Wendy’s service

I went through the drive thru and placed my order. I got home and they did not give me everything I paid for. Tried to call them it went right to voicemail all three times. So I got back into​ my car after finding someone to watch the grandkids. There was 4 black shirt works and 3 red shirt and maybe a handful of people in the restaurant. I was told sorry but we are to busy to answer the phones. Then was handed the rest of my order. So you better staff more people at the South Yarmouth Wendy's because it's not even summer yet. I got back home and everything was cold.

Wendy’s food

Stopped at my local Wendys, Pine Hollow Rd, McKees Rocks Pa 15136. Ordered the new grilled fresh mozzarella chicken sand. Sandwich was dry and tasteless & looked absolutely nothing like the picture. Fries were cold & unsalted & no napkins. I never complain but considering I worked 14hrs, spent $8 & got a dry tasteless sandwich with cold fries for dinner is unacceptable. This particular Wendy's always gives the impression with their food that they don't care about taste, quality & appearance. The sandwiches are always slapped together. Someone from corporate should really visit this site. They give Wendy's & the Franchise owners who do care a bad reputation. This Wendy's is below par and the owners do not seem to care.

Wendy’s chicken apple salad

I tried Wendys chicken apple salad for the first time 5/20/17. I took 2 home from Wendys on 1st Ave S, Burien WA. I was not able to eat them! The chicken was spicy and peppery, I can not eat hot spices so I tried washing it off but that didn't work. So I tossed the chicken and put the pecans on the lettuce. Surprise! The pecans are coated with hot spice. I expect restaurants to describe what is in their food and Wendys does not list hot, spicy items in the chicken apple salad. I would like to take the salads back to them but I have to drive 10 miles to do that and I've wasted enough time already. The online descriptions of menu items should indicate if hot spices are included.

Wendy’s customer service

I go to your store # [protected] often and have over the last eight years. After a short break, I was in the store, May fourth, 2017. I almost always order the same exact thing so I know what the clerk should do as far as what the receipt should look like. I told this employee, whose name is LaRoysha Mallard, I wanted extra, extra, extra onions, mustard and lettuce on three junior cheeseburgers, no pickle no ketchup and no mayonnaise. I told her I come there all the time. I asked her with a smile on my face and kind tone of voice to put each of those in there ten times since a very, VERY GOOD employee there, named Isabella, had told me that was how she did it. LaRoysha, in a hateful voice tone and smart-### look on her face told me, "It ain't gonna take it that many times." I've seen receipts in the past. The system WILL "take it that many times". The point is, after having been through not getting my burgers with as much lettuce, mustard and onions as I've asked for, I have learned, "approximately" how man "X's" should be put beside the items wanted, on the receipt. This girl did not want to be told what to do. She is a smart ### with a chip on her shoulder. You can easily see an angry look on her face and again, the tone of voice and words she used.

Here's how my receipt looked:

The hamburgers did not have enough mustard. Do you see mention of anything regarding mustard on this receipt?
The hamburgers did not have enough lettuce nor onions. She did not put enough "X's" beside the names of the items I wanted more of, as I'd kindly asked her to do.

You have a problem here. Tell her to smile and to use kind words and a kinder tone of voice. Tell her the machine will take at least ten "X's" to show how much extra of an item a customer wants. I discussed at length with her about my experience there, and how for so long if she were to not do it such and such way, it would not be right. You have an employee who does not want to be told what to do by a customer, even though, again, the customer was speaking from experience and used a kind tone and kind words.

I will be back in this store again and I hope Tara (the Tara that's the manager, there are/were two people with the same name who worked/work here, will get her straightened out. I was not out of line AT ALL. I will not acquiesce the next time. I will hand the order back to HER, over and over if it should ever be incorrect in the future. Yes, I will wait for HER to come back to help me, not another employee.

Wendy’s employee misconduct

One of your employees at your store in Indiana Pennsylvania made an inappropriate comment to my girlfriend when she was in the drive thru. I was on the phone with her and I heard the comment. She said it was a larger guy with kind of long blonde hair. I would like to personally see him fired because I don't appreciate your employees saying inappropriate comments to people they don't even know.

Wendy’s employees

The wendys on rufe snow dr in texas has the worst customer service ever. The employees always got an attitude no matter what theu always give the food wrong. The managers are even worse they "supervise" the drivethru but dont do anything when the employee is literally yelling at you. They dont give us receipts. Around 8pm if you go inside the store all the employees are sitting down like they have nothing to do. It honestly looks like wendys has no expectations fir there employees what so ever i think that wendys should hire all new people or simply just close. The food is great but the service makes you never want to come back and that is surely what me and my family will do never come back.

Wendy’s sweet tea

I went to the Wendy's near my house and the lady taking my order in the drive thru got my order wrong. I asked for a large sweet tea and got to the window and she had rung me up for a small. Not wanting to complain, I accepted what she had given me. When I got home, however, there was too much sugar in the tea, or it had not been stirred well enough. When I took my first drink, there was a lot of sugar at the bottom that was not dissolved. It was not a matter of taste, but I could feel the sugar crunch in my mouth. I write only to inform you of the issue and ensure that the tea be well stirred and the proper amount of sugar be added so that it all may dissolve.

Wendy’s drive thru

Ordered food at the drive-thru on S college Street in Auburn, Alabama at 10:55 on May 17, 2017. Paid at the first window, then received food at the second. At the second the lady was very rude, and nearly caused us to drop the food trying to move so fast. As soon as we received the last bag, we tried to ask for a straw, and she slammed the window door shut. We sat there for 2 minutes, and she never came back to the window to serve us. We consistently eat at Wendy's, and have never experienced such rude service.

Wendy’s bad customer service / rude worker

May 16, 2017 roughly 1015pm went on lunch break from work to the Wendy's at Oxford and Richmond. Ordered a Baconator and Spicy Chicken at which the worker replied, "Spicy Chicken what?" in a unprofessional manner. Worker should know the menu says Spicy Chicken and it is a burger. If I wanted a Spicy Chicken Wrap I would have ordered it that way as per how the menu has it presented. After that worker was rude. Kept receipt because I imagine she knew I was going to complain. Was also on the phone with family while she was rude. I know some people say it is rude to order on the phone which Is why I had my phone away and in my pocket while I ordered. She intentionally waited until I was back on the phone to make her comment. She should read the menu and maybe she wouldn't have to ask for specification on what I ordered when it is clearly stated on there actual menu right behind her. She needs to get work educated.

Wendy’s apple pecan chicken salad

We love the salad order it several times a week. But lately every time we get them it's an issue. Last week Tuesday I ordered 2 lg and received them with no chicken. Last week Thursday I ordered 2 large and received no dressing or pecans. I order2 yesterday and received no dressing no silverware. I ordered 2 today and received no chicken no dressing and spoons. I call the store several times no one will answer. Not sure what to do anymore. This is the store on Henry st. Muskegon Mi. Help please

Wendy’s poor customer service

I had gotten off work from a 13 hour shift and decided to get a bite to eat at the Wendy's location on tecumseh Rd, between Lauzon and Annie in Windsor Ontario. I went in and happened to be the only customer in the restaurant and I could hear the manager cussing up a storm, so I went to the counter, asked who was cussing and that it's not respectable talk for a family restaurant, what if there happened to be a family sitting here eating, he responded negatively asking if I'm on drugs, and that he wasnt swearing, I didn't get his name as he was not wearing a name tag for whatever reason.. but to tell me that I'm harrassing him?! Are you kidding me?!. I have a real career that doesn't involve flipping burgers. And to hire a disrespectful little puke? it's pretty sad. I shall be filing a complaint to the BBB as well. I would expect to be treated with respect when I am spending my hard earned money at any number of these establishments I want my money back and I want to be reimbursed for the humiliation and my time wasted.

Wendy’s dirty restaurant

This is a Cicero, IL restaurant, located at Laramie and Cermak, Cicero, IL, U.S.A.
My wife and I went to the above restaurant on May, 8, 2017 (Monday).
The place was very dirty, garbage all around the restaurant. I had to clean my table and two chairs, The soda machine did not have some drinks like Coke.
The place was greasy, even the washrooms were dirty.
This place needs a new manager since it is always dirty.
I used to get there many times a week but now I just go once in a while for the above reasons.
It is a shame. I like Wendy's but it needs a new manager who can take care of it properly.

Wendy’s my food was made wrong and manager treated employees quite rude

I came into wendys for an early lunch i had a baconator medium combo xtra mayo extra ketchup...my fries were very crispy and so salty you could not eat them and i had no sauce on my burger and what really made it worse was manager a older woman hair in a bun with glasses..i stay in florence ky n the location on dream st has a slow person working for them . she was yelling at the cashier who i believe name was mary..because she was tryin to take orders and bag orders and help the slow guy tie his shoe so he can grt back to work i guess he didnt know how to tie them...well manager looked at her infront of me while im at the cash register..told her not to worry about people who dont matter stop trying to make meals and just take orders dont u move you just take orders and how she said it and did it was very rude and awkward for me and the cashier ..so my over all complaint is my food was all wrong so i wasted 8 bucks but how rude and how she handled the whole situation was just wrong and very unprofessional.if this is how wendys takes care or employees and guests..its definitely not a place i want to be known for going to .so please i would love to get my meal replaced and i really would like something to be said or done to the employee aka manager working today the 15th of may 2017 at 11:40am..i got that info off my reciept...

Wendy’s I am complaining about customer service

When I was visiting the Wendy's on Park Avenue around 9:00pm in Worcester Massachusetts with my child I saw a few things completely shocked me. Firstly I saw a young woman, who come to find out is a manager, making another customers food without wearing gloves. Secondly I also saw her pick up a nugget from the fry/nugget station and eat it as she was walking by. I caught a look at her name tag which displayed ALICIA. After seeing that I was so disgusted I left without ordering any food. I went to use the restroom before leaving and the restrooms were beyond DISGUSTING! FINALLY as I was leaving (with my child) the same young lady (Alicia) was hanging all over a young man and making out with him in front of other customers, myself and my child. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS WENDYS AGAIN! I AM VERY DISGUSTED WITH THIS WENDYS.

Wendy’s the cleanliness and organization

I stopped at the Wendy's near the theater on Abernathy Drive and Mt Vernon in Dunwoody Georgia. I have been there 3 times in the last year and each time the place was a complete mess and the food was prepared with no care, essentially thrown together. Furthermore the service has been rude and almost thuggish. I have been going to the place for 15 years, but the last three have turned me against the place.

Wendy’s drive thru order

I just went through your drive thru at the Brimfield, Ohio Wendy's. I ordered 2 jr cheese deluxe, baconator fries, a small fry and 4 piece nugget. It was around 7:30, they were not busy. The order came to just over $7. When I got home and opened my order, I was very dissapointed with the baconator fries. I order these all the time and they are usually awesome, but there was barely any cheese and bacon on them. What fries that were used were soaked in grease and practically inedible. When that's the most expensive thing you order, it should be the best thing.

Wendy’s two sandwiches

I purchased two sandwiches from the seattle airport wendy's one daveys single and a chicken sandwich with the works... Daveys best was extremely salty couldn't even take two bites; chicken sandwich was so plain I didn't even want to eat it, no cheese no tomato no nothing! On top of that although the fried were fresh they were so salty they made my jaws hurt! Let's jus say a whole 15$ wasted! Hold the high blood pressure; I mean the salt

Wendy’s drive through order

Hi there. We are Wendy's regulars and today was pretty annoying. We ordered a grilled chicken combo. Chicken strips with side salad balsamic dressing. And we got a disgusting cod burger instead of chicken no sauce for the strips and ranch for the dressing. It's just maddening because I looked in the bag and everything appeared to be there but a deep fried fish burger instead of grilled chicken was not a good trade. We live just a bit too far to go back and get things fixed. It's probably just the staff being incompetent but it was annoying and disappointing to say the least. Especially at this price point.

Wendy’s service and being over charged for having an item on the side and not in the item

Hi I wanted to let Wendy's know about my recent visit to one of your stores. I went to Wendy's on 27925 Encanto Dr. Menifee CA today. I was beyond irradiated at the service I got. I usually love going to this Wendy's. Everyone is always nice but today I had a lady by the name of Jasmine and she was very rude. Didn't greet me, just asked for payment and I never got a thank you or a smile from her. She made me feel like I was bothering her when In fact she should of made me feel welcomed since I was the paying customer and she wouldn't have a job if I or others were coming to the store to purchase food.
I almost just pulled away and didn't get my order but my son was very hungry so I needed to get him something right away.

Needless to say I'm still mad how she treated me and I felt I should of not even wasted my money on this lunch today.

And seriously I just noticed she charged me to put the cheese on the side. Why would I be charged for that?

I would like a refund if this check

Wendy’s your supervisor over the wendys in the high desert of victorville, hesperia, adelanto, & apple valley california

She is very rude to the Wendys workers and I have seen her take advantage of her athority and fire the crew instead of the person really responsible for the wrongs in the Wendys stores. You have managers and assistant managers that treat the crew like crap and are very rude to the customers and when the customer complains the Manager monique says its not them and of course blames the crew that they don't like and the supervisor is rude and does'nt hear what the crew has to say about any situations. I seen one girl get fired in Hesperia on Main St and I ave for a day that she wasn't there. The supervisor doesn't bother to even pay attention to the cameras or see who was working or even pay attention to who the complaint was on. The complaints never really get sought. Now in the city of Adelanto you guys have a rude worker that don't wash her hands throws food on the counter (not the trays) and disrespects the customers and the store has a foul smell like a dirty bathroom. And the supervisor again don't do a thing about it. Same supervisor. A blond spiked hair lady that sits at the restaurant tables with her laptop being rude and snobby towards customers and crew.never rude to the managers at fault. But regardless she shouldn't be rude at all. Especially when the customers and workers are the reasons why she has a job. This one woman is seen at each city stores. Im just tired of seeing the managers and supervisors treating the crew and customers like CRAP. I go to Wendys a lot and if I see it, HOW MANY OTHER PEOPLE SEE THE SAME THING? That's wrong! Someone needs to do something about it. Everytime I complain it goes to that same supervisor and nothing is done. You need a new suoervisor/ hiring manager and some new managers over in Hesperia on main and I ave. The manager Monique has been a major problem since 2009 IM TIRED OF SEEING HER TREAT PEOPLE THE WAY SHE DOES. NEEDS AN ADITUDE ADJUSTMENT.
