While purchasing another product I was offered a 2 week free trial of wellness watchers MD. I was told I would receive an email with all the information on how to access the site etc. I never heard or received anything from them until they took $59.00 from my bank account. After contacting them they sent me a paper to fill out for a refund stating that I should have received an email, a letter through the mail and several phone calls to see how I was doing with my free trial. I never received any of these things and now I am getting the run around with my refund.

I had unauthorized money taken from my account ($59.90) by wellness watchers, md. It was after I bought a teeth whitening agent (ceberity*sexy*teeth), it told me to go to the wellness watchers" website to recieve a $50 rebate. If there was a rebate I couldn"t find it. I would like to just stop them from taking money from my account an get my money back. I couldn"t find any information so I could contact them.

This company is a big fat rip off. And celebrity sexy lip plumper knowingly works with this company.

I cannot get a phone # for the lip plumper company. But after all i have read.

Buyer beware. I was charged for something i did not even sign up for. They got my credit info off the order for lip plumper i ordered.

I doubt i will get my rebate. I have a bad feeling. When i wrote and told wellness watcher about the charge they said they did not see anywhere that my card was charged. And it was!

Do not REPEAT do not order any of these teeth whitener products. Not only will you get a WORTHLESS product but you will automatically get signed up to a subscription service for WelnnessWatchers MD. Both are scams and you do not know that until you start seeing monthly charges appear on your credit card. I disputed my charges and the credit card company was even taken too. They believed the information that the compoany sent re: my disputed charge until I sent them the websites that revelaed these people were nothing but scam artists.

First I am tricked into a $50 lipgloss plumper that does ZERO! It says if I send in my rebate immediately, I will get all my money back BUT I must enroll in WellnessWatchersMD, which is a free trial period. I get the lipgloss, send in rebate, and have at least a month to try out WellnessWatchers MD. They are supposed to send you a welcome package... I NEVER received one... After not even a week of having the awful lipgloss...I get my bank statement... I have been charged a few small amounts from Wellness Watcher MD. I never got to even try them, because I received no user id or password! I emailed them, and still nothing! I was told I had 60 days to cancel Wellness Watchers MD before I was charged, and had 60 days to cancel before I was charged a penny. The only way to get the lipgloss rebate of $50 is to try Wellness Watchers MD WHICH I WAS NEVER ALLOWED INTO! Therefore I couldn't get the $50 rebate back. I'm stuck with a lipgloss the size of a baby's pinky, that I hate, AND I am being charged odd amounts from Wellness Watchers MD before the designated time frame! Due to identity theft, I put $ in this certain account only when I know something will be charged to me soon. This way there is nothing to take! Well each $2.99 they took from me, my bank charged me $33! I was not supposed to be charged a thing for at least another 7 weeks! and not $2.99. I emailed asking what this charge was for... they NEVER answered what they were for, but refunded one mere charge of $2.99. I paid over $150 for a lip gloss that isn't even as good as chap stick, and I was refunded $2.99. Never was sent the welcome email to validate lipgloss rebate (all I had to do was log on ONCE) They made sure that didn't happen... and they kept charging me for God knows what! THIS IS A RIP OFF SCAM! THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! THEY'RE SCREWING YOU! Thank God I received my bank statement or they would still be charging me small increments until my account was drained! Hoping it would go unnoticed!

I ordered a Flex Belt product on-line. The Wellness WatchersMD 14 day trial membership was included when I ordered the other product. I called within the 14 days and cancelled with Wellness WatchersMD however wen I got my credit card bill they had charged me $59. I called again and they claimed I'd never cancelled. Under threat of reporting them to the Attorney Generals office, they agreed to refund the $59 and even confirmed the cancellaiton with an email - this was March 1, 2010. I just got my credit card bill for this last month and they had refunded the $59 from last month but now they've charged me another $59. The fact that you cannot opt out of their free trial when you order something is not right to begin with but to continue charging a credit card even after they have acknowledged the cancellation in writing, is basically robbery. I have sent them another email and told them that they have 3 days to get a credit placed on my credit card or I am going to file the complaint with the Attorney General's office here in Arizona. I also told them that I will be finding every site possible on the web including letting the Flex Belt folks that my posting will be warning consumers that they should not order the product; that while the product is good, unless they want to have to deal with this company, they may want to rethink their purchase.

For the second month in a row, I have a 29.95 charge on my credit card (Am. Exp). I had no idea what it was for. Last month, I disputed the charge and my credit card provider checked it out and got it canceled from my bill. This month, I have been charged again.
I ordered some reports from Barton Publishing and was promised a $25.00 gift card which was never forthcoming.
Luckily I had printed and saved the page of the rewards. In cleaning off my desk, I realize this is the name of the charge on my card and when I read the bottom, I have been given a reward--ha ha that says if I don't call the toll free number and cancel that I will be charged 29.95 a month to my credit card. Yet there was no phone number period on the page and only a paper copy of a gift card.
I will be contacting my credit card company again tomorrow and the charges had better stop.

I ordered an Item on line and when I did was offered a rebate from wellness watchers md. I just needed to go to their web site to get it. I did not go to their web sit however they still processed my credit card with charges for their product and a $29.00 charge for I don't know what. I by passed their complaint department after reading your web site complaints and went straight to my credit card company and had them dispute the charges for me as well as change my card number. Thanks for all your help. I hope some body stops these crooks!

As others, I was promised a $50.00 rebate. It has not arrived. These folks must be stopped. I am a senior citizen who is currently unemployed. The charges that are appearing on my credit card must be investigated. Who is assisting with getting these folks out of business? We need a class action suit!

I have listed 37 pissed-off individuals who have had their accounts illegally charged by Wellness Watchers MD.

Who is interested in a US$37.million Class-Action Lawsuit against these fraud artists? Add another US$17.million for the lawyers and lets round it off to a cool $50.MILL.

A charge of $29.95 from them appeared on my credit card bill. When my husband called them, they said it was a monthly fee to view their website. I don't know who they are and have ordered nothing from them that I recall. They refused to reverse the billing but I see in today's email that my account was cancelled. l What account?

There are many many complaints against this company and yet they continue to do this, how can this be?

Just wanted to comment that I called to report incorrect charges to my credit card for 29.95. Did not have to hold more than 1 minute, they cancelled duplicate accounts that had been created and refunded my credit card, very courteously and efficiently. Their level of customer service was excellent.

I noticed today that I had a charge of $19.65 to my account. I called the number on my statement & they cancelled my account, & said the money will be refunded. I have never even heard of Wellness Watchers, much less ordered their services.
I'll be watching my account closely for that refund & future charges. The only think I've ordered recently is a Fitbit bracelet & I don't remember agreeing to any subscription of any other service. If I don't have the funds credited back by the end of the week, I will be filing a complain with the Better Business Bureau. I know it's a small amount...but it's MINE.
This kind of business practice makes me SO angry...absolutely the lowest of the low!

I ordered HOODIA from a different website - that is the only thing I can think of that might even relate at all to the unauthorized $59.00 charge I'm getting on my credit card statement. I saw other complaints stating that an e-mail was sent - and overlooked - but I've scanned it all and there's nothing there. I am going to literally change my credit card to get rid of this. THESE PEOPLE ARE UNETHICAL and should be put out of business.

I just checked my checking balance recently and found that I was charged by Easy Saver twice, $1.95 and agin $14.95, for which I had never given authorization. I was also charged by Prime Time Savings Oceanside CA twice for $16.95 each, and was also charged by some company called 3WellWatch for $61.70, without prior authorization. After matching the phone number, I found out that 3WellWatch is a company called Wellness Watchers MD. I don't even know what these companies are. The only thing I bought around that time was from a company called Folica (teeth whitening product Celebrity Sexy Smile). They must have an ILLEGAL relationship with Easy Saver, Prime Time Savings, and Wellness Watchers MD companies. I will not let these 4 companies get away with their illegal and unethical activities. I will contact my bank, these ### companies, and the authority.

Well watchers md deducted $59.00 from my account. I had canceled the program. I called the number and was told that I was sent a letter and email. I recieved neither one. The company is using the 25.00 gift card as an incentive. The representative told me he would email me the refund papers but I would only get 50.00 of the money back. I hope something can be done.

Wellness wwatchers md and riddex are in a scam together. riddex says you can get 2 for 1 price. The catch is that the riddex charges for shipping cost as the same price as the 2nd item. They are ripping people off. The product doesn't work. Wellness watchers attached theirselves to riddex and offera free trial period. They get your bank info and never send any info to you on how to cancel. The representative wsay that you have to send your refund paperwork in and wait for the money back. Stay away from this. I wrote a previous complaint and put my address in instead. Please disregard the Valdosta ga addres on complaint board.

I have tried calling and canceling, or even logging on, but they won't cancel and I can't log on. Now the phone # is disconnected, they have charged my account, and they have my credit card #. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

I had a pending charge of $19.65 today, 9/23/13. I did not recognize it and called them up. I have never heard of this company and have never been to their website. I asked Hazel when this subscription was initiated and she said 9/22/13. I even checked my Internet browsing history and I had not been to www.wellnessmanagermd.com. I do not know how they obtained my information, but besides my credit card information, they also had my address and e-mail. Hazel was very helpful though and canceled my subscription and gave me a full refund and confirmation number.

My fraudulent charges stemmed from ordering an article from Barton Publishing. They then sold? my information to Wellness Watchers MD who billed my account each month under a different name. WELLWATCH MD, TrimDRC, WGTGenius, SLIMNSTR, FITMentor.
The whole incident screams of scam!

I ordered a Flex Belt and this Wellness Watchers MD was included as a 14 day free trial. I called them and cancelled before the 14 days, however they still charged my card $59. I called them and they claimed they'd never had a call from me but after much discussion, they agreed to credit the $59. I just received this months bill for my credit card and they did refund the $59 charge they'd put on last month but now they've charged my card another $59. This is not only a scam but totally fraudulent. I even have an email this time from them saying that my account was cancelled. I have never logged into their site or used their site. I'm going to be contacting the State Attorney General's office and reporting their fraudulent activity. In addition I'm going to post as many messages as possible on the web about them. The sad thing is that the Flex Belt I ordered is a great product but because you have no way to opt out of this Welness crap being included when you order, I wouldn't recommend that anyone order this product because of this connection with Wellness WatchersMD!

SCAM! I personally cannot stand companies that employee such a business model. A model in where they 'latch on' to what may or may not be a legitimate site and/or purchase. I believe leeches such as this, must be stopped. With that said, I will be opening a case with the Better Business Bureau (http://www.bbb.org/us/) and suggest all of you that were scammed by WellnessWatchers, to do the same.

You are an idiot!

I have seen these offers for Wellness Watchers. But, I have never signed up. They appear on the checkout pages for a website you have orders something from. I don't like scams any more than you do...and there are plenty of them out there. But, this appears to me to be "operator error" in your cases. From the looks of the ad and checkbox, I would imagine anyone who is not happy with the charges was trying to get something free, checked the box to get it and forgot to cancel after they signed up for the free item. Give it a rest. Call the number in the response from the customer service manager. I did just to test it and I got a live human being.

Jeez...when folks like you cry wolf on something that is obviously your own stupidity, it makes me wonder how much higher on the food chain we are than an amoeba.

Robert says he is "with" Wellwatchersmd.com - so you are one of the scammers then eh Robert? You don't say I "work for" or "I'm a part owner/director/regional rep or other job title"...so you probably own one of those popup website owners that makes a mint from it... or are being paid to represent the scammers in some other way perhaps? Who knows? But I really don't care. Two hours of research is enough to know that you and your "chums" are misrepresenting information.

You're website states Kerry D Friesen is a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine and yet he is not certified with them...hmmmmm...something stinks folks...stay away from this company.

I have taken screenshots of your website showing today's date, and also the ABIM website confirming that Dr Friesen is no longer certified, so how he can be a Diplomate when he is not certified, is beyond my understanding...perhaps you can explain?

If anyone would like copies of these as evidence for your own case of misrepresentation please Contact this website and ask them to send your email address to me. I will happily oblige in helping you make your case of misrepresentations (as of today's date).

Of course, it may turn out to be more marketing trickery...I have yet to discover what being a Diplomate for the American Board of Internal Medicine really means.

If it turns out to be something that everyman and his dog can be then we should all add it to our own titles and make ourselves sound impressive! (I doubt that is the case and I'm sure the American BOard of Internal Medicine (which seems to be a legitimate entity) will be horrified to discover any such misrepresentation by a pass or current physician.

I still stand by my last posting: I really believe these people are scammers. I have no evidence to show otherwise. If that is not the case then lets see you prove you are not scammers, ...we won't hold our breath! Come on, put your money where your mouth is...provide us with records to show you have paid all these people back (I dont see many coming back and saying they go all their money back and compensation for the wasted time and effort...and charges they received for putting it in dispute), start answering the telephone, stop providing information that is misleading, stop having lots of differnt websites that lead to the same place (and the same with phone numbers), start providing clear guidelines (rathe than your crazy small print) and have a proper system in place to refer people who might be intersted in other products rather than selling/buying credit card information (that's my understsanding of what you are doing).

Of course this is a SCAM!
WellnessWatchersmd.com, wellnesswatcher.org (a website that doesnt exist, yet is quoted when you call their [protected] number "or email us to support@wellnesswatcher.org " ) and probably a variety of other website addresses help to verify that this is the case.
And I'm guessing Robert, Rick and now Charity (Charity? What are they trying to prove using that name...trying to have a psychological effect?...hmmmm! ) are part of the scam. I that their real name? Who knows!
And oh! Yes...look at the postings from so-called "representatives"...a DIFFERENT number to call for each of them. Isn't that somewhat suspicious?
And notice how "Robert" does not respond to ed@atlanta's posting?

Yes yes yes...it is a scam...and so many people have fallen for it. Even me. I read the small print VERY VERY carefully. (so Mary Gonzales...we are not stupid...we can read...and most of us do...so are you another scammer too? Suggesting people are "stupid" to fall for this only reflects on your own lack of brain matter)

I returned the crappy product within 3 days of receiving it - thats how bad it was. I had my PA follow up with them and get confirmation cancellation but still they charged. In fact they charged my credit card within 8 days of my original order (when you are supposed to get a 30 day trial)
Yes they credited my 2.99 (whooopeee!) but then proceeded to charge 3 months @ 29.95 before I realized as I was out of the country and did not see my bills. Not only that, by the 3rd month another charge was made to my card by ANOTHER company (FITCOACH) for 29.95. I have never heard of this company or agreed to subscribe to anything to do with them. Their number [protected] is answering service and guess what? they use the email address support@wellnesswatchers.org as mentioned above. So yes, its a scam. They are all connected. In what way, and how they get away with this, I do not yet understand. However, their behavior is fraudulent and I've taken screenshots of all these postings as evidence if I should need it. I suggest all readers do the same.
I have had to go through the inconvenience of cancelling my credit card in order to stop this dishonest, deceptive action by whoever the heck you wellnesswatcher guys are. One thing for sure - you are SCAMMERS. You may deny it, but then who wouldn't if they thought they might go to jail for it?

Ohh! Bless you Charity! (said with sarcasm) If you were real, we might be friends. Afterall how charitable is WellnessWatchersMD? Sending out of $1m in rebate checks... sorry but in my opinion as a business woman, this tells me just how BAD the products are. You might be giving rebate checks of $1m but looking at this website and doing the math, I can bet wellnesswatchersMD brings in three times that amount by ripping off the general public with your small print, passing on credit card info without permission and using different business names to siphon more money out of people. It's just a game for you guys, making it as complex as possible so as to confuse the (opponent) customer.
"Charity" indeed! I must laugh! :-) If you really are for real I would suggest you leave the company now while you still have your reputation intact.
Evenyour telephone number [protected] is different from Robert's [protected]...which is different from the one on my statement [protected]...which is different to wellnesswatchers.org telephone number [protected].

Let's hope the bank closes your accounts and takes away your merchant account and that all readers send information to all their friends about your terrible and deceptive business behavior. Unfortunately there are still too many people that dont know about your "tricks", but I can assure you I will be posting it on my blogs and sending details out to all my 100, 000 readers. Anyone reading this should do the same with all their contacts. Contact all the websites you can find that provide information to the public and inform them of this scam. Call reporters at newspapers (both local and national) and get them to inform their listeners.
Hopefully this will educate people to start checking out every company online before making a purchase. I know I will!
wellnesswatchersmd... if you are a legimate, fair company, start behaving like one. You'll make more money in the long term than you will in the short term. This kind of business behavior will eventually catch up with you and you will suffer. It's up to you now!

I had this happen as well I was to receive a rebate in May 2009, I have called 6 times and told each time I would receive my $50.00 rebate in 7-10 days, now they are telling me 3-6 weeks, well I am sending the merchandise back and getting a full refund via my credit card.
