We think there might be reasons for the company's actions (like not knowing about the complaints), and we would be happy to see them among customer-focused businesses that easily solve customer problems. Wendy’s unauthorized credit card charges/unethical management behaviour

Went to wendy's ordered a 4 for 4. employee rang me up, I swiped my card; it read approved and then she came back and said that it wasn't approved. excuse me? I swiped it again. surprise, it went through... twice. I stayed calm because things happen and I figured the manager could resolve it and no big deal. manager comes over and casually says to me (without asking what happened) the machines do that sometimes, you need to call your bank. I politely repeated what he said to me to make sure that I understood him correctly and he said there was nothing he could do about it and walked off! he walked off!
This point, i'm livid. since he could not conduct business professionally with a calm and overcharged customer, I raised my voice and that seemed to get his attention because I was warning the other customers in the restaurant to be diligent of their money because wendy's is double charging and then trying to justify it by saying it happens all the time.
Completely unacceptable. no apology for a mistake that was clearly not mine. no respect for a customer that wronged by your equipment. it gets worse! I walked out to leave and another customer runs out and says that the manager was saying, and I quote, "she better be glad I didn't call the [censor] cops on her." so, I walk right back in and asked the manager if he there was anything he needed to say. anyone he needed to call? his response, along with fear and shock that I walked back in there, "I don't have nothing to say. I didn't say nothing." I look at another customer and she starts to shake her and mouths the words "he's lying."
All that aside, I had to call my bank and stay on the phone for the rest of my lunch period to clear a screw up by your company. didn't get to eat. and had a non-professional, sloppy, lazy manager dismiss a huge problem. i'm sorry, telling anyone that was just double charged that "it happens all the time, call your bank" is ridiculous. my solution: reach out to this "manager" and let him know that his behaviour is unacceptable. retrain. or fired. fired would be great. that way he can see how important every $5.08 is. so disappointed. hope you-all respond or reach out because I will be blasting this on every social media outlet I can get my hands on. you know, he had no idea that I am a vet on the edge and on meds for ptsd. he put, and probably will continue to put, his crew and himself in danger by talking to customers the way he did.

Wendy’s the drive thru

I am waiting in line in the drive thru for about 30 minutes over a crispy chicken sandwich and a garden salad and a 4 for 4 meal while the employees are outside smoking a cigarette and wendys has about 7 other cars waiting in drive thru ...how is this a fast food restaurantnt when i have been waiting now 35 minutes im very upset and wendys needs NEW EMPLOYEES ACTION NEEDS TO BE TAKEN BEFORE WENDYs LOOSES CUSTOMERS

Wendy’s I am complaining about the employee that laugh at me and my family

I went to the Wendy's at the 7905 Richie Highway and the employee Nickolas #3146 was rude and he laugh when I ask my military discount. I gave him my id and he did not want it and he did not gave us the discount. For a person that serves this country this is unaceptable, and that my daughters saw that. We are done with wendys, they should train the employees to treat the customers with respect

Wendy’s health issues

The store on North Navarro in Victoria, Texas needs to work on health issues. We were in the store on January 24, 2018 around 1:30 p.m.
One of the young men working there went to the rest room wearing his kitchen gloves. He didn't remove them, can back out with them on and went straight to the kitchen to start working again.
I understand the gloves are to be pulled off when switching jobs in the kitchen. If they need to go to the restroom the gloves should definitely be pulled off, before returning to the kitchen to work. Don't think you are supposed to wash your hands with the gloves on. Not sanitary at all.

Wendy’s @ burgers

I ordered two single cheeseburgers Plain I got two loaded with sauce onion tomato lettuce they were bad not what I ordered scrapped everything off one and forced my self to eat it, the other smelled like fish, again scrapped everything off could not eat half of it, the smell was real bad like fish, also my stomach did not feel well after that !, last time for me at Wendys in Mentor, Oh

Wendy’s wendy's store is a blight to our neighborhood

Wendy's store located at 13090 SW 120th Street, Miami, Fl [protected] has become a blight to a beautiful South Florida commercial district. All of the local businesses have repaired their storefronts since Hurricane Irma in September 2017 except Wendy's. This store has done nothing but bring down our neighborhood.

We're gathering customers to boycott this particular store because of their gross negligence in keeping up with the community and their competitors. If you can help, please help.

Wendy’s abusive and confrontational staff

I arrived in your drive thru line around 630pm and with 1 person ahead of me it took until 646pm to place my order. Once we got to the window, we were told to pull up and wait at the door. We watched maybe 10 cars get served and leave before I finally went inside. I came in asking for a manager when this little "mean girl" walked up from behind me commenting rudely all of her excuses to why this $8 meal process was taking 30 minutes to accomplish. Moments later she came back out and flung a bag at me with all of my (cold soggy) fries and chicken nuggets spilled in the bag. At this point, I just want my money back right... so I asked for my money and the name of the sulervisor and she proceeded to ignore me n walk 3 different people their food, going back to the back constantly, while I am still standing there. I knocked and then cracked the door to let someone know I needed help and she charged at me yelling with her hands waving in the air for me to get out n not to touch the door. She comes out yelling at me "You got a problem!? Let's go right now!" Ummm, did I miss something? This girl is literally egging on a physical altercation while their are tons of people in the restaurant. So I tell her that her "nasty attitude is why she will only work at Wendy's the rest of her life." Yes I said that, but I feel it was more of me teaching her, rather an insult. Now this other girl comes out telling me I can't get my money back unless she calls a supervisor. What? Since when? I swear they just run this place like it's their own house. Make it up as they go along. At this point i need to remove myself so I just go outside to leave and as I'm getting in my car she runs up trying to fight me! Telling me that she is 18 and she's the manager and she will [censor] my life up. This other girl is holding her back n I'm just in awe by this point. Her mother should've taught her better than to run up on people, at their vehicles, especially whom she does not know. So all in all it ended up costing me money and gas to go get food that I could not eat and was verbally and almost physically attacked over. And guess what, nothing will be done about it. That's why people don't bother to say anything. They just take it into their own hands, or continue to stay quiet. I chose to FINALLY say something this time, because my family was present at the time this situation took place. It's not right, and something has to be done. It's Wendy's okay. Getting a fists over a frosty isn't what they air on television.

Wendy’s good that's not cooked all the way and just slap together and food being cold not hot

I live in Copperas Cove Texas went through the drive-through at Wendy's and gave them my order and the fries were cooked all the way so they were cold they hamburger was just slop together wasn't even hot and when I called I got nothing but attitude and argument from the person on the phone who tried to tell me she had just cook the fries their management at the store here in Copperas Cove is really horrible somebody should do something about that

Wendy’s horrible customer service and missing food

Today on January 16th 2018
At aprox 4 pm I visited the Wendy's establishment on 697 nw 37th Ave Miami fl 33125 I made a transaction for $11.75 with my card ending in 7310 my order wAs a 4 for 4 a small fries and two spicy chickens now the issues that occurred are as following I was not given a recipept, the apparent "manager" treated me really bad and refused to use the bogo spicy chicken coupon on the Wendy's app saying that it needed to be printed out when on the app it clearly said just to show the code to the cashier not that it needed to be printed out after he spoke with his "boss" he accepted the coupon but once arriving at home I realized they didn't give me the order of small fries and they charged me for it because I did the math that $4 from the 4 for 4 plus the 4.79 for the spicy chicken sandwich which is all that I had received is 8.79 multiplied by 7% sales tax brings it to a grand total of $9.40 but I was charged $11.75. To whom shall read this thank you for time an help

Wendy’s very disrespectful employee

I went to the Wendy's in oak Grove ky 42262 today and this little blond girl was working at the windows she was very disrespectful high off drugs messed my whole oder up when I called to complain she told me to [censor] off so I called the hotline but haven't got a call back from them neither her name was Alyssa never will return to such bad and disrespectful customer service again I mean she was on drugs and really shouldn't be serving any customers under those conditions

Wendy’s Raw Burger

I purchase food on 1-12 2018 at the Wendy's at 147 Bloomfield Avenue in Newark New Jersey store restaurant number 0 0 0 05760 I spent exactly 4358 on my meals I order 8444 double stacker meals and all 6 came Raw that I said to my children for an 4 years old 3 years old when I went back to the store they only refund me the money for my burger not even the who me and they refuse to when I went back to the store about my purchase the food about 4:52 I went back about 5:30 there was no manager will they refuse to let me speak to a manager they said there was no manager on site

Wendy’s incorrect product

I used the Wendy's drive-thru on Marlton Pike in Pennsauken Township New Jersey. It was about 4:40 in the afternoon and I ordered a Baconator meal with a green tea as well as a double stack without onions. I got down the road to my school and proceeded to eat my dinner only to find out that I did not have a Baconator but instead Dave's Famous double. Not only is the pricing correct but I don't like lettuce tomato or onions on my burger either and I would have preferred my bacon. Unfortunately unless I wanted to be late to school there was no way for me to turn around and go back and complain. I tried to call the store directly to speak to a manager on duty but after 3 attempts and nobody answering I decided to look up a way to complain and found this website. I am not happy with the service I received today at this drive-thru though usually 2 to 3 days a week I am quite satisfied at this location.

On Dec 19, 17 ordered 2 (4) Jr Bacon CB (2) Chicken Tenders (2) Ice Tea (2) Fries.
Got home, food was ice cold, tenders tasted bitter as if bad or freezer burn & no sauces.
Spoke to Avery at 439pm, told me no problem. Ask for her or Jimmy.
Went back on Jan 10, 18 @ 440pm.
Jimmy had no idea, never written down. They called Avery, she doesn't remember. 10 minutes later, I walked out. Nobody has a clue what they are doing there.
I would appreciate a gift card for the amount I did spend, didn't eat and threw away. I well not go back to that store, I'm sure there is another that will appreciate my, business.
This is not the first problem at this store. No receipt, overcharge, cold food, old fries.

Wendy’s weekday post midnight delivery/maintenance noise in neighborhood

Hello.
I live four properties away from this said Wendy's at the corner of 145th Street and Hawthorne Blvd in the city of Lawndale, Ca. I have lived st the same address for about eight years now. Over the course of eight years we (neighbors), have endured loud drive-thru speaker sound, post midnight deliveries (drivers slamming ramps and hand trucks, loud music from trucks, etc), and morning "Wendy's" garbage strewn about the street. A few neighbors and me have been talking about making a formal complaint to the City of Lawndale regarding the above issues. We have been tolerant of these issues because we've grown fond of our neighborhood Wendy's, myself and family eating there once, twice a week.
This morning at about 2:31 am we were awoken by the loudest vacuum hooked up to an outside rig? Noise. Loud! Noise increasing with higher motor rpm increase as I can only guess.
I went outside and a few of my neighbors were already outside. Upset like me since we get up early for work (myself, 4 am and couldn't go back to sleep). We didn't want to approach however was causing this loud noise as to avoid a conflict, but a few of us were p...d!
We decided to calling the Sheriff's office but by the time we went back in the noise was dying off so we didn't . Lasted about a good half hour.
Again, love Wendy's, the food, family values and philanthropy behind the organization.
Just some respect toward neighbors (customers), communication to vendors/contractors about after hours noise and common sense.
Hope this can be investigated and resolved without further community action. Thank you for your time.

Wendy’s wendy’s mansfield ma wait time

I tried running through the Wendy's drive through on a slow Sunday night, the parking lot was fairly empty and here was only one car in the drive through in front of me I waited over 10 minutes with one car in front of us then sat at the speaker a couple minutes to place the order and a few more at the payment window for our food, it was a Sunday night and the store was not busy! I Arrived at 5:01 and didn't leave till 5:27 almost half an hour later!

Wendy’s whomever I was speaking with on the phone

I have put in a application a month ago so I called to check on the status of my application, because every time I call there is a excuse as to why I cant speak with the hiring manager. I said "hey is your hiring manager in". She then responded "no", I then asked "do you know when she'll be there". She said "look I dont know" I told her that she was rude and very unprofessional. She said "haha thats why you not working here now" and hung up.! I called back and asked to speak with the manager she then said "I am the manager little girl".

Wendy’s 1 burger

Hello,
My expience to a Wendy's in Salem, Va on 12/23/17.
My husband & I stopped there our way to spend Christmas with my daughter & some family members SC.
I ordered 1 very simple burger with Just ketchup on it. When I was eating it, I thought it wasn't very good, but I thought it was the ketchup. It was very thin & watery. Anyway; we continued our trip & by the time I arrived until We left 5 days later. I was so ill! I had gotten food poisoning from your shops burger. I had a soda & fries to go with my burger but couldn't eat them. I mean to tell you I was sick for two to three days is an understatement!
I had never in my life had things coming from both ends before. This went on for a total of 3-4 days, I totally missed Christmas with my family from SC. I. did Not get to spend any time with my daughter on that trip. I hadn't finished shopping for anyone there because I was to sick to get my head off the pillow! I am telling you all this because, I would not wish what I went through on anyone! If you need to do a clean sweep of that restaurant, do it! NO ONE should ever go through what I did..

Wendy’s fries, chicken sandwich, jr burger, bad experience

I ordered 2 value fries, 6 chicken patty sandwiches with 2 adding tomatoes and 3 Jr cheeseburgers with 1 mayo lett and tomatoe only.. I was told by manager Jesus at the College Station Wendy's to pull around cause they are dropping "fresh". While waiting 20/25min our food finally was done.. I received cold, hard as rocks fries, all 3 burgers were all the way (which was wrong) and cold... there was no tomatoes on the 2 chicken patty sandwiches.. my husband went in 2 times to try to get things fixed and we received new chicken patty sandwiches with which the bun was HARD.. they did give us fresh fries though. I love Wendy's but my experience with them tonight was absolutely bad.. not happy at all.. I can be emailed at [protected]@yahoo.com
