can be really uncomfortable. Besides that matter of privacy, she pacificaly told him she is new and she did not want to be touched liked that.
Neither did she want to play around with him in that manner he feels that he can openly touch things on her body because of work place condictions. She shouldn't feel that if she is going to work there she should just be ok with him touching her out of orderly and to be forced to get used to something she is uncomfortable with because she needs the employment.

Wendy’s getting a raw burger

So I literally jus purchased a Jr cheeseburger off the Wendy's 4 for 4 Menu from Piscataway nj and I take a couple bites into it n something told me to look at it and my meat is pink! Yes pink! The outside of if Looks like a regular burger but the inside of the patty is raw and I'm jus disgusted. How terrible. If I get food poisoning from this they have a big lawsuit coming their way!

Wendy’s Charged for sauce

I ordered a medium fry, asked for 2 creamy sriracha sauces, and then asked for an additional 3 sauces when I ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget. When I picked up my food at the window, the bag only contained 2 sauces. Then when I asked for the additional 3 sauces, the woman working replied that we would have to pay $0.25 per extra sauce. I handed her $0.75 for the 3 sauces, however I found this to be incredibly unprofessional, rude, and unfriendly. I am a frequent Wendy's customer and have never been charged extra for sauces. One of the reasons why I enjoy Wendy's so much is because of your friendly workers and their willingness to make sure the customer is happy. I am incredibly turned off by this event. I would sincerely appreciate being comped for the sauces or for meals in the future. Thank you.

Wendy’s wendy's bacon ranch fries

I just got home from Wendy's on highway 21 in covington la and I took my food out to sit down and eat. I am very disappointed! I ordered the bacon ranch fries and they are cold, only topped with a very small amount of bacon and feta cheese. They are not even edible! Cold fries alone are disgusting but this is not at all what I ordered and PAID FOR!

Wendy’s a/c unit out

Hi, I am a very loyal customer here at the wendy's restaurant in rosenberg, tx. I usually enjoy eating indoors, but lately it has been hazardous to my health as it is extremely hot inside. I am assuming their A/C unit is out because who would want to work in those conditions. Texas heat is horrible. I'm talking about 85+degrees outside, making it even hotter Inside with the grill on. I am not only worried about the customers, but also your poor employees who work in such terrible conditions. I nearly about fainted from heat exhaustion. And if that is not bad enough, I'm sure the heat also tampers with your very fresh food. This is very unhealthy, unsanitary, and unprofessional. I am very disappointed. Please, someone needs to come out there and fix their a/c unit.

Why do they leave water on the floor so long I have a hurt leg and I believe I mest my leg up once again there has been a huge puddle of water on the floor since I've been here did not notice it till I twisted my leg in it why would you do that and just leave it for the older folks to fall in that would be horrible and there is trash overflowing and here is an employee not caring one bit the service was very slow this is insane

Wendy’s double stack burgers

Don't usually go to Wendy's but they opened a new one near me on Landstar in Orlando FL. On 4/27 one of the items I ordered to go was the 4 double stacks for $4. When eating the first I felt something foreign, reached into my mouth and pulled out what appeared to be 3 inches of a piece of floss. Maybe it was cotton thread. 2nd burger similar problem... 2 little pieces of the same material. Stopped eating & threw out the other 2 burgers. Since then I've been thinking I should bring my "discoveries" to the store to complain to manager. At the least I feel I my $4 should be given back (BTW, the Apple Pecan Chicken salad was excellent).

Wendy’s I am complaining about awful customer service

I tried to order from Wendys at 11121 Tara Blvd, Hampton, Ga. They are supposed to close at 2:00 and they closed at 1. I honked the horn and the guy inside looked at me and kept cleaning. He could at least have the decency to tell me why they closed early but he totally ignored me. i haf 4 kids at home and I had to end up going somewhere else. I spend too much at Wendys for them to ignore me.like I wasnt even there. I wont be coming back and Ill let other people know as well that this a awful place to go.

Wendy’s drive through service

The Wendys on Rodi road in Penn Hills PA is the worst during the closing shift. It takes about 30 minutes to get your food and that's if they even answer you to take your order. The staff plays around inside and ignores customers, eating and talking on their phones. The one in Edgewood PA is even worse at night, they complain about how Wendys should be paying them morw because without them Wendys wouldn't exist. Crazy! It's very unprofessional how these employees of Wendys act.

Wendy’s lg chili with onions

today i and my brother went to wendys on 1740 e highway 190 #7840 and was buying to large chili with onions because we get them almost every week because your store has the best in the world and this time i was not happy i know something was wrong because the chili i had and my brother was very watery and not thick like before it was like soup and the onions was the same onions that you put on the burgers because they was so big and long i was almost scared to eat it because it looked like worms and i am scared of worms so i think if everybody is using the same recepie then why do some chili make you want to come back for more and this time i was very, very upset thank you so much and i still think that you have the best chili in the world and i will be going back to see if thing changed they got it way wrong this time

Wendy’s manager and staff, west view, pa

Arrived at the drive thru of this store at 7:00 p.m 4/28/17. Made my order using a coupon (2 chicken sandwiches and 2 small fries for $7.99). The cashier, who unbelievably turned out to be the manager, didn't know how to compute the coupon. She finally figures it out. I then to proceed to wait over 15 minutes for my food to be handed to me.

I drive home. When I get there, my order is short by one sandwich. I drive back to the store, and this time go inside. After waiting another 15 mins, I finally tell the cashier my problem. She says I'll send the manager over. I remind her who I am (the customer with chicken sandwich coupon). She tells one of the workers to give me my chicken sandwich. Waited yet again over 5 mins for my sandwich.

The workers in this store are untrained and slow. I was watching as I was waiting, and they don't have any flow; they practically trip over each other. The cashier takes a person's order and then disappears. I observed as people entered the store and then left again because they did not want to wait. As I left, there were no less than 10 cars in the drive through, until 2 got out of line and went to Taco Bell.

I want the staff of this store to be trained. I want them to learn what it means to work quickly. I want them to learn customer service skills.

Wendy’s restaurant

The Wendy's here in Columbia is ridiculous first of all they have disgusting looking people making the food secondpy they take 45 to get ur order and serve you your food they never get the order right and 85% of the time try never have the food to actually sell you for instance I went today and wanted two full size salads they didnt have enough salad to serve me like seriously? Its ridiculous how is this resturant even still open it should be shut down I give you guys zero stars!

Wendy’s spicy chicken nuggets

As a frequent customer of Wendy's I am very disappointed to hear you are no longer carrying the spicy chicken nuggets. I have no understanding of why they would be removed from the menu. I believed they were very a popular item on your menu, and many people miss them. My friends, family and I will not return to any of your restaurants until they are listed back on the menu. Please reconsider and bring back the nuggsssss. Thanks.

Wendy’s mistake in cheeseburger order

I went to get 2 plain cheese burgers to the drive thru when i got the order one milk and tea was missing after I told her many times what I wanted it. Becuase I realized the same cashier never gave me the receipt and thats odd for me because she didnt even bother to ask me if I wanted it. I ask the manager for the receipt after he told me your drinks werent in your order I realized she charged me 4.64.for each plain cheese burger. I went inside to talk to the manager(horrible customer service) he shouldnt be a manager!because I was trying to get sometging for 2 kids so I was expecting to pay around 1.50 for each one, he said ohh you didnt say that was jr so that was your mistake! ...that never ever happened to me at mc donalds...sorry! He didnt even bother to offered a solution so I told him im going to pay for one because my son was already eating it but Im returning the other one and I asked him to give me my money back for the onther one he wasnt happy at all. I felt robbed!I just feel like the service was awful! The cashier maddiway many mistakes thats why she didnt want to give me the receipt in the first place she knew that was so wrong and he is a bad representation of the store no solutions for anything! He could be more polite and offered a different solution for the misunderstanding! He just got the burger that I returned and gave me my money with bad actitud thats not right!

Wendy’s drive through pass around food.

I today 4/26/2017 I went to the Wendys located on the corner of Gandy Blvd. and Manhattan in Tampa, FL and I ordered a number 7 value meal. After I paid for my food I drive up to the second window and the manager is hanging out of the window screaming at the car in front of me who had just pulled off. The guy in front of me stops and I see the manager come out of the front of the Wendy's and hand him a bag of food and the man driving the car handed her back the original bag of food (an obvious vigilant save to a common mix up of orders).

The manager then walks back into Wendy's restaurant goes behind the counter to the drive through window takes the sandwich out of the bag places it in a new bag hands it to the girl working the drive through who then hands me the bag with a big a smile. I said I don't want that sandwich that was given to the guy in front of me I clearly saw everything that just happened. She says yeah but he didn't touch it I said how do you know you weren't in the car with him and besides isn't that against your policy I thought once you hand food over to someone that you can't take it back and give it to someone else.

I would like a new sandwich the girl says I'm sorry your right. She turns around and tells the manager what happened and (Right in Front of Me) the manager takes the sandwich out the bag and then quickly places it right back into the SAME bag leans out the drive through window and says here you go. I said that's the same sandwich she says no it isn't if you would like a new one you need to go back through the drive through.

Looking behind me at all the cars I took the food and went to McDonald's where I got my lunch.

Wendy’s no ice

went to wendys Friday night in plymouth nc around 5:30 pm. as we were starting to order we were told, we are out of ice. the machine is broke again. there is a big speedway station on the same lot that sells ice. no info as to when there would be ice. people came in and back out and drove thru the drine-in with no food. whats up? are they not allowed to purchase ice for their customers. ? also need to warm sandwich buns when served.
