Wendy’s horrible services!

I want to Wendy's on University Ave. tonight July 1, 2017 around 10:40Pm. I ordered 5 of the Chicken sandwiches for 99 cents and 5 of the cheese burgers no onions for 99 cents my total was $10.69. I had to wait in a line before I finally got to the second window I gave Mrs. Tasha $20.69 for my order. When I finally got my food I only had 8 sandwiches instead of the 10 I ordered. They insisted that I had 10 until I proved them wrong by taken the all out the bag and Tasha said hand me your bags so I can see what is missing. I never got my order right again I didn't notice until I got home. Yup twice messing up my order😡! On top of that never got NO RECEIPT! When I got home I had 6 cheeseburgers and 4 Chicken sandwiches. If that's not bad I had ONIONS on all the Cheeseburgers which I said I didn't want nor did I order them I said NO ONIONS! I called the store and the manager argued that she gave me 5 and 5 but it was not! They did say I could go back to pick up the 5 cheeseburgers tonight, but I have a 4 year old and a 3 year old. No way I was bringing them back out in the night air! This is every time I go to Wendy's on University Ave. (Wardline Road) that they mess up my order. Something needs to give! After tonight I don't think I'll be spending anymore of my money at Wendy's! If you would like more information please feel free to contact me! Wendy’s customer service

On July 1, 2017 I went to Wendy's on Cerrillos Rd in Santa Fe, NM with my son and daughter. I ordered a chiller fruitea with strawberry passion fruit. The woman with a black eye was behind the counter. She gave me a lemonade. I told her I wanted the tea not lemonade. She said I had to have lemonade because that was how the drink was made. I pointed out the menu and how the drink was made with green tea. She shoved a cup with flavoring across the counter and told me to go make it with the unsweetened tea then. She was very rude. I told my son about the encounter, he took the drink back along with the flyer from the tray that advertised the tea drink to her. She told him I was senile, unruly and didn't know what I wanted because there was no such drink. I am 56, not senile and walk with a cane due to a dissability. I'm not prone to arguing with someone bigger than me either. He pointed out the menu and the flyer but she continued to diparage my character. It wasn't until a manager came over to see what the problem was that she reluctantly made the drink with instructions from my son. I would have let this go but she was very rude and hostile to all the customers that came in. I probably won't go back to this Wendy's but I will go to the one on Sawmill Rd because they are much nicer and they listen.

Wendy’s reward for completing online survey

At the west exit in Fernley Nevada, there is a Wendy's, Dairy Queen inside a truck stop chain. The store has signs advertising a "free 'Dilly' bar if you complete the Wendy's on-line survey. Good luck getting the free bar from Either DQ or Wendy's. It's the same stock answer customers receive when a shared 7-11/Carl's Jr store regarding rotten, foul restrooms. Complain to the 7-11 manager about the filth and it's Carl's Jr.'s responsibility, then complain to Carl's and it's 7-11's responsibility. Same with the "free 'Dilly' bar at this Wendy's, neither is responsible for the free offer. So FYI, this is the Wendy's on I-80 in Fernley NV. If you try to get the cheap reward, forget it because neither store honors the offer.

Wendy’s food customer service and spoiled tea

I arrived at the wendys in coppell on 112 denton tap @ around 12 am as i pulled up there was a truck delivery in the middle of the drive thru i waited about five minutes before my order was taken as i ordered my spoiled sweet tea the young lady at rhe drive thru claimed she couldnt hear my drink order as i spoke louder she insisted i pulled to the window mind you that there was a line by the rime made it to the window i expressed my concerns on the truck and how i had to wait with the manager standing there no response from him as he handed my food out the window the young lady said wait your drink as she handed the drink i tryed to get the attention of someone so i could get bbq sauce as the toung lady had her back turned the manager finally ask what i wanted i requested bbq sauce as i drove away i inserted my straw in to my sweet tea and to a big ol drink as it is still over 80 degrees at midnight as i looked in the bag for a receipt to
find the was not one given to me i proceeded to go home and look up the number i called and spoke with the manager and asked about the spoiled tea that was made a little before 3 pm on june 30 he didnt offer any thing nor apologize so i asked for the gm number then i was told he wold be in later on july 1 when i asked a time that was good he kinda blew me off so i went on to asking about a time and he said well i guess and end of conversation very very unsatisfactory customer service especially a member of management as well as not giving a copy of my receipt how do i know they didnt charge me for more then what i order beings that the manager was very rude and short

Wendy’s food

The customer service was not at all polite the female worker was extremely rude and our food was not what we asked for our baconator had a patty and lettuce that is all. I am not writing this complaint for anything in return I am writing it to being to your attention the service and quality from our experience at Wendy's. I wish I would've looked at the name of the worker but I was too distracted by the attitude. Thank you for taking the time to read.

Wendy’s poor food quality and property cleanliness

On 6/30/2017 at 11:07 am, we pulled into Wendy's Restaurant # [protected] Located at: 10 W Merritt Island Cswy Merritt Island, Fl [protected].
We decided to dine in.

1st - We were told to wait just a minute. No greeting what so ever. There should have been at least a "Welcome to Wendy's, what can we make for you today?" Nothing except "what do you want".
Poor and below expectations.

2nd - There was no upsale of any product. Wow LOST REVENUE.
Poor and below expectations.

3rd - Upon recvg our order there was no "Thanks have a great day", or "Thanks for choosing Wendy's".
Again, poor and below expectations.

4th - The ketchup dispensers were empty. Not because they had been used up, but no ketchup bags in the dispensers to begin with. Poor and below expectations

5th - Now here comes the really gross parts - the floor which is half carpet and half floor tile, is completely worn out, smells bad, and when you walk on it, it squishes and then your shoes stick to it. This has to be an OSHA violation as well as Health Dept violation. So DISGUSTING.

6TH - My son opens up his sandwich wrapper only to discover MOLD, YES I SAID MOLD, growing on the bottom of the bread. When I took the sandwich back up the counter and showed Karen, "Eww Yuck". She showed to the manager who promptly said to refund my money. Money for the sandwich only was refunded, $5.26 to be exact. They didn't even offer to give us a free sandwich I had to ask for it.

6th - While I was waiting, there were no orders from the manager to look at and throw away any bread that was moldy. They just kept using the same bag of buns. I am Shaking My Head. The downward fall.

While we quickly finished our meal, I took a moment to reflect.

You see, I am a Wendy's girl from the seventies. I grand opened two stores along with many other employees, one in Merritt Island and one in Cocoa Florida. I would come in very early in the morning along with the other openers and begin preparing: chili, tomatoes, onions, pickles, set up the sandwich stations, get the fryers started, get the frosty machines started, etc... then once we were open for the day, I worked the drive thru.. Yep. That was my voice on the speaker and that was me accepting cash pymts and that was me filling their orders.

So, here's the thing,

1st - The sloppy/no greetings would NEVER have been allowed, period.

2nd - The filth would never have happened either. Everything would have been repaired or replaced very quickly.

3rd - There was always a finishing statement.

4th - We were always cleaning..something, anything, everything.

5th - Stock was always rotated. Oldest dated stuff was always in the front and got used first.

6th - Bread was refrigerated until needed to prevent mold. One tall rack of bread was brought in early in the morning and one rack at a time was put in the bread warmers, bread warmers would be filled by the griller or sandwich maker many times during the day as needed.

7th - Floors and tables were wiped down every 15 minutes or so. Every table in that place today looked as if it hadn't seen a hot soapy washcloth in a very long time.

I could go on and on, but I think by now you get the picture. What we experienced and saw today is disgraceful and disrespectful to Dave Thomas and everything he wanted for his customers.

I will not go back.

Wendy’s customer service

On 6/30/2017 at 1:00 I waited at the drive thru for nearly 15 minutes with only 3 cars also waiting. When I finally pulled up I was asked to wait. Nobody took my order. I drove off frustrated. It was during my lunch and considering I don't have much time for lunch I had to go without eating. This happened at the Ashtabula, Oh location on Prospect. I prefer Wendy's much more than McDonald's but McDonal's customer service has gotten much better. If Ashtabula had a Chic-file this would be a no brainer. Horrible service, thank your staff for allowing me to go hungry through the rest of the work day.

Wendy’s miles city montana wendy's

Today (June 29, 2017) I ordered a baconator fry. When I got home to eat it, there was jalapenos or ghost peppers in the cheese. That's not what I ordered. I would like either a free on for later date or just a refund please. Our order number was #3304 at 7:31 pm 40193. I'm sorry to complain. Anything spicy makes me sick. And I know that this is normally not the kind of service you get from this Wendy's so I'm hoping that the employer is making sure all the employees have the proper training because the past couple times we have gone here there has been issues with the food.

Wendy’s glass all over the pavement in drive-thru

I went through the drive-thru at Wendy's at 3102 Southwest Dr, Jonesboro, AR 72404 today 6/28/17 at 6:45pm. While in the drive-thru, I noticed a ton of glass on the pavement where you place your order. There was no way to avoid pulling forward without driving through the glass. After the lady at the 2nd window handed me my food, I told her about the glass in the drive-thru. She nodded her head like she already knew about it. I then said "so you know about all the glass in the drive-thru" and she nodded her head. If she knew about the glass, why hadn't it have been swept up? She obviously does not care about her customers at all. If I get a flat tire, I will be contacting you. I hope a child doesn't get glass in their shoe when walking into this restaurant tonight. I will not be going to a Wendy's ever again.

Wendy’s store location #[protected]

My husband and I dined in at this location at 6:07 pm, service was quick friendly and fast, only very bad part was at the end of our meal I noticed a roach on the chair, my husband went to tell the manager on duty and she was careless about the situation and as my husband was making the complaint I started to look around and there was another roach dead hanging from a spiderweb on the window. I also decided to take a picture since either manager or cashier didn't care. This place needs to get checked out immediately.

Wendy’s no service inside, drive-thru only served

At 4:12 today, I Stopped at Wendy's 1355 E. Second St. Jamestown NY 14701. Went inside to order, there was only one customer at counter. After 3 to 4 minutes I asked customer if they took your order yet. She said no. There was at least 4 employees working only on drive thru and wouldn't even look at the inside counter. I left without placing an order.
They should care about inside as much as drive thru.

We were sitting in line at the Wendy's over on Military Highway in Virginia Beach and the lady we pull up and she's like give me just a moment I'm doing something so we're waiting about 10 minutes past and we're like hello and she's like I said I still need a minute I just want to complain aren't you guys there to take our f****** order cuz I'm pretty sure there was absolutely no cars in the parking lot so what the f*** was she doing that was more important than getting you guys money when you can answer that question for me please let me know

Wendy’s management

A manager named ronald was yelling a the girl making the sandwiches over mustard. He called her dumb and threw 3 sandwiches in the trash and forced her to remake the same sandwich each time. He took my order and it was wrong on my receipt. Once she spoke up and said she wasnt dumb he told her to clock out and go home. I dont think that was right of him somce it was his mistake. I took time to talk with your employee because she was in tears. I dont know how you have someone like that as management. This isnt his first time treating employees wrong. I eat here daily but i will no longer eat here if i see him.

Wendy’s night shift rude slow and fooling around

Went to this location 2 nights in a row night time - around 9pm -10pm (625/17), and last night Went thru the drive-thru, dining room just closed. Ordered 2 cheese burgers. I was told they were all out. I don't understand how the people in the drive thru were fooling around and besides that i got my order wrong

Ps- this guy named jonathan tall guy in drive thru his eyes looked funny i could barely see his eye and even tried to understand it I suggest u guys get a surprise drug test im a loyal customer for years been there for years but it only get worst by time ... Thank you for your time

Wendy’s service

This experience has deeply upset my husband and I and so much so that I refuse to ever go to another Wendy's as well as the rest of my household. That would be a total of 5 customers you have lost out for life. I WAS going there at least one a week. That's about 700 dollars a year you will be permanently losing. The ignorance or your employees is unbelievable. They need to be retrained in how to properly act behind the counter! This was at the Wendy's at 368 Cottage Street in Pawtucket RI. My husband was flipping laughed in front of his face by the ignorant useless idiot you have working the counter. Not only did the employer make several mistakes on the order but he made fun of my husbands lips in front of his face to another staff member and said look at those which mind you are swollen and bleeding and very painful because HE HAS ORAL CANCER ! He is extremely self conscious about this obviously. This is a completely freaking outrage! How your staff can make fun of a customer right in front of his face and not only that not even know that it's cancer and he can't help it is the most ignorant thing I've ever heard! This was completely out of line and rude and he sucked because he couldn't even get thr order right that thr manager gave us free fries and he overcharged thr lady right after us. You need to screen people better and make sure your not hiring [censor] that are rude to customers! How can you hire a person like this and he received no discipline in this matter. Are you really serious he made several mistakes and made my husband feel like an inch tall and didn't even get repermanted will be bringing this complaint higher if I do not get answered in 24 hours! I want an apology and I want our money back. My husband felt like a piece of crap when he came home and I thought he was gonna cry if you employees that can make a customer feel like this. I will never eat there again and I will spread the word. Trust me I will bring issue higher if I don't receive a response!

Wendy’s food

I JUST left Wendy's with my 4 for $4 and i ALWAYS get the junior bacon cheeseburger. I drove off trusting that AGAIN my order was correct as always because my burger was wrapped on the side where it says hamburger. I got to the beach ate my fries and nuggets then opened my burger...to my surprise it was a plain chicken sandwich. Normally I would let things go but what got me is it was just a chicken patty and bread. Very disappointed.

Wendy’s consistent wrong orders

The Wendy's located on James Redman PKWY, Plant City, FL is the most incompetent Wendy's restaurant in the business. They couldn't get an order right if their lives depended on it. They shorted an order one time of a few nuggets, then tonight, I ordered 3 Junior bacon cheeseburgers with only ketchup and got 3 single cheese all the way and no bacon. Incompetent! Asked for BBQ sauce and sweet and sour but only got sweet and sour. The incompetents working there are going to have a very hard time in life if they can't get a simple order right.

Went to this location last friday night (6/23/17), between 10pm and 1030pm.
Went thru the drive-thru, dining room just closed. ordered 2 chicken mozzarella salads. I was told they were all out. I don't understand how a restaurant that primarily sells hamburgers, runs out of salads.
anyway, proceeded to try to order 2 other salads. I say try because the person taking my order either couldn't comprehend or just refused to understand what I was saying. I had to say several times 1 power mediterranean salad full size, and 1 spicy caesar full size. after going back and forth a few minutes, I guess he just gave up and asked me did I want anything else, so I added a double stack, jr. cheeseburger deluxe, and a strawberry passion fruit chiller.
when I got to the window, they were looking at me and whispering to each other like there was a problem, but said nothing to me. I paid the total in cash, (over$20) received my order, or what I thought was my order, and asked for a ranch dressing. I received 2 buttermilk ranch dipping sauces. after that, I asked for my receipt and was met with a blank stare. so I figured I should just be on my way.
on my way home, I noticed that my drink tasted like water with a hint of strawberry flavor added to it. disappointed. once I arrived home and took the food out of the bag, we noticed that there were 2 spicy caesar salads. the burger orders were correct. well my wife doesn't eat spicy food, and she was disappointed. so she ate a bowl of cereal because of their mistake. I probably won't be going back to this location for awhile, and i'll be sure to tell my friends and coworkers about my experience.

Wendy’s wendy's cordelia

Worked there for seven months. The manager has a rape charge. Nothing but nepotism. Another female manager was caught showing pornographic pictures of me that were leaked by a police officer and stolen. Also she is a known prostitute. Another female manager has used my stolen dna and has had a child genetically engineered using my stolen dna from when I was 13. Her kids 17 i'm 30. Nothing good I was forced to quit.

Wendy’s poor service

I sat in this line over a hour and waited the line didn't move or nothing, the line is wrapped around the building. This doesn't make any sense at all maybe if they had more workers they could get something done. Every time I am here poor customer service they aren't doing there job why run a business if you can't make money that's why they don't have get customers because you sit in long so line and wait.
