Wendy’s horrible services

On 5/16/2018 at approximately 7:00PM my husband and I visited the Wendy's in Gordonsville, VA. When we arrived, there was a small line with one individual and a group of 3 men. Another group of 3 men were waiting on their food. We waited in line for over 20 minutes. During that time, the group of men waiting on their food never got their food. They got one sandwich on the tray and said they would have to wait longer on fries. The lady at the register only took orders from the one individual in line and then one person in the group of 3 men right before we left. The lady at the register was working hard, the problem was she was the only one working. She was putting together orders for the drive-through, putting fries in the fryer, running around doing multiple things while everyone else just stood there. Not even cooking. The drive-through attendant just stood looking at a screen. We finally left along with everyone else behind us. Went across the street to Arby's for very friendly service, no wait and everyone working hard. Never had to walk out of a fast food place without ever ordering before.

Wendy’s customer service

On May 15th at 9:45 pm I went to the store on North Valley Mills in Waco Texas. There were 2 cars ahead of me in the drive thru. I was in the line for 30 minutes before I finally got to the speaker. I figured there was so kind of problem due to the amount of time the two cars ahead were at the speaker. When I finally got to the speaker I was told they couldn't serve me. I'm not upset because they couldn't I am upset because if they knew they were experiencing difficulty they could have sent someone out to let me know I might possibly not be able to order and I would have gone elsewhere. Needless to say I left in a very bad mood. I'm not sure if I will go back to Wendy's due to this poor customer service.

Wendy’s sexually harassment

On February 23 2018. I was working in mountain brook with Cedric Crawford at Wendy's in training for manager. Cedric Will talk under my clothing make me send in pictures in order yo get off work early then he will clock me out at the time i suppose to been worked. While im was at work he will bump me the say how soft i am he will also call me i. His off and tell me the things he will do to me. I address it to my supervisor showef him the evidence he remove me from the store were ced was and sent to another store. My supervisor asked me not to say anything about this to anyone cause he haven't talk to Hr about it.

Wendy’s the food!

I bought a Son of Baconator and a Large Fry after work today 5/16/18. Ate them on my way home from work.I had a busy day so it was the only thing I ate all day. By the time I got home and got upstairs, I was on the toilet off and on for the next 2 hours! No doubt in my mind it was Wendy's food I just ate. Not sure what if anything can be done. But I am done with Wendy's for ever. Everytime I see the Wendy's sign or smell the food it will bring right back to today. No thanks do not wana eat it again!

Wendy’s drive thru at greece location on 104

5/14/18...Ordered three drinks and food. When the girl at the window handed me the tray it looked bent. Sure enough as soon as she let go. All three drinks landed in my lap. All over the inside and outside of my car. I handed the cups back and pulled to the side. A few minutes later a young man came out not knowing where the food was going. All cleaned but soaked and sticky realize we have no staws. So pants wet... I walk in to get straws and over hear the drive thru workers laughing. So I did tell the lady at the counter I was not happy to begin with and them laughing at me wasn't helping the situation. I told them they should not be handing broken drink trays to anyone. She apologized. And I left. I spent 2 hrs when I got home cleaning my car. Not what I had planned for my Monday afternoon.

Wendy’s horrible service

Earlier today I was in Wendy's and had the most horrible experience ever. The staff the kitchen and the manager all were unprofessional speaking over you in Spanish not acknowledging the customer walking away in the middle of an order to do something else as we sat in the dining room things escalate it to the managers 3 kids running around and screaming jumping all over tables running between people's legs and hiding as they're eating customers that were online and myself for all wondering what the heck was going on. The manager decided to do nothing about the situation even though we had mentioned that her husband was sitting there in the corner doing nothing either he wasn't even eating he's just sitting there and it seemed like they thought they were at their own house the kids even went behind the counter where the Friars were at where people were cooking running through the kitchen nobody did anything the manager did nothing the staff in the kitchen did nothing I think they were all family they all spoke Spanish and people in the Drive-Thru we're coming in the Rain from outside to fix their orders because they couldn't get it right and I remember a guy coming in three times because the order was wrong to go drive thru they didn't speak much English so they probably didn't understand people's orders he had two points to the menu to tell them this is what he keeps ordering and that's not what he's getting the place was upside down again the manager didn't nothing she sat there I would like this manager to be penalized for her being unprofessional and not doing her job this needs to be heard and seen we had took a small video wish we would have gotten more

Wendy’s fire kristen miller!!!

I want to make a complaint about a Wendy's employee named Kristen miller she works at the Wendy's in northeast MD she is very disrespectful to all of the customers and she is racist she calls black people [censored] she spits in peoples food she has a bad attitude problem she needs to be fired right away because she is a disgraceful [censored] she gives Wendy a very very very bad name if you don't fire her you guys are lose a lot of customers so please please Fire Kristen miller because she doesn't belongs at Wendy's she's a rude fat [censored] !

Wendy’s front counter. 30 min wait time.

I waited at the Washington Ave Endicott NY 13760 wendys and waited 30 minutes before anyone even said hello. I finally placed my order and waited 10 minutes for that as the women manager kept looking at me standing in line. No apologies nothing like they didn't even care. I'm dissappointed and will never visit the one again. Funny because they weren't even busy. Drive thru was dead. I just stood there. This is unacceptable and I'm not even sure why I am reporting this as I know nothing will be done. Management just stood there. Sad wendys.

Wendy’s timing of close

I came through a Wendy's drive thru around 11:45 on 05/9/18 and they rejected my order when I came to the window the manager said that they are closed and not taking anymore orders, but the car in front of me received food and service, please do something about this immediately. I looked up the closing times for this store and it says that they were supposed to close @12.

Wendy’s food

Tonight my girlfriend stopped once again at wemdys on 2100 Ross Clark circle to bring dinner to me at work. I have a severe allergy to eggs and can't have mayo other than the fact it makes me nauseous to even smell it. I was on the phone with her for 18 minutes while she was in the drive thru with one customer ahead, who was longer than usual because thier order was wrong, before receiving the order. She was charged more for the sandwich and side because of not wanting the drink, which is "ok". But when she gets home guess what. A gallon of mayo for the second time in 3 visits. My 3 children and I eat at Wendy's A lot on my weekends with them because we are on a budget and I refuse to eat at any other burger place except sonic. But to go out of your way to support a brand that doesn't care about service at all puts my loyalty there where McDonald's is. It's more work to put mayo on a burger than to leave it off. Definitely less work than typing this because nobody will answer a phone at the store or hotline. A response would be appreciated. If not, a few more dollars at the grocery store would probably be the same. Thank you.

Wendy’s misrepresented the guacamole chicken bacon salad.

I ordered the large with what appeared on the sign to be a double sized tray, with 2 ice cream size scoops sized portions of guacamole.

The tray was 5 x 5', I said ..figures. I'm not even sure what I paid cuz I got no receipt.

Any way...I rushed home w dinner, and, said, can't wait to see the size of those scoops of guacamole, again which appeared On the menu to be big icecream scoops.
I opened it up it was expertly put together and looked appetizing. Here's the clincher, Not even a tsp. Size spoonful of guacamole. WTHeck

I was bull. Enough to stop eating and zip off to you this email. To make sure your manager at the store in Marshfield, MA. HAS an immediate employee meeting. Perhaps I'm guessing the employee, a young pretty girl, at the drive thru window, w/dark hair. At approximately 6pm..today. May not have been the culprit who forgot that, but should check the order against the slip before it goes in the bag or out the window at the drive thru.

That said, the salad was good just the same I think I paid too much.

Wendy’s extremely rude!!!

I was in the drive thru and the girl working the speaker was apparently on drugs or drunk because she just said "what"
When I pulled up then started laughing and wouldn't take my order after about 15 minutes of just rambling she got my order or at least I thought she got my order but sadley
She gave me the complete wrong thing, she wasn't wearing a name tag or I'd give you her name.

Wendy’s service and food southside dothan, al

First I am not one to complain but this was the 2nd terrible exprience with the same drive thru worker. She is extremely rude and it is very obvious that she doesn't like her job. She acted like I was putting her out asking if my sauce was in the bag...without looking she said "yeah" that was the only word she ever said to me. But no wasn't in the bag, neither were my crackers, spoon or straw, ketchup or napkins that I asked for. For the 2nd time she has waited on me with the same terrible attitude and left everything out. I even had the wrong sandwich on my son's 4 for 4 again. And couldn't eat my chili without a spoon at work.

Wendy’s avocado chicken sandwich

I recently dined at my local Wendy's in Barnesville, Ohio. I got the avocado chicken sandwich. It was horrible. The chicken was so tough I could barely tear it apart with my teeth. The avocado paired with the chicken was so bland, the worst sandwich I have ever had at a restaurant. I was very angry to have spent $9.00 for such a nasty tasting combo. This experience makes me reconsider wanting to dine at Wendy's in the future.

Wendy’s poor work environment and wrongful fire

Hi my name is Christopher Nielsen I worked for the sandy Utah Wendy's until yesterday when they fired only me cause a new kid didnt do a job right also they haven't been paying me all the money on the pay day and their store is going down the drain there are many code violations like a burnt up wall plug and bad pipes the store always smells like rotting puke in the kitchen also the wall plug by the fry station deep drivers always sparks. And I am going on vacation to south Carolina in 2 weeks and am going to be there for a week and they refused to transfer me up to the store I asked them to so I can still work while I'm up there.

Wendy’s slow service

I was just in drive thru line at Wendy's 2811 Getwell, Memphis, TN
In line approx. 25 min. before I got to speaker...After about 5 more minutes more a voice said "could you wait please?". At that time there was 1 car at window, a long space, then me at the speaker.

After the car drove off, she took my order:
1/2 apple pecan salad with ranch dressing, 3 piece chicken strips with ranch dressing, 1 bottle of water. Price was $10 plus..When I got to window, I watched as she very slowly entered orders in the computer...I assumed she was very new...I commented that they "must be very short-handed today". She said "no". It was the customers not knowing what they wanted to order, that took up time.

Then...she asked me to pull over to" Wait "for my order...after pulling over for about 10 more minutes, I decided to go inside. As I opened my door..someone brought the order out. I had to rush back to work to eat at my desk, since my lunch hour was over. Then I opened the sack...and no ranch dressing at all.

Wendy's is about a 5 min. drive...I left the office at 12:05 and arrived back at 1:05...meaning I spent about 50 minutes in line and/or waiting.
This is my second such experience there in a relatively short length of time.

Wendy’s staff attitudes

The Wendys in Chattanooga Tennessee located on Highway 58 is the worst Wendys ever. The staff is horribly slow, everyone is either eating food as it cooks, talking or texting on their phones or being rude to customers. I will continue to tell everyone about this behavior until something is done about it. Managers are the worse! Especially the short plump lady whose name begins with a T!

Wendy’s food

On april 21st I took my kids to eat at Wendys on Narcoossee rd. Orlando and the ate the Son of a baconator and after that I took them to a sleep over because my wife and I and some friends were going to an Event then I got a phone call saying that one of my sons started to vomit alot and was pale I did not go to the even wich I had bought tickets for and picked him up and left my other son there then the next morning another phone call that my other son started with fever and got pale and also vomiting alot. The only thing they had eaten was at WENDYS.

Wendy’s 4 four meal 2 orden

yesterday 21 April 2018 at 8:40 pm. buy two offer 4 four meal at 11 pm I started with nausea and diarrhea I have a 2 year old boy who ate only the nuggets as he does not know how to vomit he started with diarrhea at 11:10 without until today I could not get there to the hospital since I did not have the strength to get there since my body exposed all the food that was 2 Jr chessburger uñ4 nugget and a side of fried potato my partner took food for his two children both boy are currently in the hospital which is consider an outbreak once you have the hospital document we will be taking a letter to the matter because I lost a day of employment and pain to vomit 9 times a situation I do not want anyone
