Wendy’s small bolt in hamburger

On May 19, my husband got and chewed on a small stainless steel bolt in Wendy's hamburger. He spit the bolt out into his hand. We couldn't believe it! I took the burger and bolt back into restaurant, as we were sitting in our car. I started yelling my husband hurt his mouth from chewing on the damned thing and I wanted to find out where it had come from. To shut me up the manager took me back into the kitchen. I blamed it on the flippers. No they didn't have bolts. Then I looked up above where the greasy burgers were moving down some kind of a mini-assembly line being cooked. The burgers were just floating in grease. The manager refunded the money for our whole order and gave my husband a 'replacement' grease burger. I was promised Wendy's would look for the 'source' of the bolt and the manager would report it to Wendy's Canadian 'hotline'. He apologized for the bolt. I was told Wendy's would phone us between 48-72 hours. Not a word out of Wendy's. So I tracked the hotline number for Canada, phoned it, they had never heard of my husband getting the bolt. I sent the health inspector over. Where did the bolt come from? and what is Wendy's going to do about preventing other people from getting 'bolt burgers'?

Wendy’s - Food causes diarrhea

I ate a salad and baked potato there and about an hour or two later I had servere diarrhea that lasted a couple of hours. I mentioned this to my friend and she said that she had basically eaten the same stuff there and had the same result.

Wendy’s Bad food!

Yesterday Feb. 16, 2008, my wife and I tried the Wendy's New Premium Fish Fillet made w/ North Pacific Cod. Time was 7:45 PM, both of are sandwiches had a bad taste and after taste. We could not complete them, we first thought it was the lettuce, but after removing the green the taste stayed the same. Very bad.

My wife and I had the New Premiun Fish Sandwich today(suggested by a friend---said it was the best ever).
However, we beg to differ with our friend. The sandwich left a lot to be desired. It was very bland with just a small piece of lettuce and some mayo. We felt the sandwich could have been warmer and served with lettuce, tomato and possibly some tartar sauce, to add some flavor.

Wendy’s bad service!

At Wendy's I ordered a salad with no bacon and no bacon touching because I''m allergic to pork and pork by products and guess what they gave me : 1 1/2 pound Jalapeno Cheddar Double Melt with bacon! And the worst part was was that they weren't going to give me a refund or anything new and I brought the burger back! Wendy's : TOTAL RIP OFF!

Wait, if you ordered a salad, why did you accept the burger? Burgers are the round objects wrapped in foil. Salads are in a plastic bowl.

You can usually tell the difference straight off.

Wendy’s terrible service!

Has this happened to anyone else at this location? I drove through, ordered a single hamburger and small diet ($4.61 Total). I handed the young gal at the window (blonde with nicely French manicure nails) a $20 bill along with .61 cents specifically so I would receive only bills for change to give to my daughter for lunch money. Another girl (dark hair and lots of make up) quickly pushed my food out the window. I sat there long enough to unwrap my straw and place it in my drink. Then I drove away. About two hours later, having realized my mistake, I called the restaurant. Rachael identified herself as the manager and I gave her my phone number to call me back after she looked into the matter. Later Latasha called me, identifying herself as the manager and said, "I checked registers and they all came out perfect." (How often does that happen in the fast food business?). No offer of compensation. Bad, bad customer service! Just curious if this location has other complaints of the same nature...

Wendy’s terrible service!

This is the third time we have ordered and paid for food that was not in the bag at this same Wendys. They really don't seem to care. Tonight we ordered a burger, fries, 2 bowls of chili, a potato and drinks. They left the burger and fries out. I had first ordered a frosty but they didn't have that. Isn't that one of their signature items? Last week we ordered a potato and chili and they left the chili out of the bag. Did not discover that until we got home. Both of those were at the drive through. I went inside and ordered for my husband and myself and when I got home, discovered they left his sandwich out of the bag. He only had fries. I really think this particular store kind of sucks. As far as I'm concerned, Three times and they are out. I will never go back to this Wendys.

Wendy’s horrible service!

I had very bad experiences at the stores at 15th Avenue South and 4th Street South. I complained to the corporate website and was contacted by Shelley Lewis, the District 51 manager. My initial order at the 15th St. store was shorted and poorly prepared. Ms. Lewis emailed me that she would provide 2 free combos as replacement.

I went to the 4th St. South store and this is where my horror story starts. I was treated like "white-trash" by the all-black counter servers, the Baconator had just 21/2 slices of bacon instead of the 6 stated on the menu board, a scrap of lettuce and a swipe of mayo. My triple with cheese looked like the patties had been sitting in the warmer trays for an hour, all dried-out and dark brown; the onions were stringy and tough like they'd been out of the cooler all day long. I was served soggy, limp fries that had also been in the warmer too long. When I asked for fresh order of fries, Sonya told me, "They look fine to me." And, "If you don't like our fries, you probably won't like our sandwiches." She was right! The Burgers were pure junk. I had to bag my own order after Sonya was told it was "to-go" instead of dine-in. While bagging my own order, she huffed, "You gotta get out of the way for these other customers!"

I e-mailed Ms. Lewis back with this horror story and she wanted me to go back to the scene of the crime and roll my dice with this crew again! I was insulted and humiliated. I pursued the proper channels of procedure with Wendy's and got the Big Screw.

I'll never go back to a minority-operated Wendy's in south St. Petersburg ever again. You shouldn't either if you don't want to get ripped-off or mistreated. These Wendy's people are obviously very poorly trained and could care less. I was offered a mere "Baconator" combo by Ms. Lewis if I went back to the place where I got raped. No Way!

First of all you are an Idiot. By the way you are pissing a fit all over the internet about this store and Posting this District managers Phone number, it is obvious. Have some balls and post your phone number you wimp. You were Raped? Man how can you use that word in describing poor service. You are just a low life that likes to raddle cans and make noise. If you were so upset at the way the cashier treated you, why didn't you tell her? Or maybe find out where she lived and told her daddy that she was rude. Oh yea... you would of probably gotten your ### kicked... Its easier to go after a District manager who has to be as nice as possible and listen to your tirade. What the Hell did you want this woman to do for you? Did she appologize and try to make it right? Did she offer to refund your money? Hell I'd pay you real money to just shut up.

You are truly a weasel and Karma will get you one day. The real sad thing is you probably posted this stuff on every web site you could think of and will never have the nuts to check or read the responses.

I've had the same experience at these locations. If you're white they make it known that your are not welcome there and do their best to make sure you don't come back. Servers were very discourteous and impolite. No manners or courtesy or customer relations skills. Uniforms were filthy and dirty. Food also poorly prepared or orders shorted. It's obviously not worth taking the time to complain anymore. A mere bacon combo for all that nonsense and mistreatment? Whoa!

Wendy’s Raw meat, wrong toppings and condiments!

Manager and employees very rude. I ordered a baconator with just ketchup and pickles. the first time mayonnaise and tomato and no pickles. i sent it back, and this time it had pickles, mayonnaise, and no ketchup. The third time the attempted to fix the order, i took a bite and the meat was pink and raw. the employee was being rude and saying "if i wanted he could cook it well done" i did not want it well done, i just wanted it DONE and cooked, not pink. I used to be a former Wendy's employee and when i worked at Wendy's our store was never run this way. Something should be done about this.

Wendy’s we got shot by a security guard in one of the restaurants!

We went to a Wendys restaurant with my family, we ordered and they messed up (typical) we complaint with the manager and they just did not care. we went to the tables to eat then my Sister went to buy some cheese, one of the clerks smacked the tray into the counter and said to her "###" then she asked for a paper bag and they gave her one with a hole in it.

So I got up and went to the counter, I spected that the "manager" would take the matter into his hands and speak with me, he didn´t he sent one of the clerks to tell me "get out" at this time I was so mad I pushed the door open and the glass from the restaurants door crashed, so I told my family to get into the car and we left. as I was turning around I stoped and tryied to cme back to solve the problem (the Door), so both of the private police officers at the restaurant started shooting at my car, MY WIFE AND KID WERE IN THE FRONT SEAT WERE ONE OF THE SHOOTS CAME TROUGH, I had to drive fast to evade the private police, then I got back with the real police and made them capture them.

I am dissapointed at Wendys because there is no way that one person can shoot any body with the intention to kill him only because a glass door, please tell me what can I do to make this restaurant pay for what they did, because one of the clerks was telling them "Shoot them Shoot them that´s why you have the Guns"

please give me an answer.

I have photographs to support my accusations.

At the time, consulting an attorney would be advisable. Depending on the laws of the area, you may have grounds for a civil suit. Criminally, the police may become involved. As you correctly state, the grounds for lethal force are lacking. In most cases, it may only be used in self defense or the defense of life. Property damage rarely meets this.

An attorney may be able to help you with a civil case against Wendy's, the company the security guard worked for, and even the security guard.

I am in Guatemala too. No they did not shot at me. The thing is I am NOT allowed to park at Wendy's Restaurant. Why? Because I come on a motorbike and not in a car. Therefore all parking lots are for cars only (the guards say) I asked today, if I am less a client on a 1200ccm Yamaha Super Tenere than in a car. The answer was "YES"! Today I tried for the 3rd time and last time to buy myself a Wendy's burger - it is not possible. If I do not leave the parking lot, the guard's hand is going to get the gun out.
I am utterly shocked by this behaviour! And one cannot complain to Wendy's Head Quarters because Guatemala is not on their list (only Canada, USA, El Salvador and Costa Rica). There is no way to send an email. These guys are absolutely irresponsible!
I was always a Wendy's fan - but I am not anymore.
I admit the burger is good - but not worth to get shot!

Basically, what you are saying is that your money is no good simply because you do not drive a car or truck. I disagree.

I am not in Guatemala. You might try contacting the ACLU in the United States. They may or may not handle cases in Guatemala but they may be able to offer some legal advice. An attorney in your area might also be able to help.

Companies often can choose who they serve, within reason. This is a rather stupid reason to deny service. If you have friends who also ride, you may start a petition. If you belong to a club or organization, you may talk to them. If this is a club that goes outside of Guatemala, you may be able to get attention from the Corporate Office of Wendy's. If all bikers stop patronizing Wendy's, how much money would the company lose?

Bikers are unfairly harassed in many areas. Unless you are causing problems, disturbing the peace, or something like that, you should be allowed to eat where you want to. With companies like these, the best way to fight back is to hit their profits by getting people not to go there until they change the policies of the restaurant.

During the bird flue hysteria, I took my family to Wendys on Calzada Roosevelt. After lousy and slow service, we finally got our food. My burger had nothing on the left. Not a big thing, it had probably only slid over to one side. But when I was half way through my fries, and saw that at the bottom of the cardboard box there was a disposable rubber glow, the kind that they use in the hospitals. I took it downstairs and showed it to the workers and the manager. They all just laughed at me. They offered me a small portion of fries as a "recompensa".

I wanted also to share a not so nice experience also in a Wendys in Guatemala, the once in Zone 13 to be expecific. I have heard about the incident discribed above from the locals, but I was hard to belive untill I went to the same restorant. My experience was less scary but still afected me. I went with some friends to grab a quick lunch and when I paid the bill that was for an amount of Q.71.75, I was actually charged Q771.75 almost a $100.00 for a burger, after that I was advised by a very rude Manager that "I would have to just wait, for the money to be returned", and that I need to go to bank and take care of it my self. Not only this mistake could have cost me a $100.00 but it will cost time and Money for me to fix an error that they at no point took responsability for. This was also with a poor customer service is a note of a horrible way to find that the Name Wendys may not be so high considered here.

Wendy’s terrible service!

On the afternoon of December 4th 2007 I made my usual stop to the Wendys Restaurant near my office to grab a Frosty and a salad. While waiting to hand the employee my money he and a co worker were saying very inappropriate things about me. "I would steal dose' glasses" isn't exactly a hospitable thing to say to a customer. As I was driving away and after having my quarter tossed at me, the one employee decided to yell "GAY BOB" as I was putting my car into DRIVE. I will never eat at wendys again. I have tried to email the corporate to complain and on the website it says that the complaints are down for maintenance. I tried calling the store and asking for the manager but the guy said he was the manager. I recognized the voice, how am I supposed to complain if the person who you are supposed to complain to was the one in question!

If anyone checks the wendys website and says it is up, please tell me. If nothing is done about this, I have no problem going to a lawyer with discrimination.

Thanks.

8/26/07 My husband and I came from a doctors appt. to get a simple meal to go at Wendy's. He orderded a hamburger with cheese and a coke. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with no mayo and a salad. We also left our change for the clerk. When we arrived home my husbands coke was not there. We havn't eaten Wendy's for about 2yrs. We are not fast food people. I remember the spicy chicken sandwich to be much bigger with more spices. It tasted terrible. It had no taste. I ate the salad. My husband ate most of his burger which looked like mush to me. Well that evening his stomach ached. I had to give him pepto bismul and a heating pad. I got sick the next day. I had the runs and felt miserable. We vowed never to go to Wendy's again. What a change after 2yrs.

Wendy’s bug baked on my potato

I ordered a baked potato and some other food,I was eating it and when I turned the skin over there was a bug that had been roasted with the potato you could see the legs and the antennas. I showed the manager and he said he couldnt be sure if it was a bug. I asked him if he could be sure that it wasn't and he said no and then he gave me 1.20 to cover the cost . and that was it...I did not cause a scene in front of all the other customers, but I could have especially after the way I was treated. I dont think it should be taken lightly when a customer finds something so discusting in their food.

I had the same experience tonight in Ottawa Ontario Canada - ordered a baked potato at the drive through window and when I had eaten about half of it at home I saw that there were two "bug like" things on the bottom. Needless to say, I freaked out, threw up (I was so grossed out) and called the Wendy's to tell them. We're talking about 1-inch long, black-brown color, looks like antennae and legs, a head and a body. The shift supervisor told me that it could possibly be the potato "veins" that maybe weren't scrubbed off before the potato was packaged and sent to their store.

I'm going to show a public health inspector tomorrow just for my peace of mind. If it turns out to be a potato part, then it's not a huge deal (although, for good customer relations they should really make sure that those things are not going out looking like that). If it turns out to be two bugs - I'm going to freak out.

Ugh.

Wendy’s poor service & food!

Recently, my husband and I stopped in for a quick dinner. We both ordered single combo's. I should begin by saying... up until this point Wendy's was my favorite fast food restaurant. Well, we ordered and sat down. I looked at the fries and they looked horrid. And tasted the same. Kind of mushy and had some kind of crumbs all over them. Never had this before. So I opened my sandwich and discovered it to be cold and it looked like it had sat there since lunch. I took the meat off and looked at it and the middle was semi-warm... like it sat on a hot plate, but the edges were hard and dark. I sat trying to decide if I would just eat it and not complain, when my husband decided to take it back. He told them it was cold and old and could we get a fresh one. They took it back and a couple of minutes later gave him another. Well, it was hot, but something made me take it off the bun and I couldn't believe it. It was the same old burger... they just microwaved it to get it hot. And this made it even harder. I couldn't even eat it. So my dinner consisted of some yucky fries. We just left then, because I just didn't feel like getting the same rude and thoughtless kind of behavior... not to mention what I may have gotten in the next burger.

This was in Thomasville, NC on Juian Drive.

Wendy’s you'll never catch me at a wendy's again!

Tonight I decided to run and pick-up Wendy's (Mint Hill North Carolina Store #58) for a late night dinner (9pm) to watch with the game. I ordered at the microphone and as always, I was the only one to say please and thank you, but this is not even the point. I pulled around to the first window and paid the 8.43 bill with my debit card. Which the girl who did not even look at me took to swipe. The guy in the area talking with her must have thought the window was completely closed even though anyone with half a brain could see it wasn't and said, "she's really getting her snack on." and giggled. Now maybe this just comes with age and is probably why when I called to complain to the manager I never even mentioned this, but how can you make a judgment call like that in a drive thru and Wendy's is not cheap. So, make your own call on that one. The second window is where all my trouble(s) started and ended. Now I always make it a point to smile at everyone hoping that it is contagious and in turn will at least make the interaction a little nicer even if I look like a smiling fool. I smile and get nothing but a look of irritation. The large Frosty I have ordered to share with my husband has been over poured and I can see them put the lid on it and let the rest just slide down midway. The girl sees it and if it were not for her getting her own hand in it and our eyes meeting she would have just left it alone but now she must half assed wipe it off, leaving plenty of frosty to cover my hand and congeal in my cars pull out drink carrier. But see this isn't her fault it's mine because I should have known better than to order the Frosty in the first place, knowing that my odds of this taking place were very high. Then the door comes open again two medium bags are thrown out the door at me, a sideways glare imparted and the door goes shut. Now since she said not a word to me I expect that the order has not yet been filled and spend another 15 seconds or so waiting. Until I decide to look and see that my baked potato, 3 bacon jr cheese burgers, and order of (4) chicken nuggets is in fact in the bag. Now at this point I had probably been sitting there an additional 30 seconds for no good reason, sitting there foolishly waiting for, "here's your order ma'ma." at the very least. I was not dressed properly to go in the store and demand to speak with the manager and I am glad I wasn't. I needed time to cool off. But as soon as I got home I did call and spoke with a person who said she was the manager of that store and let me tell you no wonder those kids do as they please. She had absolutely no idea what to say to me. No, sorry, that is not acceptable, this will be worked on, nothing like it. She basically said nothing at all. I was not looking for a coupon either. There are not enough coupons to fix what is wrong with places like this. I told the manager that when I was in high school I worked at Wendy's and we were taught to give direct eye contact, say hello, please, thank you, you're welcome, here's your order, do you need anything else?, have a great day/afternoon/night, drive safe. That if we over poured something we got a new container and either transfered the frosty into that or dumped that into the back of the machine and poured a new product. We could not just throw away inventory like the frosty cups but that could be washed later in hot soapy water and put back next in line. But then again bottom line all of this would mean someone would actually have to work. I must be getting old I am starting to sound like my parents but even they say that my generation was never this bad, not as good as theirs but no where near like this. You'll never catch me at a Wendy's again.

You pay for what you get. This isn't a five-star restaurant-- it's fast food. Don't act so surprised. If you want better service, then be willing to pay for it.

How are you dressed properly for driving, but not walking into a store?

Anyhow, I agree with you completely. Being polite is extremely important when you're working with the public. Direct eye contact is a little difficult for me, because I'm shy of people, but I'm always as courteous as possible when taking customer's orders. Anything less is unacceptable.

Wendys At Corner Of Eastway And Central Ave. Charlotte, N.C. Went through Drive-thru and ordered food. Told to pull up and wait for order. After 30-45 seconds, rude employee told me to "Move my mother-f**king car", before anyone had brought me my order.
Complained online, never received an answer.
Gave store a second chance 6 months later. Received a dollar off coupon through email, took coupon to store. Was told coupon was invalid, and that "I must have printed dis on some kinda copying mochine", and that it did not look real. Complained online again, never received an answer. I will never eat at any wendys ever again.

Wendy’s uncooked skin on grilled chicken sandwich!

I just purchased a grilled chicken sandwich at Wendy's today. I noticed the sign said new sauce. Well the sauce was unnoticeable, but the fact that the skin was still on part of the piece of chicken after I had taken several bites was not. Now I am hoping that the chicken was cooked! The size of this sandwich was about half it's size originally, maybe they should say "mini" grilled sandwich. I was very disappointed, I love Wendy's and especially their chicken - but I want it: skinned and completely COOKED!

I'd like to first say that I love Wendy's, not AS good as they used to be, but then again who is these days?. Had the Grilled Chicken sandwhich and was not very pleased. It tasted like it had been cooked in the microwave for a space shuttle trip. Watered down and watery..not worth the cost, maybe closer to a buck 99. Tptally agree with it being cooked or not. hmmm?

Wendy’s - racism by employees toward customers.

A black female clerk/cashier/server at the I-49 Store in Many La. walked away from white customers, after serving black customers in line, only to return to the other counter for another black customer ignoring the customer waiting to order for 10 minutes. There was not so much as a comment to the white customers while waiting to order or when they were...

Wendy’s bad service and bad food

I visited wendys drive thru to order over $20.00 worth of food for our office and was treated very rudely by the person taking the order by saying gruffly "what else' after everything i said. "next window" no please or thank you. You feel like by the time you have your food thrown at you, why bother to go there. The rudeness happens at every visit at this wendys in delray beach, fl on east linton blvd after this visit i am not going back. My taco salad was soured. The tomatoes and the lettuce was so bad i threw the salad away.

Wendy’s - poor customer service

I had not been to wendys in years so I decided to take my two children there. We were eating our food when my 7 year old daughter said "Yuck I am not eating this." She showed me her sandwhich and she had taken a bite of a dead bug that was in her sandwhich. I took the sandwhich back up to the front. The manager was standing right at the counter talking...

Wendy’s very poor service!

On August 1 2007 I purchased two Southwest salads from Wendys on Tyndall Parkway in Callaway Florida. I drove home (approve 6-8 miles) to discover that my chili for the salads were not included in the bag.

I called Wendys talked to the manager who explained that I could drive back 6-8 miles to pick up the chili or come back anytime to get the chili. What really got me about it was he (the manager) stated that he noticed the pick up window attendent failed to give me the chili.

Also the next day I made special trip to Wendys to pick up the chili... I ordered two more southwest taco salads to go as I did the day before.

I let the manager know what I was told the day before ...that I could pick up the chili anytime... she looked on some clipboard and stated she couldn't issue two chilis because there was no proof of the phone call or a note from the other manager.

I even produced the receipt from the day before and explained that yes I received the salad but not the chili that is supposed to "make" the salad. At that point I was embarrassed and made to feel like a deadbeat or criminal fro even asking for what I paid for the day before.

Well today August 3rd I finally received the two chilis by sitting at the order speaker until a manager via speaker said he would issue the two chilis. I guess if the police were called I could have been arrested for trespassing?
Maybe that is the answer to fastfood restaurant complaint resolution!... hit em in the drive up lane!

But I do not like being treated like a criminal for something that I paid for and was not issued due to a mistake by an employee then snubbed by not one but two managers!

The money paid was the least of the problem the chili was the next least problem the major issue is the treatment of the legitimate customer's complaint.

I will return to this Wendys only under a real dire circumstances such as the earth stopping and my vehicle crashing into Wendys by the inertia of the earth stopping on it's axis!

I went through the Wendy's, Walker, LA location last night and have NEVER been treated so RUDELY! It took us about 10 minutes in drive-thru to place an $8 order because the lady kept talking to someone we couldn't see (we could see her). We were the ONLY ONES in line. Finally about about 10 minutes of starting and stopping and confusing the order we were asked to drive up. The food was "chunked" at us. No receipt offered or in the bag. The 10 pc. nugget wasn't put in the nugget box but a large french fry box. We had to ask for a second straw - we had ordered two drinks. We had ordered a dressed burger from the $1 menus and received ketchup with a little bread and meat (which was hard and old or overcooked). We went drove around the building back to the window to report the error - the burger was snatched and a piece of lettuce and tomato thrown on it - I had asked for mayo...guess they were out or something since it wasn't added. Then the burger was thrown back out the window at us and the window slammed shut...no, thank you, have a nice night, or anything. Don't intend to go back...Sonic is across the drive going into Walmart and the $1 burger from their menu is MUCH better, fresher and the service 2000% friendlier!

On May 16 2009 I purchase a order of Nuggets and an order of Fries from Wendys in Baton Rouge La on Flordia Blvd, when I was given a half of box of Fries and some Nuggets that taste like they been fried in the same grease from that morning through drivethru.

When I discover the half of box of fries I went back to the window and inform the manager about the fries. He then took the fries with attitude right in front of me throw the fries down got more fries, remind you that it was raining, and handed them to me in the rain and not in a bag, and didn't say sorry or anything.

I hope something can be done about, because I love to eat at Wendy's and I would hate to stop my business and a lot of others as well because of the bad attitudes and bad customer service.

Wendy’s extremely poor service!

I was at work and my husband went through the drive thru at Wendys in Newburgh, Indiana to get some lunch to bring to me. He ordered a Fried Chicken Sandwich with lettuce, tomato & extra mayonnaise and a small chili with extra onions & cheese. When he got here ( which is 3 min. away from Wendys ) my sandwich had nothing on it and the chili had no extra anything, to top it off, the chili was cold (not cool, cold). These are restaurants that claim to have great food, fast and good service. I called to get this taken care of and the manager was very nice, however, she asked me for the recipt. It was not in the bg so I called my husband and he said they did not give him one. I called her back and she said she could not find the order on the computer at all. I aid " well, I have the food right here but I am at work and cant get it back to you at this time. I told her she 0robably ought to watch her employees because my husband was charged $5.07 for this order and it should be on the computer". She told me I could pick up another order after work but that did not help me for lunch at work. My complaint is " Hire more responsible people in restaurants ".

I went to Weny's on Jackson and Mckee (san Jose) on my lunch. I ordered a Ceaser Side salad and a couple of other things, While I was eating my salad I saw a dead fly in my salad which grossed me out, didn't felt like eating anymore i felt sick to my stomach felt like vomitting...I beleive the employees should clean the salad very well before packing it, wansn't quite happy about my service. I also didn't like the workers attitude wasn't very pleasent, She also didn't ask me if I wanted anything else. I just told them I wanted my money back. She was a little bit rude at first, when i brought back the salad. And I also called back to get the restuarants # they hung up on me twice, I called again they never picked up.
My overall experience was completely bad and the worst ever... Would not go back there again...

If it was a 2 window store the person handing out the order may not have know your order and working at a fast food restaurant is not an easy job. When you paid your money did you only pay for 2 milkshakes and was it at a different window? The main issue is did you get what you wanted before you left the store? How do you know the manager was not sincere? Being a manager and trying to make every customer have a perfect visit every time is a difficult job and very stressful. The manager did say she was sorry for the mix up and you did get what you ordered. So why would you not revisit this store or any other Wendy's?

5-6-2017 8:45P.M. I was coming home from my daughters award ceremony at school and she wanted a chicken sandwich from Wendy's 79th Bridgeview, IL 60455. I ordered 2 strawberry milkshakes and a number 6. I got to the window and paid for the order. The drive thru lady gave me my milkshakes and said have a nice night and closed the window and walked away. I can see thru the window the manager and another staff member holding my order and saying who does this belong too. I could not believe the poor service given, They finally figured out it was my order and opened the window. I stated to the lady how could you take the order and not remember the order. It was not like it was busy their was no one in front of me nor in back of me. She got an attitude and rolled her eyes and closed the window. When I did not move from the window the manager came to the window and said she was sorry for the mistake but it was not sincere. I felt she was just trying to get rid of me. I want your restaurant to know that without customers their would be no Wendy's. I will not stop at that Wendy's anymore. I have a Mc donalds, White Castle, Taco Bell, that would be eager to take my money. I hope you train your managers and staff to better classes in customer service.

Wendy’s - spoiled food, or poor employee hygiene!

My husband and I were traveling from DFW airport to SFO airport on 6/29/07. We were traveling out of terminal C. There was a Wendy's restaurant in that same terminal. I ventured to get an egg, bacon, and cheese biscuit before getting on the plane. The plane ride was 4 hours long. Upon arriving to San Francisco to celebrate our 5 year wedding...
