Wendy’s eva she's the manager

I came into the restaurant at around 10:45 right after they had opened and I couldn't even get proper customer service because of Eva the manager screaming at her employees. This is not the first time I've witnessed this. How can you hold a position if you can't be professional that's definitely not good for buisness and having to wait on my food because of her screaming at an employee is ridiculous.

Wendy’s chili

I had ordered a small chili from Wendy's a couple months ago and was seriously disappointed. I had asked for onions, and I literally got 1/3 of the cup full of onions. I hadn't been back since, and I went today and ordered chili again. This time there are huge chunks of what seems to be a hamburger patty throughout and I'm so grossed out by this! Wendy's needs to get some sort of uniform training on how to prepare food across all locations and also how to use common sense with customers orders, because this is ridiculous. I thought Wendy's would have better standards than this.

Wendy’s general manager making sick employee work

I used to work at the Wendy's location on Andersen RD in Vancouver WA 98665. Tonight on October 5th I ended up getting sick from something I ate and throwing up while on break from my shift at said location. I reported immediately to my general manager Christopher Couture that I had gotten sick as is says to do in the health code. Instead of sending me home my general manager Chris had me make chili meat. He then sent another manager Mckenzie Thomas to ask me to give another coworker a ten minute break, I let her know that I had thrown up and wasn't sure it was safe for me to be around the food due to the health code. Her only response was "I'm sorry, that sucks, I'm just following orsers". I ended up letting my general manager Chris that I was leaving due to me being at the store against health code at 8pm. His only response was "I could stay and work a little longer". I'm not an angry ex employee looking for revenge, I'm just letting you know of a health safety situation that I thought you should know about.

Wendy’s cold four dollar hamburger

Wednesday evening, October 4, 2017 10:30-ish PM

If I'm going to pay $4.39 for a "single" hamburger, for starters, that hamburger better be right off the grill. Not having sat at room temperature for a half hour or more Right off the grill, babe! $4.39 isn't chump change. Wendy's prices have never been cheap, but the product supposedly sells on quality NOT SPEED of service. They handed me that bag through the window in less than 2 minutes. When I got home less than 3 minutes later, I had a cold hamburger. UGH!

I didn't wet my palate for a Wendy's hamburger all day to have a cold hamburger slung through a window in record time like I was some feral dog and wouldn't know the difference.

You won't see me around again for a long, long time.

Was it my vehicle? My courteous voice? Too many customers that wouldn't know the difference? Just what made you think you were going to get away with that cold food baloney? At a price of $4.39 no less!

Wendy’s restaurant opened almost 15 mins late, employees admitted this happens a lot

On the morning of 10/05/2017, my son and I stopped by the Wendy's restaurant #[protected] 9930 19th Ave. SE Everett, WA 98208. We were there about 10 mins before opening, which was supposed to be at 10am. Not only did the diner not open on time (it was almost 15 mins after 10 before they opened) but the employees did not seem apologetics at all. While we were waiting outside for the place to open, there were several employees coming in and out of the diner, yet no one could tell me what's going on. Finally almost 15 mins later, someone came and unlocked the door, she offered a short apology but it was obvious to me that she did not really care. When I got up to order I asked the cashier for the managers name and number. This employee's name was Shailah. Shailah seemed confused as to why I would be upset about them opening so late and she said sarcastically "well we can't serve you food if we're not prepped". I asked her why didn't they have prep finished before opening. At about this time, the first lady that I spoke to (the one who opened) came into our conversation and told me she was indeed the manager and that this happens alot. I think it's really unprofessional that the restaurant would typically open 15 mins late, none of the workers seemed to think this was a problem. At this point I was pretty fed up, it was pretty evident that the team of employees didn't care. So I decided I would follow up with someone higher up like corporate. I asked the manager what her name was 3 times and she ignored me each time, so I asked the cashier who took my order and she also refused to give me her managers name. The name of the cashier was Shailah. I think the way this was handled was completely unprofessional and I will not be going back to this restaurant again. Someone needs to look into this and find out why they are often opening late. I also think that these employees need to be retrained on how to treat their customers. They showed absolutely no remorse for what had happened, in fact they acted as if my complaint was unreasonable and not one person took me seriously. It's ridiculous that an employee would straight up ignore a customer. I wasn't yelling, swearing or being difficult. Their response was totally uncalled for.

Wendy’s counterfeit money received from manager

So after a really long time i havent been to wendys due to my food poisioning experience. Decided to give it another try...Yesterday I went to a Kirkland wendys, which I can get the exact address if needed, I go and purchase a chicken sandwich. I only had $100 on me, so the cashier took it and gave it to the manager, manager went to the back and came back with the money. $90 was my change. Today I go to a store to buy food and 2 out 4 $20s were counterfeit. They confiscated the bills. I'm super dissatisfied about this experience, they were trying to have the police called on me!

Wendy’s taco salad take out

Hello,

I ordered for a Full Sized Taco Salad for a take out. This was the first time I tried Taco Salad so I didn't know what all it takes to make it. I was super excited though. Upon reaching home I opened the bag and it had a Salad box, sour cream and Tortilla chips. I started to eat and realized something was missing. I checked few YouTube videos on Taco Salad review and learnt that I was not given Salsa and Chilli. It was too late for me to drive again to get that and lost my patience. So my first time Taco Salad experience was not good. Wendy's is my favorite but very disappointed with this experience.

Wendy’s 4 for 5 meal deal

I've recently seen an advertisement that there is a special out on a meal deal that advertises 6 piece nugget, medium fries, medium drink and "giant" burger and I went to go get it today I went to the Wendy's in bordentown new jeresey and they charged me near 7$ for the meal and it was basiccly only a 4 for 4 when I opened the bag. Small drink small fry and only 4 nuggets but the burger was right. I didn't have time to go back and say something because I had to go back to work and I was hungry but I was really hoping for that 4 for 5 meal deal instead of a regular 4 for 4 for 7$. If I known I would of just gotten a regular 4 for 4 and I am very disappointed

Wendy’s wendy's store on255, canfield ave hayden id.

I'm complaining about the flag that's at the Wendy's locatoin in Hayden, ID. At dusk you should have a light shinning on the flag if it's not taken down for the evening and especially today of all days you do not have the flag flying at half-staff to honor the victims that were killed in Las Vegas. The young people in the store don't understand flag etiquette and this should be enforced by corporate. I hope you guys can take care of this, thank you.

Wendy’s customer service

My daughters walked into Wendy's on Muskingum dr Marietta ohio. They had coupons for each a free frosty and ordered a large lemonade. They waited 15 mins while watching other customers be waited on. They asked 4x about the lemonade and we're told we are getting it. I walked in and asked for a manager, I didn't want the lemonade anymore just my money back. I felt it was ridiculous for them to wait that long. I am handicapped and it is very hard for me to get in and out but I walked in. A worker named Atlas, told me we had a rush, it takes time. No apology for waiting nothing just bold and rude. I again asked for a manager, and said 15 mins is ridiculous to wait for a drink. He handed me a half full cup and said here you go. I again said I don't want it just my money back. I told him to stop being rude and to get the manager. She finally came and gave me my money but she'd been in my eye sight the entire time. She heard everything and said nothing. Still no apology or anything. We left and the boy named Atlas was outside behind the store, as I pulled around he made a very inappropriate hand gesture at my car. I have never been treated with such disrespect. I will not be back to that store!

Wendy’s service

Putting in a complaint on the store 5103 Jonestown rd Harrisburg pa 17112. I went through the drive-through needless to say I had to wait 20 minutes through the drive-through even to get my order taken then I put in my order and of $26 I receive my order and pull out of the drive-through. Take it Then come to find out I do not have two of the items that I ordered which was a combo 1 and a nugget combo. Service there was absolutely horrible they Must of had like two people workingOne of which was the manager which seem to have an attitude to begin with. I will never return to this location again the service was horrible and to top it off I didn’t not get two of my items in which I ordered and by that time it was too late I was not running back to the restaurant I will definitely leave a bad review on this restaurant again it was horrible and it was horrible service

Wendy’s quality of food

So I came in Cromwell Wendy's drive thru last night after 10:30 and all of my food was cold! I ordered a 4 for 4 my JBC was cold, the fries were old and not hot and my nuggets had white stuff on it weren't so warm either Never coming to this Wendy's ever again and the manager was very rude. The quality of the service wasn't great at all, food could've been cooked hot but overall I'm disappointed and not coming here again. 1 star rating

Wendy’s junction city, ks store

My family and I have been to this store numerous times because it is the only store in our town. The past 6 times, they had no baked potatoes. Also, three times, we got ice cold chili, taco salad that had been left out because the leafs were black. We have sworn officially to never go back because of how awful this store is. I hope something is done because of how many people have hated this store and will avoid it at all costs.

Wendy’s cold food, indifferent service...

Red Bluff, California location. Repeat problems with cold burgers and buns and indifferent service. No correction of problem. Repeat requests to make sure the food isn't cold goes unnoted and uncorrected. I've had the same problem at the Orland, California location, especially with the chicken sandwiches that arrive with cold and mushy breading and buns. Aren't customers getting sick? Is anyone else complaining? I can't imagine that I'm the only one. I paid $10.00 for an inedible lunch and the only resolution that the Wendy's restaurant in Red Bluff would do to accommodate me was to refund me the $3.00 (Approx.) for the cold burger I received. They wouldn't refund for the rest of the meal that I wouldn't eat. They said there was nothing wrong with the rest of it. I went to McDonalds. The food was fine.

Wendy’s order taking

The lady taking our order has a bad attitude while speaking to us. We asked for a baked potato and she said there werent any. Half an hour later we asked again and she said it was an hour until they would be ready. In other words, they had nothing prepared until someone complained about there not being any. Everyone was standing around not doing anything at all. Bad service over all.

Wendy’s wendy's on chapel hill road, morrisville, nc - harassment and intimidation

My fiancé and I yesterday at 9:35pm went to the Wendy's on chapel hill road in morrisville nc last night. We drove up to the window expecting to be greeted by someone who was respectful, courteous and someone who would take our order. I was going to get a coupon when someone on the speaker said "come inside and play with me" I said "what?" He said "come inside and play with me hahaha, I want to play with you"... in a creepy eerie voice. I later found out this man was daushaun Bronson. I was shocked and my fiancé was too. I didn't say anything then he said "why do you look so shocked? Come inside and play with me..." this was harassment and intimidation not to mention beyond inappropriate what if our children had been with us? I thought Wendy's was meant to have standards and be family friendly. At this my fiancé said enough of this and drove up to the window where the manager was. She didn't give us her name but had long red hair and seemed to not know what was happening. There was an African American girl with a headset next to her who seemed to have known or heard what daushaun had said. She was quiet. We told the manager what happened and she just said she was sorry. We asked for him to be sent on break so he wouldn't be near our good she didn't seem to do that either. The other girl mumbeld "you got us in trouble"... so clearly she had heard what happened. Clearly the manager didn't care about our experience as her customers and Wendy's customers so we asked to have her mangers name and number Matt Erikson. We are reporting this since intimidation shouldn't be allowed nor should harassment. I work at Cisco and know thousands of parents who wouldn't want to be subjected to this.

Wendy’s food

I went to Wendy's in Lincoln Heights, OH, around 11:20 on 9/29/2017. I bought a 4 piece nugget and a small chocolate frosty. The cup that I received with my frosty in it reeked of cigarette smoke. Now I don't know how or why but I hope they weren't smoking inside the place of business. I'm not asking for a free frosty or anything in return, I'm just trying to make sure that nobody smokes inside. Even if you're an employee.

Wendy’s morehead ky service and food

I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes and watched the employee chit chat with a car and held the entire line up. When we finally got up there to get our food, half of our food was missing. We went back in after checking our order and it took an additional 15 minutes to be helped. The fries were cold, not seasoned and just raw mush. My sandwich was dressed with green tomatoes. I was so fed up that I just tossed the food because it was disgusting. Never usually have a problem but this visit was ridiculous. Rude and unhelpful employees.

Wendy’s I was recently wrongfully fired

My name is Anthony Harris I was just fired from wendy's here in mt vernon illinois because me an a manager had exchanged words back in forth. I have worked for them for at least 8yrs and it has never been this bad in the store the management there is crap there is no structure and when we have employees meeting the employees can't express there feeling and how the feel about how things are in the store. The reason I had got fired there was nothing done that the prep people was to do a lady came through drive threw and ordered a tea with lemon but there wasn't any and everyone was in the office when I said something to the manger but she started getting smart with me like go ahead and text the district manager or the General manager but I couldn't because they was in a meeting I went threw the proper way to thing but nothing was getting done so we started arguing on front line and I was a crew leader but when she said that why I still have my name tag and you don't have yours that's when I told her that I could do her job better then she could. So the other manger that was there she wasn't in the building but when she can back form break the too mangers talk and that's when she had sent me home. When I took my uniform back that when I found the General manager told me that the person that I argued with did not write the statement someone else did and the General manager has no reason to lie to me.

Wendy’s I found a tooth in my chicken nuggets

I was not given a receipt when I paid trough the drive through. It was around 4:45 PM on Wednesday, September 27 at 4S Ranch Common’s 10536 Craftsman Way San Diego, CA 92127. I went through the drive through and ordered 20 chicken nuggets and a baked potato. Me and the 4 year old that I babysit we're eating chicken nuggets when I bit on something hard as rock and thought I had cracked my tooth. I pulled it out only to realize that I had chomped down on a TOOTH. What if the girl I babysit for was the one who chewed into it? What if she choked on it? This is unacceptable and disgusting.

Oh and this incident also cost me my babysitting job. When I was sitting for the four year old she told me that she had to use the washroom. I was complaining about the tooth to you guys at the time. I told her to shut up. But she started crying because she had an accident. I slapped her across the face because she should have told me earlier. I told the brat not to tell her parents and she did anyway, and they fired me.They are also considering pressing charges.
