Wendy’s just bad as it could be... stor # [protected] 6 s. clark s. chicago

The downtown location is the nearest to were I live. For awhile they closed on the weekends. They are back open now. I just wanted a "juicy" Wendy burger like Dave used to pitch. It was not busy, so this expierence has no excuse. I ordererd the Double Dave Combo... with no salt on the fries. I'm 80 and have good habits. They gave me a tripple, and it was soggy because they forgot the no salt order! By the time the remade the fries. I took a couple of bites and lost my appitite.

Wendy’s poor customer service and dirty eating area

On 3/19/17 came into 6210 20th street, Vero Beach, FL. Host was Silas at 1:26pm. My husband ordered his food I let Silas know that all the tables were dirty. He said he knows and that they didn't get a chance to clean them. I said ok loud enough for him to hear me. He then said very rudely "do you want me to put things aside and clean then now?". I then said wow you are rude and walked away. PS I do believe he is a manager if so... Choose wiser the next time!

Wendy’s customer service

So I was at this establishment 3/4/17 around 9 ish. I was ordering food in the drive thru. First I wasn't properly greeted but that was cool I understand sometime the cashier be busy with a customer at the window. But when answered the headset he already had an attitude. I ask for the meal with the chicken sandwich #7 I believe and he ask me what kind of sandwich I want I guess spicy and whatever the other choices are. I couldn't here him and he pitched an attitude after I ask for him to repeat it. I just drove off after that. Apparently he must didn't want to work that night. I really think you guys should do some staff cleaning starting with him. I work in fast food as a manager at little Ceasar sand if I heard my employee on the head set acting as rude as he was, they would have gotten fired or suspended. People that come to your place to eat should be treated good so they be willing to pay for the food and the customer service.

Wendy’s frosty

I went through drive thru and I had ordered a few frosties and they were spilling over the tops with lids on them. They were just messy and sticky. Got all iver my vehicle and everything. The lady that took my money and made the frosties was rude, she practically shoved the money in my hand. I probably will not be going back. I love their frosties and other foods just dont want to be treated that way especially when i was respectful to her and said please and thank you. Central City Wendy's is a joke

Wendy’s food

First off, screw whoever decided to take the spicy nuggets off the menu. Secondly the manager at the archdale location should be reprimanded for closing early Friday night March 16th 2017. I hate you 100% for taking the nuggets off the menu, but I was going to give you one more chance. But f**** you, your archdale location closed early even though the sign said 2am closing and it was 1am. It's late, but false advertising they were closed! I hate wendys! You suck, you were my favorite, now I hate everything about your establishment. Suck a crappy hamburger

Wendy’s workers closed early, ignored our arrival

On 3/12/17 decided to brave the extreme cold to get late night craving for taco salad for myself and boyfriends chilli. Searched wen to determine the closing time for the closest Wendy's and confirmed store still serving and since only 1145 would remain open thru 2am. Store is located at 45e Hollis ST Nashua, NH 03060. We pulled in to see three employee's huddled in front doors all smoking. We entered the drive thru and awaited service, nobody came to the speaker and eventually we pulled to window where we made visual contact but we're not acknowledged or greeted. Finally pulling thru and seeing one male employee still smoking asked why not served. He claimed closing and very unpleasant. Didn't respond to inquiry about the actual closing time being more than 2 hrs away...

Wendy’s drive thru

Hello,
I was at the Wendy's in Lafayette, LA on Johnston Steet this evening at 12:45 am. I ordered 2 fish burgers, chicken sandwich, and baconator. Two of these were meals (large&medium). After paying for our order we were asked to pull forward to wait for our food. We waited for about 10 minutes to get our order. Once we finally got our order we were missing our Medium fry and had to pull back around and wait for another 10 minutes in line to get our fries. The cashier was nice but that did not make up for the mistakes.

Thank you for taking this account of my visit into consideration.
I'm hoping to hear back with a resolution for this situation.

Wendy’s incorrect order, food which wasn't fresh

I visited the Wendy's at the corner of Stroop and Wilmington in Kettering, Ohio. When I got home my single with cheese mistakenly did not have lettuce on it. Furthermore my fries were very old and I received the wrong drink. I have enjoyed Wendy's food my entire life and I have rarely had a disappointing experience. I definitely will reconsider whether or not I will visit a Wendy's anytime soon.

Wendy’s discontinuation of spicy nuggets

Dear Wendy's,

My husband and I are deeply saddened by the discontinuation of your delicious, mouth watering spicy chicken nuggets at the Perrysburg, Ohio location.

While your regular nuggets are also quite delicious, they simply fall short of spicy greatness. That little kick that you get when you pop a spicy nugget in your mouth is now missing, and we don't know where else to find it! We're simply lost without it!

As a newly wed couple, we need the spicyness to continue! It's our only chance at happiness! Which is why we ask, beg, PLEAD for the reinstatement of the spicy chicken nugget.

Wendy’s drive thru

Yesterday around 11:45 p.m. I was in the Wendy's drive thru. Because nobody answered/there was no voice in this speaker thing I went to knock on the window. A lady opened and I said if I could order here then. I told her what I wanted and she mumbled something and then said that I can go back to this speaker and order there now because the person who takes order is ready. So I waited again a couple of minutes and there was still no answer! I went to the window again but the lady first didn't open. I pointed to the speaker and said nobody is answering.. she went back to the kitchen and then opened the window again... finally she said it is 12:00 o'clock and they're closing! This is really not good service! Just hold up so you don't have to work... either you serve as your opening hours say or change them!

Wendy’s complaining about glasses being used

Wendy's located on north gloster street, tupelo ms 38804. I've given this wendy's many chances because I work in a restaurant as well. But over the few times i've been there: a women was wiping tables and chairs with same rag and leave the chairs very wet, i've waited in line forever because there was only 1 register opened at lunch, i've come in after they were supposed to have the doors open and employees in uniform were sitting down eating while I waited again to be waited on, i've gone through the drive thru and was yelled at to hold on around 4 o'clock and no one ever came back over the speaker so I had to go inside. I've tried to give them a chance, I have. But recently I will not return, i've had it! What i've seen is gross! This past month I watched a older black lady in the togo window stick her fingers in a order of fries while not wearing gloves. And I pulled the white older man a side to ask why people didn't wear gloves while grabbing the containers and filling them with fries or nuggets with there bare hands? The manager said we never wore gloves. I was shocked! I said well sir I saw the togo lady stick her fingers in the order of fries and then put it in the bag. Which this lady touches many peoples hands and/or money because some days they only have one window open to take payment and to give food. Well after I told the manager what I saw he seems to be angry and said well we don't touch the food. I said sir I saw the woman with my own eyes. He said well we don't wear gloves. I said well okay then thanks and walked away and did not order a thing. He was starting to be rude! And recently one shorter black woman dressed in wendy's uniform came to place a order in my work. And while finding her payment in her bra, she pulled out wendy's plastic gloves out as well a lot of gloves! I don't know what kinda of people or management you have there, but someone needs to do something! Because that's disgusting! If you're working with food; gloves should be woren. And employees sticking gloves in their breasts and bra... I'm at a loss of words! Ick!

Wendy’s the manager needs to learn how to respect his employees, especially in front of paying customers.

We stopped into the wendys, on the hwy 15 bypass in hazard. (104 black gold court hazard, ky 41701) we were there just for the day, due to a funeral. Anyway there was probably 10 cars in the drive thru. So we walked in, keep in mind due to food allergies my kids always choose wendys. Anyway we were number 3 in line. And I had a fairly large order, gentleman named austin took our order. While I was standing there waiting, the manager (Black hair younger gentleman) humiliated the cashier in front of us. Not once, but 3 times. First time the lady running the drive thru asked him to get her a bucket of ice. He did, manger screamed screamed at him. Then the manger walks over and I didn't hear it all, last sentence was this isn't your first day. Then finally he yelled again, over something else. I know he was maybe stressed due to the drive thru. But come on there is a right way to handle things, you do not humiliate your employee in front of a lobby of customers. I felt horrible for him, felt horrible for my large order. I even apologized to the employee, for the managers behavior. This complaint may be brushed under the rug, but I this is my first ever complaint to any company. But I will never be back in the wendys, at 14 black gold court. We eat at our local wendys at least 3 days a week, hazard was a one time thing due to traveling for a funeral. Someone needs to train that current manager on how to handle situations, and he owes poor austin an apology.

Wendy’s home style chicken sandwich

The bottom bun of my chicken sandwich has small brown spots all over it and I'm not sure what it is. I'm afraid to eat anymore of it so hopefully y'all can help me out. I ordered my food from a Wendy's in Fort Walton Beach FL 32548. My boyfriend ordered 2 burgers from here and his bun looked fine but mine had all these little brown spots on the bottom bun.

Wendy’s chicken bacon ranch salad

We always have enjoyed the Chicken Bacon Ranch Salad and order it every time we are in our local Wendy's. That is the only item we would order. We went in today and noticed it is taken off the menu. I was surprised to see the Mediterranean Salad was still on the menu-thinking the Chicken Bacon Ranch would be more popular. Hopefully something could be done to bring the salad back.

Wendy’s food service

I went to the Wendy's near my house on Mack and old 8 mile in saint Clair shores Michigan accidentally miss took the lady behind the speaker for a man as I pulled up to the window every employee who walked by kept staring at me that's when I realized I made a mistake about the gender of the person behind the speaker so after getting stared down by all the employees I got my meal went home ate it and got a horrible stomach because they obviously did something to it which I think was undercooking the bacon or giving me old bacon I've been a customer here for over a decade and it's amazing how I make one mistake and now I can't go some where to eat because I don't know if food will be messed with or not

Wendy’s number 7, quality

I visited a drive thru on Utica Ave and was highly disappointed. I ordered at the menu board, told the lady what I wanted which was the ultimate grill chicken, large, bottled water and a 10 piece regular nuggets.When I got to the window she asked me what did I order even after I told her I'm not sure what number it was but I wanted the ultimate grilled chicken with large fries and a bottled water and a 10 piece nuggets. I got home to realize it was a fried chicken sandwich which had bacon in it and I do not eat pork, which was a waste of my money because I had to throw it out, fries and nuggets taste old and cold, I also wasn't given the option of sauce for my nuggets or any ketchup in my bag for my fries.

Wendy’s time and customer service

I sat in line for 25 minutes to come up to a speaker telling me to wait again. After being in line for 32 minutes I finally have my order. I have worked in the restraunt business pretty much all my life so I'd understand if it was busy or something but this was ridiculous, I don't think I will ever come back considering Macdonald is opening back up across the street just lost a good customer Wendy's !

Wendy’s coupon

I received two Wendy's Combo Meal coupons for Christmas. Each was for one Free Combo Meal at Wendy's. They each say: "Redeemable at any participating Wendy's restaurant." So on Thursday, 3/2/2017, I went into the store at 11011 Eastern Avenue in Henderson, Nevada 89052. The person at the counter was flustered, so she showed the coupon to the manager-on-duty. The manager said it could not be used in their store. Since the local Wendy's would not honor it, I am tempted to say that the person who bought these for me got no value for what they paid to Wendy's. How can you make this right?

Wendy’s drive thru order

First- I get being understaffed and it's busy, however almost 15 min for a drive thru? Also, no receipt, not from swiping my card nor being in the bag as usual, no napkins, no straws, drinks not full, and for the third time now- I get no mayo on my burger because mayo makes me sick- I still get mayo all on my burger. This is getting out of hand and pathetic.

Wendy’s order incorrect, coupon not honoured

I was not going to complain until I saw my account statement today. I am at work, and will be available after 5:00 MST. I went to Wendy's here in Glenwood Springs and ordered two Singles with cheese and a small fries. Both singles were incorrect, and I wrote it off to going at peak hours. I stated I had a coupon for BOGO singles as I ordered, and presented it at the window. I was not told my total nor given a receipt. Today while checking my account statement I realized I had been charged full price. I was okay with having to return to correct my order, things like that happen. I am dissapointed that I was also charged full price, however.
