Wendy’s drive thru service

The date was October 29th, 2017 at 12:30am and the Wendy's address is 3803 E Truman Rd, Kansas City, MO 64127. I had pulled up at the drive thru behind a car that was waiting next the intercom. I'm assuming they had the car wait to place the order or the person in the car was deciding on what to order. After about a few minutes of waiting the person placed their order and proceeded forward behind another two cars at the window. I pulled up next to the intercom and recieved no response at all. I waited for about 10 minutes until I finally uttered "hello?". A girls voice responded back to me saying, "we're closed". This Wendy's doesn't close until 1am on Saturdays, according to the restaurants website and policy. I responded back "I thought you guys don't close until 1am", twice because I don't think she heard me the first time. It was 12:45am and I could've ordered sooner had She responded as soon as I approached the intercom. She responded back with "all of our systems are down, and we don't have much food. So just tell me what you want and I'll see if we have it!" In a rude manner. I of course decided not to order anything as I was afraid they would do something to the food, and because what they would give me I assume would've been what's been sitting around there for some time. It angered me that I approached the intercom and no response at all until about 10 minutes but only because I said "hello".

Wendy’s wendy’s off maxtown rd in westerville, ohio

I am now sitting in an Arby's restaurant eating a meal because Wendy's did an ackknowledge or serve me when I went into their dining restaurant. I went in and was the first person in line & was there 9 minutes before turning around and coming here, to Arby's. Nobody said hello. Nobody said I'll be with you in a minute. Not one person looked at me and said a word. This isn't the first time this has happened. They are more concerned about that drive-through than they are the people that actually get off their butt and go inside their restaurant. This is the Wendy's located in Westerville, Ohio, on max town Road Polaris prkwy) Even the manager glanced at me and didn't say a word. She's very tall with the dark hair and slim. Hope you can make the appropriate changes in your staff. The guy who ignored me is a short black kid with twists in his hair. Thanks, unfortunately, I'll never eat at your restaurant again. Wendy’s spicy caesar salad and large fry

I went to Wendy's and got a full size spicy ceaser salad and a large fry, so spent 10$. And the salad had at least a 1/4 inch of standing water in the container and I had to strain my salad and the cheese and chicken was ruined. It was disgusting and a waste of money. I have gotten this salad many times and spend quite a bit of money at Wendy's and am sad to have hadn't such a disturbing experience to where it makes me not want to go back.

Wendy’s sugar cookies

I came into Wendy's about 12:30pm and the lady said she would be right with me. Whenever she came back I asked herwas that all of the sugar cookies you have.(I was pointing to the dark burnt looking cookies that were inside of the case or holder) She replied yes and pointed to another sugar cookie on the bottom row (which you can tell it was not fresh and not cooked with the others because it was a complete different color and shape) I then told her that was ok then i will just get the nuggets. I ordered and received my order very fast and it was hot and fresh. NO COMPLAINTS THERE! Its just I use to manage a fast-food restaurant and if we had new product I would make sure it was cooked RIGHT! I have been to all 3 Wendys here in Dothan So and all 3 have been a disappointment. Today I gave you guys another try and I get THIS! IF your employees cannot cook the product right by procedure then there clearly is a problem. I know this is a lot for some cookies but if its new product then I shouldn't be COMPLAINING AT ALL! Thank you

Wendy’s employees

Good evening,

I am conplaining about a Wendy's near me in Canada, Nova Scotia, the Burnside location.
My younger sister works at this location, and deals with so much inappropriate stuff during her shifts. Almost ALL of her managers with the acception of ONE are awful. There is a manager who goes by the name Kelly who shows up to shifts DRUNK and brags about how she sleeps with different men to the children working at the store. There is a manager who goes by the name Mycha who treats the employees like crap, by leaving them to wait outside themselves at 10:30 pm when their rides are running behind, and locks them out of the store when they've done something wrong. Another manager who goes by Montelle who lets his friends into the store after hours to walk around the store when nobody else is there. This store needs serious help and strict eyes watching them at all times. This is VERY unprofessional.
I hope someone will care enough to do something about this store that is getting out of hand.

Wendy’s service

I just came from the Wendys on Central Ave and Eastway ...in Charlotte nc 28205. EVERY TIME I go to this location something is wrong with the order. Last time I went, the nuggets were hard as a rock, as if they re-fried them. Today I ordered the 4 for 4, a taco salad and cookie. They had a chicken sandwich with tons of mayo on it...very very sloppy, a small chili, the salad and a almost burnt cookie that was hard as a rock and very crumbly. I went back around the window...and told them that I didn't have all my food...they looked inside the bag...gave me a bag with the nuggets and fries. I asked was everything else in bag...she said yes. There were no condiments...no utensils... no straws. This location NEVER get your orders right, and it is very frustrating.

Wendy’s racist staff and poor service

The Wendy's at 700 east gay street in West Chester is the worst the staff will talk about you in face in Spanish it's very rude and unprofestional I had a coworker in my car for lunch who is Hispanic and told me they were talking about my nails and hair even my car while I'm waiting 12 minutes for a sandwich it's sad I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

Wendy’s counter service

I was at Wendy's on McLeod Road in Niagara Fall, Ontario today. The counter lady got me a lemonade from behind the counter and then spilled it all over that same customer counter. In the meantime I could see my order completed and waiting. She decided to clean up the entire mess, then refill my drink and then finally get my hamburgers that have been sitting ready for five minutes. During this time no other staff member offered to help her out so the incoming line continued to grow. It gave a very poor impression to everyone there and redefined the phrase "fast food". I guess its Harvey's from now on.

Wendy’s not being paid

Hi my name is Adriana Pacheco. I'm contacting you because I worked for one of your stores in Aurora CO off tower and Salida . I worked one day which was August 13th from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. I still have not been paid. I try and activate my card it tells me to talk to my manager. When I try to contact the manager Lily she is never in the store or to busy to talk to me. I'm getting frustrated about the situation. And I think it's ridiculous that I have to wait so long to get paid for 6 hours. Thanks for your help.

Wendy’s my drive thru order

I visited the Wendy’s on Davis hwy in Dimondale mi tonight 30 minutes before they closed at 11pm. I ordered 2 cheesy cheddar burgers with extra cheese sauce, 2 spicy chicken go wraps and a medium fry. Not only was the food very cold it also took 20+ minutes to receive my food as well as not getting the food I ordered. Instead of getting 2 cheesy cheddar burgers with extra cheese sauce I received 2 jr cheeseburgers plain. I’m furious because this was my dinner tonight before going to work. Not only did I have to throw my food away, I also have no dinner now. I also could not contact the store before they closed because they did not answer the phones. I will not return to this Wendy’s and I recommend something to be done with the quickness of service.

Wendy’s gm of store 301 corporate#310

I just learnt something very troubling, the fact that your gm would assume she could treat people this way is astounding! My son joshua crabtree worked under this woman and in a scheming plan they completely slandered my son, violated his rights and wendy's did nothing! Your gm will be able to give her version, which considering her tactics until now i'd have confidence that it will be lies mixed with truth! Thank god we have video, depending on which route we have to take will depend on how fast we get to view the video! If a lawyer is needed, I have one on stand by! He's completely agreed that several rights were violated! One of the geniuses working under this gm who was competing with josh for promotions evidently has a thing with the gm, regardless he began to claim he smelled an odor on josh, marijuana I believe and so josh was singled out for a drug test, he complied, not even a month later, again he was singled out... Even though he already passed the first after passing the one for employment! Soon after a third one was given the gm felt josh wasn't embarrassed enough, that he could use more slander so right in front, right in front of other employees this gm tells josh he's going with her, that she's driving him to go take the test! What gets me is, what was a 4th test going to prove after passing 3 with flying colors! Well regardless my son was so ashamed that he couldn't tell me! For him he knew this was about his character, how well he gets along with co employees, in his mind he knew it wasn't about weed, hell her passed several tests proving it! The more I think about what this [censor] did to my son the more it pisses me off! More so because you guys are allowing this behavior! How could you approve testing on a person 4 times without wondering why? Do you think it's funny like they do, I know I went there asking a person changing garbage outside about the incident and he was very amused! Stating... Boy they got him good! We will take this thru your own internal process! That's the right thing to do legally! I'll tell you now that if this was your son you'd want answers too!

Wendy’s drive thru wait time

What is going on with the drive they at Wendy’s in Mccomb, MS? The wait time is unbearable. I have been sitting here for thirty minutes and have only moved two car lengths. The service has been substandard here lately. Do you have a new manager or new employees? The orders are often wrong, and the food is lukewarm when you get it. The tea tastes like it is soured all the time. I am seriously considering not coming back here. This costs me time off work when I am waiting.

Wendy’s food/ customer service

I recently went to Wendy's for a spicy chicken sandwich. We requested extra pickles. When we got home there was NO pickles. We called the location to express that we had received the order and it was without the extras as we requested. The female hung up on me. I have been to this location many times...no...this isn't the first time they messed my order up. Yet it was the first time I had called about the problem. And it wasn't a friendly by any means.

Wendy’s just a plain patty for 4.69??

Ugh. I have always been able to purchase a plain beef patty for .89 to 1.89 at any Wendy's in San Diego, Ca. I don't know why there is a price difference, but I will pay for it since my dogs love the beef patties. This location near my house--Washington/Jamacha in El Cajon Ca 92019, now charges the full single price for just a patty? The person on the loud speaker is consistently rude and hard to understand (older hispanic female)-- English is not her first language and yells 'it is our policy, I cannot break it for you! If you don't buy a burger, you pay full price for the patty!'. Really? I told this person that she spoke to someone last time and they charged me 1.89-- she said 'no-- no I did not, and I am the manager'. Again, Rude. I decided not to buy anything and will not ever go to that Wendy's again. Oddly enough, Wendy's was my first job in high school, and I don't remember the company allowing such unprofessionalism-- back then Wendy's just made good food and wanted to make people happy.

Wendy’s staff/customer service drive thru

I would like to submit a complaint about this restaurant. I went to the drive thru and they were screaming at me through the speaker and then me to pull around and when I got to the window they were grabbing each other on the [censor] and didn't even open the window. That went on for like five minutes.
The store is on sullivant ave and crescent. It is a new store, but unfortunately the service is still the same. There is always a wait and they are always rude.

Wendy’s the treatment of, workers and quality of, the food

My friend works at this store along with a few co workers and they all have the same story the management there sucks they take way to many smoke breaks and most of them take it to get out of doing there daily routines they don't like to do which is causing other workers to have to pick up the slack there leaving behind my, friend has worked there for over a year and still yet is making less than some of the workers that were just recently hired along with that having workers pick up slack causes the quality of the food to drop and not be as prepared leaving customers unhappy and not wanting to come back because of there visit and I feel like there management is giving wendys a bad name and should be dealt with by someone who can run that stores like wendys should be.

Chris and I wanted a late snack. So I ran to wendys. The fella ahead of me asked for chile. Nope - out of chili. I pulled up and placed chris's order. "what drink do you want with that?" he asks. "coke." I reply. "sorry, we only have sprite," he said? "do you have tea?" I asked. Bless their souls, they had tea! When I got home, chris began digging in his bag. They got his order correct! Bust my trousers! But the napkins... The napkins were the same brown paper towels used in restroom dispensing machines. Wendys in plymouth needs an undercover boss...

I give up! Last night, we stayed at the barn past 7. The plan was to stop by wendys to take home their new chicken strips for a late dinner. Me at the drive-thru, "I would like a number 11, 3 pc with a plain baked potato..." wendy's employee, "we're out of chicken." how can you be out of chicken? You're a flipping restaurant! No chili, no frosties, no chicken, and no soda... All signature items for wendy's franchise chains. Wt ham sandwich! From one wendy to another... Yall stink and are a disgrace to the name!

Plymouth is always out of food and mostly at night. Surprisingly by lunch time the next day, the pantry is filled I know three folks who worked in plymouth and have disclosed that if the frosty machine has been cleaned, staff will say the machine is down. The decor is trashy. Who wants to go into a restaurant with an overkill of dollar tree seasonal decorations plastered everywhere? I have not noticed this in any other wendy's franchise but the one in plymouth, nc.

Twice, I have asked for a signature salad. They forget the peso, or they forget the blue cheese. When asked to add the item, staff acts disgusted, well, so am i. I will not be going back to wendy's in plymouth.

Wendy’s extremely long wait time

The employees at the Wendy's in Westerly, RI are literal [censor]. Everytime I go through the drive through, EVERY TIME, no matter I'd there is 1 car in the parking lot or 5, I am told "We'll be right with you." And I am forced to wait at least 5 minutes, sometimes more, for them to take my order. I've worked fast food for 4 years. There is absolutely no need to put customers on hold for that long, and there is absolutely no need to put customers on hold that often. I can understand if they are slamming busy, but that Wendy's never is for obvious reasons. Worst fast food place I've ever been to in my life and I'm boycotting that particular Wendy's. Absolutely ridiculous. It needs to be fixed. They need to realize that working fast food is not that big of a chore.

Wendy’s suggest sausage menu option for wendy's to consider - from j. soltis

OCT. 18 / 2017 @ 8:30 PM #1) I have no major complaints with WENDY'S - as I love your restaurants and menu options. #2) However, I request WENDY;'S PLEASE consider adding another option to their menu. #3) PLEASE consider adding sausage & sauerkraut to your menu or sausage with onions and mustard! (If not year round then PLEASE consider this for the fall season, especially October of each year! I believe this would be a big seller and a successful product offering for WENDY'S and I know I and my friends would certainly order this! BEST WISHES! to WENDY'S and your STAFF AND EMPLOYEES! Your request doesn't sound like something the general public would regularly want. It also doesn't seem like something that would go well with their other menu items. Either way, if you wish to make a suggestion, you need to contact Wendy's directly.

Wendy’s product and services

Everytime I go to the Wendy's located on broadway ave Cleveland ohio i always have to ask for everything even the sauce for my nuggets the service is slow the staff are extremely ghetto and its a pain to think about going. They close earlier than any other wendys, the fries are always cold and the lines are always long, I dont know if it's because most of the staff is too young or the managers aren't doing thier jobs your guess would be as good as mine quite frankly all I know is this location sucks 80% of the time
