Wells Fargo wells fargo does not protect its customers financial information

On 9/28/2018 I overheard my neighbor's discussing my financial information. Their daughter, Latisha, is a teller at the Wells Fargo's, Kiln Creek, branch in Yorktown, Virginia. I knew immediately that their daughter, Latisha, had accessed my account without my permission. I filed three complaints with Wells Fargo. The first with customer service, which was closed after two days. The second with my local branch in Grafton, VA, and the third with Wells Fargo home office. Finally my complaint was referred to Ethics and a investigation was completed. The end result was the employee being coached, and no other information could be provided due to the employee's privacy. What about my "Privacy", my financial information being given out. With all of the identity theft and fraud in today's world, what about the customer. The teller, Latisha, is still employed at the branch after her unethical behavior. I will be closing all my accounts with Wells Fargo.

Wells Fargo payment not received

On August 31, 2018 I made a transfer of $200 from my Checking/Savings acct. to a friend through my phone with "Zelle" ; he immediately received a text confirmation from Bank of America which is the bank where he has his personal checking acct. but the money never went into his acct. I called WF to make the claim and my friend did the same with his bank. I received a letter from W.F. where they say it was not their mistake. I am really tired of talking to people who do not help me solve my problem and they do not return my money to my account. I have many years of having this account with Wells Fargo but I am very disappointed in the service they have and I am seriously thinking about closing my account.

Wells Fargo unhelpful/unwilling staff

I have an auto loan bill coming due. I like to pay a few days in advance just in case I run into problems such as the ones I've experienced this week.
I tried to enroll in online banking to make payments as easy as advertised. I was unable to enroll for an unknown reason and prompted to call a number on screen. When I called that number I gave the person the requested information (Social security number, account number, date of birth). They were able to bring up my account ( because they were able to verify me) but I was told that I couldn't enroll without going into a branch and updating my phone number.
I work at a different bank with the same hours, so that's not something that will work for me.
I was told that I couldn't be helped further but could pay my bill over the phone.
The number I called for the over-the-phone payment is an automated system that kept hanging up on me.
I call the customer service number the next day and experience the same issue.
I then call a local branch to see if I can someone to actually help me.
The woman that answered had a hard time understanding my request and kept telling me to call the number that was hanging up on me.
She spoke over me and told me I needed to call the auto loan department.
I was aware of the department I needed, but COULD NOT get to it. This was the entire purpose of the call.
She kept placing me on hold and then picking back up after a few minutes to see if I still wanted assistance.
When she finally agreed to transfer me to someone else, it was to the same number that had been disconnecting me to begin with.
I was disconnected almost immediately.
This call with the local branch lasted 34 minutes and ended with me being hung up on, which was the issue I was calling about in the first place.
Horribly frustrating experience.

Wells Fargo loan

so far waited 38 days for any response ...non as of yet... called 44 times stayed on hold about 15 hours so far no one helps i emailed the presidents office 21 times
still no response... i sent real actual letters with return receipts and still no response... they stole my money without permission and now refuse to help me get back all the bounce fees and stop check fees due to their criminal act., , , ,

i was told it would take about 24 hours tops that was 37 days ago and i have to call daily to try to get my money...

someone needs to sue this place someone needs to have it shut down...

banks stealing money...opening up fake accounts... opening up investment accounts all without the owners knowledge or permission...

how are you still in business... i will write everyone congressman bbb consumer affairs facebook everyone

Wells Fargo billed for account that closed 2 years ago and impacted my credit and increase rates on mortgage

Retail credit card through wells fargo bank on behalf mattress firm. I never had a late payment and account was closed 2 years ago (in jan 2017).in june, 2018 I received a invoice for $2.65 under wells fargo. I had no clue what it was for but paid it because I am in the process of purchasing a home. A charge for $2.65 hit on my credit report as being several years late payment and negatively impacted my credit score by more than 50pts.

No one at wells fargo can access my account and I can no longer see it or have access to it (because it was closed years ago). I have placed a dispute with a credit agency and no one at wells fargo has been able to help me.

Wells Fargo unable to payoff car loan

Not that I think this will do anything but wfds has lost my payoff check twice now. I have been on the phone many times during the week for the last month to try and resolve this but they seem unable to find my check and deposit it to my account to I can be done with you. My name and account number is on the check how can you not find my account? The tellers have been unhelpful and anytime I ask for a manage they are "conveniently" away. This was supposed to be taken care of september and now you guys are calling me asking why I haven't made a payment! I did but your incompetent employees can't seem to deposit it into my account. I have proof of your company signing for the check both time. I have proof of you telling my new bank to send it to the wrong address. I will be reporting you to any and all agencies I can and if my credit report number drops I will be contacting a lawyer.

Find my check and deposit it to my account so I can be done with the worst company I have ever had to deal with.

Wells Fargo poor customer service

Fraudulent activity was done on my account as well as 2 other accounts were opened. I've been speaking with over 8 different people since 9/25/2018 and not one person has worked with me appropriately on this matter. And now I'm being told that Wells Fargo won't work with me anymore. I had no parts of the fraudulent activity that was done and now I'm being told that I have to pay back money to an account that I did not open in order for the accounts to be closed. This is unacceptable and I am not happy about this. I've been through every process that I can think of to get this matter solved.

Wells Fargo tellers

We have a business account with Wells Fargo and I have been going in there over a year getting a check cashed (each week) plus making deposits. It is petty cash. Nothing over $300.00 I always have my company badge with my picture on it as my ID. Have used it for entire time I have been banking for our company. Went in today to same girl I went to last week and she wanted to know where my drivers license was? It has a picture and my name just like my company badge did. Told me she would this time but it was a courtesy? We bank there. We are doing you a courtesy. Why was I treated this way?

Wells Fargo personal checking

I had a terrible experience with Wells Fargo. I had a tax refund check that had my name and my wife's name on it. It was from the state and not some random person. We both signed the back of the check and it was deposited in the ATM. I thought it would clear but a week later I looked and it had not. You would think the bank would call or send a message but I had to find out on my own. I called and was told the check was returned and was mailed back to me. Another week goes by and it never comes so I call again. I am told after some run around that they will charge me $5 to photocopy the image of the check so I can get more information at the bank. They say they don't know where the check is. So there could be a check out there with 2 signatures that some thief could cash. You would think after all the scandals and the ads they put out they would have better customer service. This is clearly not the case. I am taking my business elsewhere.

Wells Fargo customer service/ disputed claims

Good evening,

Let me start off by saying how disappointing Wells Fargo have been over the last month. The customer service is ridiculous not to mention there's never a "manager" available for escalated situations. I don't want to expose my personal issues on this site but would like for this to be handled immediately. I am still waiting on a manager to. Ask me back and I requested this 2 days ago!

Wells Fargo general banking

Banking with Wells Fargo has been a horrible experience! I've started banking with Wells Fargo for the sole purpose of being able to take control of my funds. Opening an account in June by July they have blocked my card more times than I can count. In July I noticed little funds missing. In August I had to cancel my account number and was provided a new one due to my account still being used. I still have not received their sign on bonus at this point either. As the switch took place I found myself calling Wells Fargo more times than ever, due to my card being blocked. It's now the end of September I just received their sign on bonus okay that's fine. However we are in October, October 3rd to be exact. I see some charges on my account that should not be there so I called in to have them removed. I go to swipe my card at the gas station for gas and my card doesn't work! I just pulled the tape off of it and activated it at the branch and there is funds in my account. I call Wells Fargo again just to be told there was a fraud code put on my account for this card, the card is no longer active. The internal party told me I would have to order another card. From June to October, I'm soooo over Wells Fargo. Please everyone take your business and funds elsewhere. I'm not the only one who's experienced this non-sense. I'm not the richest or the poorest person but this is outrageous.

Wells Fargo fees

I was charged a returned check fee for a payment that did not appear on my account as is custom with other banks. I had a direct deposit scheduled to cover the fee but the money came in late as it is a new account and i just changed my bank with my employer. Although i kept checking the account to see if there was any payment that could lead to a fee so i can cover the payment by making a transfer, but nothing appeared on my account but the fee.

Wells Fargo home mortgage

Wells fargo fraudulently forclosed on my home. We had payments that we were trying to make that wells fargo refused to take prior to forclosure. Also we recieved a check from wells fargo that was enough for 2 payments that was returned to us prior to forclosure.wells fargo used dual tracking stating our home would not be sold while continuing active forclosure.

Wells Fargo mortgage - foreclosure

It is now 3:00 in the morning - Central Standard Time. I logged on to file another complaint with you and checked to see if there was a comment or update from my previous complaint the seems to have been removed.

We are facing the sale of our home today. After 3 1/2 years of fighting with you about. We had an approved Loan Modification that you failed to send the schedule of payments you threw out. For the last year and half the only contact we have had from you is emails talking about how great you are - not a phone - not a email - just statements for our escrow and mortgage payments or your attorneys. We have ruined our credit having to fight this. You have no desire to work individuals and of course your entire has been plagued with scandals. Your own attorneys won't contact people to work with them. You just send out your notices and then nothing. It doesn't matter asking what can be done because we have had to file emergency bankruptcy 3 times to stop the sale.

I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, the state, and this morning I will be talking with an attorney to file a suit against you, as well as, a restraining order to stop the sale. If that doesn't work then I will contact the media at one of your branches in Houston to tell them how you stole home because of your neglect and poor excuse for working with individuals and their families.

We want to work this out, but you have to stop the sale of the home today. I want my modification back, I want my home. How are we supposed to fight you? You are the big bank that stomps on people and destroys them.

You have the power to stop this auction this morning do it.

Urgent:

We have been fighting with you for over 3 years. We received notice thay you are auctioning our home tomorrow just about a week and half ago. We had an approved loan modification that you failed to send the schedule of payments in time. We have had to filed an emergency bankruptcy 13 just to stop the sale 3 times this year. I have now filed complaints to the FCC as well as the state of Texas.

We want to solve this with you, but first you must stop the sale. We are hiring attorneys to file a restraining order in the morning and obviously have to file a suit. You have ruined our credit after you threw out our loan modification. The next stop is the media.

Wells Fargo investment banking

My parents havea trust account at Wells Fargo. They are both deceased. I have been trying to close the bond for over a month. They keep sending me the incorrect paperwork which I do not need as they named me as both the executor of their estate and their successor trustee. Despite having all of the needed paperwork filed with the courts by my attorney they still keep requesting unneeded forms.
Closing the money market checking was a nightmare. I spent over two hours with a person who was on the phone with another office the entire time only to be told that the account could not be closed on the last day of the month. I then had to go back four days later and spend another two hours to finally close the account

I went to close my deceased fathers account at Wells Fargo Friday. After 2 hours I was told that the stocks etc can’t be closed at that office it has to be done at another office, many miles away in another city, actually. Like you I was told it is a portfolio account and it is the end of the month, so I have to come back next Wednesday. Is this insanity or what I’m talking about 70, 000 dollars! It is now my money, not theirs. I also had all the court documents required and have been waiting for months to get from the court. The incompetent manager who knew nothing had to call someone every time she tried to do something. It was also extremely rude that when she was calling for help talking on speakerphone they communicated to each other in Spanish. I don’t speak Spanish, I live in USA, I speak English.

Wells Fargo my direct deposit

Today I supposed to be able to withdraw funds but I finds out that its not in my open account but my payroll sent it to the old account which was closed. because I forgot to give them my new account my payroll ended up depositing it to my old and closed account.

My biggest frustration is I cannot withdraw any funds because wells fargo staff cant do anything. The money is just sitting there as the Ach department cant even transfer to my account I 'm on medical leave .And no one can help me even the corporate office.

I really thought wells fargo has all capability with any transactions including my problem.

I'm the most frustrated customer of wells fargo at this point.

Is there anyone else knows everything?

I have to wait till Monday 9/23 maybe even 9/24.

I have no money today, I have some payment arrangement as well.

well fargo and the staff is the same "they cant help me"

Wells Fargo rewards

I have been trying for 3 weeks to redeem some of my rewards points on your website. Tried to order music several times and the website freezes and returns me to lead page. I call customer service on august 25 and very clearly explained what was happening. I spoke to anna (francis) at 877 517-1538.

She could not help me and kept trying to tell me to order something else. I said no... And distinctly told her I needed to resolve this before some of my points expired 8/30. I insisted she call me back with a solution.

She never called back with a solution!

I consider this unacceptable service and unacceptable behavior on her part. It also might imply this is another example of misbehavior wells fargo has exhibited in the last few years. Is the rewards program a scam?

Please resolve immediately or my next move is to publicize this as another wells fargo fiasco (and to transfer to another bank).

Wells Fargo foreclosure threats

Wells Fargo has threatened to foreclose on my home, even though payments were sent to them. Regular mail, registered mail, and certified mail were ways in which payments were made, but the company returned all payments! There is no access to the online account, as there was previously, so it was impossible to wire payment. In writing, my circumstance was explained: divorced, loan is in ex spouse's name, but loan had not been paid. Wells Fargo returned payments and letters explaining circumstance. They seem determined to foreclose on property, why return payments? This week, a payment exceeding 100% of monies due was sent express mail. Will they refuse a payment exceeding ALL monies due? Seems like predatory lending...

Wells Fargo cash deposit

I was asked to make a deposit for a friend who was out of the country but, when I got to your bank with cash I was turned away. I was informed that your bank doesn't accept cash deposits unless you have an account and ID. What? That is about the dumbest thing I have ever heard. One would think with your bank's reputation that you would try and accommodate anyone that walked through your doors.
