Wendy’s substandard products and horrid treatment

I called the customer care line, twice, and made a detailed complaint about horrible treatment, and being served Not-Wendys-Quality food. The main complaint was the sarcastical and childish treatment received from the location. This was Not the first time this happened here, and I am not the only witness to this locations problems. I asked first about the Son of Baconator sandwich I had ordered, as usual for me, as it was clearly not made correctly, and as I looked closer, the meat pattys on this double burger were almost paper thin, as well as burnt and dry. Clearly, NOT wendys quality material. Also, it was just not made right, I eat at Wendys typically two-three times a week in one fashion or another, I know the product. This was NOT the product. Upon requesting my money back, I was given the incorrect amount, and when turning to ask, the person already had the difference in her hand, and demanded the rest of the combo meal be returned. I have all receipts from this, I was again presented with a person supposed to be the manager, and was not. This place has a Bad out of control problem, which is one thing, but now they are Misrepresenting Wendys and their products. I asked to speak with a District manager or equivalent, or higher, and have not heard a word from Anyone for a over a week. I am a longstanding customer, now a pretty mad one as I believed Wendys cared more than what I am now seeing. Wendy’s wait time in drive thru

On Wednesday, October 18, 2017 around 12:35 pm I went to the drive thru at your Wendy's location of 3465 Stickney Ave, Toledo, Ohio 43608.

I ordered 2 of the 3 piece chicken tender meals. When I arrived at the window they took my payment and asked that I pull up because they had to drop fresh tenders. I pulled up and waited for 10 minutes before I decided that it should not take 10 minutes for some chicken tenders to be cooked so I pulled around and went inside. When I stepped to the counter inside the establishment a gentleman whom I assume was the manager asked can he help me. I told him I was waiting in the drive thru for my order of chicken tenders and he proceeded to tell me that they had to drop them fresh. I stated that it should not take 15 minutes for tenders to cook. He stated that it had not been 15 minutes. Another worker looked at the order screen and stated that it had been 13 minutes. I am pretty sure that it does not take 15 minutes for tenders to be dropped fresh to cook. While I am standing there waiting another 5 minutes for my food to come up, all the employees that were back there working felt the need to come to the front to see who was asking about there food which I thought was pretty unprofessional. While I am waiting for my food to come up, a female employee came from the bathroom area and stated " I can't use that bathroom can I go across the street to use the Rite-aid bathroom?" I found this to be very disturbing that your own employees will not use the bathroom that they are required to keep clean.

This whole experience was totally unprofessional. I have never been to a fast food restaurant that takes just as long as a sit down eatery to make chicken tenders. The gentleman that gave me my order thought that giving me 2 small frosty's would be sufficient for my wait.

Of course, I did not receive a receipt for my order or I would have attached a copy for you to see.

I would like a refund of my $10 for the 2 meals and coupons for future visits.

Obviously there are no workers there that take pride in their job or the company for them to not want to use the bathroom.

It was kind of them to offer you something for free, as they do not have to do this. If you ate your food, you in no way deserve a refund.

Wendy’s customer service

We went to Wendy's at 6:19 PM. We ordered two junior bacon cheeseburgers and two value Sprites. The cost came out to $7.17 and we gave them $20.17. The change that they gave us was a mutilated $10 bill and 3 $1 dollar bills. We drove to feet but still in the parking lot and saw that the $10 bill was mutilated. When we backed up and asked for a replacement, the cashiers reply was it wasn't that torn when he gave it to us and he can't take it back. His manager supported him. So we asked for a full refund and gave them the food back and they ended up taking the mutilated $10 bill anyway. Horrible service!

I go to the store on Independence road in Springfield Mo all the time for lunch since i work at the Walmart right there. There is a lady that works there by the name of AMY, a real ratty looking woman, and EVERYTIME i am in there, she is either arguing about personal stuff on her phone, with other workers, or friends that are there. Alot of it has to do with drugs, drinking, and her kids doing bad stuff, or someone wanting money. As if that is not bad enough, i was in there the other day trying to enjoy my lunch and this same lady AMY had two older individuals there that looked like they were coked up out of there minds, and she kept putting her finger up telling them to hold on. She finally came out into the dinning area and handed them a baggie out of her pocket and said that will have to do you for awhile, i cannot get anymore til later! Are you serious! Doing drug deals out of there, and had drugs in your pocket while doing orders! I am disgusted and plan on leaving reviews on every site and contacting everyone i can to let them know. This is absolutely ridiculous, and she should not be working there PERIOD!

Wendy’s baconator fries with stickers!!!

Just left Wendy's on 1251 Industrial Blvd NE, Minneapolis, MN 55413. Ordered Baconator fries and embedded in the cheese sauce were two labels - see pics below! After being Completely disgusted I tossed it out. I would like someone to contact me via email: Annette.[protected]@cenveo.com as I already wasted gas, money & my time - not going back there today or possibly ever again!

Wendy’s customer service

I visited the Wendy’s located on Mt. Zion in Morrow Georgia. To start we waited behind 2 cars for almost 10 minutes, which wasn’t a big deal. We finally made it to the order speaker to wait an additional 3-5 minutes, I’m not sure if the speaker needs to be replaced or the headsets the cashiers are wearing because when the cashier read my order back it was difficult to understand. We decided to have her repeat it at the window. Upon arriving at the window the cashier was sucking a lollipop, she never attempted to put it away while speaking with us, she actually kept sucking it while trying to repeat our order, which was wrong. Then another cashier came from behind her and said “well your large fry sounded like a large sprite, sorry.” Then she rolled her eyes, at this point I was done, the customer service from beginning to end was horrible. I went to Zaxby’s instead and received exceptional customer service. Customer service is the way to drive your business and it’s obvious this is not being talked about at this location.

Wendy’s service denied with extremely rude behavior

I visited Wendy's on Saturday 14th October 2017. Branch: 935 E Campbell Rd, Richardson, TX 75081.
It was 11:30 PM in the night, and I had requested for a piece of ice due to an emergency. My friend had an allergic reaction and needed ice immediately. The woman on duty not only refused to my request but outrightly lied saying they were closed.
While I was passing by Wendy's again at around 12:15 AM, I saw her offering service to some other woman.
This is extremely poor customer service and added rudeness. I would like to know why this kind of treatment was given to me. I believe I am owed an apology.
I am definitely not visiting Wendys again!

Wendy’s drive-thru/ customer service

I visited the location at 7681 South Raeford Rd., Fayetteville NC 28304, on October 14 around 11pm. After sitting in the drive thru for at least 30min just to get to the speaker, the guy asked for my order. It was my wife, our children, my niece and myself and I ordered 5 4 for $4's, or at least I tried to. After I ordered, I waited for a reply...nothing. I said hello, you still there?...nothing. I waited...nothing. I got the feeling that they didn't want to prepare my not so large order and they hoped I'd go away, and I did. When i drove passed the window, they were just standing there looking at me. I ended up giving my money to the surprisingly nice people at McDonald's a few doors down. I should've known something was up when two cars ahead of me drive off, but I went against my better judgement. Not to mention there was an employee sitting on the curb smoking and another taking out trash. Perception, Perception, perception. This was my worst Wendy's experience ever, and I will NEVER visit that location again. I know the QSR business intimately, and the late night daypart needs an overhaul, you are missing out on a lot of sales.

Wendy’s i'm complaining about the food and service.

I went through the drive thru for a frosty and fries which shouldn't be that difficult you would think and it came to 4.25 I think... I don't know because I didn't receive a receipt. When I finally got to the window and got my fries they were cold and soggy... so I asked for fresh which meant I had to wait even longer. Since that wasn't the best situation I was expecting at least an "I'm sorry" but instead got dirty looks from the dumb kid at the window who was more interested in her social life than her job. I almost parked to go in and say something but I had my son asleep in the backseat so I kept going. When I got home a few minutes away and I tried the frosty and it was totally melted and gross. So I basically just wasted time and money on something I used to enjoy and I want to let you know I will make sure everyone knows how terrible the food and service were.

Wendy’s food, service, and overall g. m. issues

Thursday, October 12 my family and I went to Wendy's at 12:05 am to get food. The manager at the window was very rude and rung our order up wrong. When we asked him did he get the remaining order he said no. But yet he repeated the order to us. When we got our food, we checked to see if it was right. The manager came back to the window and said is everything ok( with an attitude) because I got a line! My family was in an uproar by his remark. By then I call the company and Cary Florez was so kind and handle the complaint even though it wasn't at her store. She gave me the Gm information at the Wendy's on 401 Raleigh Nc location that I visited. When I talked to the Gm there, he didn't care about the incident, asked if I got a receipt which I never got. When I explained to him that the manager that night rushed us from the line, we didn't have time to ask for a receipt he told us we couldn't get our money back cause we don't have proof. By now I'm very upset cause he didn't ask who the manager was that took our order nor did he apologize about the incident. So I called Cary Florez again and she took care of me and my family. Wendy's need more people like her cause the other 2 managers are gonna hurt the business when it comes to customer service.

Wendy’s food

I visited one of your Kingston Ontario locations yesterday and was quite unimpressed by the quality of customer service. I ordered 4 of the same meals totaling $40 and was the only car in line at the drivethru (restaurant wasnt busy as about 4 or 5 employees were standing around inside). As they handed me my bags I asked if everything was accounted for and they told me yes. I took the bags and went on my way to the 401. As I got driving my family and I were starting to eat our dinners and we only received 2 full meals and the other meals we ordered were missing our chicken strips so we only got fries. We had paid for the meals mind you $40 is quite hefty for 4 cold french fries and only 2 chicken strip baskets. So the 2 of us only got half of our meal which was cold fries. I could understand them forgetting something if it were busy but where is the care that goes into ensuring that customers get everything they asked let alone paid for. We had a 2 hour drive and didnt have time to stop anywhere else for food but I will make sure next time I will not stop at wendys.

Wendy’s wendy's international/ wendy's company

On 10/13/17 about 2pm we went to the Easton, MD Wendy's, ordered 3 Wendy jr burgers with lettuce, tomato, mayo. 1 diet soda at drive thru. As we went on our way, I handed out the burgers noticing the lack of warmth to the wrapping. When I unwrapped my husbands, the driver, the cheese was not melted, bun cold, too much lettuce, and a tiny dollop in 1 spot of mayo. Upon opening mine the only difference was the burger had had a tiny bit of wilted lettuce. The third one wasthe same. Needless to say these burgers were horrible. I couldn't fill out a form because they never gave us a receipt! how convenient for them. Think they knew they dederved a complaint. I wont ever eat at another Wendy's! have no idea how u get a 4.8 review on Google at this store!

Wendy’s the manager

On october 6 2017 it was a lady with a bob in the parking lot smoking weed it was around 10:12p.m. She had a strip shirt on. She was driving a grey truck with a dent on the back. She was dark skin and short. It was another lady and man walking around the parking lot monitoring. The speed of service was okay but im pretty workers shoudnt be smoking on the premises

Wendy’s I am complaining about service

I'm contacting you to complain about the local Wendy's in my area. It is located at 1204 W. State of Franklin Rd., Johnson City, TN 37601. on multiple occasions the store turns off the lights on the drive-through sign to allude that they are closed. I find this very unprofessional considering they are all inside talking and laughing the whole time .

Wendy’s rude managers and staff / wrong orders on the daily

Wendy's in belle Vernon PA is a horrible place to order food from unless you enjoy being yelled at by managers after having your order wrong multiple times . I used to work here and kinda know the GM tony carter! Nice guy but the way he stares at me now and looks at me with hateful eyes when I walk in is really pissing me off. Sorry for the language but beyond that my boyfriends mom is treated poorly here she has disabilities that cause her problems and she needs assistance sometimes. There's a guy who smokes week from cars that pull the Drive thru at night . I watch this often. I know a girl who works there who also is on drugs. It would be different if they were nice but there people are rude . Language doesn't bother me but the looks I get sometimes .. oh boy! My next step is a corporate call. I hope something is done about this ASAP. I don't want my name mentioned and want this to be handled anonymously .

Wendy’s chicken tenders

I order some Chicken tenders and when I got home and I opened the box all four chicken tenders were burnt to the Crisp. How am I going to enjoy the tenders? And this was my first time ordering them. I spend a lot of money at Wendy’s and I’m very upset that I can not enjoy my food because it’s over cooked. This wendys has the worse drive thru employees. I went thru today 10/10/2017 at around 6.40 pm the girl on the speaker was extremely rude and yelled to go to the window when I got my meal it was not what I ordered I returned it and they started giggling and talking.. Then when I got my order they gave me a lot of attitude and I asked them why they were mad.. Their response was completely unacceptable. They are 2 african american young ladies (If you can call them that) if you are in the business of treating customers like this I will take my business elsewhere because chic fil a is a much better choice. Shame on this location and the manager that does not respond to calls!

Wendy’s customer service

I ordered a JBC meal & a spicy chicken sandwich with cheese, onions & extra mayo added to it. I asked the cashier to make sure everything was on my sandwich due to my last visit, I paid for all of that to be on my sandwich & when I got home it wasn't on there. I got my order & checked it. My chicken was OK, but my JBC only had a crumble of bacon on it, not strip, crumble. I asked 1 of the managers if that's how it was supposed to be & she stated they break their bacon in 1/2. Well this wasn't even 1/4 of bacon. I told her that going forward, they may want to make it look a little more presentable & put actual strips on it. She agreed & relayed the message to the girl who was making the sandwiches. The girl responded by saying"thats what she is complaining about?" I explained to her that as long as I'm spending my money I can complain about anything thats I'm eating & isn't satisfy with. The girl continue to make unnecessary comments. I told the manager I would like my money back & even when the manager told her to stop talking she continue. The original manager whom I spoke with at 1st, even told the 2nd manager that she had already handled the situation with me & the remark the girl made wasn't necessary. It was very rude & unprofessional. I took my money & went over to burger king, a spot I don't care for, but at least the customer service was wonderful. I will not patronize Wendy's again with that type of rudeness & unprofessionalism.

Wendy’s a manager

On 10/9/17 about 11 african American kids came in with 3 adults, they all ordered and Gabrielle Jass (a manager) started yelling at employees because they were confused on the order. And an African American girl about 10 says she needs her burger & Gabrielle goes to the sandwich station (right by the front) and says “I’m about to be really racist up in here” & repeats it. Another person waiting for their food comes up and says to Gabrielle “I don’t know what you are thinking but this is very disrespectful, everybody in Wendy’s can hear you” then he goes on to say “I don’t know who’s your manager and I don’t know how you even got this job” and he also said I’m very dissapointed. And all Gabrielle says is “I’m sorry” in a rude way and walks away. This behavior was uncalled for and I feel like somebody should check into it more. No manager should be a manager if they are gonna act like that.

Wendy’s customer service

My complaint is there was at least a 30 minute wait in the drive through with only 3 cars. Each customer was told to wait as they drove up with being only 3 cars in the drive through and each wait was at least 7-10 minutes. At least 4 cars drove away that arrived behind us due to the wait time. As I finally placed my order and got to the window the cashier did not speak 1 word. He did not greet me, apologize for the wait, tell me what my total was or tell me to have a nice night. That was by far the worst display of customer service in any drive through I have ever been in. I have never experienced a cashier who does not speak literally 1 word to a customer even after a customer was the one who did the greeting. I definitely will not be going back to this Wendy's.

Wendy’s eva she's the manager

I came into the restaurant at around 10:45 right after they had opened and I couldn't even get proper customer service because of Eva the manager screaming at her employees. This is not the first time I've witnessed this. How can you hold a position if you can't be professional that's definitely not good for buisness and having to wait on my food because of her screaming at an employee is ridiculous.
