Wendy’s drive thru complaint very nasty attitude

July 16, 2018 @ 10:34 pm I pulled into the drive thru to place an order for my family I started to give my order to the young lady and she just kept interrupting me before I can tell her what I wanted so I politely asked her to let me finish then she'd know exactly what I wanted. I finished telling my order she never responded she left the intercom and came back about 2-3 minutes later and asked was I ready to order which was very rude so I had to repeat it again I was in the drive thru for exactly 8 minutes fo a number 2 and a jr. bacon. Once I got to the window I ask the young lady what was her name and can I speak with a manager because I didn't like the service that I was getting she closed the window left came back with my order and told me hsve a nice day then shut the window. I did get her name that was on the tag on her shirt. Her name was Najee, please I love coming to your restaurant but I'd like to be treated with respect just like I give I'm not trying to start any trouble I just didn't like the service can you guys please have a word with her about being kind and talk to people with respect, I use to work at Wendy's years ago I love that place. Again thank you kindly.

Wendy’s Homestyle chicken sandwich combo meal

I visited the drive thru, tonight July 16, 2018, of the Wendys in Miami Gardens, FL on NW 27th Ave. The time was between 8:15-8:45pm. The workers did not put my receipt in my bag.

I ordered the homestyle chicken sandwich combo meal, size small, with a strawberry lemonade. As I drove up to the window to pay, I could smell the odors from the kitchen. IT was HORRIBLE. However, I still payed for the meal, hoping for the best. When I got home, I could only eat a small piece of the sandwich because it was dry. Also, the color was NOT golden brown, but dark, almost black. This is obvious that the cooking oil in the kitchen used to fry the sandwich is not changed on a regular basis. The same applied to the fries which were also dark in color, and had an "old oil" taste.

Based on my experience at this location, the health department should shut it down and management should be changed.

I would like a refund of the $8.13 I spent. I will never return.

Wendy’s My food and service

I went to Wendy's a couple of days ago it is one of my favorite fast food chains in the world, and I ordered my meal and once I told the young girl that it was incorrect she proceeded to tell me that she was not lying and she did it right and told me that I would not complain to anyone and it wouldn't affect her I'm not sure her name because she took off her name tag all I wanted was the meal I paid for it to be correct I've never had an issue like this before it confused and angered me.

Wendy’s service

When I ordered food at the drive thru the girl working was short and rude. When I got to the window she never made any eye contact with me. She NEVER looked at me, acknowledged me, said a word to me. She had someone else collect payment and hand me my food. No one said a word to me. I called to complain and it was The manager who was so rude to me at the drive thru! When I called to complain to the general manager... guess who the general magnet of that store is? Yep, it was her. She never said sorry, never acknowledged that it was her, and never validated my complaint. She has the worst customer service ever! Ogden Ut

Wendy’s service

I'm so sick of the people at your restaurants not letting me order and rushing and then doing a half [censored] job! I ordered a meal and asked for medium which of course got to the window and she hands me a small drink I said I ordered a medium she says he didn't charge me ok fine I just took my drink but then my fries are a medium size and didn't get a receipt so I have no ideal what they charged me for

Wendy’s dt service

Visited the restaurant around 9:30 pm Wednesday June 11. Attempted to order the 4 for 4, but wanted to upsize the drink. Cashier told me no several times, even though I have done this before at this location. I even said I had done this before. Someone did try to speak as I was pulling away. Now I am hungry and have no food after a 12 hour work day.

Wendy’s Customer service

As I was given my food, the worker shoved the bag of food in my hand and made a rude comment. I know the person on a personal note and I think they should leave personal business away from work. I did nothing to provoke this worker and she was just flat out rude. I want something done before this continues to be a problem and Wendy's will lose my business. Thanks.

Wendy’s the service was horrible as well as the over cooked food

Went to wendys at 4801 airline Dr in Metairie Louisiana 70001. Walked in to see about 12 employees in which 6 of them including a manager sitting in the dining room on their phones and talking stood at the counter for 10 minutes before someone took our order never asked if we were dining in or takeout just put our order in a bag and said here its done the chicken sandwich my husband had was way over cooked along with both our order of fries wasn't going to have it reordered being not sure what we would have gotten back as we sat at a table a women and her two kids came in to order which they waited to order just as long and the cashier acted like she was being burden so the woman and her kids walked out without ordering as she left an employee sitting in the dining room said we're off and contined to say I'm glad that [censored] left I'm not slaving myself for anyone as the manager sat there playing on her phone said nothing i never in my life have ever been disgusted by customer service like that before i will never be in a wendys again after that visit.

Wendy’s my meal

Hello my name is trena James today I came into Wendy's restaurant address 5215 spring valley Rd Dallas Texas 75254 date 7/3/2018 time 1:01 pm host Alexis when I first came in nobody said hello how you welcome to Wendy's nobody that's rude two I order a home style chicken combo meal with no tomatoe and a medium fries and a medium drink okay I was not happy about my chicken sandwich it was not done all the way it was still red and inside the meat I m sick to my stomach bright now cause they did not make sure my food was all the way done they only thing I had to eat was my cold friend and my drink and I m very disappointed in my meal and how much I spend which was 8.32 i m not happy at all with the employees or the customer service they don't know how to greet a customer when they see one I will not come back to this Wendy again this is ridiculous

Wendy’s the manager ken was very rude

My homestyle chicken sandwich was dry and burnt the manager was rude when he took my order he made me feel like he didn't want to take my order I stood there waiting to pay with credit card and asked Jim when to swip card he turned around and walked away then came over with an attitude saying when it tells u to this experience makes me not want to eat at this establishment how can u complain to a manager about the head manager

Wendy’s wendy's chili

To whom this may concern:

My name is Nancy Chico and I would like to file a complaint due to the fact that I bit into a penny in my cup of chili. This occurred today July 2, 2018 at the Wendy's located at 190 W. Foothill Blvd Monorvia, Ca 91016. Fortunately, I didn't choke on it nor chip a tooth. I had eaten most of the chili and the last spoonful included the penny. It was a scary moment, but I am grateful theat I am okay.

I frequent Wendy's because I love the chili. This was very upsetting and I can't figure out how a penny got into my cup of chili. Had I been hurt in anyway, I would definitely file a law suit, but thank God, I'm not hurt and I wouldn't want this to happen to anyone else. I have included a photo of my receipt and the cup of chili with the penny in it. Thank you in advance for your attention to my complaint. Hopefully, something like this will not happen again. I am pretty sure I'll be back for some more Chili.

Wendy’s food quality

I would have given a regular receipt review however I didn't even receive my receipt. Worst food and time of service ever tonight at the 21st Street Wendy's in Newark, ohio! Had I checked my order prior to being home, I would have seen a manager. Ordered a bacon and cheese baked potato, which turned out to be very little, shriveled, and old covered in lots of grease, cheese and fatty chewy bacon. So much grease that it went through my bag! My chicken nuggets were hard and old. Barely even warm. The only thing that was good about this experience was my berry cherry tea. Thankfully I had one good item after waiting almost 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru! This store is severely lacking and needs to get it together! Terrible.

Wendy’s customer service

As I was sitting at the drive thru waiting for my order the the young lady working the drive thru window was literally mocking me as I placed my order. This is very rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful as hell! If this is the type of establishment that Wendy's is running then maybe, I should take my money and business elsewhere. This problem at this particular location is totally unacceptable within the work environment when you have employee's who are this dam! Rude and disrespectful to a customer who patronizes this establishment. The incident was on July 2, 2018, somewhere between 1:10 am and 1:15 am in the morning hours. Wendy’s service

Employee who goes by the name Ms. Angela was taking orders for the drive thru. Her attitude was so poor. The tone of her voice was very unwelcoming. I order the 4 for 4 which I'm not to familar with. So I asked Ms. Angela what are the choices. Her response, "look at the menu & figure it out". I could not believe it. Her attitude is unacceptable and poor. She should not be dealing with the customers. And when I brought it to her attention asking her if she was having a bad day or just don't feel like working. She rolled her eyes and turned her back. Her co-workers said everyone had been complaining about her.

Wendy’s salad

June 30, 2018

Dear Customer Services Representative:

My husband and I are writing to complain about our grossly sub-par experience on Thursday 6/28/18 at the Wendy's Restaurant locatied in Pontriac Ilinois at 505 Deerfield Road [protected]).

We both ordered the Berry Burst Chicken Salad and about halfway through his, my husband realized that a bite he had just taken was not chicken, but some awful fish tasting substance. He promptly spit it out and to both our noses, it indeed did smell strongly like ‘fish'. When we asked Beth (the manager on duty) how this could have happened, all she could say was "We don't sell fish". - ? When we 1) reminded her that the ‘chicken' on the Berry Burst Chicken Salad is warmed on site, and 2) tried to reason with her that therefore the ‘fish' had to have been either in the package from her supplier or in her warming oven on site, all she could do (and rather snottily at that) was repeat "We don't sell fish" …. Not once did she apologize or assure us that she would look into it. (she did refund us for my husband's salad).

Additionally, the package almonds that came with both of our salads had expired (their "use by" date was April 11, 2018).

Finally, the restaurant was ‘grimy' - windows and tables hadn't been cleaned in quite some time.

Our general experience with the Wendy's in Lake St Louis MO is much better and for this reason feel you need to be made aware of the serious quality control issues at some of your locations!

Wendy’s customer service

Yes I am making a complaint on your Wendy's location 00011 566 at 11:09 I got off at my job to go get something to eat and I went to your restaurant and why I was on the speaker with your employer trying to understand why I cannot split my bill with my co-workers . We were on lunch break after 10 that's what the gentleman said and he will also informing me that you do not sell spicy nuggets anymore and I guess I was not talking fast enough for your manager she interrupted while we were speaking and was like she's about to go to the next customer and just pretty much telling me I need to hurry up then the young man got back on the mic and I asked him was that his manager and he spoke and said yes at that time when I got to the window I asked for her name he asked me that I want to speak to her and I told him no thank you I will just make a complaint because that was very unprofessional of her to get on the mic and pretty much rush me to get something so they can go to the next customer and I was not try to engage in a conversation with the man I was just trying to figure out what was going on with the circumstances at this particular Wendy's location and I just asked for her name which he said her name was Debbie which I don't know if that's correct or not but she was the manager on duty I will never go to this Wendy's again thank you for reading have a great day

I went to store #3020 and ordered 6 French toast sticks. I drove all the way home (10miles) and I know it may seem petty but I had only 5 sticks, but I did pay for 6 . Please hire people that can count

Wendy’s the store off arapahoe rd.

so I just went thru the drive thru and I spent over an hour in that line because the speaker box is broken. once I placed my order I went home. I never received my baconator fries. 2 of my 3 4 for 4$ sanwiches are wrong and one of the meals are missing nuggets. I asked twice for a receipt that I never got. Them I called the store to complain and got hung up on twice and now that store is refusing to answer.

This is what you have to do did you call them the same night this happen because pick up has trouble giving receipts out but I'm not at that manager don't take care of you call the general manager up cuz if you call the main office up then they lose their profit

Wendy’s rude employees, undercooked food

Went to Wendy's restaurant #[protected], the female that was taking the order was extremely rude, during the order, they did not have some of the common items on the menu ready, and specifically said they weren't making any new, the fries that were ordered were cold, and the chicken nuggets were undercooked and pink on the inside. We were on a trip and it would have been no problem on the items if it had been late, but it was at 7:00pm

This is the 2nd time we bought their spicy chicken and had it served so hard it could not be chewed. We enjoy these sandwiches and often will resort to this for supper instead of cooking.
Now, we have had our supper spoiled twice. It has happened with another of their chicken sandwiches also. The crust is so hard and the chicken so dry, it is NOT enjoyable at all.
4.99 x 2 sandwiches, not worth the price or time to go get them.

Next time you go to Wendy's it takes about 6 minutes to cook a spicy chicken in the deep fryer if you have the time do that
