Wells Fargo checking account

My names Robbie Stephens and I have been a wells Fargo customer for many years now. I dont know how to keep this brief but I'll try. I had a electronic deposit out into my account and was told by a teller about it and was told the funds would not be available until the transfer was completed. The next day it appeared on my account as available. I called the 866 phone number to wells Fargo and was informed by them that transfer was completed and the money was available for withdrawal. I went to the bank and was told the same thing by the teller. I called the 866 phone number again to confirm that the transfer was completed and was told once again that it was completed and the money was available for withdrawal. I withdrew the money like I was informed by wells Fargo I could do and then 3 days later the transfer was returned for some reason I dont know about and now I'm being told by wells Fargo I have to pay the bank back for the withdrawal I was told I could make. I don't believe it's my fault I withdrew the money when I was told by a couple of bankers I could withdraw the money and it could not be returned. This is not right. If someone can look into this and get back with me that would great. Thank you. My phone number is [protected]. Thank you.

Wells Fargo brokerage account closed immediately due to death of one account holder!?

My dad went to Wells Fargo after our mom passed away in order to remove my mom's name from their joint brokerage account and add me and my sister to the account. He was told that the account had to be closed IMMEDIATELY because of my mom's death and he would need to open either a new brokerage account, a new checking account or just receive a check for the amount in the account—in six days! In other words, even though it was a JOINT account, he couldn't keep that account open at all. In fact, they IMMEDIATELY closed the account while he was sitting there, and he had no further access to it—not even to look at the history on his account! So now, all of the checks he had written on the account to pay bills could bounce and totally ruin his credit! They claimed that they were required by law to IMMEDIATELY close the account due to my mom's death. Has anyone ever heard of this nonsense? It was a JOINT account! The money belongs to him! The history on the account is his! And now he has no rights and no account!? This is crazy!

Wells Fargo home mortgage

I've sentt so many complaints to Wells Fargo that I believe I dealt with nearly every live body in the Resolution Department. First was Leesa Whitt-Potter, then Nakia Steelman, Jamie Guinn, Tiffany Bates, Lisa Ulerich, Steven Escobar, Katrina Wilkerson, Bobby Mata and others whose names I can't recall. The ONLY employee in the Executive Resolution Specialists Customer Care amd Recovery Group, who should ever be paid, because she knew what she was doing, was ***Misty Vanarkle***.
The remainder of our staff, those whom you pay, is why you are no longer a bank so big the country can't afford to see you fail.
You should fail, you have scammed so many people, foreslosed on so many families, simply because you couldn't find your own records, to finish a new mortgage.
Wells Fargo is a disgrace to the lending profession; that has many honest people employeed.
For shame on you Wells Fargo!
Frankly I think the O.C.C. should see to it that you can never sell another mortgage.
Wells Fargo, you hurt to many people, and your Board of Directors are blind to what the mortgage Department is doing, or perhaps what I should say, what you aren't doing---"Your Job!

Wells Fargo bought out Wachovia in 12/2008, Wachovia had bought World Savings 10/2006. I got Pick-A-Payment mortgages from World Savings 05/12/2005. In just thirteen (13) years, (just one of those mortgages) they have collected $167, 764.00 in inteest and reduced my principal balance by $ 3, 270.00.

I'm embarrassed that I don't even know how to figure out what that interest rate is.

When my husband died I went to World Savings to reduce my monthly expenses. Good luck. World Saving striped equity out of one loan and wired the funds to another loan. Problem is that they shorted the deposity by $6, 746.00. Then World Savings added $100, 000.00 to one of the loans where I wanted to cut costs. Problem is that no one can account for where those funds went. Then Wachovia bought World Savings in 2006, then Wells Fargo bought Wachovia in 2008. 2009, Wells Fargo wrote me into two Loan Modifications. Problem is that they extended the maturity date from 30-years to 44-years and forgot to put anything in writing. They simply changed a 3 to a 4, who would ever notice. They had given me a principal reduction, but then added "six-years-inters-only". I paid back more than they had given to me. I had hope Wells Fargo would want to settle rather than have me go to the Consumer Financial Consumer Bureau, The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, California State Attorney General's Office, The law firm of BernsWeiss, and Hon. Richard Seeborg United States District Judge. Or to go on the Social Media. Wells Fargo's reputation is so bad that many Escrow companies refuse to do business with Wells Fargo.
Wells Fargo apparently didn't do a very god job of auditing Wachovia before they bought them. Bad business choice.
As they say, "When you buy a house, the termites come free"!

I sent letters. I mean I sent letters and letters and letters, and what I got in return were 47 "Delay of Resolution" from eight Resolution Specialists.

Wells Fargo pmi aka - rip off dept

We inquired about removing the forced placed insurance called PMI on our mortgage. Wells Fargo said we had to merely either pay the difference of X $ or provide an appraisal for the value to see if it met the criteria. The house more than met the criteria because we went and got the appraisal from a certified bonded appraiser of which the company was the originating appraiser company. We called to let Wells Fargo Mortgage dept know and we wanted to send the report in via email. Wells Fargo tells us that they cannot accept our report because they have a company that they hire but we pay for the company being a mutual company. Of which is a lie - because we did not even know the company nor the requirement. We got the original company for the follow up years later with current updates and all. Wells Fargo is telling us they will not accept our appraisal that we have to get their company to do the appraisal but yet we the customer still pay! What and who can I go to? I will plaster this everywhere! News and all

Wells Fargo my account

I have been a loyal wellsfargo customer for over two years now. My account is currently -202.00 and I believe wellsfargo is stealing and doing fraudelent things in my account. I called today 3/14/17 customer service and they were very rude and nasty about helping me resolve this issue. I would like to resolve this matter and have my account back at zero instead of closing this account.

Wells Fargo home mortgage loan

8-11-17 and 8-12-17 your agent Murphy Harkins from the 9200 Washington Square RD, Tigard Oregon branch was observed marching in the White supremacist rally in Charlottesville VA. He was photographed marching in both the 8-11-17 Torch rally where participants were chanting "Jews will not replace us" and the 8-12-17 white supremacist rally where he was photographed with James Alex Fields the white supremacist that later went on to kill Heather Heyer and injuring several others with his car. Your agent was there representing the hate group True Cascadia. We have reached out to the local branch and there has only been silence. The community is outraged. More info here.http://pnwawc.com/2018/03/08/rebranding-fascism-and-refinancing-mortgages-andrew-murphy-harkins-portlands-nazi-banker/

Wells Fargo zelle money transfer using phone numbers - as advertised on wells fargo site/app and customers account

I did 2 money transfers from my Wells Fargo acct using Zelle /phone numbers, the bank send the money to someone who either had the phone number before or register the phone number with bank of America, the text message was received by the person who i send the money to, but he never received the money, the bank fail to reimbursed my loss resulted from their system which didn't check and verify money send is going to the correct person it was intended for. the bank investigation accepted that the money went to another person yet they choose to end the investigation. This exact issue happens to other Wells Fargo customers yet they failed to guide their customer other than using fine prints. The bank personnel doing the investigation should have the ability to do better.
I loss confidence in this Bank.

Wells Fargo nra and gun manufacturers association

I am/was a shareholder, and also have a 401k with Wells Fargo. I do not control the 401k relationship, but am able to sell shares, and intend to do so if WF maintains its support of the gun lobby. Coming on top of de-frauding your customers, I do not think WF is a company I wish to be associated with. You may lose some clients, but are likely to gain far more. Look at the numbers--the overwhelming majority of Americans support common-sense gun control. The NRA has children's blood on their hands.

Wells Fargo nra association

I have been a member of Wells Fargo on and off for decades. I have used Wells Fargo in various Financial dealings through the years. Until Wells Fargo ends its in sociation with the NRA and or gun manufacturers I will no longer be using Wells Fargo for any business transactions. This includes ATM, loans Etc. I am surprised that such a progressive financial institution would continue to deal with the same old dusty rhetoric that the NRA has been spewing for a hundred years. Wells Fargo claims to be an innovator, and should use its power to help the NRA innovate some new policies.

Wells Fargo wells fargo relationship with the nra

To Whom It May Concern:
I have 9 accounts with Wells Fargo including business and business payroll. They have been established for quite some time. I was dismayed though to hear that you are the NUMBER ONE loan, etc supplier to members of the NRA.
I am anxious to hear what your company plans to do about this. If there is no change, I will be moving to Bank of America that has sever ties.

Thank you...Merry Cole Bender

Wells Fargo unethical behavior

To whom it concerns, I have 2 mortgages through your company and also my 9 year old's savings account. I insist you immediately terminate your supportive relationship with the NRA. If you don't publicly announce your stance against people buying guns below the age of 21, prohibit the sale of assault rifles, and increase background check requirements - my family and I will PUBLICLY move our business elsewhere.

I eagerly await your reply,

Carissa Anuar

GO FOR IT! Americans don't need people like you spouting your liberal views that are killing innocent Americans. GUNS ARE NOT THE PROBLEM! They have been around for decades, and we never saw the level of mass shootings we see now back in the 60s, 70s, 80s, and 90s. I grew up in the 60s, and I NEVER had to worry about someone shooting up a school. But then again, we had PRAYER, RESPECT FOR OUR ELDERS, RESPECT FOR AUTHORITY, and RESPECT FOR OUR PARENTS in school back then. Liberals like you have gutted out your kids to have no conscience, no respect for their elders, no respect for their peers, no religion, no ethics, and no accountability, and you wonder why you're breeding the shooters that we see now. Instead, you take to your social media platforms with your lynch mobs attacking businesses who don't follow your sick liberal ideologies trying to turn America into a Communist cesspool. Go to hell - you and your sick ilk!

Wells Fargo customer service - banking in person

I've been a Wells Fargo customer for over 30 years. On Saturday, February 24, an incident occurred at your Springfield Plaza branch, in Springfield, Virginia that has caused me to end that relationship.

I had brought several old U.S. Savings Bonds to the branch to cash/deposit. Your computer system could not seem to calculate their current value, so Nancy Aridila, service manager, was called over.
The bonds (and my ID) clearly show that I, Patricia Womack, am both the bearer, and am quite alive. My mother, Bertha Womack, is listed as the POD beneficiary. Apparently, Ms. Aridila was confused between bearers and beneficiaries, as she asked for the death certificate. On Monday, my 85-year-old mother had been diagnosed with cancer. And now WF is asking for her death certificate (or mine?). This was EXTREMELY distressing to me.

I would hope that WF employees are trained to be sensitive when asking about the potential demise of of a customer or a customer's relative, and also to distinguish between an owner and a beneficiary.

I eventually took the bonds to a PNC branch, where they professionally and quickly determined their current value and opened a new account for me. I will be closing out my Wells Fargo account

Wells Fargo - association with the nra

As a long-time Wells Fargo account holder, I call on the bank to end its association with the NRA. It is my understanding that Wells Fargo has been a corporate sponsor of NRA events, and I am appalled that "my bank" supports this terrorist, political lobbying organization. I will continue to look for public notices that Wells Fargo withdraws support of the...

Wells Fargo sponsorship of national rifle association banquets

I have been a wells fargo customer for over 17 years, holding your bank accounts and credit cards. I currently have wells fargo credit card. My family has paid off 3 wells fargo car loans which I co-signed.

It has come to my attention that your bank has been a sponsor of friends of the nra banquets nationwide, and that you are claiming this is charitable work. Nothing could be farther from the truth. This organization has showed its evil face again in the wake of the recent florida school shooting, attacking good people who want to ban deadly military-style assualt weapons as "socialists" and "elitists". Outageously, their spokesman has said that opponents of the nra don't care about children and just want to ban guns. I am a texan who supports the 2nd amendment, but oppose military style mass-murder weapons. That is common sense.

How can you associate yourself with this vile organization which peddles the worst kind of hate and lies. They are dragging their supporters into a bizzarre political right-wing political arena with a smaller and smaller core of echo-chamber imprisoned zealots and gun nuts.

Pleawe follow the lead of the big bags, like bank of omaha, who are immediately severing ties with the nra.

I will be cancelling my wells fargo credit card if I do no hear from you regarding ending your affiliation with this hate group, which is increasingly responsible for promoting weapons leading to the mass murder of our children.

Take your snowflake tears and go cry somewhere else. Liberals are all crybabies. If you did your research, then you would see that NO NRA MEMBER has been involved in any mass shootings. Tell me how taking guns away from law abiding citizens helps when criminals will still have ways to get guns? I am a proud pistol packing Second Amendment supporting Patriot and I will be damned if any liberal is gonna take my guns. And by the way, the AR isn't an "assault" weapon...dummy

Wells Fargo business account-my experience at my local branch

I went into my local wellfargo bank located at 1710 S Robert St, West St Paul, MN 55118 on Monday the 5th to request a letter of Intent for my upcoming business to be able to attend a Trade Show in Las Vegas on February 12th. My business banker, whos name is Ricardo Magallanes refuse to write it for me, because my business account has been registered with WF for a couple years now. The account was opened under the name "Simply Me LLC" and it was to be a brick and mortar store that never opened. I did an amendment through the state to change the name to Simply Me by Grace" which is now an online retailer, scheduled to open 03-18.

Ricardo insisted he couldn't write the letter because it was not a new business. I told him that the business is different now; it is an online retailer, and I needed the letter of intent to attend my trade show as a new upcoming retailer. He insisted that he couldn't even write such letter for me, when another banker at the same branch wrote me this document when I needed it a few years ago to attend another trade show. Ricardo jeopardized my trip to Vegas by not providing this letter to me! I had to go to another location in Roseville MN to have this document written up. The banker who helped me over there, was very nice and I obtained my letter no questions asked.

I have all my accounts with WF and have been with this bank for many years now, and I don't appreciated someone, for one wasting my time and second denying to service me. I am considering switching all my accounts to another bank due to this HUGE inconvenience.

I want to make sure this issue gets addressed with the banker, it is not ok to deny service over something that was easily provided to me years back when i needed a similar letter. I don't even want to back into that bank, nor keep my business there.

My name is Yuridia S Escoto, [protected]

Wells Fargo unauthorized calls, mortgage practices, mental abuse

Wells Fargo started to make unauthorized calls, call after call after call in 2007.
After such calls began, I attained an attorney for modification of mortgage to no avail by Wells Fargo. Shortly after this meeting, calls continued and Certified mailings began to come to residence weekly.

Because of the amount of pressure and threat of lock-out was so great I was admitted to a mental facility for treatment. For the past two years I have been able to obtain the information from the facility I was admitted to and have the paper-trail from the attorney's office used for attempting to modify loan.

I have not received any information from the class action settlements to date.
More information available upon request, Sincerely Beth Casteel
