Wendy’s grill chicken

Well yesterday I went to Wendy's and placed a order for a grilled chicken sandwich(plain), after getting the sandwhich it had an awful taste like it wasn't fully cooked all the way.So i called the MOD and told him he offered me to come and get another sandwhich which i did later that night. As i simply told the young lady that asked what was wrong with it ahe had someone remake it but nw this time i got back home and unwrapped the sandwhich now it have everything on it when i simply told her plain on regular bun.So i didnt feel like going back through and lost my appetite for I just trashed it and lost money

Wendy’s poor service

I ordered a cod sandwich at drive-thru on Tuttle Crossing, Dublin, OH approx. 8:15-20PM today, 3/24/17. (Sandwich was very good, no problem there!)
Young lady at window in returning $16.31 change to me, held the bills by the end and moved them downward toward me. As I started to reach up with my left hand to receive the change she dropped the coins onto the bills so that they rolled straight off and under the car. I tried to open my car door to pick them up but was too close to the building. There were already cars behind me so I could not back up. From the look of the lot below the window, this was not the only time change had been dumped! I was only able to reach one coin, so when the clerk returned with my sandwich, I offered the suggestion she drop coins FIRST into a customer's hand and then lay the bills on top. Her reply: "I didn't know you weren't going to catch it!" Nor was receipt in the bag as customary so that I could more easily make this complaint and she had to ask me what I had ordered which made me wonder if they were putting every order into the 'system'.
If window crew are not trained how to make change, they should be! That there was no offer to replace the dropped coins bothered me since it was not reasonable for me retrieve them. And it did seem from her attitude to be a 'smart-aleck' trick and verbal comment.

Wendy’s service and product

I stopped at #3094 today for lunch, or so I thought! I waited a good 12 - 15 minutes for my cod sandwich and then it was cold. I would have left but I was in the drive through and couldn't get out of the line of cars! PS my receipt says 1:24pm so it wasn't at peak time. When I finally got to the order window, I was thanked for waiting, and then asked to wait again! What!

Wendy’s management

I was in drive thou ordering my lunch when I drove up to the money part of the window I saw this young lady karla is her name getting cuss at by a manager. (she is blond hair short believe her name either was danille or da something.) this is not how companies need to run their business the young lady had tears in her eyes taking in verbal words this manager was saying. Will not recommend this company to my fellow peers from reading the complains from others this is normal. Why not investigate the issue and maybe your company will have a better review. I feel really bad for the young lady that was at the money window.

Wendy’s drive thru

The are very unprofessional and messed up the complete order without even caring. The assistant manager was on the headset saying "man it's been back to ###ing back, people don't believe in cooking anymore obviously" she said all this with the window open after handing me my drinks. And closed the window. I still said thank you and she didn't say anything. Why would u want a person like this representing your company? I will never be back to any Wendy's establishment again I was there for 30 mins for their continuous mistakes and never once got a sorry or anything!

Wendy’s wrong order... again.

Went to a local Wendy's for dinner (Wendy's # [protected]).
Ordered two 4 for 4 meal deals. Both were for Junior bacon cheeseburger, fries, chicken nuggets, and a drink.
Got two burgers, two drinks, three fries, and one chicken nugget.

When I went to get a drink, the soda machine dispensed something liquid, but certainly NOT Coke. The drink mix was waaaay off.

I guess we'll be going elsewhere in the future.

Goodbye Wendy's.

Wendy’s service, and product

I went to Wendy's drive through at 8:00 Monday night. When I got there noticed all the employees were standing around talking to each other doing nothing cause no customers were there. Got to drive through speaker and there was a note saying they were all out of chicken nuggets. This was fine, gal got on intercom and asked me for my order. I asked for two baconaters, then a guy got on intercom and said they were all out of meat. I said forget it then and left thinking how can a burger place run out of meat in a small town on a Monday evening. I believe they just cleaned up and didn't want to restart the grill and have to clean it again. This pissed me off cause your a business that is open to sell food and it all comes down to them not wanting to make it. I don't think I will ever eat at one of your establishments again. I will tell my friends what happened also. Piss poor way to do business.

Wendy’s service

hello, My name is Tyshiera Hendon and I visited your 2928 woodridge dr Houston tx location on Saturday 3/18/17. ticket number 10035 My 2 sons went in to place a order because the drive thru was filled with about 10 cars and only about 4 customers inside. We arrived about 1:30 pm they went in place the order at 1:35 at 2pm they still had not come out so I went in to see what the hold up was. I preceeded to ask the young lady why was it taking so long and she then went to another worker to ask where the order was, who then looked and threw his hands in the air and stated he didn't have time for this, with a attitude. Never in life when I spend my hard earned money to I feel I should be treated with such disrespect especially when they are not doing their job. He then call the manager Juan over and said that I wanted a refund, which is not what I asked at all, my children wanted there order. Juan then proceeded to tell me it was coming up. Another 10mins we waited for 2 4 for 4 meals, to get in the car and the meat smelled uncooked on the burgers and it was cold. I am completely disgusted with the food and service at this location. Im not from that side of town but I can tell you my children love wendys and we have never had this problem. My goal is to see how this can be corrected?

Wendy’s rude staff, treat the lazy # employees great

Wendy's in leitchfield ky is the worst place to work at. Travis only flirts with the little girls that work there. Deb is great but she follows Travis and what he say way to much. The lazy kids that work there always on their phone never working. The open manager is great and the morning crew is always on spot. They cheat them out of breaks and treat the ones who bust their ### off like dirt under there feet. And you all wonder what the hell is wrong with that place. Get you some good managers and get rid of the ### ones. They need a change.

Wendy’s just bad as it could be... stor # [protected] 6 s. clark s. chicago

The downtown location is the nearest to were I live. For awhile they closed on the weekends. They are back open now. I just wanted a "juicy" Wendy burger like Dave used to pitch. It was not busy, so this expierence has no excuse. I ordererd the Double Dave Combo... with no salt on the fries. I'm 80 and have good habits. They gave me a tripple, and it was soggy because they forgot the no salt order! By the time the remade the fries. I took a couple of bites and lost my appitite.

Wendy’s poor customer service and dirty eating area

On 3/19/17 came into 6210 20th street, Vero Beach, FL. Host was Silas at 1:26pm. My husband ordered his food I let Silas know that all the tables were dirty. He said he knows and that they didn't get a chance to clean them. I said ok loud enough for him to hear me. He then said very rudely "do you want me to put things aside and clean then now?". I then said wow you are rude and walked away. PS I do believe he is a manager if so... Choose wiser the next time!

Wendy’s customer service

So I was at this establishment 3/4/17 around 9 ish. I was ordering food in the drive thru. First I wasn't properly greeted but that was cool I understand sometime the cashier be busy with a customer at the window. But when answered the headset he already had an attitude. I ask for the meal with the chicken sandwich #7 I believe and he ask me what kind of sandwich I want I guess spicy and whatever the other choices are. I couldn't here him and he pitched an attitude after I ask for him to repeat it. I just drove off after that. Apparently he must didn't want to work that night. I really think you guys should do some staff cleaning starting with him. I work in fast food as a manager at little Ceasar sand if I heard my employee on the head set acting as rude as he was, they would have gotten fired or suspended. People that come to your place to eat should be treated good so they be willing to pay for the food and the customer service.

Wendy’s frosty

I went through drive thru and I had ordered a few frosties and they were spilling over the tops with lids on them. They were just messy and sticky. Got all iver my vehicle and everything. The lady that took my money and made the frosties was rude, she practically shoved the money in my hand. I probably will not be going back. I love their frosties and other foods just dont want to be treated that way especially when i was respectful to her and said please and thank you. Central City Wendy's is a joke

Wendy’s food

First off, screw whoever decided to take the spicy nuggets off the menu. Secondly the manager at the archdale location should be reprimanded for closing early Friday night March 16th 2017. I hate you 100% for taking the nuggets off the menu, but I was going to give you one more chance. But f**** you, your archdale location closed early even though the sign said 2am closing and it was 1am. It's late, but false advertising they were closed! I hate wendys! You suck, you were my favorite, now I hate everything about your establishment. Suck a crappy hamburger

Wendy’s workers closed early, ignored our arrival

On 3/12/17 decided to brave the extreme cold to get late night craving for taco salad for myself and boyfriends chilli. Searched wen to determine the closing time for the closest Wendy's and confirmed store still serving and since only 1145 would remain open thru 2am. Store is located at 45e Hollis ST Nashua, NH 03060. We pulled in to see three employee's huddled in front doors all smoking. We entered the drive thru and awaited service, nobody came to the speaker and eventually we pulled to window where we made visual contact but we're not acknowledged or greeted. Finally pulling thru and seeing one male employee still smoking asked why not served. He claimed closing and very unpleasant. Didn't respond to inquiry about the actual closing time being more than 2 hrs away...

Wendy’s drive thru

Hello,
I was at the Wendy's in Lafayette, LA on Johnston Steet this evening at 12:45 am. I ordered 2 fish burgers, chicken sandwich, and baconator. Two of these were meals (large&medium). After paying for our order we were asked to pull forward to wait for our food. We waited for about 10 minutes to get our order. Once we finally got our order we were missing our Medium fry and had to pull back around and wait for another 10 minutes in line to get our fries. The cashier was nice but that did not make up for the mistakes.

Thank you for taking this account of my visit into consideration.
I'm hoping to hear back with a resolution for this situation.

Wendy’s incorrect order, food which wasn't fresh

I visited the Wendy's at the corner of Stroop and Wilmington in Kettering, Ohio. When I got home my single with cheese mistakenly did not have lettuce on it. Furthermore my fries were very old and I received the wrong drink. I have enjoyed Wendy's food my entire life and I have rarely had a disappointing experience. I definitely will reconsider whether or not I will visit a Wendy's anytime soon.

Wendy’s discontinuation of spicy nuggets

Dear Wendy's,

My husband and I are deeply saddened by the discontinuation of your delicious, mouth watering spicy chicken nuggets at the Perrysburg, Ohio location.

While your regular nuggets are also quite delicious, they simply fall short of spicy greatness. That little kick that you get when you pop a spicy nugget in your mouth is now missing, and we don't know where else to find it! We're simply lost without it!

As a newly wed couple, we need the spicyness to continue! It's our only chance at happiness! Which is why we ask, beg, PLEAD for the reinstatement of the spicy chicken nugget.

Wendy’s drive thru

Yesterday around 11:45 p.m. I was in the Wendy's drive thru. Because nobody answered/there was no voice in this speaker thing I went to knock on the window. A lady opened and I said if I could order here then. I told her what I wanted and she mumbled something and then said that I can go back to this speaker and order there now because the person who takes order is ready. So I waited again a couple of minutes and there was still no answer! I went to the window again but the lady first didn't open. I pointed to the speaker and said nobody is answering.. she went back to the kitchen and then opened the window again... finally she said it is 12:00 o'clock and they're closing! This is really not good service! Just hold up so you don't have to work... either you serve as your opening hours say or change them!

Wendy’s complaining about glasses being used

Wendy's located on north gloster street, tupelo ms 38804. I've given this wendy's many chances because I work in a restaurant as well. But over the few times i've been there: a women was wiping tables and chairs with same rag and leave the chairs very wet, i've waited in line forever because there was only 1 register opened at lunch, i've come in after they were supposed to have the doors open and employees in uniform were sitting down eating while I waited again to be waited on, i've gone through the drive thru and was yelled at to hold on around 4 o'clock and no one ever came back over the speaker so I had to go inside. I've tried to give them a chance, I have. But recently I will not return, i've had it! What i've seen is gross! This past month I watched a older black lady in the togo window stick her fingers in a order of fries while not wearing gloves. And I pulled the white older man a side to ask why people didn't wear gloves while grabbing the containers and filling them with fries or nuggets with there bare hands? The manager said we never wore gloves. I was shocked! I said well sir I saw the togo lady stick her fingers in the order of fries and then put it in the bag. Which this lady touches many peoples hands and/or money because some days they only have one window open to take payment and to give food. Well after I told the manager what I saw he seems to be angry and said well we don't touch the food. I said sir I saw the woman with my own eyes. He said well we don't wear gloves. I said well okay then thanks and walked away and did not order a thing. He was starting to be rude! And recently one shorter black woman dressed in wendy's uniform came to place a order in my work. And while finding her payment in her bra, she pulled out wendy's plastic gloves out as well a lot of gloves! I don't know what kinda of people or management you have there, but someone needs to do something! Because that's disgusting! If you're working with food; gloves should be woren. And employees sticking gloves in their breasts and bra... I'm at a loss of words! Ick!
