ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! I placed an order with them on 4/4/2011 and paid them through paypal plus international shipping because I live in New York. I NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGE!! I email their sales department and they never cared to respond back. Because i waited over 45 days to place a dispute with paypal, i never got my money back and my dispute claim was closed. Now i'm filing a dispute with my bank to see if they can help me get my money back.

WARN OTHERS!!!

    I'm from wehustle.co.uk. If you have read the above comment and don't feel comfortable in ordering from us then my advise to you would be NOT TO. Well, considering we sell over 100 items a DAY one bad review would naturally be expected.You'll notice that people who have successfully purchased from us will not be googling "Reviews of wehustle.co.uk". so if you search hard enough you'll find what ever answer you want. To the person above please email the following: info@wehustle.co.uk for either a refund or to arrange for another item to be sent out. Finally, we take all payments via paypal, so anybody with experience of paypal understand that your money is covered, so you can raise a claim at anytime.

    It's ironic how this so "i'm from wehustle.co.uk" has taken the time to answer back to my negative rewiew in a public complaint board instead of answering my complaint when I emailed their company. You are adamant about defending the company's reputation yet you have done nothing to help get my a refund or order. So let me update you with the REAL FACTS:
    1) I'm still waiting for my order, it probably will NEVER arrive (2 months now and counting!)
    2) I did email your info@wehustle.co.uk in addition to sales@wehustle.co.uk, and no one responded back. WHAT A SHOCKER!
    3) I called your "+442081235587" from New York and paid international fees for NOTHING!! No one answered either!!
    4) YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOUR TALKING ABOUT WHEN IT COMES TO PAYPAL!!! Anyone that has experience with paypal, such as myself, knows that if you are unhappy with a purchase or have not receive anything from the merchant, you can file a claim of dispute WITHIN 45 days of purchase IF you want to get your money back. Yes you can file a complaint at any time, BUT if you wait over 45 days, paypal will automatically close your dispute and your are on your own to get your money or merchandize... don't believe me?? READ IT is all IN THEIR WEBSITE!
    5) I dont know about the UK but here in the GOOD USA, you can always contact your bank or creditcard about the paypal withdrawal within 60 DAYS of purchase and put a cancellation on it! I DID! and i'm in the process of gettting my money back, NOT thanks to you "i'm from wehustle.co.uk"
    6) and don't get me wrong, you do have good reviews for purchases within the UK, JUST NOT FROM THE USA!!! You might want to consider reviewing your staff and your INTERNAITONAL shipping because you are not doing your job!!

    Yo! Wehustle, [censored] the hater above. I've been waiting for his response and this is the garbage he comes up wit? U guy's rock. I order ### loads from U guy's and everything's always on point. On occasions a little late :-) but always worth the wait. Hater's only come when your successful, so keep up the good work. "Unhappy New yorker" these dude's offered to refund your money and your still crying like a ###. Suck it up partner :-). If U know so much about paypal why didn't you make the claim in the time period U mentioned???? huh? huh? [censored] outta here.

    Hater? NO, not quite! It's not okay to get ripped off! If WEHUSTLE.CO.UK wants to portray themselves as a reputable company they need to start answering their emails and phonecalls. Yeah the dude that talked about "i'm from wehustle.co.uk" NEVER offered me any refund or new item when I FIRST called or emailed the company, BUT THE MOMENT I MAKE A PUBLIC REVIEW now they are all ears and offer this and that through the complaint board??...who offers a costumer a refund or new item through a complaint review board?? NO ONE! It's shady and its only a cheap attempt to counter a bad review so they can continue to paint this good website, when in reality it has not been to ME, that's not how you do business period!!!

    I contacted the company again after this so called "i'm from wehustle.co.uk" made a comment on my review, why didn't you answer my phonecalls? why didn't you answer my numerous emails? I DID NOT GET ONE RESPOND BACK! I even waited a bit longer to receive my order and nothing. I dont care if your a small or large company, AS A CONSUMER I'M ENTILED TO REVIEW THEIR BAD SERVICE AND GET MY MONEY BACK!

    If you order from them and got their product, GOOD FOR YOU, but I DIDN'T and I never got their so called "refund" or "new item".. and I TRIED!!! so dont' tell me I don't have a right to complaint as a consumer, it's my money at the end of the day, I worked for it, not you!

    What kind of company offers a refund or new item through a complaint review board? It sounds shady to me how this company failed to hear your complaints to get your money back when you first contacted them and now that you publically made a complaint that can be seen by other consumers, they attempt to counter your comment as a cheap attempt to make it seems it wasn't their fault and that they have an easy solution, as if you didnt try those options?? right?? Chances are if they didnt respond back to you personally through email or phone, you never will see your money!! NO BUSINESS will ever respond back to a customer's complaint in a review board. I commend you for voicing your opinion in spite of other individuals who have nothing better to do than watch for your respond and give negative comments. You have to look at it this way, it's your money, you earned it, you have the right to have it refunded when ANY company has failed to deliver to their part of the bargain.

    yo yo! wehustle.. u got urself a street no it all lawyer, yo yo! since when do you need to be a specific gender to order or complaint, do yourself the favor before you look stupid commenting, hmmm if theres an icon of a female next to someones name, that means they are a female idiot! but thank u for ur consern ###!..no need for a reply from you all. i got my bank to refund all $170 dollars. its a shame bc i did purchase those sweaters as a gift 4 a friend who is a huge fan of the artist the company so represents. im taking my business somewhere else. best of luck to wehustle.co.uk..keep your hustle by all means necessary, just not MY money!

    yo i also order from we hustle on the may 7th 2011 now is june 06 2011 i called them an a woman answered an told to call back in 15mins that was last friday when i tried calling dem back i never got no answer up to now i jus tried callin dem a few minutes ago. they are fake an please no1 else order from dem all i want is either my order or my money back but they tees are hot. can sum1 help me on getting my money back and wat i have to do

    A Refund for your transaction has been made: Refund (Unique Transaction ID #1UJ17789TE284390E). Please confirm that you have received this. A claim has been raised with Royal Mail for the missing parcel, but if it does turn up we would appreciate it if you could let us know.
    The normal procedure would be that once we have been alerted to the missing parcel we would raise a claim and issue a replacement or refund, depending on request.

    This is getting a little out of control. We are not a fake site, If we were we would just ignore this complaints board and pray for the best. The person above mentioned that a "Proper" company would not be responding on this message board. Well, If we did that also I'm sure there would be a good few more people complaining about that also. I can not apologise for any inconvenience caused but I'm sure some can also appreciate that once a parcel has been dispatched our end, we are only made aware if the delivery is unsuccessful by the customer.

    Swaizee, Thanks for your support Sir, you didn't need to go through the long sign up process to voice your opinion, but at the same time we take on board the customers who are not so happy.

    wehustle.co.uk are fake. when you call them the never answer, when you email them the never respond. I ordered my items a week ago and I am still awaiting for them to ship it. I from UK by the way.

    This is a little unfair, I've been buying from them for over a year now. On occasions they can be slow, but their not fake. If you get through to somebody on the phone ask for a lady called Michelle, she's lovely, she'll sort you out.

    Normally I get it within a week (I'm in U.K). There was an instance when it took about 10 day's though. but Michelle sent me a free t-shirt :-)

    jamal this is how you may get your money refunded:
    1. go to your paypal account and place a dispute with merchant, as long as you dont exceed 45 days, which you yet havent bc u said may 7th
    2. if your from the US you can also try calling your bank or creditcard company (the one that is link to your paypal as a method for payment). tell them the merchant didnt send you the items you paid for and that you want to make a cancellation. ( as long as you dont exceed 60 business days from puchase-may 7th). your bank or creditcard company will send you an affidavit to sign. sign it, mail it and they refund you. thats what i did.

    i am really confused as i have purchased 2 items and i am having the same problem as others as not having received my items how come some people managed to get through on phones and some can't. if there is a problem as long as somebody tells me that's fine!!! but having no communication and taking £53.98 out of my account is not on..so if your reading this wehustle.co.uk please contact me A.S.A.P to let me know where my goods are. i ordered on 27th May 2011 and taking into account the bank Holiday on the 30th May i should have recieved them by now invoice number 11628

    we hustle- its the company's responsibility to make sure the customer gets the item. U can track it.
