Wells Fargo atm error bank refuses to acknowledge

I went to the Wells Fargo branch located at 1121 S. Broad St., Trenton, NJ. on Saturday 12/2/17 at approximately 1 PM, to withdraw funds from 2 seperate cards, (Families First, & Direct Express). I was to then deposit the money into my Wells Fargo checking account to pay the months rent, (due by 12/5), and to purchase groceries on 12/6/17.

I first tried to withdraw from the Families First card. The ATM displayed a screen that simply said, "Cannot Complete Transaction." I assume there is an issue on the card's end that I need to resolve, so I then try to withdraw the monthly disability funds from the Direct Express card, and I get the same error. Now I assume the ATM must be out of money. I go to the alternate ATM located at the front of the same branch. To complete my transactions only to find that although the ATM did not dispense any money whatsoever, both cards showed the withdrawals as valid.

On Monday morning I contacted the bank and was told that it could take 3-5 days to resolve their machine's error. I then explained that my rent would become overdue on Tuesday, 12/5, and I would then be charged a late fee. I requested a simple letter stating there was a malfunction with their ATM, to give to my landlord to explain the lateness. I was told that the bank does not give out any letters or anything in writing. I escalated my issue to Wells Fargo's executive complaint department, [protected]). I spoke with Jesse Okoi at length. After placing me on several extended holds i was finally told that the bank could not do anything because they are not their cards. I reminded him of the fact that the problem was a direct result of their ATM's malfunction, and further they could simply view the security camera footage to substantiate my story. Still nothing offered. Finally before ending the call I explained to him that these were the only funds that a family below the poverty level will receive all month and that this problem will directly result in my inability to pay my rent or purchase food. I further informed him that I planned to contact my local newspaper, The Trentonian, and well as to make this known on every social media site possible since they won't even as much as acknowledge the error. I was asked to wait, then was placed on hold once again, and when Jesse returned he asked me I wanted exactly. I explained that I of course need the money refunded, but in the interim I would be willing to wait if they would just give me something to give my landlord, if the money hasn't been restored by Tuyesday, 15/5, as my rent is due today. He agreed to these terms, told me that he will be arriving to the office at 9AM CST, and that I was given priority status for then, as wel as a case #3445588. 12/5/17
I finally receive a call from Jesse at 12:08 PM, and to the point Jesse's entire outlook on the situation has changed when I told him the money had not yet been returned. He stated that he never said that I would be furnished with a letter for my landlord, and further reverted to his original position of Wells Fargo's lack of any fault. I told him that I was through with the bank and that I would attempt to resolve my issue via alternate routes that I described the previous day.

As I am typing this I receive another call from Jesse at approximately 1PM which states that I should call the cardholders and remind them of "Regulation E, " to get them to address my claim.

I will continue to publish this factual account regarding Wells Fargo's handling, or I should say mishandling of this situation. I will also be forwarding this to any and all reporters and or/newspaper editors that I can find contact information for until this situation is resolved. If this matter is resolved is a positive manner I will be sure to follow up with that experience as well.

I'm sorry to hear of your difficulties in this matter Michael. I can't say that Wells Fargo is wrong in this instance as they are a third party in this whole thing.

I have extensive I.T. background and prefer not using A.T.M.s for this very reason.

Unfortunately it's just going to take time. Keep us informed.

Wells Fargo not giving me the information to get something off the loan

My mother and I went to wells fargo to get a debt consolidation loan in 2008. For yrs she paid. She passed away 3 yrs ago, and I inherited the house. To my surprise in july of 2008 the add a beneifiacal accoutt to her debt loan. Yes I have fallen behind on paymenyds. But, for 5-6 months know ive been trying to getthem to explain how it went in to a mortgage. That should have been taken off (the beneifical) that was my mothers bill. I should not be held responsible for that one. So, as of today I have 2 opions, pay what I owe or sell. Not happening till they take that $54 thousand off I don't see a problem my mother has died don't put that one on me. They will not do a modification I don't make enough money. Please help

Wells Fargo atm

My husband and I used a Wellsfargo ATM to pull money from our EDD card to pay our rent. We excepted the fees and a notice popped up saying could not process. So we called our cards immediately and the money was taken off our cards but never dispensed the funds. All together the ATM took $900. That was for our rent. Now we have to wait for the funds to be issued back to our accounts leaving us late on our rent and having to pay late fees because of some network error on Wellsfargos behalf. We are both on Disability and can't afford to have extra fees tacked on to our rent. Especially at Christmas time

Wells Fargo late fees charged

I am sending automatic checks via my bank. I was charged 2 late fees in a row each month. The second late fee was $37 + $1 for minimum interest charge (what the hell is the additional $1 for?!) When I called, they say "AS A COURTESY we can remove your last Late fee" (they can't remove /waive the other one).
HOWEVER... when I ask for proof that my payments came in late... I heard crickets! The representative I was talking to COULD NOT PROVIDE ME PROOF OR ANY SORT OF DOCUMENTATION THAT MY PAYMENTS WERE LATE.
*~*~*~RED FLAG *~*~*~ Think I'll pursue this further - complaints, BBB, State Attorney General, etc. Crook! Did not like how they created 2000 fake accounts either! My appliance company I purchase appliances from uses Wells Fargo and they will also be notified. As will social media, etc. I'm sure I"m not alone in the Wells Fargo Complaint dept!

Wells Fargo customer see

I been a customer of Wells Fargo Bank for a very long time and never had any issues, till today when I went to smaller and new for me branch on 11377 West Olympic Blv, Los Angeles, CA 90064. This morning, I needed to get a cashier's check for $1500, and I asked for a manager to ask to waive the $10 fees for the cashier's check as a courtesy. Instead of manager came Mary Villanueva ( Operations Supervisor) by looking at me, she instantly rejected me with a very bad attitude. I was shocked the way she spoke to me. I asked again for a manager. When manager came after talking with Mary Villanueva, I knew that he be reject me too, because Mary Villanueva has whole control of this branch, even manager which name is Jonpaul Gauthier was following her roles. I told him, that I called Wells Fargo bank and they told me that any Wells Fargo brunch can waive one time fees as a courtesy. He just sad your account not qualify with a mean face. He didn't care I was a customer almost for a 20 years. This brunch has poor, rude and unprofessional employees, like Mary Villanueva and Jonpaul Gauthier. Mary Villanueva thinks that she is a queen of this branch and she can treat customers whatever she likes, and has whole control over a weak manager Jonpaul Gauthier. Please pay attention to this small branch on 11377 West Olympic Blv, LA, CA 90064. They can do whatever they want. I had the most worst experience at this branch. I left this place shacking, hurt and very angry.

Wells Fargo visa

Have been a Wells Fargo bank customer for 25 years and a WF Visa customer for 22 years. Have over 800 credit score. Disputed a charge for mechanical work on my truck. Repair shop owner was a pathological liar and bonafide crook. Had my truck for 7 months. Told me I needed new heads because it wouldn't start - $3500.00 labor plus $1200.00 for parts. Did not fix problem. Also heads not installed properly. Pouring out oil. Destroyed two Optima batteries. Replaced fuel pump didn't need etc. Supplied WF with detailed info- pictures, texts with false promises of completion week after week, detailed narrative of damage to truck, faulty repair, parts I didn't need ($250.00 part fixed problem) and testimonal from 3 other shops about faulty repair. Wells Fargo screwed up dispute, didn't read all my documents and closed dispute. Wrote to Sloan (CEO) - nothing done. I have closed my bank accounts and cancelled my credit card. Completely incompetent, no customer service attitude bank. Read about dummy account scandal and Dept. Of Justice.

Wells Fargo release of deed of trust lien

Please send me the name and address of the party to whom I should write in order to get a release of deed of trust lien on a real estate lien note that has now been paid in full. An e-mail address would be great.

The lender was Bank of North Texas that is now part of Wells Fargo Bank and the loan was to ACE World Companies many years ago and the loan was paid in full many years ago - but the borrower never rec'd the lien release to file of record or the bank failed to do so.

Thanks.

Wells Fargo payment

During The storm (IRMA) my husband and I evacuated to Atlanta. To make a long story short. We were told that because of the storm many businesses in Georgia were giving disaster relief to those who where effected by the storm.
Mortgage payment, Car payments, etc. were deferring payments. So we called Wells Fargo to find out if this was true . The gentleman we spoke with told us this could be done and the payments could be placed at the end of our Mortgage. So we decided to do this. Up to this point we always made our payments on time and never missed a payment. A few days ago we received paper work stating we were seriously delinquent and it could result in the loss of our home. Now before we went this route, we spoke with two gentleman one name was Samuel just to make sure this was not a hoax. So now we are told we have no recourse but to pay all the money back. Someone lied to us and got us into this situation. We are disappointed with Wells Fargo. I think Mr. Sloan CEO should hear about this. He said he wanted to build trust and you can't do that when you lie to your customers. James & Carolyn B Allen, 106 White Oak Dr.N E, Ludowici, GA. 31316. acct# [protected]

Wells Fargo customer service

We, fernandes degennaro & associates - richard a. Fernandes, have been trying to get signed copies of three loan agreements for over a month, so that we can pay them off with a refinance by suntrust bank. All we have received are templates. We need the original, signed agreements for our accounts ending in 2134, 0001, and 0019. I don't understand the problem here and am very upset with your bank.

Wells Fargo bank account with the same name

I received a call from Wells Fargo Bank in orlando, claiming one of their teller made an error by making a deposit in my account. Just so happens the person who's making the deposit in their account have the same name as mine. This other "me", made a deposit in their account only using his id but didn't give the teller his account number. Last time I check, the only to differentiate people with the same names is called account number! My issue is the same way you can make a deposit into my account without knowledge, so can you withdrawal from my account without my knowledge.
My suggestion to you (Wells Fargo ), you need to retrain your employees on dealing with people with the same name.
Needless to say, I will be closing my account

Wells Fargo fraud claim

I'll try not to be too confusing.
On 10/27/17 we filed a fraud claim against a bank called Freedom Financial. Claim# [protected]. After investigating further we realized the charge was legitimate and we called Freedom Financial and arranged for payment in full with our Wells Fargo checking account ([protected]) I then called the claims dept. at Wells Fargo and requested the claim be cancelled. Today is 11/13 and the payment to Freedom Financial still hasn't debited our account so I looked at our recent statement from Freedom Financial and there is a NSF fee for 15.00 and new interest of 12.63. When I called Freedom Financial they explained the check was returned because payment was stopped. So I called Wells Fargo and I was told the stop payment should have been removed manually on 10/27 but was not. When I requested to be reimbursed for the new fees at Freedom Financial for Wells Fargo's error I was told that was not possible, but a letter would be sent to Freedom Financial requesting their fee's be waived. I then called Freedom Financial and was told a letter would not make any difference. I'm sure the details of todays phone calls are recorded at your end. I am more than willing to fax a copy of the statement showing the fees incurred at Freedom Financial. Its really just a matter of principal now. Why should I have to pay Freedom Financial 27.63 for a mistake made by your company? And if Wells Fargo will not reimburse me please provide me with the reason in writing. If you have any questions or need any documents I can be reached at home [protected] or [protected] (new cell...the old one [protected] no longer works).
Thank you for your time, Melissa Ettesvold

Wells Fargo wells fargo has stopped my online access which means they hijacked my account

Please send this letter to the CEO

I am appalled at the way I have been treated. I am in an impossible position. I need access to my online account so I can do my banking and manage my bills.
Please read below:

Ann Williams

CEO
Wells Fargo
P.O. Box 63710

RE: Online access has been suspended
Dear Timothy J. Sloan:
I have been denied access to my online account. Wells Fargo representative states they could not verify my identity over the phone. I was told I had to come in with ID to a branch office. I am working in Afghanistan and that is not possible at this time. I do most of my banking with Wells Fargo and now I am unable to manage my accounts.
I have verified my identity over the phone numerous times and I do not understand why this time is different. The staff could not answer that questions and had no suggestions or solutions for my problem. Initially the supervisor did not want to give me your name.
How do you resolve problems with clients who work overseas and there is a problem with identity? It is terrible that they are left with no recourse. The staff and supervisor did not seem to care that I was left "high and dry".
Please investigate this and come up with a solution so that those of us who work overseas can continue to do our online banking with Wells Fargo without fear it will be taken from us.
My U.S. address is: 13604 Park Shadow Lane Rosharon, Texas 77583

Contact phone number: [protected] (Afghan number)
Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
Ann Williams

Hi! I just read your comment and wanted to let you know that someone took 2500 from my account by changing my online username and password and deposited into their BOA. Just like you, 2500 or whatever the amount, it is a lot of money. I requested to have my claim expedited so that the money could be put back into my account right away. I've gotten attitude after attitude. Can I also just say that they will not let you talk to the investigator on your claim! UMMMMMM...I am the victim here! Someone robbed me! Wouldn't you think the investigator would want to reach to the person who has just been victimized? I guess that if it is not their money, they do not care!

Wells Fargo bank services

This bank protects scammers and refused to help me get $2700 back that was stolen from me. The bank knew that the account was committing fraud and stealing from others just like me but still allowed them to continue and protect them. I would avoid banking with Wells Fargo at all costs. They have been shown to condone unethical practices in the past and I have seen it myself. I have a police report and the bank even has notes on the account that stole from me that it has done the exact same to others but Wells Fargo refused to assist in any way to help or stop this practice. I am sure others will have the same happen to them due to the blatant disregard of ethical banking.

Wells Fargo claims specialist

November 3, 2017 at 12:20 PM, ended approximately at 12:34. I called the Wells Fargo Claims Department to inquire about a claim i had just submitted for an unauthorized charge. The woman I spoke with was very unfriendly and short with me. I asked if I could receive a provisional credit and she asked what I needed the money for. I told her that was irrelevant and but the unexpected charge would put my account at risk of over draft again this month. She said she needed to look at my account and she'd get back to me. She then told me my account was not eligible for this type of credit. I asked when did my eligibility get taken away. I had previously been given provisional credits in the past so why today. She said, "you are eligible but just not today. She couldn't tell me why. Ridiculous, because it's because today the transaction is still pending. She was not forth coming and instead of just telling me, she said she had to confer with a colleague. Bad, really bad customer service skills and she really needs more training. Preferably in the personality department . When my transaction becomes posted then I will be eligible. How freaking hard is that to say. Claim# [protected].
Sincerely,
Fran-Marie Richards

Wells Fargo service

October 30th, for Halloween, I gave my young children $ 100
Dollars for the purchase of Halloween Costumes. With joy, they began to pull each $ 100 a dollar bill to themselves and tore it, they lost a piece. On October 31st I went to the Bank so they could help me in this matter (6575 Aliante Parkway N. Las Vegas NV 89084) .Service manager Eve Rodriguez in a rough form gave me the address of the US Secret Service and told Me to go there and bring a paper that confirms the reality of the bill. When I brought the paper, I gave this paper to Eve Rodriguez -manager. She became even more aggressive towards me, because, I brought that paper. I asked for help from her (as a manager), but she threw the paper at me and said that she can not help me. And I then became convinced that this is her Bank as she does what she wants and nothing else. For a long time I have not seen such rudeness in Wells Fargo. It's the most disgusting thing in the world. I'm writing this and asking for help from you as you and only you can decide, I can send a copy of the letter from Secret Service if you would like.

I've always been told that you're required to have over 50% of the bill and the serial numbers must be clearly identifiable. If these two conditions are not met, the bill is non-exchangeable.

Wells Fargo mortgage agent missing / abducted / murdered?

A few months ago I saw a Wells Fargo foreclosure property in Springfield, TN. I wanted to find out more about it and how I could possibly get financing for it. I went to my local Wells Fargo branch where I was was referred to a mortgage representative, a “Reginald V. Page”. I spoke to Mr. Page on the phone and my information was forwarded to him. I never heard back from him.

As the property was revealed to have a contract on it (a simple returned call from Reginald V. Page could have saved days of work), I started looking at other properties including manufactured homes, of which Wells Fargo is the only bank that specializes in that in Nashville, TN. Once again I came into the West End Avenue Nashville branch and once again I was referred to “Reginald V. Page”. This time I got his email address. I was promised a return call. A week went by and no call.

Finally 1 week later “Reginald V. Page” called back saying he was working away from the office that week and did not check his voice mails at the office. He promised to look into my issue with manufactured home financing. Another 2 weeks went by and nothing.

I spoke to executive customer service about the mysterious disappearance of Reginald V. Page. Was he discriminating against me? Was he dead? Was he paralyzed and injured in a car accident? Was he kidnapped? Where in the world was Reginald V. Page? His email, reginald.v.[protected]@wellsfargo.com still worked. So where was he?

Calls to a Tiffani E Abang were not productive as she would not reveal the existence of Reginald V Page. Maybe Reginald is being held hostage by Chase or Bank of America? Maybe Reginald V. Page just doesn’t like to deal with Asian Americans. Or maybe Reginald V. Page is DEAD!

As Wells Fargo’s CEO sits at a congressional hearing maybe someone should ask him the whereabouts of Reginald V. Page. Maybe he’s laying in a grave 6 feet under a Wells Fargo location. It’s hard to say. I have not heard from Mr. Page since my initial inquiries.

Mr. Tim Sloan, CEO of Wells Fargo states during the hearing, ““When I hear the word arbitration, what I hear is the word ‘failing, ’ and when we have to resort to " and have to have a conversation with our customers about " arbitration, it means that we don’t have the right product, we haven’t provided it in the right way, we haven’t responded to their complaint, and we haven’t made it right to them, ”. The same could apply to the whereabouts of Reginald V. Page.

Even Lindsay Rowland of Wells Fargo Mortgage hasn’t given a clear answer as to where Reginald V. Page or his body are at. We hope he is alive. We pray for his safe return. Oh where oh where has Reginald V. Page been all this time?

UPDATE: 10/19/2017

http://viewsnewsandreviews.com/uploads/wells-letters-2.pdf" Letter from Tiffani E. Abang which makes NO MENTION of where Reginald V. Page is or what has happened to him.

http://viewsnewsandreviews.com/uploads/wells-letters.pdf" Letter from Lindsay Rowland which denies discrimination yet makes no mention of why there was no follow up or the whereabouts of Reginald V. Page of Wells Fargo Mortgage.

Much like Wells Fargo CEO, these employees make denials without any solid information on what is really going on. Click on the PDF links to read the letters which make no mention of Reginald V. Page. It’s as if Wells Fargo ‘buried him’.

Wells Fargo a transfer of the appraisal that I paid for

I was asking for a transfer for the appraisal I had paid $850.00 for this. The law states as of 4 years ago that we own the appraisal that we pay for.. the Service Link company provided the 3rd party appraisal for Wells Fargo ..1st I am asking Wells for the xml format which a ssr is attached which you need on the appraisal ..this is the only format you can use to upload to other lenders so they can read it for them to use(which by law they can and you can let them for applying for other lenders for your mortgage).. they kept sending the wrong format to my Peoples Bank Mortgage lender to review.. Now this is 3 weeks into the transfer of appraisal..STILL GETTING IT WRONG! Now this is my appraisal which I own.. Link Service stated they could not do it because WELLS FARGO WAS THERE CLIENT AND I HAD TO GO THROUGH THEM! OK now I'm WELLS FARGOS CLIENT and they still haven't done the transfer xml file of the APPRAISAL which again is mine and I can use It for other lenders to read and work with.. I have called and talked to so many people at WELLS FARGO still my appraisal sits in the pdf file which is no good to me if not in XML FILE WITH SSR ATATCHMENT..
