Wendy’s service

Stopped in for a snack at 1:45pm on last Sunday. Drive trough crew was very unprofessional. At the drive through, during the initial order there was noise in the background and the order taker was obviously distracted by what sounded like flirting and hitting on a female coworker which was audible to anyone at the drive through or in the store. This overtly objectionable behavior may have a place in the back seat of a car, but is totally unacceptable in a business environment.

On reaching the window, we were informed that they did not have chicken strips available and that it would be 7 minutes wait, which was begrudgingly allowed. After almost 15 minutes of waiting I went inside to talk to the manager. A black woman with an attitude finally emerged from the back room after leaving the counter unattended for several minutes.

I was informed that I would not be allowed to address this problem with the manager, but she would give a refund if the food (which after 15 minutes was delivered) was returned a partial refund would be issued since most of the drink was consumed during the ridiculously long delay in getting our order.

We have literally eaten out 20, 000+ times in the last 40 years, and this was the most disrespectful travesty we have ever had to endure. If this was my franchise the incompetent management and staff would be fired or taken out back and shot (if this was only China).

Wendy’s watered down drinks!

I have been a customer of Wendy's Store # [protected] for several years. The drink machines of the store have been replaced and now the drinks taste awful and are watered down.

I complained to restaurant staff. They were understanding, but told me that there was nothing they could do about it. They further told me that other customers have also complained about this and management has been informed about this. Nothing seems to have been done about it

I sent an email to Lacy Noren at the email address printed on the bottom of my receipt (lacy.[protected]@muyhamburgers.com). I am told Lacy Noren is a Manager responsible for several stores.

I did not get a response to my email from Lacy Noren and nothing has changed. I assume Lacy Noren is too busy to address my complaint!

Wendy’s avocado chicken salad

I went to the drive thru at the Wendy's on Township Line Ave and Haverford in Haverford Pa. I ordered two 4 for 4's and an Avocado Chicken Salad and was told my total. When I got to the second window to pay, I was asked if I ordered a salad and which one I ordered. The cashier then told me they didn't have the salad and asked me to tell her what the sign said because she couldn't see it. I was then told they did have the salad and charged more for it because it wasn't added to my original order. I was given two half salads, although I asked for a full. When I got home, I found that I was given one soggy avocado salad which was full of chunks of iceberg lettuce and the second salad was all iceberg lettuce chucks and about 5 pieces of chicken and no avocado, with soggy tomato. I was looking forward to your new salad and am very disappointed that I did not get to experience it.

Wendy’s asiago ranch combo

I often go to the local Wendy's near my home, but I will never return to that location again. It is located at 2363 east Aurora rd Twinsburg Ohio 44087. I went Thur the drive thru after a long day of work. The girl working the drive Thur had no clue what was on the menu. I ordered the asiago ranch grilled chicken sandwich combo with a strawberry lemonade. First she didn't know that that sandwich came grilled, then she didn't know how to up charge for the drink. Then when I pull up we are told that there is a wait on the fries, which is fine. After 15 minutes we receive order without fries. Therefore I have to go in to get the fries. Then upon getting home I realize that I have not received the correct sandwich. I feel that all the employees at this location are new and lack proper training to perform the job that they are given, this makes for an unpleasant experience.

Wendy’s the southwest salad

On monday evening I went to the wendy's on mlk to get a southwest salad with no avacodo & no pepper jack cheese. I get home the had gave me iceberg lettuce instead of romaine lettuce so I call back and tell them they gave the wrong lettuce ceecee apology's and said they would replace it now or another day so today I went to get it replaced and the manager on duty had a nasty attitude about the situation after asking about my replacement she gets on her cell phone and walks away i'm trying to tell about I didn't want avacodo or pepper jack cheese she walks away so now i'm trying to get a employees attention to let her know she says ok but when I get home I still had avacodo on my salad so I call back she was rude they need better customer service or manager

Wendy’s product

Hi I went to the Wendy's on Broad and champlost in Philadelphia Pa near 5900 block I been here few times my problem is that I've bought chicken nuggets last time and they were really hard I know what fresh nuggets taste like these were so hard I didn't eat them and today I went during my lunch hour I spent almost 9.50 on a meal I did eat the fries but the chicken sandwich is not fresh it's an old patty I took one bite and couldn't even eat

Wendy’s chili

The chili is watered down it's no seasoning in it I've took back my food to be replaced it's not good at all the manager lady told me the day manager watered his chili down but she still served me the same chili i didn't want I'm up set and i can't keep driving back to this restaurant when i live on the other side of town they also served me over cooked chicken nuggets i had to take back

I'm Theodore jackson sr I've been working at the Wendy's on Arlington and Waterloo akron Ohio 44306 for 2 I've been putting away the truck and opening grill by myself for 2 1/2 years the past eight months we've got new management and I been asking for a vacation to no avail I been descriminated against by management I've been provoked would like to talk to someone higher higher the district manager

Wendy’s small cup of chili

On March 25, 2018 around 7PM, I ordered a small cup of Chili from the Wendy's located at 13724 Little Rd, Hudson, FL 34667 and when I got home and took it out of the bag to eat it, the cup was only half full. Now I completely understand that it is a cheap menu item from a fast food restaurant and it is probably ridiculous that I am even taking the time to complain about it but I still expect to get a full cup because that is what I am paying for. Wendy’s food/ chicken nuggets

On 3/19/2018, around 5:45pm, my wife and I stopped at the Wendy's restaurant on route 36 in Marysville, Ohio. We placed our order thru the drive. My wife order the chicken nuggets meal. After we received our meal we were headed home. My wife pulled out a chicken nugget and noticed that it had a hair attached to it. when we returned home my wife threw the meal into the garbage.

Wendy’s service

We recently dined in at one of your locations in Idaho. One employee was setting a scenario of "What would you do" If a bus load of people came in and started ordering (he fired off numerous different menu items) the employee he was addressing replied with I would say.. F you dude. We were seated in the dining room at tihs time and heard and they were behind the counter. Then a few minues later the guy presenting the question then started talking about a belligerent customer that he had recently refused service to, and that he came back in and started hassling him or any other employee he would beat his [censor] next time, while walking THROUGH the dining room with another employeeI am sure you can see how disappointed we were sitting there with our daughter hearing all of this. Now just imagine our disappointment when the same man turned out to be a manager. I understand things happen we are human after all. But when working with the public I believe there is no room for that, and especially with management. His total disregard of paying customers is not acceptable. I could go on and on but I am sure you get the jist of it. We will not be back to that location. Thank you for your time.

Wendy’s unethical behavior

7515 niagara falls blvd niagara falls ny . On saturday 3/3/2018 around 9pm we had placed an order for 1 childrens hamburger meal, 1 childrens chicken nugget meal, i double stacker meal with a strawberry lemonade and 1 triple stacker meal with a honest green tea . I was then yelled at by the employee stating that they do not have lemonade but yet i was still charged for it and given a watery coke in a smaller size. The employee then went on to refuse giving me a reciept saying the cash register was out of paper my total at the screen was $29.83 and then put all 4 of my bags in one of his hands and threw them at me along with my straws spilling everything all over the front of me meanwhile i had my 3 young children in the car witnessing this very disrespectful behavior and i did not even recieve and apology. Then a whole entire meal was then forgotten as i proceeded to say that it was forgotten i was then yelled at saying i didnt order it and that i was not charged for it yet it was put into the screen while we order so he then went to get the rest of my order. We then pulled off and grabbed out of the bag of food which was slapped together and a mess as well as very cold not even edible. We love going to wendys but after this incident i dont think we will be able to return . I would love the resolution to be a refund for the most part as well as i hope it can be a repair on the house of wendys it was very upsetting .

Wendy’s harassment

Since I've been at this Store in Sarasota, Fl. I've been assaulted by a fellow employee (nothing was done even after being punched in the face & throat; in fact I was sent home w/o pay) and eventually he was transferred. I've had all managers harass me and verbally abuse me in front of Crew & Customers. I was forced to serve expired meat and told if I didn't I'd be written up and disciplined. I've just yesterday been forced to sign a paper under duress stating I quit because of my hours. When I have 44 hours and was humiliated the same day by my GM & a crew member cussed me out. All in front of customers. When I said I was reporting their behavior to HR & The Harassment line... is when the 2 Mangers produced the bogus paperwork that I'd said I quit and walked out. Also I've been ridiculed over my sexuality and my beliefs multiple times. And as someone in recovery for 10 Plus years I have reported multiple times a fellow employee using drugs and actually having them on them in front of me in the store. Nothing was ever done. It seems Wendy's doesn't do anything but, protect their management no matters the cost to the lowly crew members.

Wendy’s food and amount charged

I went to my local Wendy'sat about 5 p.m. on March 2nd. to get dinner for myself and 2 friends. I ordered a smoky mushroom burger and 2 #4 combos for my friends. I was charged $29.27 for our food. When I got home and went to eat my hamburger it was raw on the inside . I threw it away and tried for over an hour to reach someone at our store and there was nothing but a busy signal. I do not own a car so I have to depend on someone to take me there, but could not get there. I am a regular customer and alot of my friends are too. I am very upset about this and I want a refund for my sandwich and for what they overcharged me. I am disabled and live on a fixed income and I cannot afford to be conned out of money. If I can't get resolution I will be in touch with a lawyer.

Wendy’s doped up/drunk employee!

My family and I visited the Wendy's in Glade Spring Virginia around 7p.m. tonight and we got to the counter and ordered and planned on dining in but decided to take it to go because we noticed and employee walking around weirdly and kind of staggering and being extremely loud and obnoxious. He walked closely to the counter a couple of times and you could clearly smell alcohol on his breath. I tried to get a look at his name and I believe it was either Taylor or Tyler. Clearly he was on drugs, drunk or both! Wendy's really should consider drug testing their employees. One thing is for sure, my family and I will never go back to this location to eat...ever again! If Wendy's is going to hire drugs addicts and alcoholics, they should just close their doors! All of the other folks in line were also talking about this young man's behavior and we could all smell the alcohol because it was so strong. This should be addressed promptly! I fear for the other employees and customers safety being around that.

Wendy’s service and food was horrible

My friends and I went to dinner at Wendy's tonight located in Mesa, Az .On southern and signal butte. Right off the bat, while I'm ordering the manager along with two employees are in the back ground mocking and making rude comments under there breaths while giving the stink eye. Then I ask for to go and when I get to car notice my frosty is liquid, completely melted. I call to talk with manager in hopes of a replacement and explain the issue and am hung up on. Then I take a bite of the burger which is soggy and disgusting, take a bite of Fry's and there covered in salt. The whole meal was the worst I've ever had, the service was so bad that if I had known them I would of acted as if I didn't. No couth or class. So here I am complaining in hopes of getting my money back and food replaced. Not to mention they should all get spanked, no way to represent Wendy's or any business, that's why small companies go out of business, due to [censor] like the employees in Mesa, Az on southern and signal butte.

Wendy’s consistent lack of product, lack of receipts, lack of management response

Wendy's at 259 City Ave. Philadelphia, PA
On multiple occasions, this location fails to give me ketchup with my meal, as they say they are out of stock. There's a fast food burger joint that doesn't have ketchup to accompany their customers' hamburgers and fries?! Unacceptable. If this is the case, they should warn customers before we order and give them our money. They also fail to give me my receipts. When I contacted the Manager about my concerns, he placed me on hold for 5 minutes before giving me the phone number of the District Manager. When I called her, she told me she was busy, but would return my call. She never did. Terrible customer service on many levels... I do not have the dates of the incidences (as I was never offered receipts). At this point, there are only two resolutions that would make me want to return: 1. Fix the root issue by training the Manager in good customer service in the fast food industry and consider reprimanding the District Manager for not take customer complaints seriously. 2. Provide a refund of money or coupons for the food I barely enjoyed on at least three occasions (we always order the same thing - 2 #1 combos with cheese and two chocolate frostys...and ketchup!).

Wendy’s old food that's been sitting around

Sunday 25 Feb 2018, at 330 pm, I purchased a combo meal on my way to work, ( McGure AFB, NJ) and I received a meal that was so old that I was really disappointed. The meal was a chicken combo meal, the French fries where old, which I could have forgotten about, but the chicken sandwich was so dried out and old that it was disgusting, I just thru it in the trash, a waste of money. I would have returned it but I had to launch airplanes going over seas. This food should have never left the store, I felt I should have received my money back. I have never had problems before but I can not allow this to go unanswered. This is feed back to the store, please do not sell old food, especially after this store has been renovated .

Wendy’s employment

The Management in Wendy's in Hurricane, UT is allowing SEXual harassment, bullying, and discrimination. The owner won't do anything about the situation. I have a petition of employees who will testify. They follow none of the codes and conduct of the company. They forced a 5 month pregnant employee to work overtime. She got sick and they wrote her up. They ignored a medical note and bullied someone with anxiety. They forced someone tryiny to stay sober to train someone who was high. One of the managers makes SEXual harrassment comments frequently. Minors are over worked and go without breaks. General manger slanders all her employees. Homosexuals are called f[censor] and f[censor]s at work. These are just several incidents.

Wendy’s found and object in my home style chicken sandwich

Hello let me start by saying I'm a loyal Wendy's customer however tonight I brought a homestyle chicken sandwich and there as a black foreign object in my sandwich. I usually don't complain about things like this but my daughter took a bite of my sandwich and that's when I saw the object and although it was fairly big I didn't want anyone else to possible choke on it I'd it was to happen again. The Wendy's is located at 199 Hempstead turnpike, the transaction took place around 11:00pm.
