Wendy’s sexual harassment

My wife regina carmack. Works at wendys in savage minnesota. Has been picking up employees for work schedules for over a year and having sex with them in my vehicle and in the cooler at work. I have all their text messages and pictures. Upon advising managers kevin (Regional) nothing was done. For a company who professes to care for kids our 11 yr old is tore up. Wendy’s drive thru

I have been through the drive thru at this location twice now and neither time did I receive my whole order and both times was told that they were out of product. This time I was told it would be a 5 minute wait for a potato so I said that I would wait. I was asked to pull forward and did so. I was brought ONLY the potato that I had purchased but not the rest of my food. I had just got done working a 15 hour shift at my job and all I wanted was good food fast and if I hadn't checked my bag, I would have paid $15 for a potato and nothing more. I am terribly upset over this ordeal and will not be going back to Wendy's at all.

Wendy’s wrong food!

Went through the drive through at 970 ohio 97, lexington ohio. I ordered two 4 for 4 meals. We pulled up to pay and we're ignored, just sitting there waiting for someone to notice us. We got on the highway and both of our sandwiches had no lettuce, no tomato, and no mayonnaise. Our chicken nuggets we not crunchy but instead soggy. Worst experience.

Wendy’s service

Im not sending a complaint I just wanted to compliment Stephanie at 6143 walnut grove rd Memphis to 38021. She is an outstanding host. She is very polite fast productive and I believe she should be rewarded on her actions. I have ate at many places in my life and never have I met someone as great as she. This is a great spot. Everyone.

Wendy’s too bad

Are your employees deaf? Why are they so inattentive when listening to orders and after bringing a wrong one they roll eyes? Why do I have to place the same order twice because they put too much cheese on it? How is it possible? Are you kidding me? Guys get your stuff together and provide a great service. Fire everyone who deserves it. If you need my assistance, I will help.

Wendy’s charged for item not received

Visited a Wendy's one hour before they closed. Upgraded both combos to a large. Got to the window and paid, then was told there were no large cups. Asked why I was being charged for a large still, worker said they stored the order and can not do anything. Came back later with change for the difference, was still short on what I should have received

Wendy’s customer service

I went to Wendy's on reservoir Avenue in Cranston RI for the third night in a row to order chili only to find that they did not have any. This location closes at 1 am and I was there between 10:45 and 11:00 all three nights I don't understand how a fast food restaurant can run out of food. Also tonight I waited at the speaker for close to five minutes before someone tried taking my order there were a couple of cars behind me beeping and one drove off before someone took my order. This is by far the worst location I have been to which is to bad seeing I live only a couple minutes away.

Wendy’s lack of community support

I am the administrative coordinator for Uniting Hope 4 Children, a faith-based foster care agency in Loganville, Georgia. On Monday, August 21st I visited our local Wendy's (4331 Atlanta Highway) to request 30 of any sort of gift card/coupon for our Foster Mom's retreat to be held this weekend. The manager with whom I spoke rudely told me "we don't give away stuff like that". As I clarified for her that this was for a foster care agency, she repeated that "we don't give away anything like that" and started to laugh and repeat that to her employees as I was walking away. This retreat will be a time of rest and renewal for our foster moms, and my understanding is that Wendy's supports the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption/Foster Care Adoption as stated on your website. Wendy's was also listed as the 2016 Best Adoption-Friendly Work Place. How can you say you support foster care when your managers will not even participate in charitable actions for foster families? According to the Dave Thomas Website, "Wendy's restaurants and franchisees in North America generously support charities and schools in their communities. Most direct requests for financial support, products, coupons or gift cards are funded through your local Wendy's restaurant or office. Contact your neighborhood Wendy's for more information on community activities." Even if she were to have given us 50 cent coupons, she would have been out of pocket $15. I requested the same from our local Chick-fil-a and interestingly enough they provided 30 gift cards worth approximately $5 each and they don't claim any connection with foster care. Maybe this manager needs a refresher course in her company standards.

Wendy’s hiring process

I recently got hired at the Wendy's located on bridge st in Fort Worth Texas I had a interview and when I was scheduled to come back and complete the hiring process she said the system was down which was no problem she just have me my uniform and said she would be in contact I haven't heard from her since every time I reach out to them they say a manager is not on duty and when I do speak with a manager they schedule me to come when I show up they just give me the run around to come back for a different time the employees that answer the phone are rude and it's sad I wouldn't recommend any one to work here

Wendy’s customer service

I went to the Wendy's in Dracut, MA (It's the only one) on 8/21/17.
I waited in line for a long time (Seems like this location makes everything "made to order") and when I arrived I was met by a drive through worker who was yelling at the cook and explaining that it was his fault that she gave my food to the car in front of me. She then asked if I would take a home-style instead of a spicy chicken because the spicy chicken sandwich will "take mad long" to cook. I advised her that I would wait. She said it would be 4.5 minutes (Which isn't that long). About 20 minutes later she came out to my car and handed me my food. After getting home I realized that I was eating a Home-style chicken sandwich and it was cold. I will never go to that location again.

Wendy’s the consistency

Two days ago I ordered a crispy chicken 4 for four, and because I'm allergic to beef and pork I asked for no bacon. I ordered the sandwich as I usually do, and went home to eat. To my surprise the burger was actually a junior bacon which is beef and the bacon (even though I said no bacon) was on there as well. Tonight I ordered the same thing and there was a fly in my chicken sandwich. At least my order was correct today, but after having two bad instances I thought it'd be best to call the restaurant back. When I did the woman that answered tried to deflect the situation by first stating they didn't have a car in over an hour which was clearly incorrect, and then on top of everything her attitude was disgusting. The last thing I wanted was to return to that Wendy's after my bad experiences, this only highlighting two, but she attempted to force a free 4 for four down my throat rather than admitting fault and asking ME what it was that I would like.

Wendy’s consistently poor customer service

I went to my local Wendy's for a large Frosty, I went through the drive through as there was no waiting, I heard quickly, welcome to Wendy's, be with you shortly, then nothing for 5 minuets, the person finally came back after 2 more cars got in line behind me and asked for my order, no apology for the extensive wait, no total for my order, just pull up to the second window. Once at the second window, I saw a young African American woman at the window, she looked as if she didn't know how to open the window. She stated abruptly the amount I owed, I gave her the money and she handed me my Frosty and change, but no receipt, or spoon. As She abruptly turned to walk away, I asked her for a spoon, she looked right at me and walked away. As I looked through the window thinking she would come back, an African American man said, " can I help you? " I asked if I could have a spoon, he responded with " What " I said a spoon, can I get a spoon. He said sure, here.
Every time I go to this Wendy's I get poor service and attitude, I don't know if it is because I am a White male, or they just don't care, one thing is certain, I will never come back to that Wendy's again. Furthermore, if I receive the same kind of treatment at any Wendy's in the future, You will lose my business entirely.
The store was devoid of customers and there was plenty of staff behind the counter, so it wasn't because they were busy, with this incident, it is not a surprise to me that they were not busy.

Wendy’s missing item

I was a customer at the drive threw window and as i began to drive off i noticed that i was missing my frosty so i pulled over and went in. As i arrived to the counter i told the cashier that i had paid for the frosty but did not recieve it. The cashier told the manager (Treshun) and she responded with a negative attitude stating that i would have to purchase another frosty. After i told her that i had already paid for it at the window she rolled her eyes and then yelled to the cashier to give me my frosty so that i could go. Although the food was good the managers behavior was unacceptable and i will not countinue to go to a restaurant where the manager is DISRESPECTFUL!

Wendy’s discrimination

Its a lot if racism favoritism going on in the store they have relatives in there mother and son husband and wife they getting all the hours not being at work getting clocked in the mangers have nasty attitude especially the general manager you can not go to them with a problem they will not resolve it i have complained several times nothing is done about it no one has reached out to me i will be contacted labor board and international

Wendy’s drive thru traffic

Location at 2501 Lee Blvd Lehigh Acres, FL 33971
the drive thru is too close to the main entrance, and no one wants to go around the building to get in the proper lane for the drive thru--they just totally block off the exit instead. It is a breeding ground for accidents and road rage. They at least need to put up a sign that says "Do not block the exit, go around Please" Why do they design these store locations so poorly?

Wendy’s long wait for food and quality of food

The customer service at Wendy's in Quinton VA (New Kent area) is terrible. The wait time for food is ridiculous long and when you do get the food its cold and not fresh. The workers have attitudes and take their time getting food. This is an everyday thing for this store and they can never keep employees.

Wendy’s burgers

I've been a Wendy's fan for years! Used to be my fav fast food. Used to eat there every week. This past yesr or so, the burgers are so old and small, bacon old and burnt, and the fries are cold with very little salt, I only eat there every few months. I'm so sad. I don't mind paying extra for a good meal, but now you guys are charging a lot for bad quality food. Very disappointed and now I'll have to stop eating here all together. And post on social media about the downfall of the quality of your food so my friends/family don't waste their hard earned money on cold, falsely advertised food.

Wendy’s service and food item

Let me start off first by saying never have I walked into a business where the service was so horrible, people so rude and disrespectful unhelpful with no manager available. I ordered a spicy queso bacon chicken sandwich size med. $8.59 was the cost. What I was given was a chicken sandwich with cheese. I ended up driving back to get my order corrected. When I spoke with the cashier and showed him my sandwich he said that my order was correct. I told him no the order is wrong it is nothing like the picture with a jalapeno broached bun, there is no bacon and no salsa how is that correct. My first sandwich came just with cheese and a few onions. He said he would go ask but responded I got what I ordered. The person in the kitchen said they will remake it and asked if I wanted everything on it to which I replied yes. The second sandwich was a grilled chicken honey mustard sandwich. I went back to the cashier and told him that and he again said I got what I ordered. This was completely different and still no bacon. I asked for a manager however with a smerk the cashier responded that at this time none were available. How can a company offer a sandwich but not make it as pictured? You charge extra for a limited time sandwich and it's wrong. When you want further assistance there is no help. Your staff talks down on the customers and conversed with other people inline like I was crazy complaining about my sandwich but your staff are the ignorant ones who can not get a simple order correct. I have attached photos of the two sandwiches and just kept the nasty honey mustard sandwich because I was already done with this quick service restaurant. I am a blogger for travel companies and this location should no longer be standing it will get one of the worst reviews possible especially when you pay for something you expect to get what you order or some sort of resolution. I don't done out or eat fast food on a regular only when something feeds my appeitie such as the ghost pepper sandwich and the spicy queso bacon if this location could make it correctly.

Wendy’s a simple coke

I had a very nasty coke that was all carbonated, I simply went inside 25/30 minutes later after my family was done eating and asked for a new one. Where the cashier was very very nice and tried to help was getting horrible attitude and yelled at by manager Megan. I was not trying to cause problems for the poor girl. I just wanted a new coke. Horrible management.

Wendy’s spicy chicken caesar salad

We purchased this salad yesterday (8/17) about 4:15 PM at the location on US 64 in Murphy, NC. Additional items purchased were a combo meal (eaten my me), chicken nuggets (eaten by my husband) and we each had a frosty. My husband ate and a few hours later became very ill. We ate as soon as we got home as neither of us had eaten that day since breakfast so there was nothing in his stomach other than the Wendy's food. He began feeling sick and started vomiting a few hours later. This went on for about 4 hours and he was still nauseated this morning.

We expect to be compensated for the food and his resulting physical distress.

I have attempted to upload the receipt but can only do pdf format and you don't seem to allow that. If needed please provide alternate way to send you the pdf.
