My parcel were in ABX Hub on 16 March but until today 27/3/17, (Refer to the attachment) this abx express company still hold the parcel not delivery to me. Abx Express (M) Sdn Bhd really very poor service & responsibility. ABX holding my parcel more than 10 days without sending it out. And when i call them to check on the status, they said it is because couldn't locate my address. This is ridiculous.My office is in main JB Town. More than 10 times i gave them my address and give them the location.
I had call & email to customer service everyday but given same answer that parcel is still in hub and couldn't find my address. Will Deliver today or tomorrow. Every day giving an excuse. Now im worried of my product condition.
People engaged ABX because they want customer to receive their stocks on next working day with reliable service. But looks like it is otherwise. If that's the case, we as well use normal post ! Disappointing. Will NEVER engage your service anymore.

This is my worst courier experience so far.
