Wendy’s overcharged and incorrect order

I've visited the location at 62 Valley Road, Middletown, RI, 02842 on several occasions. Today I visited on 7/29/2017 around 6 p.m. I ordered a small frosty and small French fries. I was under the impression that the small frostys were .50 cents. When the order came on the screen the total was 2.89. At the window I was told a different number. I was charged 4.19 for my order and didn't receive my receipt. My fries were cold and I didn't even get a spoon or straw to eat the frosty with. There's been several times where I've visited this location and I'm not offered my receipt or my order is wrong. Also, the customer service isn't the best either.

Wendy’s service

Went to Wendy's in York Pennsylvania at the Carlisle Avenue store waited 25 minutes and still was not waited on I left drove across the street to Burger King and in 6 minutes I was sitting down eating that's absolutely ridiculous I called the store while I'm sitting there eating and told them about that so there are there where of it it's the 29th of August I went in the store at 1:30 left exactly at 5 minutes at 2 I work at Lowe's and can walk to the store as of now there are at least a half-dozen employees at Lowe's you no longer go to that Wendy's for that very reason there is no time to eat their meal something needs to be done different management a definitely are short-staffed that one person can't take the orders and then put the orders on the tray it's entirely too much for one person to do.

Wendy’s service

Went to Wendy's in Philadelphia Ms on my way to work tonight. Got in line at 10:40 wasn't out of line til 10:58. Finally got to window to pay and girl had her back to us while flirting with the manager. He never said turn around so they can pay. When the car ahead of us went so did we and that's when the girl decided to start opening the window. Got to 2nd window there's the manager again joking and laughing with the pickup window crew. By the way was very late to work. Too much playing around at Wendy's. Pathetic. Not going back.

Wendy’s service

Went to the drive through at the Wendy's in Garland tx off of 30 and beltline...I was at the drive through around 9:15 pm tonight and finally got my food..no drinks or frostys ...had to wait for them to come back to the window and asked for my drinks then I realized I never got a receipt or my change back..asked for both things and they left me sitting at the window for about 10 mins finally they handed me my $6 change all balled up like it had been in someone's pocket ..then they refused to give me my receipt..so I just drove off very unhappy..it's nothing but a bunch of kids working there who thought it was hilarious..then my Fry's were so old they broke in half ..wondering how many people have left there not asking for thier change and the employees keeping it...I am very unhappy with this place..$6 isn't a lot of money but I have 4 kids so yo me it's a lot..shame on them..something needs to be done before that Wendy's has no more business

Wendy’s rude behaviour by the host at drive thru

last night me and my boy friend pulled to the drive thru at 2005 N Lewis Ave, in Waukegan, IL. We ordered our food and proceeded to the next window to pay. We ordered 2 cheeseburger and 2 Frosties. When my boyfriend asked for some ranch and bbq sauce the lady at the cash(same one who got our orders) said she can only give sauces if we order nuggets. This is actually the second time she is doing this. Before she didn't want to give us some extra sauce even though we ordered 2 full meal.Her name is Irma and I think she is a manager. It is really not professional, she is behaving customers rudely. It felt like as if we went there to get some sauces for free which is ridiculous. The sauces are free when you buy food from here so i don't really get this fuss she is making. I am attaching the receipt too, I would like someone to take care of this problem.

Wendy’s everything in general

Went to Wendy's today 7/27 worse experience ever. 90% of the tables were dirty (food, trays, grease smudges, ketchup smudges) so I asked for a cloth so that I could clean the table, but was ignored so I got a bunch of napkins, wet them and cleaned the table. My daughter's burger was wrong, returned and still got it wrong, gave up. We got the fries late until I went to ask for them when they weren't brought to our table. Last 2 customers after us got their food first even though ours was there by the salad assembly line getting cold. I, myself am a F&B Supervisor and that was unacceptable.

Wendy’s employees, with nasty attitudes language

I wouldn't to the store on July 26, 2017 at approximately 3 o'clock 3:30 PM. I first went to the drive-through I waited at the first speaker the second speaker Did not have anyone in it the person on the first speaker had just pulled away to go to the window to pay literally five other cars came to the second speaker orders were taken I decided that I would get out of the drive-through and go inside. Upon going inside I noticed there was a line of maybe four people and standing in the line people were complaining about the smell that was really overriding the Food in my head I agreed. Upon approaching the cashier some people were stating as well as the cashier do you smell that do you smell that the lady in the black behind the counter stated yes I smell that. It smells like a toilet is backing up Cashier stated yes it does. The tall lady behind the counter it appeared she was the manager stated in these words " This don't make no damn sense, I have been here 16 hours I am not janitor I don't clean toilets if it is the toilet I'm not cleaning it I don't give a [censor] about no smell, one of the ladies behind the counter mentioned something about security and she stated security is not to come in until 4 o'clock". I said as I was standing in front of the cashier wow. The cashier looked at me with this look I stated I was not talking about you I made my order with her, She ask my name for the water I said Mack and proceeded to go over to get my fountain drink. It was wet, messy, garbage, really no lids, Straws were thrown around as to where I had to go to the counter to ask for a straw. Lobby very untidy. This is when I decided to take a picture of the license on the wall to make a complaint. I stood there may be another 15 to 20 minutes waiting for my name to be called. Yes that was about three or four people in front of me order were given to them. I ordered a number two with a Coke. Another five minutes past the lady in the black called my name to come up I said Mack is on her way due to me standing there in the lobby where the chairs are. I walk to the counter I waited, she came back she gave a bag someone else who was behind me, I said calmly and quietly excuse me did I hear you call Mack. She never said anything to me she looked at me and turned around and continue to do what she was doing. So she came back the next bag I repeated the question excuse me did you call Mack again she turned away, who she came back the third time I say hello did you call Mack. By this time her and the one that I assumed to be the manager will both standing there neither said anything. So I stated he was just sold or May I please have my money back. No one said anything I repeated myself again here is my soda May I please have my money back no one said anything. I said excuse me are you the manager she turned and looked at me I stated I need before I could say anything else that Cashier turned around and stated in a loud very loud tone Look you have to wait. I stayed excuse me I was not talking to you I was talking to the manager in front of me. Her words to me was she did not care Who I was talking to she was talking to me and he will be her who have to refund my money so I need to be patient. I told her OK I understand but I was not talking to her I was talking to the manager The cashier got a little belligerent stating that I was ignorant. I kept my cool. Proceeded to talk to the manager. The cashier one on talking As she was taking orders of the customers that were in front of her stating she will never get another job like this because people do not know how to act and the [censor] don't make sense to her. I proceeded to tell her that I have taken her picture in everyone else picture and I will be making a complaint She stated she did not care about me making a complaint do what I had to do. While this was going on the young lady in the black one I know you can see the expression on her face was arguing with another customer because she stated that the cashier was very disrespectful. She stated that she was not going to be disrespected either . The one that I perceived to be the manager stepped in and asked her to be quiet and complete her or she continued to talk. The manager went to the cashier get my money For the refund, said thank you. I said you're welcome got my money and I left the store. I just thought someone needed to be informed of the situation before inspectors come out to inspect that location. I watched the manager pick up food drop it And kick it under the fryer. My name is Mrs. Marie Mack. If need I can be contacted at [protected]. I am just so happy that it was I that experience this because I believe if it would have been anyone younger that would have been a big mess. Wendy’s single burger

Can you tell me how you can charge someone for a cheeseburger whom only orders a hamburger? I would think purposely charging someone for a item they do not order is ethically wrong!
When I asked the cashier and then manager as to why I have to pay for a single cheese burger although I want a single hamburger I was told, " we only have a button for cheeseburgers".
If you have a different price point for a jr cheeseburger vs jr hamburger, then I would think this logic translates with more beef!
This Wendy's has a history of discrimination as well, were they discriminate those individuals with an IDD diagnosis. But it seems this Wendy's goes as petty as discriminatory pricing for those with can't eat cheese!
I had to tell the Cashier, I do not exaggerate 6 times I wanted a jr cheese burger ketchup only. I asked for a single hamburger with lettuce tomatoe only and guess what that came wrong!
Staff look at you like you're nuts for their errors. The manager is so timid he can't even discuss things and informs you to contact muy burger! Guess what couldn't find any contact on the Wendy's website for this store!
Amazing how many times in my life I have been paying for phantom cheese! Deception at its finest!
I expect better customer service from corporate then I and many others have received from the Wendy's in Webster ny!

Wendy’s grilled chicken wrap

The grilled chicken that was in my wrap was inedible. It was like rubber and one bite had so much gristle that I had to spit it out. I order this often from this same location which is why I am filing a complaint today. It's usually very good. It's only $1.89 so it's not about the money. I was pretty repulsed as well as having to do without protein in my lunch today.

Wendy’s food from wendy's

I ordered the number 10 from Wendy's and my fries were cold, my siracha sauces were partially opened, and my chicken nuggets taste like they have been sitting out all day and maybe cooked in old oil. I am highly disappointed with the company and will not come back to this place again. This is the second time that something like this has happened to me. A few months ago I ordered a salad that had old rotten lettuce in it and smashed tomatoes. I believe this company is unsanitary and the employees do not seem to care about the satisfaction of its customers.

Wendy’s wendy's

At 7:30 PM, Employees "goofing off" with one another while customers waiting to order. No clean trays for dine-in customers. Employee seen eating French fries from customer's bag; then kicked spilled fries across the floor. Very distasteful experience. We don't usually visit during the evening, but I feel the establishment should be up to standards regardless of the time of day.

You do not deserve a full refund or free meal. If you are that desperate for free food, there are soup kitchens and food drives. Or better yet get a job so you can afford to eat out. Quit lying on the internet.

Wendy’s customer service

Went through drive through at Wendy's 10152 Colerain Ave, Cinti/OH this evening about 8:15pm. The gentleman taking my order was prompt & professional. The guy at the window was confused by the $20.20 I provided for a total of $7.19. He took a longer time to return money and apologized. I looked down at my money because he had multiple coins.85 cents. When the window opened back up, I asked why I hadn't received another whole dollar instead. I said it was only 20 cents, but I was confused. He apologized & changed out the coins for a $1 bill.
When I made it home, I realized I never received the ice tea I had requested with my meal. I looked through my bag for a receipt, none present. I looked for the phone # & dialed the restaurant. Barb answered. I explained that I had just been there & hadn't received the tea w my meal. She sounded defensive and replied, "you were here? At this store? On Colerain & 275". I became annoyed. It had been maybe 5 minutes ago & I was inquiring about my ice tea. I said yes, provided description of area & the guy at the window that did not know math or provide me w a receipt. Barb replies, " well ok. What were u supposed to get? Tea? What size" I said whatever comes w the meal, I have no receipt. She replies annoyingly, "must be a small then. U can come back and get it". I said I was not coming back to pick the tea up tonight. She proceeds to ask my name and instructed me to come into the store the next time and it would be in the credit book. Mistakes happen, but Barb could definitely use some customer service classes. Came acroas defensive & rude. No acknowledgment or apologies.

Wendy’s service

Today I went to get a frosty at the Jonesboro Wendy's location in McDonough, Georgia. I was waiting in line for at least 30 minutes just to get 1 frosty. Other people as well had ordered their food and was waiting for over 15 minutes. Citizens started demanding refunds and stepped out of line. I also stepped out of line. I decided to come back an hour later I got in line. It was almost out the door. The same thing happened as it did earlier. People started getting out of line and wanting their money back. At the end of the day I never got my Frosty. This happened on the 23rd of July 2017. I would like a gift card for standing in line to get my Frosty that I never got.

Yesterday July 22, 2017 we were passing through San Antonio and decided to stop at Wendys on5550 fm 3009phone #210-651-5551as we walked in the floor was flooded yes the caution signs were up but my complaint is that if the employees no the floor is wet why on earth do they place the food trays were the floor is so wet n not were it's dry, my point is I fell hurt my arm, hips n back 1 employee walked to me when I was already up n setting in a chair n ask me if I needed anything to drink hello I fell ...i think they need a lot of training ...

Wendy’s shift manager

Last night was the third night that my daughter called me crying because of the way the shift manager was treating her. I called the store to talk to him (Cody) and he was rude, said he was too busy to talk, and hung up on me. I tried to call back with no answer. My daughter called me back on her cell phone and said he unplugged the phone so that I couldn't call him back.

Wendy’s customer service/food

My boyfriend and I went to Wendy's drive thru around 12:35 AM. The first unacceptable interaction was the cashier taking the order as we repeated numerous times our order, then the cashier yelled at us that she heard us. The experience went downhill from there as we were told there was no "bottle water ", so we picked another option. After we paid for our food we pulled up to the next window where a gentleman handed us a water, but mind you the cashier clearly stated the business did not have any water. The gentleman the closed the window and looked in confusion, as to why we were still waiting. My boyfriend asked where was our food, with the look of confusion the gentleman asked for our receipt to take care of our order. Fifteen minutes later and still no food my boyfriend asked me was he being "punked", like the MTV TV show that aired some tears ago. Finally, the food arrives and it's COLD! The fries looked old the burger was cold and not edible. We asked for a refund because of the circumstances. We did not get an apology or "Customer service" to fix the promblem/issue. I will assume the manager had to give us a refund and when she came to the window, she handed us our money and then turn her back on us. We couldn't believe what just happened. What happen to customer service/satisfaction. This Wendy's will not receive my business anymore.

Wow! Is that how you feel? So, the staff can act anyway they feel like. The staff doesn't show customer service/ concern, yells at the customer and that's ok. I will NEVER eat at a Wendy's again, I guess the attitude of the staff is a reflection of upper management. If the upper management doesn't care about their customers why should the staff they hire.

Wendy’s diaper changing station

Good afternoon. Today my family stopped on our road trip at Wendy's in Wythville, VA for lunch. I went to the bathroom to change my daughter's diaper (1 year old) and there was not a diaper changing space in the bathroom. The dining room was extremely crowded but I had no other place to lay her down to change her so I changed her diaper in the booth. This is NOT the first time I have had a similar experience in a Wendy's restaurant. When my son was a baby (2-3 years ago) I was at a location in Winfield, WV and there was no diaper changing space there either. I did the same as I did today and changed the baby in the dining room. While doing so I overheard a customer complaining that I was doing so. To which I kindly informed her that I wouldn't be changing him in the dining room if someone had provided a proper place in the restroom.
Today as I left the restroom because there was no place to change my baby, another mom commented on how inconvenient and inconsiderate that was. I agree completely. Even your youngest customers deserve to have a space where they can be changed in privacy. No adult would ever be expected to go without a proper toilet in one of your restaurants and the same respect should be given to babies and their mothers.

Wendy’s theft, food, service and management

Went yesterday to restaurant # 2457 my order # 3017.
I waited in d/t 11 minutes to reach the speaker. Because the manager taking the order for the car ahead of me is a complete idiot!
Was not even a rush lunch yet. I ordered 4 for 4 with the chicken, I got a burger!., never got my change of money nor a receipt. I backed my car to the window and handed him the burger, he called the sandwich maker and started a lengthy discussion with her; pointing to the monitor and counseling her; while i'm waiting (Not spoken to), never got any apologies, I was just handed the stall chicken sandwich (With dead chicken cold from yesterday!). Fries were not any better; not salted at all.
Food you would not even feed an animal with!
Service that I never seen in my 22 years loyal customer to wendy's.
I had to ask for a receipt to call to vent my frustration. So I called and filed a complaint yesterday and told the customer service rep. That I need a director of operation to call me... No one called up to now.
It shows how much wendy's this days cares about customers and their feedback. Oh well customer's service are closed in the weekends... Great job!

Wendy’s service

Customer service is horrible. Mostly anytime I call the phone number there is no answer. Orders are wrong, and service is slow. The managers should be more worried about the customers then getting with the employees. It is disgusting that a manager is allowed to date an employee. I hope this is just at the Wendy's on Belmont and not all Wendy's. I will not be coming back here. Professionalism is very important and affection right in front of customers is not professional.

Wendy’s customer service

I went to my local wendys in norton ohio, where i witnessed, not ONE but THREE people handling food without gloves, i witnessed a girl name tag said "tessa" handle a mans food without gloves and then give it to him. I also heard a few employees talking about maggots in the ice cream. This place was full of health code violations and rude employees.
