Wendy’s salad condiments

Today I tried the new Strawberry Mango chicken salad. The salad was not as expected but it killed the hunger. One of the condiments to the salad are Honey Roasted sunflower seeds; i decided to save them for a snack later. I got to work and went to open the package and there was a strip of blue plastic in the actual package. I am happy I saw the plastic before I started eating because there are not too many place I can spit at work. Also I decided to look at the expiration date and the contents are also expired. The expiration date is March 30th 2017, today's date is June 8th 2017.

Wendy’s the manager

I am making a complaint about one of the managers of the Wendy's in port orchard Washington off of Lund and bethel avenue. I walked into the Wendy's to order my lunch before heading back to work and I noticed one of the managers treating one of the employees in an unprofessional manor. He was yelling at her in front of customers she tried to get a drink of water and he said she couldn't. That she was not aloud to have water until he said she could.. saying she sucked and said until she got better he would continue treating her like a child. In my opinion she was doing a very good job and she was fast she was very professional and a great asset to your guys company.

Wendy’s they stole money from my older age mom

My mom went to the wendys on the corner of her house on kellis next to la gran plaza mall and she accidentally gave them a 100 and a 10 instead of a 20 and a 10 to pay for a 27 and some change order they gave her 3$ back but when she got home she noticed a 100 bill missing and she went back they told her they had no 100 bills in the register of course they don't they took it for themselves I am so mad she bearly told me about this today Thursday the day it happened was Sunday I hate when people take advantage of older people and i know you all can recheck cameras I will be happy if the two white females working that night will get what they deserve

Wendy’s food unsatisfactory

I paid almost $8 just to return five minutes later because I had to remind them that I asked for no bacon on my chicken sandwich. Then I went to eat my salad the next day to find some of the lettuce had already browned a little!

Not only did my cashier mess up my order and ruin my condition to not eat any pork, but they gave me a bad salad. I love Wendy's but this one store messed it up for me. Unacceptable!

I would like a refund, at least, for the salad I'm not going to eat.

Wendy’s found foreign material in my jr. bacon cheeseburger

On Wednesday June 7th 2017 at 6:47 p.m. I went to Wendy's restaurant #[protected] at 774 Montauk Highway Center Moriches New York 11934..
I ordered 4 different things at the drive-thru, one of them being a junior bacon cheeseburger with extra pickles, that totaled $10.38...
In the second to last bite, I bit into something hard, and found two pieces of some foreign material in my food which resembles either bone or plastic... I am unsure which..
Attached is a picture of the receipt and of the two pieces of whatever it is that was in my food...
Needless to say I'm pretty disappointed with my experience at Wendy'sdot dot dot I'm hoping to at least be reimbursed for my purchase..

To Whom It May Concern:

On Tuesday evening, June 6th at approximately 6:10, I visited your establishment to order what I thought would be a quick stop for a salad. Unfortunately, my visit to your restaurant left something to be desired.

Upon entering the restaurant to order dinner (a taco salad) while on a 30 minute break from nursing school, I found an entire lobby full of people. To my surprise these individuals were not waiting to order, but in fact had already done so and were waiting for their food. I decided to take what I thought to be the quick route and order a salad of which your employees mainly just had to pull from a refrigerator. After waiting 10 minutes following ordering and paying for my order, I requested my money back from the manager of the establishment, explaining nicely to her that I had a short amount of time for lunch and that there were still 4 customers in front of me waiting for their food and I could not wait any longer. Your manager rolled her eyes at me and then rudely refunded my money without even an apology.

During that 10 minute wait, I viewed employees that were unaware of the situation in the lobby, either by choice or by chance. The food prep people in view of the lobby seemed to care less that your customers were waiting and moved slower than I think I have ever seen food prep employees move in a fast food establishment. I also saw the interactions of your employees and your manager with a woman when they attempted to explain to her that the baked potato that she ordered was not going to be delivered to her because they had run out. The customer was initially very nice about the situation, but your staff turned the whole situation around and made it look as though the customer was wrong in front of about 20 people. Your manager, once again, was extremely rude to this woman and in refunding her money, offered no apology and presented with body language and facial expressions that were uncalled for regarding the situation. As the customer, I would have taken a very different stance if I had been treated the way I viewed her as being treated in front of all of those people.

Having been in food service for over 25 years from every aspect from cashier to management, I understand that issues arise and that sometimes instances will occur when customers wait longer than expected, you run out of prepared foods, etc. but the scene that I saw at your establishment this evening left a very bad vibe with me and the other customers around me. I have always enjoyed visiting the Wendy’s restaurant chain but after tonight will reconsider my next visit to your establishment.

I hope that you will take my information seriously and know that on this evening you had many unsatisfied customers. The conversation in the lobby while I was there was not pleasant. As a manager and business administration major originally in school I know that negative presentations regarding your business are very hard to overcome. I am hoping that in the long run instances such as this will be avoided and that your business is able to return to the high standards that a customer would expect from the Wendy’s chain.

Wendy’s staff

I worked at Wendy's in Hayward and the staff members are rude and show discrimination to other employees. They hired their own family members and they don't even do anything. They constantly speak Spanish while the other employees don't even speak it which is rude because we don't know if they are talking about us or not and they are rude to their customers. They are very unorganized and they don't train the new employees right and the mangers there have bad attitudes.

Wendy’s service!!! horrible service!

No one has contacted me back from this text I sent 3 days ago. I waited in the wendy's line on cypress gardens in winter haven florida for over an hour just to get to the order machine (Where it took the lady an additional 15-20 mins to acknowledge that I pulled up to order) to be told that the frosty machine is "down". So I waited an hour in this line to be told the lazy workers already cleaned the machine & didnt feel like making any more frostys close to closing time. I am pregnant & that's the only thing I ever crave. Every single time I go to that wendy's an employee has an attitude or [censor] like this happens where unfortunately the thing I want is "out of order". If the employees are too lazy to make something or just don't feel like working, I know there are plenty of people out here that are jobless or would like a second job. It's a shame that you keep employees there that constantly make y'all look bad. An hour wait time because someone can't answer the headset. Each car in front of me waited 10-20 mins to be acknowledged at the order box. So I know for sure i'm not the only pissed customer tonight who waited, trapped in the line because cars are behind & in front of me just to be served the way they served customers tonight. Horrible service! Always! So instead of spending my $10 with you, I had to go to your competitors and spend $15. Bad on your business because of lazy workers.

Wendy’s fries

I order the 4 for 4 meal with large fries and the container of fries was filled about the level of a small fry. I frequent the location I go to many times per month and was very unsatisfied this time. I have order this same item from this location multiple times and have never felt like I was being shorted before. I love to eat Wendy's and they have great food.

Wendy’s dirty wendy's at 1725 winchester rd, memphis tn

My husband and I are traveling and stopped at a Wendy's at, 1725 Winchester Rd, Memphis TN. It was so dirty! There was a dead cockroach on the counter where you pay for your food and I knocked one off the chair by a table. We did not notice the roaches until after we ordered and paid for our food. We knew we were in trouble when the gentleman next to us was told that he had to order something else because what he ordered was bad and asked him to choose something else. Then they came back and told him that what he originally ordered was available. My husband ordered chili (that is his favorite meal at Wendy's) and they said they were all out. We finally ordered then while waiting for our order we saw a container of dirty water with a dirty rag sitting on the counter along with the dead roach and the filthy French fryer also the workers didn't wear gloves. I'm sure the board of health should shut that place down. We decided to leave and didn't ask for our money back we just wanted to get out of the dirtiest Wendy's we've ever been in. That's a bad name for Wendy's, the other couple saw us leave and they had just gotten their food, the gentleman was afraid to eat his meal since they said it was bad to start with. It will make me think twice about going to a Wendy's while traveling, especially since we lost the money we paid for our meal.

Wendy’s cold food

Got to wendy. Put our order in. At 801 it's now 817. The food is completely cold I work for restaurant we get our food out faster and it's hot. It seems like every time were at this location lately the food is either cold or my orders wrong I just got out of emergency room after being there all day with strep to get cold crappy food. Not gonna wait another twenty minutes for food. This is grap. I love wendys bit this store is making me hate it ill take my money ti mcdonalds. At least foods hot.

Wendy’s double stack burger on the 4 for 4 deal

I have bought your double stack burger many times and always enjoyed it, so as you can imagine I was quite pleased to see it on your new 4 for 4 menu. However in no way, shape or form does Wendy's alert you to the fact that THIS double stack burger is actually only the size of it's JUNIOR burgers. I was extremely upset and disappointed when I pulled this "double stack" out of the bag. It was so small that initially I thought I had been given the wrong burger. I felt like Wendy's had tricked me into buying this with what I consider to be false advertising and you may have just lost a very long time and loyal customer. Thank you for time.

Wendy’s food quality & service

Just ordered 2 Baconator Meals. The burgers were slopped together as if it were assembled by someone throwing it together from opposing sides of the kitchen, bacon was burnt to a crisp, burger had to much salt on it, and there was enough grease on both the burger & fries to clogg any artery. They were out of most drinks so had to settle, and were out of frosties. Will be awhile before I eat here again.

Wendy’s they don't wear blue gloves

First of all this has been the first time we have been in a Wendy's for years. We enter Wendy's at about 5:15 pm on Saturday June 4 2017 there was no one in line about 8 employees walking around and no one acknowledged us. After about four minutes someone told the cashier we were there we the ordered two burgers and a poutine with bacon they charged for both full meals which was find but there was no bacon on the poutine so I went back and asked for the bacon and with no gloves on they but the bacon on I asked for a new one but had to keep my eyes on them they said do you want new fries of course I do not sure what your policy is but no food should be handle without gloves in my job it is unacceptable and should also be they way in your establishement.

Wendy’s I ordered a 4for4 chicken sandwich my fries was cold and taste old my sandwich was cold as ice due to my food being cold I contracted food poisoning

I didn't get a receipt I will never eat from y'all I had to be rushed to the er I was out of work for aweek due to the food poisoning I purchased this meal on 5/30/2017 location 9955 Bluebonnet Blvd.Baton Rouge, La 70810 I enjoy eating from Wendy's but I'm not sure if I will ever get anything else to eat from y'all this is very disheartening that this happened to me I hope something can be done about this situation

Wendy’s service, treatment, product

My husband & I always go to Elm Grove, West Virginia Wendy's, HALF of the time we have problems HALF we don't but tonight was a big problem because this is the 2nd time its been done to us. We arrived to the drive thru in between 6pm -6:45pm(I can't give exact time because they NEVER receipts, even when asked for)but that was the time range.We pulled up to the speaker the guy greeted us& my husband said we needed a minute, then he ordered his food & then ordered mine & he asked for mayo in a cup instead of packets because we were driving ( which we ALWAYS ask for with our nuggets & even offer to pay because it is not packets).We got our total & pulles to the first window.We payed for our food, got our change with no reciept, the guy there was OK though, & pulled to the second window. When we got there we got a DARK haired girl 20'-early 30's maybe.She gave us our drinks then gave us straws, we waited for a few minutes then open the window & snottly said 'There ya go!', my husband took the bag & as she was shutting the window she stood there for a second &had her tongue sticking out pointing up & smirking from ear to ear like they had just tampered with our food, I took the bag & immediately looked in, she was too lazy & ignorant to get the mayo in a cup we payed for ( I saw it on the screen we asked for lots the guy entered 4 at fifty cents a pie3ce = $2.00) she purposely had time to put mayo packets inside cups with lids & throwie÷÷ng more packets inside the bag. I was instantly enraged because $2.00 or less thats our money we kindly asked specifically for tbe mayo & certain condiments removed/added to our whole order & they completly messed that up. I asked for extra sauce on my sandwhich & the purposely GOOPED sauce all over my sandwhich making my bun soggy, my husbands had condiments he asked not to have on there on there because he is alleegic to them & they still put them on there. Having deal to with these issues & more HALF the time we come there anyway now this again its old & we're not going to be going there anymore which is now putting ua out of our way to get food we like. Hopefully something is done about these rude ignorant employees because according to their Facebook page they have alot of bad reviews which sucks for us customers if nothing is done about the issues. Wendy’s given the wrong soft drink and receive no receipt

I visited Wendy's on (1291 Dogwood Dr SE, Conyers, GA 30013) on three different occasions where I purchased the 4 for 4 meal through the drive through and each time I was order a Sprint 0 but was given the wrong soft drink... dark color soda.

On my last visit which was Thursday June 1, 2017, I reported it to the manager and express how disappointed I am in the service and that I was not given the wrong drink and did not receive a receipt ticket.

Wendy’s counter service / food quality {ref:_00d37pbre._50037a6mr4:ref }

I sent an e-mail of 5/15 outlining several issues I experienced at a Wendy's location in East Hartford, CT. This was in regards to the hostess at the counter and the quality of the food. The French fries were actually cold .. not even warm. I immediately brought this to the attention of an employee behind the counter. This gentleman did replace my fries with HOT ones . Also I was not greeted in a kindly manner. At least I did not feel welcomed at this location. The hostess seemed pre-occupied and was on her cellphone at the counter. I snapped a photo and provided to the customer care representative when I filed a complaint. I received an email from Richard ( in the Customer Care Unit) . The email stated that I would be contacted from someone from the franchise leadership team. I waited until 5/24 when I sent another e-mail stating " I never heard from anyone from the leadership team" . It is 6/2/2017, , sent another e-mail stating poor relations from the customer care unit in responding back to my initial issue ...

Wendy’s apple pecan full salad

Today I purchased a salad from Wendy's in Las Vegas store #[protected] order number 3299 host Patricia at approximately at 5:51pm I don't visit there often but when I do it's usually ok but today I stopped by to grab food once I got home which is about a ten minute drive from the restaurant I was eating my salad which was not that satisfying in the first place but I paid $7.03 for it so I wasn't going to waste my money I was halfway through the salad and I found a big piece of plastic at the bottom of my salad I immediately spit out the food I was obviously grossed out by it and thought the proper thing to do was submit a complaint.

Wendy’s employee management, customer service, eating environment

Not once but twice have we had to endure listening to blantantly racist comments from crew members in reference to their coworkers. Sitting in the dining room trying to enjoy my meal with my children, the front cashier (Older caucasian woman) has come to our table complaining about working with "those people" and how "they're all lazy" in reference to their coworkers of color. Even as a caucasian family we are appalled by this behavior and will be taking our business elsewhere. Management is just as bad as the cashier, participating in the racist conversations, and allowing them at all.

Our last visit to the location in brownsburg, indiana was sunday, may 28th 2017 around 1pm.
