Wendy’s spicy chicken sandwich

Picked food up and brought home for dinner. Chicken was either old, or cooked too long. It was hard, cold and cheese not even melted on it. Ended up throwing away and not able to enjoy dinner with my wife. Also ordered chili, which was good, but also cold. Usually go to this wendy's 1-2 times a month and never had this poor of quality in their food. Very disappointed. Also, website showed they had a Mediterranean salad and when I went to order they said they no longer carry it. Maybe it shouldn't be on the menu if it is not available

Wendy’s a employee smoking crack in uniform touch food product

And wendys employee by the name of shunqucal Hyman was seen smoking crack cocaine in uniforms hours before clocking in on the job later that night. I am not going to have that kind of person serving my kids food to them upon ordering food at a fast food store. Just the thought makes my stomach turn. She could atleast have not had her work clothes on and maybe my wife would not have known where she worked for the most part.

Wendy’s very poor drive thru service. over 1/2 hour in line, and didn’t get to pay.

Went to the Wendy's a little while ago at Berlin/Cross Keys Road in Sicklerville, Nj (the one in front of Home Depot) afterwaiting in line to order, I couldn't get to the window to pay for the order. Over 1/2 hour later, I still didn't get to pay. Frustrated, I pulled out of line to try and pay inside. No one came to assist me at the counter either( time appx 8 pm). I walked out and left. I went to Chick Gil a and got what I wanted right away. This is not the first time I've had very poor service at this Wendy's. The people are miserable. The food is usually warmed over. I don't know why I torture myself at this store. I guess it's the convenience. It appears there was fighting over people being told to go home(cutting hours). If that's the case, fire the franchise owner and close the darn store! People were still in line and didn't move after I left. There was a customer who may have been having trouble with his order. The right thing to do was to have him pull ahead and serve the others in line. Very, very poor service. I'm going to try my best to avoid this Wendy's location in the future. It's a shame, I do enjoy your burgers when they're not warmed over.

Wendy’s abysmal franchise in dacula, ga

This message will not be pleasant but I simply cannot stay quiet anymore. The Wendy's located in Dacula GA in the Hamilton Mill area is an embarrassment to our community. Would you please consider closing it or moving it to another location well away from us? We have a good bit of pride in our community here and are glad to call Dacula home. Our schools are top notch, our crime rate is almost nothing and we have beautiful county parks that people come from all over to enjoy. I can go on and on. The Wendy's in our community clearly does not share our sense of pride here.

I fear that travelers along Interstate 85 come to our exit, as it has a number of fast food restaurants and is outside the high traffic area, and stop for the Wendy's sign. I shudder to think they stop there and form an opinion of our community. The restaurant is dirty, the furniture has chips out of it and looks like there's been a bar fight, the decor is hopelessly outdated and I am scared to walk on the carpet. Is there a Franchise owner present? Is he still alive? How could ANYONE say this is acceptable?

The service is laughable and honestly has become a community joke. The joke is there's an intelligence test during the interview and they hire the people who fail. The last time before today I was there a manager was berating a young person who was clearly on his first day. It was just sad to watch, I walked out and several others did as well because of HER! . MONTHS later I thought to myself "Let's just see if it's any worse…IT WAS!" They couldn't even take my order as something was broken. Are you serious? This isn't even the tip of the iceberg. This franchise is horrible!

Personally, I like Wendy's and stop there myself although I do not typically use the one in my community. I simply must say something at this point. Hamilton Mill's definition of "acceptable" and Wendy's are clearly very different. Will you please consider leaving our community? We would greatly appreciate it.

Wendy’s customer service/ health

On 20May2018 I went to the Wendy's in Overland Park: 8699 Bluejacket St
Overland Park, KS 66214. I waited in the drive-thru with only one car in front of me. It took them 10 minutes to help the person in front of me with nobody in front of them. I pull up to order and was kindly asked what they can order for me. I ordered a number 6 with a diet Dr. Pepper, and a number 7 with an organic tea. The lady said in the drive-thru we only offer diet coke rudely. First of all...there are only pictures of the drinks on the menus (with the meals) and no other options, but the word SODA. I pull up to pay and hand the lady 3 gift certificates I had. She rudely rolled her eyes and said: "Don't you know that you tell us that you have gift certificates." I said, "no sorry I did not know that was a rule." She said, "yes, and my name is Angela." I said "thank you. Good to know." Angela hands the gift certificates to a different drive-thru personelle and the new girl states:"What in the hell are these" Angela then proceeds to say rudely I don't know stupid gift certificates". Trying to make me feel bad for using them. I kept my mouth shut and when I received my food Angela says rudely: There you go, mama. First of all I could hear every worker in that Wendy's and they all have poor customer service. I didn't receive my cards back when asked, but I just took my food and left for home. When I get home both of our chicken sandwiches were not fully cooked and was pink in the middle. This Wendy's is disgusting inside and wouldn't be surprised if the health department didn't throw a fit if they went here. Get these people trained and work on their customer service. Beyond Disgusting.

Wendy’s baconator

I ordered and was charged for a double baconator and when I got home I had a larger cheeseburger thith pickles and onions, I understand they are busy at times but that's no excuse for a bad order it's written won how many screens. Anyways I'm not happy at all with the service and most likely not going back. 25 dollars isn't alot but it is to some people and we deserve better management on these children making our food also put some damn napkins in the day already.

Wendy’s ugly customer service experience

On 05/10/2018 around 6 pm I went to the Wendy's located in Albert Lea, MN. It was busy supper time. The guy taking my order was very rude and you could tell he was not having a good day. He was very sharp and cold taking my order. He kept yelling to me "is that it", when I was ordering he was getting annoyed because I had a few combo orders. I then had, had enough and I told him if he didn't want to be at [censored]ing working that day why was he there. It was obvious to me he didn't want to be there. And yes I did use one the f word because at that point I had allowed his frustration and ugliness rub off on me. He just had this big sigh. I continued with my order and when I tried correcting him on the kids meal order his attitude was even more profoundly ugly than before and he was sighing like he really didn't want to take my order. He then had the audacity to put me on hold. I thought he was actually going to put on another person that was going to be in a better mood to take my order. Nope. The lady that got on the intercom said. "I am sorry mam but, we are not going to take your order". At this time I am upset. I asked her why he had an attitude and I called him out on it. She said we would appreciate if you leave. I asked for the manager and she said if I wanted to talk to the manager I had to go inside. I wasn't allowed to put in my order and I had to wait in the drive thru for over 30 minutes because I couldn't back out or go forward I was blocked! I go inside to talk to the manager and all he said was, "well all I know is his side of the story". I am like wait a minute. I told the manager he needed to talk to his employee because he had a very rude attitude while taking my order and on top of that they refused to take my order for no good reason other than the guy taking my order simply didn't want to do his job and got upset because I corrected him on my order and got more upset when I called him out on his attitude. All the manager had to say was "I am sorry mam". It was obvious he didn't want to deal with me. There were other people complaining about mix up with some orders and he had no intention in making my experience right. After I talked with the manager as I was leaving all you could hear is the group of teens, in the bad piercings laughing like it was some kind of a joke to them. And the manager didn't say one word to them, he actually went along with it. Went to McD's after I had the worst experience ever to a GREAT EXPERience. No attitude what so ever and I actually got some smiles and thank you from them. I called Wendy's hotline and reported my compliant on May 10th at 724 pm. Was told I would be getting a call from district manager. I have yet to hear back.

Wendy’s the employees and how they handle stuff there.

I don't like how they train people here. I was suppose to be trained yesterday and was only trained for a few minutes. The employees all went into the break room to talk while I was struggling on making burgers and salads. They were all on the phone texting and on FaceTime making jokes and picking on an employee there. They were suppose to show me fries and nuggets, and they didn't teach me fries or nuggets. The managers did not tell them to stop and do their work the manager joined them.

Wendy’s manager/crew members

I wanna give a complaint to Wendy's on Lincoln highway of Lancaster PA because the manager doesn't do nothing but copy what people say and she acts like a whole child there I think she shouldn't be a manager there and the crew members there are always on there phone they always are gossiping they don't help the new people there. I worked there for 4 months and the manager just was acting like a child and now my sister works there and they aren't helping my sister cause she is new there.

Wendy’s baconator fries

I went to the drive thru tonight, I ordered a baconater frie. Mind you I live about 5 mins down the street. Located on stringtown is the one I went to. I get home and start to eat my food and I see a piece of paper mixed in with the cheese. I'm not the one to complain I work with customer service. I take it up to the drive thru ask to speak with a manager. I asked him to look at it and see what he thinks is wrong with it. He was like it cheese bacon and fries. I was like no there is like a ticket in it and he was like no it's a sticker . And walked away he didn't apologize the guy at the window did and said it happens once in a lifetime sorry. The manager did not give the food back. A associate did. Just thought it was really rude. At my job we offer people something small for our mistakes . Just really upset about the whole thing. Could have been better service for the manager actually caring. I did not get a picture. Phone was dead. But you could call up there . I know they will remember .

Wendy’s general manager

I live in Sierra Vista Arizona and have had a horrible experience with the General Manager "Balbina" yesterday 16 May 2018; however this is the second shameful experience I have had with this particular GM.
My daughter is currently an employee and has been working at this location for over a year. My daughter called in over 5 hours in advance to let the GM Balbina know that she is sick and not able to work that day. You can clearly see through attendance my daughter is a great employee and does not call in often. She has called in only a few times in the past year. When she called in the GM Balbina told her that she has to go to the doctor and get a note stating that she is sick. My daughter then called me and told me about the demand for a doctors note. I was upset due to the fact that 1- I don't believe she needed to go to the doctor and 2- I did not want to pay for the copay unless I felt she needed the visit. I'm sure Wendy's would not reimburse me for that copay.
I called up to Wendy's immediately after I hung up with my daughter and asked to speak to Balbina. She was the one who answered the phone and was already rude as soon as I asked to speak to her directly. I introduced myself and asked about the doctors note policy and to see it in writing. Balbina then went into a loud rage and went on to say how horrible of an employee my daughter is and how she is always calling in; which is incorrect and you can see that looking at her attendance. I was shocked and appalled at the tone in her voice and how she was bad mouthing my daughter to me. I then asked for her supervisors name and number, she gave me the number and when I went to ask her again for her supervisors name she hung up on me. I called her supervisor right after I was hung up on and left a message. Her supervisor "John" called me right back and told me he was just on the phone with her and that she called him right after our conversation or lack of conversation. John was professional and understanding. He informed me that Balbina was incorrect and cannot make my daughter go see the doctor if she does not want to . He informed me that employees are allowed 3 absences/tardiness in 30 days and if she is under that she is good to go. My major complaint is the lack of professionalism and disrespect that I have gotten from this GM on 2 separate occasions. Having a horrendous GM is bad for business, bad management practices deflate employee morale, cause stress and can cost your company more than bad reviews and high turnover. My hope is that you take this complaint seriously and you go through more of vetting process before you select a GM for any of your locations.

Wendy’s horrible services

On 5/16/2018 at approximately 7:00PM my husband and I visited the Wendy's in Gordonsville, VA. When we arrived, there was a small line with one individual and a group of 3 men. Another group of 3 men were waiting on their food. We waited in line for over 20 minutes. During that time, the group of men waiting on their food never got their food. They got one sandwich on the tray and said they would have to wait longer on fries. The lady at the register only took orders from the one individual in line and then one person in the group of 3 men right before we left. The lady at the register was working hard, the problem was she was the only one working. She was putting together orders for the drive-through, putting fries in the fryer, running around doing multiple things while everyone else just stood there. Not even cooking. The drive-through attendant just stood looking at a screen. We finally left along with everyone else behind us. Went across the street to Arby's for very friendly service, no wait and everyone working hard. Never had to walk out of a fast food place without ever ordering before.

Wendy’s customer service

On May 15th at 9:45 pm I went to the store on North Valley Mills in Waco Texas. There were 2 cars ahead of me in the drive thru. I was in the line for 30 minutes before I finally got to the speaker. I figured there was so kind of problem due to the amount of time the two cars ahead were at the speaker. When I finally got to the speaker I was told they couldn't serve me. I'm not upset because they couldn't I am upset because if they knew they were experiencing difficulty they could have sent someone out to let me know I might possibly not be able to order and I would have gone elsewhere. Needless to say I left in a very bad mood. I'm not sure if I will go back to Wendy's due to this poor customer service.

Wendy’s sexually harassment

On February 23 2018. I was working in mountain brook with Cedric Crawford at Wendy's in training for manager. Cedric Will talk under my clothing make me send in pictures in order yo get off work early then he will clock me out at the time i suppose to been worked. While im was at work he will bump me the say how soft i am he will also call me i. His off and tell me the things he will do to me. I address it to my supervisor showef him the evidence he remove me from the store were ced was and sent to another store. My supervisor asked me not to say anything about this to anyone cause he haven't talk to Hr about it.

Wendy’s the food!

I bought a Son of Baconator and a Large Fry after work today 5/16/18. Ate them on my way home from work.I had a busy day so it was the only thing I ate all day. By the time I got home and got upstairs, I was on the toilet off and on for the next 2 hours! No doubt in my mind it was Wendy's food I just ate. Not sure what if anything can be done. But I am done with Wendy's for ever. Everytime I see the Wendy's sign or smell the food it will bring right back to today. No thanks do not wana eat it again!

Wendy’s drive thru at greece location on 104

5/14/18...Ordered three drinks and food. When the girl at the window handed me the tray it looked bent. Sure enough as soon as she let go. All three drinks landed in my lap. All over the inside and outside of my car. I handed the cups back and pulled to the side. A few minutes later a young man came out not knowing where the food was going. All cleaned but soaked and sticky realize we have no staws. So pants wet... I walk in to get straws and over hear the drive thru workers laughing. So I did tell the lady at the counter I was not happy to begin with and them laughing at me wasn't helping the situation. I told them they should not be handing broken drink trays to anyone. She apologized. And I left. I spent 2 hrs when I got home cleaning my car. Not what I had planned for my Monday afternoon.

Wendy’s horrible service

Earlier today I was in Wendy's and had the most horrible experience ever. The staff the kitchen and the manager all were unprofessional speaking over you in Spanish not acknowledging the customer walking away in the middle of an order to do something else as we sat in the dining room things escalate it to the managers 3 kids running around and screaming jumping all over tables running between people's legs and hiding as they're eating customers that were online and myself for all wondering what the heck was going on. The manager decided to do nothing about the situation even though we had mentioned that her husband was sitting there in the corner doing nothing either he wasn't even eating he's just sitting there and it seemed like they thought they were at their own house the kids even went behind the counter where the Friars were at where people were cooking running through the kitchen nobody did anything the manager did nothing the staff in the kitchen did nothing I think they were all family they all spoke Spanish and people in the Drive-Thru we're coming in the Rain from outside to fix their orders because they couldn't get it right and I remember a guy coming in three times because the order was wrong to go drive thru they didn't speak much English so they probably didn't understand people's orders he had two points to the menu to tell them this is what he keeps ordering and that's not what he's getting the place was upside down again the manager didn't nothing she sat there I would like this manager to be penalized for her being unprofessional and not doing her job this needs to be heard and seen we had took a small video wish we would have gotten more

Wendy’s fire kristen miller!!!

I want to make a complaint about a Wendy's employee named Kristen miller she works at the Wendy's in northeast MD she is very disrespectful to all of the customers and she is racist she calls black people [censored] she spits in peoples food she has a bad attitude problem she needs to be fired right away because she is a disgraceful [censored] she gives Wendy a very very very bad name if you don't fire her you guys are lose a lot of customers so please please Fire Kristen miller because she doesn't belongs at Wendy's she's a rude fat [censored] !

Wendy’s Complaint

The service at this wendy's is sooooo bad. It makes me sad to go here. All the employees appear miserable and slow. Tonight I went and had to skip the drive through as so many cars backed up as usual lately. The employees sit in the dining room on their break sitting on their iphones as the lines move insanely slowly. Only one employee working tonight had any enthusiasm and work ethic, he appeared to be 70. The owner should be ashamed of this wendy's. Should be shut down and start from scratch. Please do something about this wendamys or I will officially stop going ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️

Wendy’s front counter. 30 min wait time.

I waited at the Washington Ave Endicott NY 13760 wendys and waited 30 minutes before anyone even said hello. I finally placed my order and waited 10 minutes for that as the women manager kept looking at me standing in line. No apologies nothing like they didn't even care. I'm dissappointed and will never visit the one again. Funny because they weren't even busy. Drive thru was dead. I just stood there. This is unacceptable and I'm not even sure why I am reporting this as I know nothing will be done. Management just stood there. Sad wendys.
