Wendy’s management

Carman the manager gave me a hard time about bringing my food back. She was very rude and disrespectful. The food I had purchased was cold and my kids would not eat it. I purchased it on 6/22/17 at 1:30pm. I returned it the next day with receipt. She needs training in customer service. I eat at this restaurant often and never had a problem until now.

Wendy’s chicken bacon sandwich

So I got the four for four thing and you know what there is the end of a tomato on my sandwich what the [censor] [censor] I don't want no Crusty Brown thing in the middle of my tomato who wants a freaking end of a tomato I want a juicy slice of tomato not one that has mostly tomato skin on it which is disgusting you better start trying to get me some coupons or I'll take it to your manager

Wendy’s baconator

Went through the drive thru at the Noblesville Indiana Wendy's.(clover rd.) made it all the way home to find that my sandwich was raw! Not just pink. RAW! I called and they told me to come back and they would replace it. I drove all the way back to the stride and the manager(Miguel ) attempted to correct the issue. Thinking surely the issue was corrected I went back home to find that I did not have a baconator at all but a double with everything! I do not like vegetables on my sandwichs hence the reason for ordering the baconator. So now I'm still hungry and not making a third trip. I would leave my receipt information but I did not get one! VERY UNSATISFACTORY!

Wendy’s employee in drive thru told me wendy's no longer has the cod sandwich, even though it was clearly on menu.

We went through Wendy's drive thru on Russellville Rd. in Bowling Green, KY and I tried to order the cod sandwich, but the employee informed me they no longer serve it. But there was a sign by the speaker promoting the cod sandwhich! Wendy's shouldn't promote something if they don't have it. I was disappointed that I couldn't try the sandwich for the first time.

Wendy’s inedible food (jr bacon cheeseburger)

Today I stopped at Wendy's for a quick burger on my way to work. It was about 11:45 am and they were polite and fast but once I went to eat my burger I noticed the lettuce was old an brown which threw me off because I always go there due to fresh delicious food. I though no biggie it happens and tore off the bad part beginning to eat. I got 2/3s of the way thru my burger and was completely grossed out because the next bite revealed an black curly hair within the mayo of my burger. First off my hair is blonde and secondly is was too short and too curly to be a hair from someone's head if you catch my drift. I don't know anyone there so im unsure why an employee thought it was okay to poison unsuspecting people with this nastiness. Some cruel joke. I have been literally sick to my stomach all day and didn't even eat it but the thought of it and the what ifs of if there might have been more that I unknowingly ate is enough to nauseate a person for weeks. I only pray I don't get sick. To be honest I would have went back an both shown/complained had I not had to be at work. This is heartbreaking to me that people are so gross and disappointing because we have never had a problem, it's my childrens favorite place to go. We won't return and my only request is that you please send someone to re train and investigate the problem to keep it from happening to others. It's simply unacceptable.

Wendy’s my baconator

I took a picture of my sad and quite frankly inedible Baconator. I would have taken it back but frankly... I wouldn't eat another one. I live less than a mile from the store.
I like The Baconator and it really crushed me that this is what your store on Toronto rd in Springfield Illinois, served me. This is an outrage. I attached a picture of it as I opened it fresh outta the bag. Would you eat that. Seriously. This is not the standard. This is not what you go to Wendys for. I pay Wendys prices for the quality of the food. Quality. This is not that. It's a shame.

Wendy’s food and service

There was a piece of plastic in my hamburger! Called store #[protected] North 56th Street, Temple Terrace, FL 33617) was told there was nothing they could do.

Really!? Wow!

We ordered for hamburgers and one order of fries two hamburgers went in the trash so did the fries. We left and went to DQ and ordered food. Nice!

Wait...I think I hear Dave Thomas rolling over in his grave!

Wendy’s parking in wapakoneta ohio

This restaurant "has handicapped parking", but it is located at the very back of the building, by the trash dumpsters. Wouldn't you think it might be possible to have handicapped parking a little closer to the doors, so that handicapped people might actually have an easier time getting into the place to eat? Kind of seems like the whole point of having handicapped parking, or is it really just meeting some requirement that they are trying to achieve?

Really think about this, it doesn't take much to see that they are only trying to meet a requirement, not really providing any kind of caring / consideration.

Wendy’s management

Wendy's in Temple Texas off the N.W loop.. They hired a crew member name Renne Wright..She is very wrong in all ways very disrespectful. She should be a supervisor and mind her own business. She is not suitable for this position she is in at the moment. I think and believe since she loves to write people up is fine but why as a shift manager gives her the right to argue with her employees in front of customers.. If you all don't remove her from that position Wendy's is only going to get worst.I worked with her a couple of times till she wrote me up for bumping into her and I told her sorry so she went off on me once again in front of a customer. .Store number 08411 Temple Tx.

Wendy’s customer service

It really stinks that your customer service is so bad because I love the food at Wendy's. Over the years I've endured the worst service from Wendy's than any other fast food establishment that I visit regularly. Several years ago, when I was pregnant, I ordered a chili from the Summerville SC Dorchester Rd Wendy's and asked for extra chili sauce at the window. Before the clerk could give me another packet, the manager yelled at her that I don't need more than one extra pack. After I explained that I asked for more, the manager then started yelling at me through the window about how I don't need more chili sauce. I was furious - obviously, for it to still irk me 10 years later. Yes, I reported that episode, along with several others over the years. This mistreatment of customers continues in the Charleston tri-county area. The latest most upsetting episode came after sitting with my father at Trident Medical Center in North Charleston. On the way home on June 5, looking for some comfort food, I placed my order at the Wendy's on Hwy 78 by the hospital, paid for it, and as I drove away, realized they didn't hand me my actual order. They just gave me what was convenient for them. I went back and the clerk acknowledged, "yes, that's what I entered", but couldn't understand that the order she entered wasn't the order I received. She became snotty, 6 or 7 other employees gathered around the window and began laughing at me trying to explain that I just wanted what I paid for. I finally got so angry at their behavior and disrespect that I just left and threw the whole order in the trash. As many times as I've complained, your customer service in the South Carolina low country area has only gotten worse. Further, now I don't even trust them not to spit in my food or something worse. Sadly, I refuse to give Wendy's any more of my money. I get better treatment from other restaurants. I hope you all can get your employees to treat their customers better. Nobody should be paying these people money for the way they treat others.

Wendy’s service

On May 30, 2017 I attended Wendy's Restaurant in Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada #[protected], 650 St. James St...receipt #[protected]. I ordered a son of baconator combo and asked the person serving me to give me a water instead of the soda pop that came with it as I didn't want to drink pop...but was willing to pay the full combo price. The girl handed me a tiny small glass of water...I said that I wanted the same size glass as that came with the combo...just didn't want pop in it. She said she was only allowed to give water in the small glasses. I again explained and argued with her that I had paid for a combo and to just put water in the combo glass instead of pop. She again said she wasn't allowed too. HOW STUPID CAN SOMEONE BE! Finally gave up arguing with her as she just couldn't see my point. Is this what our world has come too...people truly cannot think things through logically. Can't believe I had to argue over such a senseless request! WATER...REALLY!

Wendy’s wendy’s employee

When I pulled up to the window the girl was talking about me to another employee saying she can't stand me it's something about me she don't like. So she handed me back my card and slammed the window shut. When I got my food she just handed it to me without saying anything else. Usually if someone else was there they would tell me to enjoy or have a night day. Looked in my bag for a receipt so I can do a survey on her and wasn't given a receipt. She definitely doesn't need to be working there after the experience I just had!

The staff was very rude the mangers are very rude yelling at the other crew members is really rude if she doesn't wanna work here she should've stayed hom bad service it looks like the team member was under a lot of pressure the front was busy not cats on driver thru the manger and other staff members was gossiping in the corner like wth is this Bree was very helpful

Wendy’s spicy chicken

I've never written in or complained about service in my life. I'm an easy customer. Today, my spicy chicken has a fraction of chicken. It's pretty much just a fried sandwich. I've noticed for the past few years the chicken portion has been declining. Now, it's getting to an insulting point. It's not just a today, and not the cook. It's on you guys. And for what's it's worth, after spending $35 I did not get my fries with my meal. I can forgive a mistake like that but your almost $5 spicy chicken that offers no chicken is insulting. Insulting enough that I'm going elsewhere next time. If you'd like to email me, please do and I'll send you a picture of your product. Again, this is not a one time thing. [protected]@gmail.com

Wendy’s spicy chicken sandwich was uncooked

As of last night 6/10/17 I have now had 2 sandwiches that were not thoroughly cooked. I figured the first time was just a spoof being fast food an all but now I see it as a problem not only for me but you as a company. I feel you should address this matter fairly quick before somebody gets sick from eating raw chicken. They also kept getting the order wrong and took us 30 minutes to get our food while we were in the drive through.

Wendy’s customer service and cleanliness.

June 2nd, 2017 at around 7:15pm at the Jupiter Wendy's located at 626 W Indiantown Rd, Jupiter, FL 33458

I went into the restaurant with the expectation of getting a grilled chicken sandwich and a baked potato with butter. When I walked up to place my order i told the clerk I wanted a chicken sandwich, she pointed to her computer monitor. Then I said I wanted a baked potato with butter, she didn't know what butter was, or meant, because she couldn't understand english. Then I just said to forget the potato and just got the sandwich. The when I ordered an unsweetened tea and asked for sweet n'low, she didn't know what that was.

As I left the counter with my food, I noticed there was milkshake on both the wall, and the floor. In the dining room, there was food on several tables, and on the floor. No effort was made by any employee to clean anything the entire time I was there. When I was leaving, I tried to get a refill of my tea, and no employees were even visible, no clue where they were. I will not be returning.

It's a little ridiculous that my order can't be taken properly at my local Wendy's. There should be a cashier available at all times who can speak english! Inexperienced, and untrained staff should also not be left at the front. Serious management problem at the place!

Wendy’s experience

I'm a regular at Wendy's in Chicago Heights IL, I've always ordered the #7 sandwich. 1st problem is they closed early at 11:15pm on 6/7/17, went back on 6/8/17 and told the cashier and she didn't care because she had a terriable attitude, and last night pushed me over because I decided to buy the meal and not only the cashier didn't listen because she tried to charge me for a medium but not only that my food was terrible, bacon was burnt and my fries look like they were found in the back. I'm very disappointed because I'm pregnant and this is what I crave, something needs to be done. The morning crew shouldn't be the only one that provide fresh food and customer service.

Wendy’s service at wendy's restaurant #[protected]

I went to Wendy's and I wanted a large frosty so I orderd one but they told me that they were done selling frostys for the night so I said ok and was fine but when I picked up my drink and tried to take a sip the whole drink fell everywhere in my car because the lid was not on properly then I ate a French frie and it was as very dry I am a frequent customer of the Wendy's near my home and was very disappointed when I stopped at the Wendy's in Metairie it's a shame that sevice is not consistent

Wendy’s your food

We just ordered from your North Myrtle Beach, SC location. It was by far the worst experience we've ever had. To start, our meal wasn't right. I ordered 4 $5 meals. The Apple pies were forgotten, the fries were soggy, cold and undercooked and the burgers were so overcooked and cold it was chewy. We waited more than 20 minutes for us to get out fries which doesn't make sense. The fries should have been fresh but they were the complete opposite. Also, we had to wait so long 3 cars behind us left! Your business lost business! Considering my bill was over $25, it should have been right! We will not be returning to your store and we will be telling others about our experience.

Wendy’s chili options

I was dissapointed to find that your menu does not have many vegetarian/vegan options. In todays society there is a growing demand for more options including vegetarian and vegan and I think it would be beneficial for you and your customers if you came out with a vegetarian chili. If you need resources to back up this wise decison i recommend the netflix documentary Cowspiracy and How Not To Die. Both are great reflections of the new health conscious minds today. Thanks
