Wendy’s order quality

On 4-25-17 I stopped at the location 4760 E. Flamingo Rd. Las Vegas NV 89121 for a drink. I was thursty for a root beer float but I did not see it on the menu. I asked the cashier if they sold them and she said yes and filled my order. I walked straight to my car. In that 1 minute period, the ice cream had totally melted. Really? That fast? And it tasted like crap. It went in the trash. I would like a refund. Thank you . Gail Coffey

Wendy’s drive thru - order wrong

Wendy's on Bonny Oaks road, Chattanooga, TN...

Ordered double stack and a JR. Bacon Cheeseburger, med coke... got double stack, cheeseburger no bacon and a Dr. Pepper for drink.

I thought since this Wendy's is less than a year old (I think) that it would be better than the one on Shallowford Road (I no longer go there because that Wendy's needs to be raised to the ground...). About an year ago for a good month they were 'out' of chocolate Frosty's... I don't go to 'fast food' places much, only about once every 2 weeks... disappointing to get 'less' than what was ordered.

Wendy’s service

Went to the new location at 4485 Amboy rd Staten Island ny 10308, on 2 different times. A few weeks ago was the 1st time and the workers were very rude talking and joking around with each other throwing French fries at each other, 1 worker a young skinny male was actually the only one tuning around and working hard, when I told the huge manager that he's tuning around working hard while all the others are playing his response to me was "yeah that's nice" and walked away. Went back today ordered 2 meals they forgot the sauces for the nuggets gave 1 single napkin, no straws food was ice cold and burgers were all smushed and soggy food went right in the garbage.

Wendy’s employee

Grayson, KY location. It is inside a pilot. I saw a short, kinda chunky boy, I am assuming his name is "Travis" as someone said "Travis go on break" and he went outside He meet up with a skinny blonde boy in a truck. Out in broad day light, gave him money for a bottle of pills. The standards of this company is appalling as you allow druggies to take my money, touch my food and interact with my family.

Wendy’s closing hour

I went thru the drive thru because according to online this location is open until 1am, all the lights were on and I saw several employees. No one would answer the drive thru so I pulled up to the window and they said they close at midnight. I told them online it says they are open until 1am and they rolled their eyes and said well we're closed you can go to the Greer location. Very rude will not be coming back.

Wendy’s the wendy's at jester hall 201 e 21st st, jester student union

Last time I went to Wendy's, I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and a jr cheeseburger. When I unwrapped the sandwiches back at my apartment, I found out they didn't put any meat in either of the sandwiches, just the buns and toppings. I decided to go back today, and they never gave me my order. They don't check receipts, they don't check to make sure the sandwiches are actually complete, and they don't give refunds.

Wendy’s poor service

Store #[protected], DOS 04/19/17, 4:24PM. This is the second time I've sent in a complaint re: this restaurant. They just re-opened in January after remodeling and the service has been horrible since then. The drive thru is not an option for state workers that only have 30 minutes for lunch! Going inside for ordering is not much better-poor service from staff that move like a sloth with no consideration to their guests. There is bickering among the staff in front of customers which is completely unprofessional. I waited 20 minutes for an order that consisted of only 3 meal combos with potatoes only to find the 2 potatoes that they were going to give me were cold! When a manager finally arrived to try and replace them, she discovered there were no potatoes prepared to replace them! She did offer us our choice of replacement, but after 3 similar experiences I will not be going back to this restaurant. Additionally, the dining area is always dirty with sticky floors-not an image that corporate Wendys would approve of, I'm sure.

Wendy’s foul attitude and refused homeless food.

I've been homeless since last August and one thing I can always count on is Wendy's providing me with a meal when I ask for it I only ask when it's needed. The Wendy's on 1902 Lomas Northwest Albuquerque New Mexico 87102 phone number [protected]. Store number 3376. I asked if there was any food they could donate because me and a friend of mine you're really hungry. I was turned down by the cashier so I asked for the manager and she rudely put it we are no longer allowed to give food out! I replied the other Wendy's every single one of them that I've been to will help out homeless, she replied to me then go to those other Wendy's because we're no longer allowed to get food anymore and a really rude manner!
The manager's name is Stephanie Fisher. And it seems to me like she doesn't treat her employees very well either because they have no funds about me giving this complaint also! I just know what it feels like to be turned down looked at different and treated different because I have no home to go to and I might look a little rough sometimes I just felt like I needed to say something about Store.

Wendy’s parking and building problems

1460 Harrisburg Pike, Columbus, OH 43223 - The drive through lane is full of water filled pot holes. Some minor patches have been made but it is still very bumpy like you are on a mountain trail. Also, the drainage system of the rooftop air conditioning is clogged and water is running off the back of the building. This water then flows into the drive through pot holes making an ugly mess splashing onto cars. Suggest you dispatch a maintenance crew to fix the water flowing off the back of the building and also repave the parking lot.

Another problem, the foyer at the entrance has two missing doors. The whole idea of a foyer is to block wind and cold air during winter. With the second doors missing, the foyer is ineffective.

Wendy’s menu

I have been on a diet & was eating a full size BBQ Ranch Chicken salad per day, only. Finding this salad was wonderful for me because I can't have much dairy & most other salads have all kinds of cheeses on them. I absolutely loved this salad. So my local Wendy's has been making $10/day every single day for three months from my purchases. Now you've done away with that menu item. Please, please bring it back! Neither Burger King's nor McDonald's grilled chicken with bacon is nearly as good and I really really miss it and you're losing $300/month. I know that's not much in the big picture, but I wanted to let my voice be heard.

Wendy’s renovated store - 2099 route 46, parsippany nj

The recently renovated store at 2099 RT 46 Parsippany is a blunder, for some reason (possibly poor planning) the flow of the restaurant was greatly reduced.
Self serve soda fountains were placed in a horrible location, there is no room to stand in line to order (which spills into the dinning area) there is no room to wait for your food due to a wall being built to hold seats / counters.
Sitting room has reduced also, all tables and chairs seem to be on top of each other, no space between tables, again the flow of traffic no spills into a crowded dining area.
This renovation is a failure, use its nice to see newer décor but function suffers, I will no longer go to this Wendy's.
If someone would like to call or meet me there, I can give a customer point of view why this is a failure.

Wendy’s my order

Yesterday I went through the drive thru at about 1pm and ordered a number 1 with a coke. When I got to work to eat my food my burger was not hot, the bun was rock hard and the fries tasted 3 days old. I wanted to bring everything back but considering I work 20 mins away, I did not have time to go all the way back. Bad experience. I will not b going back

Wendy’s missing part of order

I went to the Wendy's store at 7716 Northwest Expressway, Oklahoma City, Ok 731732 today around 2:30 in the afternoon. I ordered a baconater (lg) with a diet coke and fries for my son and a medium fries for myself. I got home and realized that the medium fries was missing, but also missing was my receipt. I was never given a receipt. My order added to a little more than $12 and I am pretty sure I was charged for the additional fries, but since I had no receipt, had no way to prove it.

Very disappointed in Wendy's

Wendy’s wendy's located in hardeeville, sc on hwy w78

This location is suppose to open at 7am and yet cannot seem to do so. This is the third time that I am aware of that they have not opened on time. I am standing outside right now and the doors are locked it is 7:51am. This is unacceptable when you are running such a business. I think you all might need to look into what the issue is here. Thank you

Wendy’s not offering mustard

I recently went to a Wendy's in Plainfield, CT. I ordered a double with cheese, ketchup, and mustard. Was informed by the young lady taking my order they no longer offer mustard for their sandwiches. Who ever heard of a burger without mustard? Not me that is for sure. Was very disappointed. You have lost my business. I hope all the Wendy's has not stopped carrying mustard.

Wendy’s service

Hello! I finally had the last straw at my local wendy's and have to do something about it. Address: 2050 holleman dr w, college station, tx 77840. Today's I went through the drive thru at 9:45. I ordered fries and a drink. There was 1 car at the window when I got up to it. By 9:55, that car was still at the window; it should be noted that there was nobody in the actual restaurant. I ended up just leaving. Previously, I have sat at this drive thru for 20 minutes at a time. Also, I almost never get the correct order and never have seen a smile or nice word come from a single employee at this store. Once, the employees forgot to give me the frosty I paid for. When I got to work, I realized it and went back up there. They argued with me and refused to give my money back. I had to make a bit of a scene and refuse to leave in order to get my $1.08 back for an item I did not receive — I would not have even cared if the original purchase hadn't taken nearly 20 minutes and had I not received the worst attitude from the girl at the window. This is the same 16-18 year old that refused to give me my money back or go get the manager when I returned. One of her coworkers ended up coming around to see what was going on after about 5 minutes of me arguing with the girl, then went to get the manager on duty who showed up when she finally felt like it. It goes to show that even the "supervision" is lacking... Especially since she also argued with me (And yes, I even had the receipt, and no, she had nothing to do with the original transaction). Like I said, I ended up just having to stand at the front counter and refuse to leave in order to get my money back. I'm not the type to normally go to such extremes for $1, but I felt these women had put me through too much and been too awful for me not to win. A customer should never be made to feel this way! You should really go do something about the employees at this store. I have also been asked to "drive up" and park in front of the store to wait for my food (So they can cheat your timer, I know the game) and been completely forgotten. They literally closed the store at 11pm and forgot all about my order that I had paid for! I had to go bang on the door which was locked by then. I was motioned to by an employee "we're closed!" quite rudely. Finally, the manager (Same one: a harsh, older brunette who doesn't smile or have nice words for anyone) came to the door and I said, "my food?" and she sent someone a few minutes later with it. Absolutely ridiculous.

Wendy’s quality of food, extremely poor customer service.

To Whom It May Concern:
On April 2, 2017, my family and I had lunch at your Wendys restaurant located at 2020 Victory Drive, Savannah, GA 31404 at 12:34 p.m. I spent a total of $29.49, which was the biggest waste of money I have ever spent. First, the wait time in the line was extremely long, approximately 20 minutes. Second, the wait staff offered terrible customer service as evidenced by the cashier's horrible attitude, her apparent lack of interest in working that day, and her overall annoyed disposition. Third, when we finally received our food, which was delivered to our table by the terribly rude cashier, who offered no apology for the long wait, the quality was poor. The meat on my hamburger and the chicken on my mother's sandwich was hot, but the buns were cold as ice! When I approached the counter to report this, the cashier became irritated with my request for warm buns. Quite honestly she acted like I was lying. We were so unhappy with the service and the food that we were forced throw away the $29.49 worth of food I purchased, which made me very unhappy.
Unfortunately, this was the worst fast food experience I have ever had and I want your powers that be to know it.

Wendy’s chicken sandwich

I went to the drive thru at Wendy's in west haverstraw . I waited 30 minutes. First, I was given the wrong order then I was given my order. When I got home the chicken sandwich was apparently not cooked enough. The texture was touch and the chicken seemed to stick together and wouldn't pull apart. I could not bite into the chicken because it was so rough.

Wendy’s trawberry lemonade

Ordered a strawberry lemonade at drive thru & paid for it. Got to 2nd window to receive strawberry lemonade & received regular lemonade. I told worker that I didn't order a regular lemonade and she stated that they were out of strawberry mix so I asked her why did the guy not tell me that when I placed my order, she replied "he probably don't know". I then told her that's not what I wanted and went to hand her the lemonade back and she says we can't take that back but you can get something else. I told her that I didn't want anything else I wanted what I ordered. I did not get a refund or what I ordered. Highly upset customer & very poor customer service!
