Wendy’s spicy chicken sandwich and fries

I Went do the drive thru of Wendy's i order a spicy chicken sandwich meal when I got my food I was in a rush trying to get back to work my sandwich was dried out and hard and fries was like the Been sitting out all day.also the drive thru worker was rude when I ask for ketchup like that is your jobs h shouldn't have an attitude especially to a coustmwr

Wendy’s manager cathy, food, wait period, quality

Recently visited a wendys, only costumers inside ordered 2 salads and 2 drinks, cost over $25, took over 15minutes asked to speak to a manager to find out why. I could hear her in the back saying she's to busy, she finally came out, was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. Did not try to make the situation better at all. So I guess your care policy is bullcrap? As we were leaving the whole staff is laughing and thinks it's funny! Super disippointed in a fast food restaurant I have always enjoyed😞

Wendy’s taco salad

Im sewing the wendys company for making me sick i ordered a taco salad and a 10 piece nugget from wendys carowinds blvd fort mill. Sc.. May 30th The salad lettuce was soft and red the cheese was turning colors and the bottom of the salad had water .. I had already had a problem with my order before i left because they charged me for 3 10 piece nuggets. When i only asked for one .. I pulled off then realized it and got my money back. Ive been throwing up since i have eaten the food and i believe i have food poisoning. Im now unable to keep food down and i have missed two nights of work in which i needed to work because i moving . i am contacting a lawyer on tomorrow about my case i also have pictures of the salad and i still have the salad.

Wendy’s chicken nuggets

My 1 year old daughter was eating a chicken nugget and i started to hear her choking, i stuck my finger in her throat and felt something sharp! It was a [censor]ing bone! How do yall manage to have bones in chicken nuggets knowing small children eat them! This is [censor] i want to kno what i need to do about this! If something more serious would have happened id sue the [censor] out of wendys!

Wendy’s customer service/education

On Friday, May 26th at approximately 11:00pm I, Allona Hutchinson, went to store 6238 (Gate City Blvd) and ordered a small fry. Normally when I visit this franchise it's interpreted that small is aka value fry. This particular visit was different; first the introduction of the representative was rushed, flustered and a bit aggressive. She seemed that she didn't want to assist in the order and informed me that the price was $1.80, which is higher than what I had paid previously. When I questioned her about the price, in aggravation she replied "$1.80." Not wanting to aggravate her further I paid the amount and moved forward to the second window. Once at the second window, I again inquired the price of a small fry, still unaware of the difference between the value and the small, and was told it was "$1.06" for the small fry. With this discrepancy in price I wanted to get clarity for future visits. A few moments later the night manager came to the window with a defensive manor and asked what the issue was, she explained that I asked for a small fry and that it was "$1.80" and I explained to her that I was always charged less than that. In agitation she then explains the difference between the small and value fry, which now I am aware. The primary reason that I wish to complain is not the amount but the way in which they communicated. I just wish that it wasn't that aggressive and blown out of proportion over the size when it could have been avoided from the beginning of the visit. It really turned me off from wanting to visit the franchise any further. Please ensure that the employees are communicating effectively with other customers to avoid these type of situations because had it been a customer that had less self control it could have escalated quickly and put someone in danger. Again I wish that the employees take the time to educate customers effectively.

Wendy’s discrimination about employees (unethical behaviour)

I went to wendy;; 19644 ofraser highway langley, b.C. V3a 4c7 s on may 2 2017 at 10:48 pm drive thru. I could not understand the employees so i moved to the window and told then i have 50 - 60 % hearing loss and handicapped and i can show them the doctors note and i can't understand them, the employing said i was lying about it and making it up and i was totally fine the manager was with the employee at the drive thru and they both started laughing. My friend amy was with me and withnessed the whole thing. Me & amy felt realy band and insuted about the incident.

Wendy’s margarita, the manager in west bridgewater, massachusetts

On 5/29 at 3:45 pm I went to the Wendy's in West Bridgewater, Massachusetts. I asked about the free frosty which was advertized. The manager Margarita abruptly came over and rudely stated they know nothing about a free frosty. Then I asked to speak to a manager about another problem. Margarita informed me she was the manager. I told her about the burger I got on my last visit that was almost raw in the middle. she argued with me. She kept asking me questions and when I answered her questions, she kept arguing and became increasingly hostile. Another customer was there and all of the workers. I never raised my voice but Margarita was screaming at me. She continued and continued after I had left the counter. As I was at the door I asked are you still talking about me.? She was still ranting to the other workers at the top of her voice. I told her I was going to report her. She said "Enjoy your frosty". in a sarcastic voice. I want her fired or at least taken out of the West Bridgewater Store. She does not deserve to work at Wendys, let alone be the manager and an example for other workers. She is a disgrace. Wendy’s drive thru food/order

I went to Wendy's drive thru to grab lunch. The worst of which was my baked potato. The inside of the potato was so overcooked the inside was a darker brown than the skin. Not edible!I would be happy to send you a pic.My salad, I asked for no Feta and it was completely covered, the strawberries were mush and a good amount of the lettuce was wilted.

Wendy’s happy meal/ employee

I went to Wendy's on 05/27/2017. I order a happy meal which said 199. I look at my receipt and see 3.69-1.60 =209. So I asked why am I paying 209 instead of 199 one employee had an attitude, she would not give me her name. The manager Martha said call corporate because that's how they have it. That's false advertising. Then I leave they gave me fries instead of apples to far to go back. They need to learn how to do there job.

Wendy’s customer service

I was using the restroom before ordering because the inevitable had severAl people the minute I locked the bathroom door the manager started banging on the door telling me I needed to get out of the bathroom. I've been coming to the store everyday for the past 4 months and have never been treated so rude. I will never go back due to such rude behavior.managers should be showing their employees excellent customer service not treating anyone so rude

Wendy’s bad customer service

I went to go eat and was not able to wash my hands
I complained to the cashier, she told me it was fixed and still was not able to wash my hands
I told the manager, the cashier asked if I wanted to wash my hands in the sink behind the counter, I said no and asked for a refund
They continued to help other customers while I was standing there
If I couldn't wash my hands how were the employees washing there hands ?
Had to leave and go eat somewhere else

Wendy’s food

I had sent my brother up there to buy some food for my big family. At 5740 Broadview Rd Parma Ohio 44134. And the food was not what i expected! Im actually surpised. Because i always get great food from this restaurant. He had orderd 4 jr cheeseburger deluxes 3 jr bacon cheeseburgers 2 are plain and Baconator meal. (All the fries were cold and old) All the meat was pink inside! It was cooked on the outside. But pink on the inside. I had to reheat these to make sure we didnt get sick. Also i ordered 2 crispy chicken BLT NO CHEESE (for myself) but i got cheese on them.
I just would like people to know about whats going on at times in the restaurants

Wendy’s the buns

I went to Wendy's this afternoon because it had been awhile since I went there to eat. This is the Sterling, ILLINOIS restaurant. I ordered 2 4 for 4 with the doublestack. My bottom buns were so soggy they were disgusting! This turned me off from visiting your restaurant again in the future. Something needs to be done with this situation. I want to go again but I will not waste my money doing so.

Wendy’s salad

Hello, I am sending this complaint regarding the spicy chicken salad I ordered last night from Wendy's ( toronto, Canada ) dufferine and steels location . I am very discusted, sick, and really not happy with what I found as I was almost done eating my salad . Their was some sort of bug on a piece of my lettuce, and I jumped up off my seat wanted to throw up . This is unacceptable as I order from Wendy's about 3 times a week, and who knows how many bugs I have already eaten . Me and my friend both threw out the rest of our food and ran to the cashiers to show them . They replied saying it's not their fault it's the lettuce company . I then asked who cuts and cleans the lettuce ... a gentlemen then replied saying they do ... so how is it that it's the lettuce companies fault . Wendy's workers should we washing the lettuce properly and looking at every leaf of lettuce they are cutting. Then another lady comes and says this is the 2nd time this happened today ( another customer found a bug in their salad
As well. I want something done about this and I have no problem posting the picture on social media warning people not to buy Wendy's salad . This is ridiculous .. if something doesn't get done on my behalf I will be contacting a lawyer now that I can not even eat because I keep

I have a confession to make. The truth is I was fired from this Wendy's and I then bought a salad and placed the bug inside the salad myself to hopefully shut the location down. I told one of my "friends" what I was doing and she told my ex supervisor and he is threatening to take legal action if I don't confess that I placed the bug on here myself to get the restaurant shut down. He is also asking me to remove this post and or explain what really happened which is I placed the ug there myself after buying one of their salads and then claimed it came like that. At first my friend who was also fired went along with it, but then she decided that what we were doing was wrong. I however think she was scared that they would find out what we did and confessed, in other words threw me under the bus so only I get blamed. Now I have to admit what really happened or they will take me to court.

Wendy’s manager on night shift fowl language

On May 25th 2017 at 9pm...managers on shift that night Latia and Mary. It was very busy last night and short staffed so they pulled on of the cooks from the back to run the fry station. The cook had already told them he was never trained on the fry station but he was trying to understand the computer screen. The manager Latia started cursing at him in front of customers, very bad language, the young man reminded her that he did not know what he was doing. Latia said with fowl words she did not care and forget his feelings. they sent him home for no reason. Very Very bad management and not professional at all. someone needs to go there and get things right.

Wendy’s rude customer service at the drive thru window

Stopped for lunch at the Wendy's in Eagle, Colorado and went through the drive thru. When we approached the window she never greeted us and just handed over one of our drinks. When giving back our credit card she didn't make sure we had a hold of it before she let it go and of course it went flying. She never apologized and acted very snotty. When we realized she never gave us a receipt she was again was very rude and acted as though we were putting she out. Her whole additude was like she hated her job or just did not want to be there. I have never seen anyone be so rude at a drive thru before.
The name on the receipt is "Guadalupe" and I believe this is the store number: 3007

Wendy’s uncooked product

On may 23 2017, I went to my nearest wendys store to get a couple of burgers. Store number is [protected] at 11:30 pm. When I got home and checked my burgers red sauce was dripping. I took a bite and the whole patty was pretty decently red. Noticed the bag even had a blood stain. They seemed as if they were rushing cause of their line, and I kept over hearing what sounded like the cook needed something. I looks like this rushed made my burger uncooked. Im sure we k ow yhe safety measures we have to take with meat products. Please co tact back at my email

Wendy’s wet floors and tile, employee commented as if it was recently installed

On May 23, 2017 it rained in Monroe, NC. While traveling from Charlotte, NC to Bennettsville, SC my husband and I stopped at Wendy's on Roosevelt Street. Going in the door I realized the floor was wet and my shoes were slipping. I was wearing sneakers, so I did not expect to slide as I did.
One of the workers could see that this 64 year old was having problems walking to the rest room, so she took my arm and helped me to the rest room door. I thought how nice that was of her.Coming out of the bathroom in thought, "Ok, how are you going to get out and across the floor to the counter?" I remembered I saw an infant chair outside the door. So, when I got to the door I grabbed that chair and used it to balance myself.

As I reached the counter I could hear the workers informing the managers about the condition of the floor. At that time I looked up to see him turn away, as if to ignore the situation, and me. Then he said, "Well it's not the floor, it's their shoes, it's their shoes!" As if that erased the problem.

We had lunch at an establishment in Charlotte and it was pouring down. When we went in and when we came out; there was no problem with walking on that wet floors. My shoes did not slip or slide.

What would have happened had I fallen and injured myself? The situation was ignored by the manager, as the workers watched me struggle to keep my balance. Perhaps sawdust, salt or a sandy substance could have been applied to the floor to give it more traction.

Maybe you plan to post on your windows, "When raining, please do not enter Wendy's unless you are wearing shoes with 100% traction." By the way it might help to list those brands by name. That should really give some insight to your customers! It might also stop a law suit or cause one!

It says this Wendy's is kid friendly. It would be better if you were customer friendly!

Wendy’s caesars salad

i went into the wendys on airport rd hartford ct ordered 4 for 4 and ceaser side found a human hair inside salad threw out meal. i have not called manager or store i have taken a picture of the ceaser salad for company. i have also called and left a report for managers to pls fix. i have been going to this wendys for years and never once had a problem with them.

Wendy’s past date apple slices given at drive thru

We went to Wendy's today May 21 2017 to pick up lunch for our family. We ordered 3 hamburger kids meals. 2 with fries and 1 with apples slices for our 19month old. When we got home and opened the bag it smelled funny and the apples were light brown and mushy. I looked at the date and it said sell by May 9 2017! I was shocked they gave these out! So my little guy had only a hamburger and milk, no fruit. I took pictures of the apples and the date. Would appreciate a refund or a free kids meal as Wendy's is on the other side of town and we were not going to waste gas to drive all the way back.
